- Different kinds of organizers and apparatuses are used for storing a pair of shoes and other objects safely. Most people possess more than one pair of shoes which are usually stored in a closet. A neat storage arrangement is desirable so that the shoes are kept in matching pairs to occupy a minimum space.
- A user normally places the storage box against a wall, thereby preventing air circulation from the storage box. Further, existing shoe storage and organizer solutions are not area-efficient when used closet on the floor or on a shelf inside a closet. Hanging shoe organizers for closets steal from valuable closet space that could be used by other clothing.
- To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention tends to provide a footwear organizer to mitigate and obviate the aforementioned problems
- Disclosed herein is a new shoe storage solution that may allow storage and organization of shoes and other footwear in an area-efficient manner. The present invention discloses an organizer that may be used in closets and other suitable spaces in houses while allowing easy access to all stored shoes.
- The invention consists of a box with interior cells that may be arranged in a rectangular grid. Each cell can hold a shoe or other footwear vertically. A pair of shoes can be stored by arranging one shoe of the pair pointing downward while the other one pointing upward. The cell sizes can be adjustable to fit shoes that have different heights. The box can be designed to have the number of cells ranging from 6 to 50 depending on its target use location.
- Embodiments in accordance with the present invention provide an apparatus for storing a plurality of objects. The apparatus includes a box including a front wall, a rear wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a bottom wall configured to form a box interior. The apparatus also includes a bottom support panel inserted at the bottom of the bottom wall of the box. The bottom support panel is divided into two parts to fold when required. The apparatus also includes a plurality of long dividers connected vertically to the first sidewall and the second sidewall through one of the pluralities of hook/loop fasteners on each side of the first sidewall and the second sidewall for dividing the box interior into a plurality of cells for securing plurality of objects vertically. The pluralities of long dividers are connected to the first sidewall and the second sidewall along a respective vertically attached plurality of hook/loop fasteners. The apparatus also includes a plurality of small dividers detachably attached to the plurality of long dividers along the hook/loop fasteners arranged in parallel line present on both sides of the box interior. The plurality of small dividers is configured to convert the plurality of cells into adjustable sub-cells to fit the objects of variable size by attaching the hooks/loop fasteners present on the edges of the plurality of small dividers to the plurality of hook/loop fasteners between the rear wall and the front wall of the box interior. The apparatus also includes a cover detachably attached to the box using a pair of locking fasteners for protecting the stored plurality of objects from exterior effects. The pair of locking fasteners is configured to close the top of the apparatus when the pair of locking fasteners is moved from left to right direction. The apparatus also includes a plurality of handles attached to an outer region of the box for pulling/lifting the apparatus.
- Disclosed herein the objects may be stored vertically in each of the plurality of cells inside the box and the objects comprise toys, cosmetics, jewelry, clothing, shoes, any footwear, and so forth.
- Disclosed herein the box may comprise walls, bottom and dividers and the box are made from cloth with hard inserts inside walls, bottom, and dividers.
