Abstract

Disclosed are a heating core assembly and an air heating atomization device. The heating core assembly includes a preheating passage, a tobacco pot, a heating element and a filter assembly. The tobacco pot is divided into a first pot body and a second pot body. The second pot body is communicated with the preheating passage. The heating element is arranged in the preheating passage. The filter assembly is removably installed in the second pot body and can be pushed into the second pot body again through the first pot body after being removed. During smoking, external air flow enters the preheating passage, and then the preheating passage discharges hot air to the second pot body, such that heat is uniformly sent into the first pot body to evaporate substance to be evaporated after passing through the filter assembly. Such design can improve air preheating efficiency while ensuring convenient cleaning.

  • The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202123169673.4 filed on Dec. 15, 2021, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates generally to a technical field of daily electronic products, and more particularly relates to a heating core assembly and an air heating atomization device.
  • BACKGROUND
  • At present, in the technical field of tobacco atomization, the heating method of air preheating can make full use of drug components and greatly improve the suction taste because of its advantages such as good heating uniformity and fast heating response. In the drug atomization market, most users use the drugs after grinding. There must be some small particles falling into the air inlet, which will lead to an air passage blockage after a long-term accumulation. In the prior art, a detachable preheating part is proposed to solve the problems of poor cleaning and blockage of the air passage. However, as the heating element is sleeved outside the tobacco pot, the preheating assembly is inside the tobacco pot, and the entered cold air flows through the air passage between the preheating assembly and the tobacco pot, so the preheating assembly can only exchange heat with the metal parts forming the air passage. The heat needs to be conducted from the heating element to the preheating assembly for preheating, and then from the preheating assembly to the pipe wall of the air passage. The heat exchange efficiency is low, which brings bad influence on the evaporation efficiency and smoke volume.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present disclosure has provided a heating core assembly and an air heating atomization device, which are capable of improving the air preheating efficiency, the smoke taste, and reducing the preheating time and energy loss on the premise of ensuring the convenient cleanness of the air passage, aiming at the above-mentioned defect of low heat exchange efficiency.
  • According to a first aspect, a heating core assembly which is arranged in a smoke cleaning air passage of an air heating atomization device, is provided. The heating core assembly includes a preheating passage, a tobacco pot penetrating along an extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage and participating in a construction of the smoke cleaning air passage, a heating element and a filter assembly, wherein the tobacco pot is divided into a first pot body for containing substance to be evaporated and a second pot body for containing the filter assembly, along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage, wherein the second pot body is communicated with the preheating passage, the heating element is arranged in the preheating passage and operable to heat air in the preheating passage, wherein the filter assembly is removably installed in the second pot body and can be pushed into the second pot body again through the first pot body after being removed from the second pot body; wherein during smoking, an external air flow enters the preheating passage, and then the preheating passage discharges hot air to the second pot body, such that heat is uniformly sent into the first pot body to evaporate the substance to be evaporated after passing through the filter assembly.
  • Preferably, the heating core assembly also includes an internally hollow tobacco pot bottom cover, wherein the second pot body is divided into a filter installation part and a heating installation part along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage, wherein the filter installation part is connected with the first pot body, and the heating installation part is formed by reducing its diameter relative to a diameter of the filter installation part and extending in a direction away from the first pot body; wherein the filter assembly is installed in the filter installation part and elastically fastened with the filter installation part in a radial direction, the heating element is sleeved outside the heating installation part; wherein a top of the tobacco pot bottom cover is connected with the filter installation part, and the heating installation part is located inside the tobacco pot bottom cover, and an annular space between the tobacco pot bottom cover and the heating installation part forms the preheating passage; wherein a bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover is connected with a ventilation pipe for introducing the external air flow into the preheating passage, and the filter installation part is provided with a plurality of air flow holes communicating the preheating passage and an interior of the filter installation part.
  • Preferably, all the air flow holes are uniformly distributed around the heating installation part, and the air flow hole extends in parallel to an axial direction of the filter installation part.
  • Preferably, the filter assembly also extends into the heating installation part and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part, and the ventilation pipe and the heating installation part are arranged opposite to each other along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage.
