Disclosed is a cosmetic container, which includes tube, a detachable bottom lid is connected to one end of the tube, the tube and the bottom lid are configured to enclose to form a chamber configured to store a solution, a dropper nozzle is connected to the other end of the tube opposite to the bottom lid, a tube hole communicated with a nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle is provided on the tube, a nozzle orifice communicated with the nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle is provided at one end of the dropper nozzle away from the tube, a detachable screw cap is connected to one end of the tube close to the dropper, and the screw cap is configured to cover at outside of the dropper nozzle and seal the nozzle orifice.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container.
- Liquid cosmetics such as aqueous cosmetics and serums on the market are generally stored in containers. When the cosmetics are in use, a dropper pipette assembly or a straw assembly is used to suck a cosmetic solution from a container, and then the cosmetic solution in the dropper pipette assembly is squeezed to drip onto a cotton pad. A cosmetic container and a dropper pipette assembly in the prior art have the following disadvantages: First, a dropper pipette assembly needs to be extended into the container every time the solution in the container is sucked, resulting in discontinuous use; especially when the solution in a bottle is less than one third, the dropper pipette assembly needs to be inserted obliquely, and the dropper pipette assembly can only suck out the solution at a certain angle with the container, which is inconvenient to operate and will cause more residual solution; second, after the solution is sucked by the dropper, the dropper pipette assembly is squeezed or pressed, the solution in the dropper pipette assembly drips out in a linear shape, and a dripping amount cannot be quantified; third, when not in use, the dropper pipette assembly might be unintentionally squeezed and leak, and thus is not convenient to carry.
- In view of problems existing in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a cosmetic container. The container containing a cosmetic solution is assembled with a dropper nozzle for use. A structure is simple and an operation is convenient. The solution can be quantitatively and slowly dripped out through the dropper nozzle in a water droplet form by pressing a button. When not in use, the container will not leak and is convenient to carry.
- The present disclosure uses the following technical solution:
- A cosmetic container, including a tube, where a detachable bottom lid is connected to one end of the tube, the tube and the bottom lid are configured to enclose to form a chamber configured to store a solution, a dropper nozzle is connected to the other end of the tube opposite to the bottom lid, a tube hole communicated with a nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle is provided on the tube, a nozzle orifice communicated with the nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle is provided at one end of the dropper nozzle away from the tube, a detachable screw cap is connected to one end of the tube close to the dropper nozzle, and the screw cap is configured to cover at outside of the dropper nozzle and seal the nozzle orifice.
- Further, the diameter of the nozzle orifice is 0.8 to 2.5 times the diameter of the tube hole.
- Further, a first sealing ring matched with an inner circular sealing surface of the dropper nozzle is provided at one end of the tube close to the dropper nozzle.
- Further, a second sealing ring matched with an inner circular sealing surface of the tube is provided at the outer side of the dropper nozzle.
- Preferably, a liquid sealing pin configured to seal the nozzle orifice is configured to extend from one side of the screw cap facing the dropper.
- Further, a thread is provided at the outer side of the tube, and a corresponding position inside the screw cap is provided with a thread to match with.
- Further, a button configured to squeeze the solution in the chamber is connected to the outer tube, the button is provided with a pressing part, and a through-hole for the pressing part to pass through is provided on the bottom lid.
- Further, a third sealing ring matched with an inner surface of the tube is provided at the button.
- Further, an outer snap thread is provided at the outer side of the tube, and an inner snap thread matched with the outer snap thread is provided at the inner side of the bottom lid.
- Further, a fourth sealing ring matched with an outer surface of the tube is provided at the inner side of the bottom lid.
