Abstract
The present invention relates to a pallet having a stackable structure, which enables pallets having objects to be transported loaded thereon to be stacked or pallets alone to be stacked, and provides a pallet having a stackable structure comprising: a tray on which an object to be transported is loaded; a main frame on which one or more trays are mounted; at least one supporter, one end of which extends from the side of the main frame; and a plurality of pivot parts provided in the main frame, each of which is connected to a pivot rotation unit so that each supporter pivots from the main frame with respect to the pivot rotation unit provided at one end, each pivot part enabling a supporter to be selectively locked directed upward.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to a pallet having a stack structure, wherein pallets in which transfer target objects have been seated can be stacked or pallets can be stacked.
- In general, a pallet is used in a warehouse, a factory, etc. in which various types of freight are handled, and refers to a support configured to carry a large amount of freight rapidly and conveniently by using transportation means, such as a forklift, when freight is carried and to also load and keep freight safely. The pallet is provided so that a plurality of pallets can be stacked, and is constructed to carry a large amount of loadings at once. However, it is inconvenient to bring a pallet back to a departure in the state in which a form of the pallet has been maintained although the loading space of the pallet is empty after a carrying work to a destination is finished. Furthermore, there is a case in which a pallet has to be assembled after parts are carried without exporting an assembly of the pallet depending on a transfer target object. Accordingly, it is advantageous to design pallets so that the pallets can be easily stacked in the state in which transfer target objects have been loaded on the pallets in addition to the stacking of only the pallets. Conventionally, a pallet that is chiefly carried through a forklift is used. However, practically, such a pallet has a structure that is not advantageous for stacking. Accordingly, there is a need for a pallet having a structure in which a pallet on which a transfer target object has been loaded and an empty pallet can be variably stacked.

- An embodiment of the present disclosure is to provide a structure in which pallets can be stacked in the state in which transfer target objects have been seated in the pallets and when transfer target objects are not seated in the pallets.
- The present disclosure relates to a pallet having a stack structure, wherein pallets in which transfer target objects have been seated may be stacked or pallets may be stacked, and provides a pallet having a stack structure, including a tray in which a transfer target object is seated; a main frame in which one or more trays are seated; one or more supporters each having one end extended from the main frame side; and a rotation part that is provided in the main frame in a plural number and is connected to a rotational movement part so that the supporter is rotated around the rotational movement part formed at one end of the rotation part from the main frame and that enables the supporter to be selectively fixed upward.
- Furthermore, the rotation part may include a main bracket disposed at each of vertexes of the main frame having an oblong and disposed to adjoin two sides of the vertex, a rotation center part fixed on the main frame and connected to the rotational movement part by a rotation pin, a support bracket supported on one side of the supporter, and a stopper connected to the support bracket and connected to the main bracket so that the stopper is fixed upward.
- Furthermore, the main bracket may include an insertion part into which the stopper is inserted so that the supporter is confined.
- Furthermore, the pallet may further include a seated part, including a first correspondence part that is formed at the bottom of the main frame and extended and formed downward and to which the supporter corresponds and a second correspondence part to which the main bracket and the support bracket correspond.
- Furthermore, the first correspondence part and the second correspondence part may be formed at different ends, and the first correspondence part may be formed more on the inside than the second correspondence part.
- Furthermore, the main frame may be coupled to a plurality of trays, and may be provided with the other end part corresponding to at least a part of the outer circumference surface of the tray.
- Furthermore, the main frame may include a first reinforcement frame that is extended in the direction in which the supporter has been hinged and that reinforces the main frame and a second reinforcement frame that reinforces the main frame in a direction orthogonal to the first reinforcement frame.
- Furthermore, an introduction support part that connects the main frame and the first reinforcement frame and connects the main frame and the second reinforcement frame and that induces the fork of a forklift may be provided. The introduction support part may be disposed to have an inclined plane thereof exposed in the direction in which the fork is inserted.
- Furthermore, the pallet may further include a support frame that connects the inside of the main frame having an oblong and that supports the tray.
- An embodiment of the present disclosure can provide the pallet having a structure, wherein pallets can be stacked in the state in which transfer target objects have been seated in the pallets and pallets can be stacked when a transfer target object is not seated in the pallets by providing the supporter which may be upward fixed variably or may be perpendicularly hinged.
- Accordingly, there is a great effect in that logistics transport costs can be reduced because the utilization of a loading space can be increased and recovery costs can be greatly reduced by reducing the loading space of the pallet when a transfer target object is not seated in the pallet.
- Furthermore, high work efficiency of a forklift can also be expected along with high durability by structural characteristics.

However, they are merely illustrative, and the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments.