  • Preferably, the filter assembly includes a filter base, a spring needle and a filter screen arranged in the filter base; wherein a bottom of the filter base having a reduced diameter extends in a direction away from the first pot body to form a sealing part, and the bottom of the filter base is provided with a plurality of filter holes in a meshy shape, the filter screen is arranged in the filter base, the spring needle is arranged between the filter screen and the bottom of the filter base, two ends of the spring needle pass through the filter installation part along the radial direction, the filter base is sleeved in the filter installation part, and an inner wall of the filter installation part is provided with a groove, wherein the spring needle extends into the groove of the filter installation part after passing through the filter base to realize an elastically fastened connection between the filter assembly and the filter installation part in the radial direction; wherein the sealing part extends into the heating installation part and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part at a bottom position of the heating installation part.
  • Preferably, the filter installation part includes an installation cavity matched with a shape of the filter base and an air flow mixing cavity with a diameter gradually reduced along a direction away from the installation cavity; wherein the filter base is elastically fastened in the installation cavity, and the air flow mixing cavity is communicated with all the air flow holes so that the hot air from the preheating passage mixes uniformly and then flows to the filter base.
  • Preferably, the tobacco pot bottom cover has a cylindrical shape, the top of the tobacco pot bottom cover is opened and sleeved outside the filter installation part, the bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover is provided with an air inlet at its center, wherein a ventilation connection pipe is formed along an edge of the air inlet and extended in a direction away from the second pot body, and the ventilation connection pipe is connected with the top of the ventilation pipe.
  • Preferably, the heating core assembly also includes a heat insulation sleeve sleeved outside the tobacco pot and the tobacco pot bottom cover, and the top of the ventilation pipe passes through a bottom of the heat insulation sleeve and is sleeved in the ventilation connection pipe; wherein
  • the heating core assembly also includes an insulation ceramic sheet, which is arranged in the tobacco pot and attached to the bottom of the tobacco pot, wherein a center of the insulation ceramic sheet is provided with a through hole which is directly opposite to the air inlet.
  • Preferably, a heat insulation support is also arranged at the bottom of the heat insulation sleeve, a heat insulation material is filled between the heat insulation sleeve, the tobacco pot and the tobacco pot bottom cover, and the material of the tobacco pot is metal or ceramic.
  • According to a second aspect, an air heating atomization device is provided, which includes a shell, a suction nozzle arranged on the shell and a heating core assembly as described above; wherein the heating core assembly is arranged in the shell and the first pot body is connected with the suction nozzle; wherein when smoking, smoke generated by an evaporation of substance in the first pot body is discharged from the suction nozzle.
  • The heating core assembly and the air heating atomization device disclosed herein have the following beneficial effects. In this disclosure, the heating element is directly arranged in the preheating passage to preheat the air directly, such that the hot air does not need to exchange heat with other metal structures, but directly enters the second pot body. In this way, the heat is uniformly sent to the first pot body for evaporation after passing through the filter assembly. Moreover, the filter assembly is designed as a detachable assembly, which can be disassembled and cleaned by the user. After the filter assembly is removed, the interior of the tobacco pot is penetrated throughout, and the smoke cleaning air passage has no dead corner of cleaning, which is convenient for cleaning. In this way, on the premise of ensuring that the air passage is convenient and clean, the air preheating efficiency is improved, the smoke taste is improved, and the preheating time and energy loss are reduced.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • In order to facilitate the understanding of the present disclosure, a more comprehensive description of the present disclosure will be given as follows with reference to the relevant drawings. Typical embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings. However, the present disclosure can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. On the contrary, the purpose of providing these embodiments is to make the description of the present disclosure more thorough and comprehensive.
  • It should be noted that when an element is referred to as “be fixed to” another element, it can be directly fixed on another element or there can be an intermediate element. When an element is referred to as “be connected” to another element, it can be directly connected to another element or there can be an intermediate element at the same time. The terms, such as “vertical”, “horizontal”, “upper”, “lower” and similar orientation expressions used in this disclosure are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meanings as those commonly understood by one skilled in the art of the present disclosure.   • The terms “first”, “second” and other ordinal numbers used in this specification can be used to describe but not limit the various constituent elements. The purpose of using these terms is to distinguish one constituent element from the other. For example, without departing from the scope of the present disclosure, the first constituent element can be named as the second constituent element, and similarly, the second constituent element can also be named as the first constituent element.