- The technical solution has the following beneficial effects: After the screw cap, the dropper nozzle, and the tube are assembled, an appropriate amount of cosmetic solution is poured into the chamber, and then the bottom lid is assembled. When the container is in use, the button is pressed, so that the cosmetic solution in the chamber can enter the nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle through the tube hole, and the button is further pressed, so that the solution in the nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle drips onto a cotton pad through the nozzle orifice. This cosmetic container adopted the above technical solution, the dropper nozzle and the tube are communicated with each other, and the solution can enter the dropper nozzle completely and continuously through the tube without needing to tilt the dropper nozzle and the tube by a certain angle, and the dropper nozzle does not need to be extended into the container to suck the solution, which is convenient to operate and will not cause residual solution. - Referring to
FIG. 1 , a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has the following overall structure: The cosmetic container includes a tube 3, where a detachable bottom lid 5 is connected to one end of the tube 3, an elasticpressing part 42 is assembled with a hollow lid body to form the bottom lid 5; the tube 3 and the bottom lid 5 enclose to form achamber 30 configured to store a solution, a dropper nozzle 2 is connected to the other end of the tube 3 opposite to the bottom lid 5, atube hole 31 communicated with anozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 is provided on the tube 3, anozzle orifice 21 communicated with thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 is provided at one end of the dropper nozzle 2 away from the tube 3, a detachable screw cap 1 is connected to one end of the tube 3 close to the dropper nozzle 2, and the screw cap 1 is configured to seal thenozzle orifice 21. The dropper nozzle 2 and the tube 3 are assembled together, so that the cosmetic solution in thechamber 30 can enter thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 through thetube hole 31 by pressing the elasticpressing part 42. The elasticpressing part 42 is further pressed, so that the solution in thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 drips onto a cotton pad through thenozzle orifice 21, without needing to extend the dropper nozzle 2 into thechamber 30 to suck the solution. - An exemplary structure is as follows:
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the diameter of thenozzle orifice 21 is 0.8 to 2.5 times the diameter of thetube hole 31. Thenozzle orifice 21 and thetube hole 31 are arranged in proportion. When the elastic pressingpart 42 is pressed, the cosmetic solution can quickly flow into thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2, and drip onto the cotton pad in a water droplet form through thenozzle orifice 21. This arrangement can prevent the solution from spraying out in a linear form, and a user can determine an application amount of the solution according to a quantity of solution droplets dripped onto the cotton pad, so as to prevent excessive use and waste of the cosmetic solution. - Referring to
FIG. 2 toFIG. 4 , one end of the tube 3 close to the dropper nozzle 2 is provided with afirst sealing ring 32 matched with an innercircular sealing surface 23 of the dropper nozzle 2; the outer side of the dropper nozzle 2 is provided with asecond sealing ring 22 matched with an innercircular sealing surface 35 of the tube 3; the tube 3 and the dropper nozzle 2 are in interference fit, and seal the inside and outside of the dropper nozzle 2 at the same time by using thefirst sealing ring 32 and thesecond sealing ring 22, so as to prevent the solution in thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 from penetrating into a gap at a contact part between the dropper nozzle 2 and the tube 3. - Referring to
FIG. 2 toFIG. 6 , a liquid sealingpin 11 configured to seal thenozzle orifice 21 is extended from one side of the screw cap 1 that faces the dropper nozzle 2, the diameter of the liquid sealingpin 11 matches the diameter of thenozzle orifice 21, a circular ring is extended from one side of the screw cap 1 that faces the dropper nozzle 2, the circular ring surrounds theliquid sealing column 11 to form a groove, the groove is matched with one end of the dropper nozzle 2 on which thenozzle orifice 21 is provided, theliquid sealing column 11 is inserted into thenozzle orifice 21, and one end of the dropper nozzle 2 that has thenozzle orifice 21 is embedded into the groove to seal thenozzle orifice 21. The outer side of the tube 3 is provided with athread 33, a corresponding position inside the screw cap 1 is provided with athread 12 matched with thethread 33, and the screw cap 1 is fixed on the tube 3 through screwing fit of thethread 33 and thethread 12. - Referring to
FIG. 2 ,FIG. 3 andFIG. 7 toFIG. 10 , a button 4 configured to squeeze the solution in thechamber 30 is connected to the tube 3, the button 4 is provided with an elasticpressing part 42, thepressing part 42 may be arranged as an elastic film, which allows the user to fine-adjust the liquid discharging pressure with the fingertip. A through-hole 50 for thepressing part 42 to pass through is provided on the bottom lid 5. The bottom lid 5 is provided with aconcave position 54 conforming to human engineering mechanics, and thepressing part 42 is perfectly matched in theconcave position 54. The button 4 is provided with athird sealing ring 41 matched with an inner surface of the tube 3, and a contact part between the button 4 and the tube 3 is sealed by using thethird sealing ring 41, to prevent the solution in thechamber 30 from seeping out of the contact part. - Referring to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 3 ,FIG. 9 , andFIG. 10 , afourth sealing ring 52 matched with an outer surface of the tube 3 is provided at the inner side of the bottom lid 5, and a contact part between the bottom lid 5 and the tube 3 is sealed by using thefourth sealing ring 52, to prevent the solution in thechamber 30 from seeping out of the contact part. Twoouter snap threads 34 are uniformly distributed outside the tube 3 in the circumferential direction,inner snap threads 51 matched with theouter snap threads 34 are provided at the inner side of the bottom lip 5, sixbumps 511 are uniformly distributed at one side of theinner snap threads 51 in the circumferential direction, theouter snap threads 34 are clamped into theinner snap threads 51, and thebumps 511 support theouter snap threads 34 in the circumferential direction, to prevent the bottom lip 5 and the tube 3 from being separated due to force. Afixing line 53 is further provided at the inner side of the bottom lid 5, and is configured to enhance the fixing effects of the bottom lid 5 and the tube 3. - The screw cap 1, the dropper nozzle 2, the tube 3, the button 4, and the bottom lid 5 are plastic, and silica gel workpieces with elasticity. In this embodiment, the screw cap 1, the dropper nozzle 2, the tube 3, and the bottom lid 5 are made of plastic, and the button 4 is made of silica gel.
