Abstract

  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present application relates to the technical field of toys, in particular to a bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles.
  • BACKGROUND
  • The traditional bubble toy is very simple, and usually requires users to blow bubbles with their mouth. It is inconvenient to play, the playing methods are not diverse, the amount of bubbles is small, and the interestingness is not enough.
  • With the development of technology, the traditional way of blowing bubbles by mouth has been transformed into electric bubble blowing. Electric bubble toys can blow more bubbles and greatly increase the interestingness, can bring joy to children and are conducive to the development of children’s intelligence. For example, one prior art disclosed a toy bubble gun, which includes a shell, a liquid storage tank that can hold bubble liquid, a bubble discharge gun head provided in the shell, a liquid conveyor that can convey bubble liquid to the bubble discharge gun head, a blower that can blow air to the bubble discharge gun head, a motor that drives the liquid conveyor and the blower, and a film former that can form a bubble liquid film at the bubble discharge gun head, wherein the blower includes a housing, an impeller provided in the housing and connected with one end of a motor rotating shaft, and an air supply duct connected with the housing and leading to the bubble discharge gun head. Although the toy bubble gun can automatically and continuously blow many bubbles, the size of the bubbles it blows is relatively monotonous (generally all small bubbles or all large bubbles), there is only one way to play with bubbles, the monotonous playing way cannot meet the demand of children for playing and innovation.
  • SUMMARY
  • One technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles. The bubble toy can automatically and continuously blow many bubbles, and the size of the blown bubbles can be conveniently adjusted to meet the demand of children for playing and innovation, thus helping to inspire children’s intelligence. The following technical solution is adopted: a bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles, including: a shell; a liquid storage bottle mounted on the shell; a bubbler mounted on the shell; a liquid conveyor that is mounted on the shell and conveys bubble solution from the liquid storage bottle to the bubbler; a blower that is mounted on the shell and provides airflow to a bubble outlet of the bubbler; a motor that is mounted on the shell and drives both the blower and the liquid conveyor; a power supply that is mounted on the shell and provides power to the motor; a switch provided between the power supply and the motor; wherein the bubble toy also includes a movable baffle and a position adjuster capable of adjusting a position of the movable baffle, the position adjuster is mounted on the shell, and the movable baffle is disposed at a front side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and is matched with the bubble outlet.
  • When the bubble toy is used, the switch can be turned on to supply power to the motor, and the motor drives the blower and the liquid conveyor. At this time, the liquid conveyor conveys the bubble liquid in the liquid storage bottle to the bubbler, which forms a bubble film at the bubble outlet of the bubbler, and the blower supplies air to the bubbler to cause the bubble film to form bubbles, so as to realize automatic and continuous blowing of many bubbles. The user can adjust the position of the movable baffle through the position adjuster, change the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle, and conveniently adjust the size of the blown bubbles, so as to blow both large bubbles and small bubbles. In this way, the user can produce different sized bubbles according to his ideas, and the interestingness is stronger to meet the demand of children for playing and innovation, thus helping to inspire children’s intelligence.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the position adjuster includes a swing frame and a swing controller capable of controlling a swing position of the swing frame, the swing controller being mounted on the shell, the swing frame having a front portion to which the movable baffle is mounted and a rear portion hinged to the shell through a left-right oriented pin. When in use, the swing frame and the movable baffle can be controlled through the swing controller to swing up or down to the target position around the pin, so as to change the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle, thus conveniently adjusting the size of the blown bubbles.
  • Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the swing controller includes a trigger, an actuator, and an elastic element disposed at one side of the trigger to provide rebound force to the trigger, the trigger being slidably mounted on the shell fore and aft, the actuator including a front portion provided with a slot extending up and down and a rear portion connected to the trigger; the swing frame is further provided with a guide column inserted in the slot and capable of sliding along the slot. When in use, when it is necessary to reduce the size of the blown bubbles, the user can pull the trigger to drive the actuator to move backward, so that the guide column slides downward along the slot, and then drive the swing frame and the movable baffle to swing downward around the pin, thus increasing the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle to reduce the size of the blown bubbles. When it is necessary to increase the size of the blown bubbles, the user slightly releases the trigger, and the trigger and the actuator move forward under the action of the elastic element, so as to drive the swing frame and the movable baffle to swing upward around the pin, thus reducing the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle to increase the size of the blown bubbles. Therefore, the user can control the swing position of the swing frame by controlling the stay position of the trigger, change the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle, and thus conveniently adjust the size of the blown bubbles.
  • Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the movable baffle is provided with a cutout at an upper edge of the movable baffle. When the trigger controls the swing frame and the movable baffle to swing down to the lowest position around the pin, the movable baffle completely covers the bubble outlet of the bubbler, and the bubbles produced by the bubbler are the smallest and fly out of the cutout.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the motor has an upper output shaft and a lower output shaft; the blower includes an blast chamber, a blowing channel, and an impeller, the blast chamber and the blowing channel both being disposed inside the shell, the blowing channel having a front end communicated with the blast chamber and a rear end opening facing the bubble outlet of the bubbler, the impeller being mounted on the upper output shaft of the motor and disposed inside the blast chamber; the liquid conveyor includes a liquid pump, a first liquid-conveying tube, and a second liquid-conveying tube, the liquid pump being mounted on the shell and in transmission connection with the lower output shaft of the motor, and the liquid pump having a liquid inlet communicated with the liquid storage bottle through the first liquid-conveying tube and a liquid outlet communicated with the bubbler through the second liquid-conveying tube. During operation, the liquid pump operates under the drive of the lower output shaft of the motor, extracts the bubble liquid in the liquid storage bottle through the first liquid-conveying tube, and then conveys it to the bubbler through the second liquid-conveying tube, forming a bubble film at the bubble outlet of the bubbler. At the same time, the impeller rotates under the drive by the upper output shaft of the motor to form an airflow flowing from front to back in the blowing channel and blow it to the bubble outlet of the bubbler, so that the bubble film at the bubble outlet of the bubbler forms bubbles.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the bubble toy further includes a liquid recovery funnel which is mounted on the shell and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle. When there is excess bubble liquid at the bubble outlet of the bubbler, the excess bubble liquid will be caught by the liquid recovery funnel below, flows along the inner wall of the liquid recovery funnel to the lower-end opening of the liquid recovery funnel, and then flows into the liquid storage bottle to realize recycling.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the liquid storage bottle includes a bottle and a socket cap, the socket cap being mounted on the shell and having an internal thread on an inner wall of the socket cap, the bottle having an external thread on an outer wall of an upper-end opening of the bottle that engages with the internal thread. In this way, the liquid storage bottle can be easily filled with new bubble liquid and mounted back on the shell. Generally, the socket cap is provided with a liquid outlet and a liquid recovery opening, the liquid recovery opening of the socket cap is connected with the lower-end opening of the liquid recovery funnel, and the liquid outlet of the socket cap is connected with the liquid inlet of the liquid pump through the first liquid-conveying tube.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the bubbler includes a bubble generating ring disposed at an air outlet of the blower, and a vane capable of sweeping across an end-face of the bubble generating ring to cause a thin film to be generated on the end-face of the bubble generating ring. Generally, a transmission mechanism for transmitting the power of the motor to the vane for swinging is provided between the vane and the motor. When in use, the vane swings on the end-face of the bubble generating ring under the drive by the motor and causes the end-face of the bubble generating ring to generate a film.
  • Generally, the bubble toy is bubble gun-shaped. In one embodiment of the present invention, the shell is handgun-shaped, with a muzzle, a trigger guard, and a grip provided at a front end, an intermediate portion, and a rear lower portion of the shell, respectively; the bubbler is disposed inside the muzzle, the movable baffle is disposed at a front side of the muzzle, the trigger is inserted in the trigger guard; and the liquid storage bottle is mounted to a lower side of a front portion of the shell, while the power supply, the motor, and the liquid pump are all mounted to the grip. The power supply generally adopts several dry batteries in series.