  • The general concept of the present disclosure is as follows. The heating core assembly and the air heating atomization device disclosed herein have the following beneficial effects. In this disclosure, the heating element is directly arranged in the preheating passage to preheat the air directly, such that the hot air does not need to exchange heat with other metal structures, but directly enters the second pot body. In this way, the heat is uniformly sent to the first pot body for evaporation after passing through the filter assembly. Moreover, the filter assembly is designed as a detachable assembly, which can be disassembled and cleaned by the user. After the filter assembly is removed, the interior of the tobacco pot is penetrated throughout, and the smoke cleaning air passage has no dead corner of cleaning, which is convenient for cleaning. In this way, on the premise of ensuring that the air passage is convenient and clean, the air preheating efficiency is improved, the smoke taste is improved, and the preheating time and energy loss are reduced.
  • In order to better understand the above technical scheme, the above technical scheme will be described in detail in combination with the drawings of the specification and the specific embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiment of the present disclosure and the specific features in the embodiment are the detailed description of the technical scheme of the present disclosure, not the limitation of the technical scheme of the present disclosure. In the case of no conflict, the embodiment of the present disclosure and the technical features in the embodiment can be combined with each other.
  • Referring FIG. 1 , the air heating atomization device of the present disclosure, includes a shell 400, a suction nozzle 10 arranged on the shell 400 and a heating core assembly 500. The air heating atomization device is arranged with a smoke cleaning air passage 300 along the longitudinal direction (that is, the upper to lower direction in the drawings). The heating core assembly 500 is arranged in the shell 400, and in particularly in the smoke cleaning air passage 300. The suction nozzle 10 assembly includes a tubular suction nozzle 10 and a smoke passage 200 communicated with the suction nozzle 10.
  • Combining FIG. 1 , when referring FIG. 2 , the heating core assembly 500 includes a preheating passage 100, a tobacco pot 1 penetrating along an extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage 300 and participating in a construction of the smoke cleaning air passage 300, a heating element 2, a filter assembly 3, an insulation ceramic sheet 5, an internally hollow tobacco pot bottom cover 4, an internally hollow heat insulation sleeve 6 and a ventilation pipe 7.
  • Wherein, the material of the tobacco pot 1 is metal or ceramic. The ventilation pipe 7 is a steel pipe. The heating element 2 may be a spiral heating wire or a heating film.
  • The tobacco pot bottom cover 4 is sleeved with the lower portion of the tobacco pot 1. The preheating passage 100 is formed between the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 and the tobacco pot 1. The heat insulation sleeve 6 is sleeved outside the tobacco pot 1 and the tobacco pot bottom cover 4. Heat insulation material 601, such as heat insulation cotton, is filled between the heat insulation sleeve 6, the tobacco pot 1 and the tobacco pot bottom cover 4. The heat insulation sleeve 6 is further provided with a heat insulation support 61 at the bottom of the heat insulation sleeve 6. The tobacco pot 1 is divided into a first pot body 11 for containing substance to be evaporated 101 and a second pot body 12 for containing the filter assembly 3, along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage 300. The first pot body 11 and the second pot body 12 are integrally formed. The first pot body 11 is communicated with the suction nozzle 10 through the smoke passage 200. The top of the heat insulation sleeve 6 is sealed with the side wall of the end of the first pot body 11 away from the second pot body 12 through the heating core silica gel 8. The end of the first pot body 11 away from the second pot body 12 is sleeved with a heat insulation ring 9. The second pot body 12 is communicated with the preheating passage 100. The heating element 2 is arranged in the preheating passage 100 and operable to heat air in the preheating passage 100. The filter assembly 3 is removably installed in the second pot body 12 and can be pushed into the second pot body 12 again through the first pot body 11 after being removed from the second pot body 12. During smoking, an external air flow enters the preheating passage 100, which then enables the preheating passage 100 to discharge hot air to the second pot body 12, such that heat is uniformly sent into the first pot body 11 to evaporate the substance to be evaporated 101 after passing through the filter assembly 3. The smoke generated by evaporation is discharged from the suction nozzle 10.