- In describing embodiments of the present disclosure, a detailed description of a known technology related to the present disclosure will be omitted if it is deemed to make the subject matter of the present disclosure unnecessarily vague. Furthermore, terms to be described hereinafter have been defined by taking into consideration functions in the present disclosure, and may be different depending on a user, an operator's intention or practice. Accordingly, each term should be defined based on contents over the entire specification.
- The technical spirit of the present disclosure is determined by the claims. The following embodiment is merely one means for efficiently describing the technical spirit of the present disclosure to a person having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present disclosure pertains.

FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a perspective view of a pallet (100) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The pallet (100) having a stack structure (hereinafter the pallet (100)) has a stack structure, including a tray (150) in which a transfer target object (G) is seated, a main frame (110) in one or more trays (150) are seated, one or more supporters (170) each having one end extended from the main frame (110) side, and a rotation part (130) which is provided in the main frame (110) in a plural number and connected to a rotational movement part (171) so that the supporter (170) is rotated around the rotational movement part (171) that is formed at one end of the rotation part (130) from the main frame (110) and which enables the supporter (170) to be selectively fixed upward. - In this case, the plurality of trays (150) may be coupled to the main frame (110). The main frame (110) may be provided with the other end part corresponding to at least a part of the outer circumference surface of the tray (150). That is, as the tray (150) is seated in the other end part in which a step is formed, the plurality of trays (150) may be coupled to the main frame (110). The other end part is formed along the inner circumference surface of the main frame (110), at least one surface of the one or more trays (150) may be seated and coupled to the inside of the main frame (110) having an oblong, such as this example.
- Meanwhile, the supporter (170) may be provided in a form that is extended upward as illustrated. In such a form, as the supporter (170) is hinged by the rotation part (130), the supporter (170) may be rotated and varied toward the main frame. Moreover, the main frame (110) may include a first reinforcement frame (121) which is extended in the direction in which the supporter (170) has been hinged and reinforces the main frame (110) and a second reinforcement frame (122) which reinforces the main frame (110) in a direction orthogonal to the first reinforcement frame (121). The first reinforcement frame (121) and the second reinforcement frame (122) may be disposed at the bottom of the main frame (110).
- The bottom means a bottom side, and the first reinforcement frame (121) and the second reinforcement frame (122) form a space into which a fork is inserted when the pallet (100) is transferred by a forklift. Accordingly, in order to further facilitate the transfer by the forklift, the main frame (110) having an oblong may be provided at each of four surfaces, that is, the outer circumference surface thereof. That is, the direction in which the fork may be inserted becomes a front side.
- Moreover, a support frame (140) may be further included as a structure for reinforcing the main frame (110) and supporting the tray (150). Specifically, the support frame (140) may have both ends connected to the framework of the main frame (110) in a direction that intersects the inside of the main frame (110). Through such a connection, the strength of the main frame (110) can be increased, and the tray (150) to be supported can be supported. In order to support the tray (150), it is preferred that the step, such as the other end part, is formed.
- However, the tray (150) is not an essential component, and the transfer target object (G) may be directly seated in the main frame (110) or the support frame (140) without the tray (150) depending on the type and size of the transfer target object (G).

FIG. 2 illustrates the rotation part (130) side according to an embodiment of the present disclosure,FIG. 2(a) is a diagram illustrating that the supporter (170) has been fixed upward, andFIG. 2(b) is a diagram illustrating that the supporter (170) has been hinged to the main frame (110) side. - As illustrated in
FIG. 1 , the rotation part (130) may be disposed at each of vertexes of the main frame (110) having an oblong. Referring toFIG. 2 , the rotation part (130) may include a main bracket (132) disposed to adjoin two sides of the vertex, a rotation center part (134) fixed on the main frame (110) and connected to the rotational movement part (171) by a rotation pin (171 a), a support bracket (131) supporting one side of the supporter (170), and a stopper (133) connected to the support bracket (131) and connected to the main bracket (132) so that the stopper (133) is fixed upward. - In this case, the main bracket (132) may include an insertion part (132 a) into which the stopper (133) is inserted so that the supporter (170) is confined. As in
FIG. 2(b) , the stopper (133) is opened in a rotation direction (R) so that the supporter (170) is hinged in the hinged state, and a high stack space is required in the state in which the transfer target object (G) has been loaded. Accordingly, the supporter (170) may stand up upward. In this case, in order to maintain the standing state, as inFIG. 2(a) , the stopper (133) may be rotated around a point connected to the support bracket (131), and may be inserted into the main bracket (132). - In order to more specifically describe such a method of manipulating the rotation part (130), the method is described by taking an exploded perspective view of the rotation part (130) as an example with reference to
FIG. 3 . - Referring to
FIG. 3 , the rotation part (130) includes the aforementioned components. Among the components, the support bracket (131) and the stopper (133) may be coupled by a fastener. However, the support bracket (131) and the stopper (133) are coupled to be rotatable, and are not coupled to be fixed by the fastener. - Furthermore, the coupling between the supporter (170) and the rotation part (130) may be coupling between the rotational movement part (171) formed at the end of the supporter (170) and the rotation center part (134) fixed to the main frame (110). The coupling is coupling so that the rotational movement part (171) is rotated around the rotation center part (134). Specifically, the rotation center part (134) and the rotational movement part (171) may be coupled by the rotation pin (171 a). Such a rotation range may be 90 degrees, for example, and may be a 90 degree rotation range in which the supporter (170) reaches up to the main frame (110) side (e.g., a transverse direction) in a perpendicular direction thereof.