- An operating process is as follows:
- After the screw cap 1, the dropper nozzle 2, and the tube 3 are assembled, an appropriate amount of cosmetic solution is poured into the
chamber 30, and then the button 4 and the bottom lid 5 are assembled. When the container is in use, thepressing part 42 of the button 4 is pressed, so that the cosmetic solution in thechamber 30 can enter thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 through thetube hole 31, thenozzle cavity 20 is arranged as a buffer nozzle cavity to reduce inner pressure by temporarily storing the cosmetic solution, and thepressing part 42 of the button 4 is further pressed, so that the solution in thenozzle cavity 20 of the dropper nozzle 2 drips onto the cotton pad through thenozzle orifice 21. - This cosmetic container adopted the above technical solution, the dropper nozzle 2 and the tube 3 are assembled together and communicated with each other, and the solution can enter the dropper nozzle 2 completely and continuously through the tube 3 without needing to tilt the dropper nozzle 2 and the tube 3 by a certain angle, and the dropper nozzle 2 does not need to be extended into the container to suck the solution, which is convenient to operate and will not cause residual solution. When the
pressing part 42 of the button 4 is pressed, the solution in the tube 3 can drip out quantitatively and slowly through thenozzle orifice 21 in a water droplet form. On the one hand, the user can well control a dropping amount of the solution to avoid waste; on the other hand, the solution will not splash on the clothes, which helps to improve user experience. When the container is not in use, thenozzle orifice 21 is closed by the screw cap 1, so there will be no leakage even if thepressing part 42 is pressed, thereby the container being convenient to carry. - The foregoing specific structure is a description of some embodiments of the present disclosure, but does not limit an implementation and a protection scope of the present disclosure. A person skilled in the art can make various equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the concept of the present disclosure, and these equivalent modifications or substitutions all fall within the scope defined by the claims of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A cosmetic container, comprising: tube, wherein a detachable bottom lid is connected to one end of the tube, the tube and the bottom lid are configured to enclose to form a chamber configured to store a solution, a dropper nozzle is connected to the other end of the tube opposite to the bottom lid, a tube hole communicated with a nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle is provided on the tube, a nozzle orifice communicated with the nozzle cavity of the dropper nozzle is provided at one end of the dropper nozzle away from the tube, a detachable screw cap is connected to one end of the tube close to the dropper, and the screw cap is configured to cover at outside of the dropper nozzle and seal the nozzle orifice.
2. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a diameter of the nozzle orifice is 0.8 to 2.5 times a diameter of the tube hole.
3. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a first sealing ring matched with an inner circular sealing surface of the dropper nozzle is provided at one end of the tube close to the dropper nozzle.
4. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a second sealing ring matched with an inner circular sealing surface of the tube is provided at an outer side of the dropper nozzle.
5. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a liquid sealing pin configured to seal the nozzle orifice is configured to extend from one side of the screw cap facing the dropper nozzle.
6. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a thread is provided at an outer side of the tube, and a corresponding position inside the screw cap is provided with a thread matched with the thread.
7. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a button configured to squeeze the solution in the chamber is connected to the tube, the button is provided with an elastic pressing part, and a through-hole for the pressing part to pass through is provided on the bottom lid.
8. The cosmetic container of claim 7 , wherein a third sealing ring matched with an inner surface of the tube is provided at the button.
9. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein an outer snap thread is provided at the outer side of the tube, and an inner snap thread matched with the outer snap thread is provided at the inner side of the bottom lid.
10. The cosmetic container of claim 1 , wherein a fourth sealing ring matched with an outer surface of the tube is provided at the inner side of the bottom lid.