  • More specifically, the first pot body 11 is roughly cylindrical. The second pot body 12 is divided into a filter installation part 121 at the upper position and a heating installation part 122 at the lower position along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage 300. The filter installation part 121 is coaxially connected with the first pot body 11. In additional, the filter installation part 121 and the first pot body 11 have the same outer diameter. The heating installation part 122 is formed by reducing its diameter relative to a diameter of the filter installation part 121 and extending in a direction away from the first pot body 11. That is, the heating installation part 122 has a roughly cylindrical shape whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the filter installation part 121 and extends in a direction away from the first pot body 11. The heating element 2 is sleeved outside the heating installation part 122. The filter assembly 3 is elastically fastened with the filter installation part 121 in the radial direction, and the filter assembly 3 also extends into the heating installation part 122 and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part 122.
  • The filter installation part 121 is provided with a plurality of air flow holes 120 communicating the preheating passage 100 and an interior of the filter installation part 121. The air flow holes 120 extend in parallel to the axial direction of the filter installation part 121.
  • Specifically, the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 has a cylindrical shape. The top of the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 is opened and sleeved outside the filter installation part 121. The heating installation part 122 is located inside the tobacco pot bottom cover 4. The annular space between the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 and the heating installation part 122 forms the preheating passage 100.
  • The bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 is connected with a ventilation pipe 7 for introducing the external air flow into the preheating passage 100. The ventilation pipe 7 and the heating installation part 122 are arranged opposite to each other along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage 300. Specifically, the bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 is provided with an air inlet 40 at its center, wherein a ventilation connection pipe 41 is formed along an edge of the air inlet 40 and extended in a direction away from the second pot body 12. The top of the ventilation pipe 7 passes through the bottom of the heat insulation sleeve 6 and is sleeved in the ventilation connection pipe 41. The insulation ceramic sheet 5 is arranged in the tobacco pot 1 and attached to the bottom of the tobacco pot 1, wherein a center of the insulation ceramic sheet 5 is provided with a through hole 50 which is directly opposite to the air inlet 40 in the longitudinal direction.
  • Specifically, the filter assembly 3 includes a filter base 31 which is roughly cylindrical, a spring needle 32 and a filter screen 33 arranged in the filter base 31. The bottom of the filter base 31 having a reduced diameter extends in the direction away from the first pot body 11 to form a sealing part 34 having a cylindrical shape. That is, the diameter of the sealing part 34 is smaller than that of the filter base 31. The bottom of the filter base 31 is provided with a plurality of filter holes 310 in a meshy shape. The filter holes 310 are uniformly arranged around the sealing part 34. The filter screen 33 is arranged in the filter base 31 and is near the top of the filter base 31. The spring needle 32 is arranged between the filter screen 33 and the bottom of the filter base 31, and two ends of the spring needle 32 pass through the filter installation part 121 along the radial direction. The filter base 31 is sleeved in the filter installation part 121. The inner wall of the filter installation part 121 is provided with a groove 1210, wherein the spring needle 32 extends into the groove 1210 of the filter installation part 121 after passing through the filter base 31 to realize an elastically fastened connection between the filter assembly 3 and the filter installation part 121 in the radial direction. The sealing part 34 extends into the heating installation part 122 and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part 122 at a bottom position of the heating installation. For example, the sealing connection can be realized by means of interference fit and so on.
  • It can be understood that there can be multiple the filter screens 33. If multiple filter screens 33 are used, the adjacent filter screens 33 can be isolated by an isolation support. In fact, the filter base 31 itself is equivalent to a layer of filter screen, that is, the filter assembly 3 of this embodiment is equivalent to two layers of filter screen. The purpose of this design is mainly to make the heat more uniform when it reaches the first pot body 11.