- In the state in which the supporter (170) has been disposed in the perpendicular direction, in order to fix the supporter (170), the stopper (133) is inserted into the insertion part (132 a) of the main bracket (132) by rotation. Accordingly, surfaces of the supporter (170), that is, four sides thereof, are supported and fixed by the stopper (133), the support bracket (131), and the main bracket (132). That is, upon coupling with the rotation part (130), only a side of the supporter (170) that is supported by the stopper (133) may be opened, and the supporter (170) may be rotated and fixed in the perpendicular direction by the confinement of the stopper (133). In this case, two sides of the four sides may be supported by the main bracket (132).
- Furthermore, in order to support the supporter (170), it is natural that the supporter (170) is formed to be narrower than the brackets (the support bracket (131) and the main bracket (132)) because the support bracket (131) and the main bracket (132) are disposed outside the supporter (170). Through such a structure, upon loading of the pallet (100), a correspondence structure corresponding to the bracket and the supporter (170) may be provided. In relation to this, a seated part (112), that is, a correspondence structure, is described with reference to
FIGS. 4 to 6 . -
FIG. 4 illustrates the variable section of the supporter (170) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure,FIG. 4(a) is a diagram illustrating the state in which the supporter (170) has been upward directed, andFIG. 4(b) is a diagram illustrating the state in which the supporter (170) has been hinged. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , the supporter (170) may be rotated in the rotation direction (R). As described above, the rotation direction (R) means that the supporter (170) is rotated on the main frame (110), but is rotated in one direction. In this example, the supporter (170) has been illustrated as being rotated and hinged toward the side in which the first reinforcement frame (121) has been formed, but may be designed and changed so that the supporter (170) is rotated and hinged on the side in which the second reinforcement frame (122) has been formed. - Meanwhile, the seated part (112) that supports weight in order to stack the pallets (100) and that corresponds to the supporter (170) may be formed. The seated part (112) may be provided in a form that has been extended downward from the bottom of the main frame (110). Through such a structure, the end of the supporter (170) may be led and seated in the seated part (112). Furthermore, in addition to the supporter (170), the bracket may also be seated in the seated part (112). The bracket can be seated upon stacking between the pallets (100) in the state in which the transfer target object (G) is not present. This is specifically described with reference to
FIG. 5 . -
FIG. 5 illustrates the state in which the pallets (100) have been stacked according to an embodiment of the present disclosure,FIG. 5(a) is a diagram illustrating the state in which the transfer target objects (G) have been received in the pallets (100), andFIG. 5(b) is a diagram illustrating the state in which the transfer target object (G) has not been received in the pallets (100). Furthermore,FIG. 6 illustrates the bottom side of the seated part (112) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure,FIG. 6(a) is a bottom view of the seated part (112), andFIG. 6(b) is a diagram illustrating the first correspondence part (112 a) and the second correspondence part (112 b) in the bottom view of the seated part (112). - Referring to
FIGS. 5 and 6 , the seated part (112) including the first correspondence part (112 a) that is formed at the bottom of the main frame (110) and extended and formed downward and to which the supporter (170) corresponds and the second correspondence part (112 b) to which the main bracket (132) and the support bracket (131) correspond may be further included. If the transfer target object (G) has been loaded, it is necessary to secure a loading space that is higher than the height of the transfer target object (G). Accordingly, the supporter (170) may be made stand up and fixed in the perpendicular direction thereof. Accordingly, the pallet (100) may be varied in a form, such asFIG. 5(a) . In this case, if the pallets (100) are stacked in the state in which the supporter (170) has stood up in the perpendicular direction, the end of the supporter (170) is seated in the seated part (112). - In contrast, as in
FIG. 5(b) , if the pallets (100) are stacked in the state in which the transfer target object (G) has not been loaded on the pallets (100), the bracket (the support bracket (131) and the main bracket (132)) may correspond to the seated part (112) because the supporter (170) has been hinged. - Moreover, in a case such as
FIGS. 5(a) and 5(b) , a construction of the seated part (112) to which the end of the supporter (170) and the end of the bracket correspond may be provided. Specifically, as illustrated inFIG. 6(b) , a point corresponding to the end of the supporter (170) is called the first correspondence part (112 a), and a point corresponding to the bracket is called the second correspondence part (112 b). The first correspondence part (112 a) and the second correspondence part (112 b) are not seated at arbitrary points, and each correspondence part is a seated at a point at which the end of the supporter (170) or the end of the bracket is induced by the seated part (112) that has been downward extended and that has been provided to have a corresponding shape and size. - Furthermore, as described above, since the end of the supporter (170) is formed to be smaller than the end of the bracket, the first correspondence part (112 a) may be deeper and provided on the inner side, and the second correspondence part (112 b) may be shallower and provided on the outside. That is, the first correspondence part (112 a) and the second correspondence part (112 b) may be formed at different ends, and the first correspondence part (112 a) may be formed more on the inside than the second correspondence part (112 b).