  • Through the cooperation among the shell, liquid storage bottle, bubbler, liquid conveyor, blower, motor, power supply, and switch, the bubble toy provided by the present application can automatically and continuously blow many bubbles. In addition, the position of the movable baffle can be adjusted through the position adjuster, the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle can be changed, and the size of the blown bubbles can be conveniently adjusted, thus blowing both large bubbles and small bubbles, In this way, the user can produce different sized bubbles according to his ideas, and the interestingness is stronger to meet the demand of children for playing and innovation, thus helping to inspire children’s intelligence.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , one embodiment of a bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles includes: a shell 1; a liquid storage bottle 2 mounted on the shell 1; a bubbler 3 mounted on the shell 1; a liquid conveyor 4 that is mounted on the shell 1 and conveys bubble solution from the liquid storage bottle 2 to the bubbler 3; a blower 5 that is mounted on the shell 1 and provides airflow to a bubble outlet of the bubbler 3; a motor 6 that is mounted on the shell 1 and drives both the blower 5 and the liquid conveyor 4; a power supply (not shown) that is mounted on the shell 1 and provides power to the motor 6; a liquid recovery funnel 7 which is mounted on the shell 1 and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3 and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle 2; a movable baffle 8 disposed at a front side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3 and matching with the bubble outlet; a position adjuster 9 capable of adjusting a position of the movable baffle 8 and mounted on the shell 1; and a switch (not shown) provided between the power supply and the motor 6.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the position adjuster 9 includes a swing frame 91 and a swing controller 92 capable of controlling a swing position of the swing frame 91, and the swing frame has a front portion to which the movable baffle 8 is mounted and a rear portion hinged to the shell 1 through a left-right oriented pin 911; the swing controller 92 includes a trigger 921, an actuator 922, and an elastic element 923 disposed at one side of the trigger 921 to provide rebound force to the trigger 921, the trigger 921 is slidably mounted on the shell 1 fore and aft, the actuator 922 includes a front portion provided with a slot 9221 extending up and down and a rear portion connected to the trigger 921, the swing frame 91 is further provided with a guide column 912 inserted in the slot 9221 and capable of sliding along the slot 9221.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the movable baffle 8 is provided with a cutout 81 at an upper edge of the movable baffle 8.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the motor 6 has an upper output shaft and a lower output shaft; the blower 5 includes an blast chamber 51, a blowing channel 52, and an impeller 53, the blast chamber 51 and the blowing channel 52 both are disposed inside the shell 1, the blowing channel 52 has a front end communicated with the blast chamber 51 and a rear end opening facing the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3, and the impeller 53 is mounted on the upper output shaft of the motor 6 and disposed inside the blast chamber 51; and the liquid conveyor 4 includes liquid pump 41, a first liquid-conveying tube (not shown), and a second liquid-conveying tube (not shown), the liquid pump 41 is mounted on the shell 1 and in transmission connection with the lower output shaft of the motor 6, and the liquid pump 41 has a liquid inlet 411 communicated with the liquid storage bottle 2 through the first liquid-conveying tube and a liquid outlet 412 communicated with the bubbler 3 through the second liquid-conveying tube.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the liquid storage bottle 2 includes a bottle 21 and a socket cap 22, the socket cap 22 is mounted on the shell 1 and has an internal thread on an inner wall of the socket cap 22, and the bottle 21 has an external thread on an outer wall of an upper-end opening of the bottle 21 that engages with the internal thread. In this way, it is convenient to fill the bottle 21 with new bubble liquid and mount it back on the shell 1.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the bubbler 3 includes a bubble generating ring 31 disposed at an air outlet of the blower 5, and a vane (not shown) capable of sweeping across an end-face of the bubble generating ring 31 to cause a thin film to be generated on the end-face of the bubble generating ring 31. The bubble generating ring 31 forms the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3. Generally, a transmission mechanism for transmitting the driving force of the motor 6 to the vane for swinging is provided between the vane and the motor 6. When in use, under the drive of the motor 6, the vane sweeps across the end-face of the bubble generating ring 31 to cause a thin film to be generated on the end-face of the bubble generating ring 31.