  • Preferably, the filter installation part 121 includes an installation cavity 1211 with a shape matched with the shape of the filter base 31 and an air flow mixing cavity 1212 with a diameter gradually reduced along a direction away from the installation cavity 1211. That is, the installation cavity 1211 has a roughly cylindrical shape, while the air flow mixing cavity 1212 has a conical shape whose diameter is gradually reduced along a direction away from the installation cavity 1211. The filter base 31 is elastically fastened in the installation cavity 1211, and the air flow mixing cavity 1212 is communicated with all the air flow holes 120 so that the hot air from the preheating passage 100 mixes uniformly first and then flows to the filter base 31.
  • The working principle of this embodiment is described below in combination with FIGS. 3-5 .
  • Referring to FIG. 3 , when the user turns on the air heating atomization device for smoking, the air heating atomization device will first control the heating element 2 to preheat the air. Then when the user formally sucks from the suction nozzle 10, the external air flow enters the ventilation pipe 7, and then enters the tobacco pot bottom cover 4, and finally flows through the annular space between the tobacco pot bottom cover 4 and the second pot body 12, that is, the preheating channel mentioned in this disclosure. That, the hot air enters the second pot body 12 through the air flow hole 120, specifically means the hot air enters the conical air flow mixing cavity 1212 of the second pot body 12. Herein, it is equivalent to the first time for mixing the heat uniformly. Then the hot air enters the filter base 31 from the filter hole 310 on the filter base 31. Herein, it is equivalent to the second time for mixing the heat uniformly. Then the hot air enters the first pot body 11 through the filter screen 33. Herein, the filtration is equivalent to the third time for mixing the heat uniformly. Therefore, the preheated air in this application does not exchange heat with the metal structures, etc. The heat can be mixed uniformly for multiple times before it reaches the first pot body 11 to evaporate the material in the first pot body 11. Therefore, the air preheating efficiency can be improved, the smoke taste can be improved, and the preheating time and energy loss can be reduced.
  • Referring to FIGS. 4-5 , during cleaning, the filter assembly 3 can be pushed upward. Then filter assembly 3 which is pushed out, can be cleaned or replaced separately. Referring to FIG. 5 , after the filter assembly 3 is pushed out, there are no other obstacles inside the tobacco pot 1, the ventilation pipe 7 and the tobacco pot are penetrated throughout, and the smoke cleaning air passage has no dead corner of cleaning, which is convenient for cleaning. In this way, on the premise of ensuring that the air passage is convenient and clean, the air preheating efficiency is improved, the smoke taste is improved, and the preheating time and energy loss are reduced.
  • The embodiments of the present disclosure are described above in combination with the drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the above specific embodiments. The above specific embodiments are only schematic, not restrictive. Ordinary technicians in the art can make many forms under the enlightenment of the present disclosure and without departing from the scope of the purpose and claims of the present disclosure, and these are within the protection of the present disclosure.

Claims (20)

1. A heating core assembly which is arranged in a smoke cleaning air passage of an air heating atomization device, wherein, the heating core assembly comprises a preheating passage, a tobacco pot penetrating along an extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage and participating in a construction of the smoke cleaning air passage, a heating element and a filter assembly;
wherein the tobacco pot is divided into a first pot body for containing substance to be evaporated and a second pot body for containing the filter assembly, along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage; wherein the second pot body is communicated with the preheating passage, the heating element is arranged in the preheating passage and operable to heat air in the preheating passage;
wherein the filter assembly is removably installed in the second pot body and can be pushed into the second pot body again through the first pot body after being removed from the second pot body;
wherein during smoking, an external air flow enters the preheating passage, and then the preheating passage discharges hot air to the second pot body, such that heat is uniformly sent into the first pot body to evaporate the substance to be evaporated after passing through the filter assembly.