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating that the pallets (100) are moved in the state in which the pallets (100) have been stacked according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating that an introduction support part (111) that induces a direction (I) in which a fork is inserted in the pallet (100) has been disposed according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. - Referring to
FIGS. 7 and 8 , when the pallet (100) is loaded and transferred by heavy equipment, such as a forklift, the pallet (100) may be moved in a moving direction (M). This may be designed and changed in order to more effectively load a receiving space, such as a container. In this example, an outside in which the second reinforcement frame (122) has been formed may be disposed in front of the moving direction (M). Furthermore, for the transfer, the loaded pallet (100) may come into contact with a fork when the fork of the forklift is inserted. If the fork of the forklift pressurizes the pallet (100) due to the contact, the pallet (100) may be damaged or the stacked pallets (100) fall down if the number of stacked pallets is many. - Ideally, upon insertion of the fork, it is preferred that the pallet (100) and the fork do not come into contact with each other. However, in this example, a structure that induces the fork so that the fork can be inserted normally although the contact occurs may be included. That is, the introduction support part (111) that connects the main frame (110) and the first reinforcement frame (121) and connects the main frame (110) and the second reinforcement frame (122) and that induces the fork of the forklift may be provided.
- The introduction support part (111) may be disposed so that an inclined plane thereof is exposed in the direction (I) in which the fork is inserted. Accordingly, a shape, such as a triangle or a quadrangle, may be provided, but it is preferred that the introduction support part (111) has a diamond shape in order to increase bearing power. The introduction support part (111) may be twisted in the stack state along the inclined plane on which the pallet (100) is exposed so that the fork is averted although the fork comes into contact with the pallet (100).
- Although the representative embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above, a person having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present disclosure pertains will understand that the present disclosure may be modified in various ways without departing from the category of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the scope of rights of the present disclosure should not be restricted by the aforementioned embodiments, but should be defined by the appended claims and equivalent things thereof in addition to the claims.
- The pallet having a layer structure according to the present disclosure can increase the utilization of a loading space and also reduce logistics transport costs because the pallets can be stacked in the state in which transfer target objects have been loaded on the pallets and when a transfer target object is not seated in the pallet through the variable structure, and thus the industrial applicability thereof is very high.
Claims (5)
1. A pallet having a stack structure comprising:
a main frame in which a transfer target object is seated;
one or more supporters each having one end extended from the main frame side; and
a rotation part provided in the main frame in a plural number and capable of hinging the supporters to the main frame or making the supporter stand up upward.
2. The pallet of claim 1 , wherein the rotation part comprises:
a main bracket disposed at each of vertexes of the main frame and disposed to adjoin two sides of the vertex, p1 a rotation center part fixed on the main frame so that a rotational movement part coupled to an end of the supporter is connected by a rotation pin,
a support bracket supporting one side of the supporter, and
a stopper connected to the support bracket and connected to the main bracket so that the stopper is fixed upward.
3. The pallet of claim 2 , wherein the main bracket comprises an insertion part into which the stopper is inserted so that the supporter is able to be confined.
4. The pallet of claim 2 , further comprising a seated part that is formed at a bottom of the main frame and extended and formed downward and to which the supporter or the main bracket and the support bracket correspond.
5. The pallet of claim 1 , wherein:
the main frame comprises a first reinforcement frame that is extended in a direction in which the supporter has been hinged and that reinforces the main frame,
an introduction support part that connects the train frame and the first reinforcement frame and connects the main frame and the second reinforcement frame is provided, and
the introduction support part is disposed so that an inclined plane thereof is exposed laterally.