  • In one embodiment of the present invention, the shell 1 is handgun-shaped, with a muzzle 101, a trigger guard 102, and a grip 11 provided at a front end, an intermediate portion, and a rear lower portion of the shell 1, respectively; the bubbler 3 is disposed inside the muzzle 101, the movable baffle 8 is disposed at a front side of the muzzle 101, and the trigger 921 is inserted in the trigger guard 102; and the liquid storage bottle 2 is mounted to a lower side of a front portion of the shell 1, while the power supply, the motor 6, and the liquid pump 41 are all mounted to the grip 11.
  • The following is a brief description of the usage of one embodiment of the bubble toy: when in use, the switch can be turned on to supply power to the motor 6, which drives the blower 5 and the liquid conveyor 4. At this time, the liquid pump 41 operates under the drive of the lower output shaft of the motor 6, extracts the bubble liquid in the liquid storage bottle 2 through the first liquid-conveying tube, and then conveys it to the bubbler 3 through the second liquid-conveying tube, forming a bubble film at the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3; At the same time, the impeller 53 rotates under the drive of the upper output shaft of the motor 6 to form an airflow from front to back in the blowing channel 52 and blow it to the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3, so that the bubble film at the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3 forms bubbles, realizing automatic and continuous blowing of many bubbles; when there is excess bubble liquid at the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3, the excess bubble liquid will be caught by the liquid recovery funnel 7 below, flow along the inner wall of the liquid recovery funnel 7 to the lower-end opening of the liquid recovery funnel 7, and then flow into the liquid storage bottle 2 to realize recycling.
  • The user can adjust the position of the movable baffle 8 through the position adjuster 9, change the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle 8, and conveniently adjust the size of the blown bubbles. When it is necessary to reduce the size of the blown bubbles, the user can pull the trigger 921 to drive the actuator 922 to move backward, so that the guide column 912 slides downward along the slot 9221, and then drive the swing frame 91 and the movable baffle 8 to swing downward around the pin 911, thus increasing the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle 8 to reduce the size of the blown bubbles (when the movable baffle 8 swings downward to the lowest position around the pin 911, the movable baffle 8 completely shields the bubble outlet of the bubbler 3, and the bubbles generated by the bubbler 3 are the smallest and fly out of the cutout 81). When it is necessary to increase the size of the blown bubbles, the user slightly releases the trigger 921, and the trigger 921 and the actuator 922 move forward under the action of the elastic element 923, so as to drive the swing frame 91 and the movable baffle 8 to swing upward around the pin 911, thus reducing the area of the bubble outlet shielded by the movable baffle 8 to increase the size of the blown bubbles (when the movable baffle 8 swings upward to the highest position around the pin 911, the movable baffle 8 does not shield the bubble outlet at all, and the bubbles generated by the bubbler 3 are the largest).
  • In addition, it should be noted that the names of various parts in the specific embodiments described in the description may be different. All equivalent or simple changes made according to the structure, features and principles described in the concept of the present application are included in the scope of protection of the present application. Those skilled in the technical field of the present application may make various modifications or supplements to the described specific embodiments or adopt similar methods to replace them. As long as they do not deviate from the structure of the present application or exceed the scope defined in the claims, they should also be included in the scope of protection of the present application.

Claims (20)

1. A bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles, comprising:
a shell;
a liquid reservoir bottle mounted on the shell;
a bubbler mounted on the shell;
a liquid conveyor that is mounted on the shell and conveys bubble solution from the liquid storage bottle to the bubbler;
a blower that is mounted on the shell and provides airflow to a bubble outlet of the bubbler;
a motor that is mounted on the shell and drives both the blower and the liquid conveyor;
a power supply that is mounted on the shell and provides power to the motor;
a switch provided between the power supply and the motor;
a movable baffle, the movable baffle being disposed at a front side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and matching with the bubble outlet; and
a position adjuster capable of adjusting a position of the movable baffle, the position adjuster being mounted on the shell.
2. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the position adjuster comprises a swing frame and a swing controller capable of controlling a swing position of the swing frame, the swing controller being mounted on the shell, the swing frame having a front portion to which the movable baffle is mounted and a rear portion hinged to the shell through a left-right oriented pin.
3. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the swing controller comprises a trigger, an actuator, and an elastic element disposed at one side of the trigger to provide rebound force to the trigger, the trigger being slidably mounted on the shell fore and aft, the actuator including a front portion provided with a slot extending up and down and a rear portion connected to the trigger, the swing frame is further provided with a guide column inserted in the slot and capable of sliding along the slot.
4. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 3, wherein the motor has an upper output shaft and a lower output shaft;
wherein the blower comprises an blast chamber, an blowing channel, and a impeller, the blast chamber and the blowing channel both being disposed inside the shell, the blowing channel having a front end communicated with the blast chamber and a rear end opening facing the bubble outlet of the bubbler, the impeller being mounted on the upper output shaft of the motor and disposed inside the blast chamber; and
wherein the liquid conveyor comprises a liquid pump, a first liquid-conveying tube, and a second liquid-conveying tube, the liquid pump being mounted on the shell and in transmission connection with the lower output shaft of the motor, and the liquid pump having a liquid inlet communicated with the liquid storage bottle through the first liquid-conveying tube and a liquid outlet communicated with the bubbler through the second liquid-conveying tube.
5. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the shell is handgun-shaped, with a muzzle, a trigger guard, and a grip provided at a front end, an intermediate portion, and a rear lower portion of the shell, respectively;
wherein the bubbler is disposed inside the muzzle, the movable baffle is disposed at a front side of the muzzle, the trigger is inserted in the trigger guard; and
wherein the liquid storage bottle is mounted to a lower side of a front portion of the shell, while the power supply, the motor, and the liquid pump are all mounted to the grip.
6. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable baffle is provided with a cutout at an upper edge of the movable baffle.
7. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bubble toy further comprises a liquid recovery funnel which is mounted on the shell and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle.
8. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid storage bottle comprises a bottle and a socket cap, the socket cap being mounted on the shell and having an internal thread on an inner wall of the socket cap, the bottle having an external thread on an outer wall of an upper-end opening of the bottle that engages with the internal thread.
9. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bubbler comprises a bubble generating ring disposed at an air outlet of the blower, and a vane capable of sweeping across an end-face of the bubble generating ring to cause a thin film to be generated on the end-face of the bubble generating ring.
10. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the movable baffle is provided with a cutout at an upper edge of the movable baffle.
11. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 3, wherein the movable baffle is provided with a cutout at an upper edge of the movable baffle.
12. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the movable baffle is provided with a cutout at an upper edge of the movable baffle.
13. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 5, wherein the movable baffle is provided with a cutout at an upper edge of the movable baffle.
14. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bubble toy further comprises a liquid recovery funnel which is mounted on the shell and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle.
15. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bubble toy further comprises a liquid recovery funnel which is mounted on the shell and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle.
16. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the bubble toy further comprises a liquid recovery funnel which is mounted on the shell and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle.
17. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bubble toy further comprises a liquid recovery funnel which is mounted on the shell and has an upper-end opening located at a lower side of the bubble outlet of the bubbler and a lower-end opening communicated with the liquid storage bottle.
18. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 2, wherein the liquid storage bottle comprises a bottle and a socket cap, the socket cap being mounted on the shell and having an internal thread on an inner wall of the socket cap, the bottle having an external thread on an outer wall of an upper-end opening of the bottle that engages with the internal thread.
19. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 3, wherein the liquid storage bottle comprises a bottle and a socket cap, the socket cap being mounted on the shell and having an internal thread on an inner wall of the socket cap, the bottle having an external thread on an outer wall of an upper-end opening of the bottle that engages with the internal thread.
20. The bubble toy capable of blowing different sized bubbles as claimed in claim 4, wherein the liquid storage bottle comprises a bottle and a socket cap, the socket cap being mounted on the shell and having an internal thread on an inner wall of the socket cap, the bottle having an external thread on an outer wall of an upper-end opening of the bottle that engages with the internal thread.