2. The heating core assembly according to claim 1, wherein the heating core assembly also comprises an internally hollow tobacco pot bottom cover, wherein the second pot body is divided into a filter installation part and a heating installation part along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage;
wherein the filter installation part is connected with the first pot body, and the heating installation part is formed by reducing its diameter relative to a diameter of the filter installation part and extending in a direction away from the first pot body;
wherein the filter assembly is installed in the filter installation part and elastically fastened with the filter installation part in a radial direction, the heating element is sleeved outside the heating installation part;
wherein a top of the tobacco pot bottom cover is connected with the filter installation part, and the heating installation part is located inside the tobacco pot bottom cover, and an annular space between the tobacco pot bottom cover and the heating installation part forms the preheating passage; wherein a bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover is connected with a ventilation pipe for introducing the external air flow into the preheating passage, and the filter installation part is provided with a plurality of air flow holes communicating the preheating passage and an interior of the filter installation part.
3. The heating core assembly according to claim 2, wherein all the air flow holes are uniformly distributed around the heating installation part, and the air flow hole extends in parallel to an axial direction of the filter installation part.
4. The heating core assembly according to claim 2, wherein the filter assembly also extends into the heating installation part and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part, wherein the ventilation pipe and the heating installation part are arranged opposite to each other along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage.
5. The heating core assembly according to claim 4, wherein the filter assembly comprises a filter base, a spring needle and a filter screen arranged in the filter base;
wherein a bottom of the filter base having a reduced diameter extends in the direction away from the first pot body to form a sealing part, and the bottom of the filter base is provided with a plurality of filter holes in a meshy shape, the filter screen is arranged in the filter base, the spring needle is arranged between the filter screen and the bottom of the filter base, two ends of the spring needle pass through the filter installation part along the radial direction, the filter base is sleeved in the filter installation part, and an inner wall of the filter installation part is provided with a groove, wherein the spring needle extends into the groove of the filter installation part after passing through the filter base to realize an elastically fastened connection between the filter assembly and the filter installation part in the radial direction;
wherein the sealing part extends into the heating installation part and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part at a bottom position of the heating installation part.
6. The heating core assembly according to claim 5, wherein the filter installation part comprises an installation cavity matched with a shape of the filter base and an air flow mixing cavity with a diameter gradually reduced along a direction away from the installation cavity; wherein the filter base is elastically fastened in the installation cavity, and the air flow mixing cavity is communicated with all the air flow holes so that the hot air from the preheating passage mixes uniformly and then flows to the filter base.
7. The heating core assembly according to claim 2, wherein the tobacco pot bottom cover has a cylindrical shape, the top of the tobacco pot bottom cover is opened and sleeved outside the filter installation part, the bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover is provided with an air inlet at its center, wherein a ventilation connection pipe is formed along an edge of the air inlet and extended in a direction away from the second pot body, and the ventilation connection pipe is connected with a top of the ventilation pipe.
8. The heating core assembly according to claim 7, wherein the heating core assembly also comprises a heat insulation sleeve sleeved outside the tobacco pot and the tobacco pot bottom cover, and the top of the ventilation pipe passes through a bottom of the heat insulation sleeve and then is sleeved in the ventilation connection pipe;
wherein the heating core assembly also comprises an insulation ceramic sheet, which is arranged in the tobacco pot and attached to a bottom of the tobacco pot, wherein a center of the insulation ceramic sheet is provided with a through hole which is directly opposite to the air inlet.
9. The heating core assembly according to claim 8, wherein a heat insulation support is also arranged at the bottom of the heat insulation sleeve, and a heat insulation material is filled between the heat insulation sleeve, the tobacco pot and the tobacco pot bottom cover.
10. The heating core assembly according to claim 1, wherein the material of the tobacco pot is metal or ceramic.
11. An air heating atomization device comprising a shell, a suction nozzle arranged on the shell, a smoke cleaning air passage, and a heating core assembly arranged in the smoke cleaning air passage;
wherein the heating core assembly comprises a preheating passage, a tobacco pot penetrating along an extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage and participating in a construction of the smoke cleaning air passage, a heating element and a filter assembly;
wherein the tobacco pot is divided into a first pot body for containing substance to be evaporated and a second pot body for containing the filter assembly, along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage; wherein the second pot body is communicated with the preheating passage, the heating element is arranged in the preheating passage and operable to heat air in the preheating passage;
wherein the filter assembly is removably installed in the second pot body and can be pushed into the second pot body again through the first pot body after being removed from the second pot body;
wherein during smoking, an external air flow enters the preheating passage, and then the preheating passage discharges hot air to the second pot body, such that heat is uniformly sent into the first pot body to evaporate the substance to be evaporated after passing through the filter assembly.
12. The air heating atomization device according to claim 11, wherein the heating core assembly also comprises an internally hollow tobacco pot bottom cover, wherein the second pot body is divided into a filter installation part and a heating installation part along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage;
wherein the filter installation part is connected with the first pot body, and the heating installation part is formed by reducing its diameter relative to a diameter of the filter installation part and extending in a direction away from the first pot body;
wherein the filter assembly is installed in the filter installation part and elastically fastened with the filter installation part in a radial direction, the heating element is sleeved outside the heating installation part;
wherein a top of the tobacco pot bottom cover is connected with the filter installation part, and the heating installation part is located inside the tobacco pot bottom cover, and an annular space between the tobacco pot bottom cover and the heating installation part forms the preheating passage; wherein a bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover is connected with a ventilation pipe for introducing the external air flow into the preheating passage, and the filter installation part is provided with a plurality of air flow holes communicating the preheating passage and an interior of the filter installation part.
13. The air heating atomization device according to claim 12, wherein all the air flow holes are uniformly distributed around the heating installation part, and the air flow hole extends in parallel to an axial direction of the filter installation part.
14. The air heating atomization device according to claim 12, wherein the filter assembly also extends into the heating installation part and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part, and the ventilation pipe and the heating installation part are arranged opposite to each other along the extension direction of the smoke cleaning air passage.
15. The air heating atomization device according to claim 14, wherein the filter assembly comprises a filter base, a spring needle and a filter screen arranged in the filter base;
wherein a bottom of the filter base having a reduced diameter extends in the direction away from the first pot body to form a sealing part, and the bottom of the filter base is provided with a plurality of filter holes in a meshy shape, the filter screen is arranged in the filter base, the spring needle is arranged between the filter screen and the bottom of the filter base, two ends of the spring needle pass through the filter installation part along the radial direction, the filter base is sleeved in the filter installation part, and an inner wall of the filter installation part is provided with a groove, wherein the spring needle extends into the groove of the filter installation part after passing through the filter base to realize an elastically fastened connection between the filter assembly and the filter installation part in the radial direction;
wherein the sealing part extends into the heating installation part and is hermetically connected with the heating installation part at a bottom position of the heating installation part.

The air heating atomization device according to claim 15, wherein the filter installation part comprises an installation cavity matched with a shape of the filter base and an air flow mixing cavity with a diameter gradually reduced along a direction away from the installation cavity; wherein the filter base is elastically fastened in the installation cavity, and the air flow mixing cavity is communicated with all the air flow holes so that the hot air from the preheating passage mixes uniformly and then flows to the filter base.

The air heating atomization device according to claim 12, wherein the tobacco pot bottom cover has a cylindrical shape, the top of the tobacco pot bottom cover is opened and sleeved outside the filter installation part, the bottom of the tobacco pot bottom cover is provided with an air inlet at its center, wherein a ventilation connection pipe is formed along an edge of the air inlet and extended in a direction away from the second pot body, and the ventilation connection pipe is connected with a top of the ventilation pipe.

The air heating atomization device according to claim 17, wherein the heating core assembly also comprises a heat insulation sleeve sleeved outside the tobacco pot and the tobacco pot bottom cover, and the top of the ventilation pipe passes through a bottom of the heat insulation sleeve and then is sleeved in the ventilation connection pipe;
wherein the heating core assembly also comprises an insulation ceramic sheet, which is arranged in the tobacco pot and attached to a bottom of the tobacco pot, wherein a center of the insulation ceramic sheet is provided with a through hole which is directly opposite to the air inlet.
19. The air heating atomization device according to claim 18, wherein a heat insulation support is also arranged at the bottom of the heat insulation sleeve, and a heat insulation material is filled between the heat insulation sleeve, the tobacco pot and the tobacco pot bottom cover.
20. The air heating atomization device according to claim 11, wherein the material of the tobacco pot is metal or ceramic.
