Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to a folding mat and, more particularly, to a folding mat for preventing noise between floors.
  • BACKGROUND
  • As people's contactless lives are routinized since the advent of COVID-19, residential spaces are evolving into multi-layered spaces that project lifestyles and personal lives. Under these circumstances, people's indoor living and activities are increasing compared to a situation before the advent of COVID-19.
  • An increase in indoor living and activities may inevitably be accompanied by concerns about the generation of noise between floors due to impacts applied to a floor surface of a living space such as a living room. Furthermore, a situation in which the floor of the living space becomes dirty or is scratched by foreign substances may increase.
  • In order to solve this inconvenience, people have installed the floor mat on the floor surface of the living space. However, inconveniences that may not be solved remain in the conventional floor mat.
  • For instance, in a situation where a child's activity area is not restricted, a mat that is large enough to cover the entire living room may be required. However, it may be impossible to install and deliver the mat of this size due to the characteristics of a general housing type. The reason is because the internal height of an elevator in a typical apartment is about 2.5 m but the size of the mat to cover the entire living room is much larger than this.
  • For this reason, a large-sized mat is limited in delivery service, and a professional construction team should construct the mat, resulting in high installation costs.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • Various embodiments and/or aspects are now described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, for the purpose of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more aspects. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that such aspect(s) may be practiced without these specific details. The following description and accompanying drawings set forth in detail certain illustrative aspects of one or more aspects. However, these aspects are illustrative, some of various methods in principles of various aspects may be employed, and the descriptions are intended to include all such aspects and their equivalents. Specifically, as used herein, “embodiment”, “example”, “aspect”, “illustration”, etc. may not be construed as advantageous over any aspect or design described herein.
  • Hereinafter, the same or similar elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and overlapping descriptions thereof are omitted. When it is determined that the detailed description of the known art related to the present disclosure may obscure the gist of the present disclosure, the detailed description will be omitted. In addition, the accompanying drawings are only for easy understanding of embodiments disclosed in the present specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in the present specification are not limited by the accompanying drawings.
  • It will be understood that, although the terms “first”, “second”, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another element. Thus, a first element discussed below could be termed a second element without departing from the technical ideas of the present disclosure.
  • Unless otherwise defined, all terms including technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure belongs. It will be further understood that terms used herein should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of this specification and the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
  • In addition, the term “or” is intended to mean an inclusive “or” rather than an exclusive “or.” That is, unless otherwise specified or clear from the context, “X employs A or B” is intended to mean one of natural implicit substitutions. In other words, when X employs A; X employs B; or X employs both A and B, “X employs A or B” may be applied to any of these cases. It should also be understood that the term “and/or” as used herein refers to and covers all possible combinations of one or more of the listed related items.
  • It will be further understood that the terms “comprise”, “include”, “have”, etc. when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features and/or elements, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, elements, and/or groups thereof. Further, in the present disclosure, the singular forms are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
  • It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being “coupled” or “connected” to another element, it can be directly coupled or connected to the other element or intervening elements may be present therebetween. In contrast, it should be understood that when an element is referred to as being “directly coupled” or “directly connected” to another element, there are no intervening elements present.
  • The suffixes “module” and “part” for elements used in the following description are given or used in consideration of the ease of writing the specification only, and do not have a meaning or role distinct from each other.
  • When a first part such as an element or a layer is disposed on a second part, the first part may be not only directly on the second part but a third part may be interposed between them. To the contrary, the expression “the first part is directly disposed on the second part” represents that another element or layer is not interposed therebetween.
  • Spatially relative terms “below”, “beneath”, “lower”, “above”, “upper”, etc. may be used to easily describe a correlation between elements as shown in the drawings. Spatially relative terms should be understood as terms including different orientations of elements during use or operation in addition to an orientation shown in the drawings.
  • For example, when an element shown in the drawing is turned over, an element described as “below” or “beneath” another element may be placed “above” the other element. Therefore, the exemplary term “below” may include both “below” and “above”. Elements may also be oriented in other orientations, and thus spatially relative terms may be interpreted according to an orientation.
  • The above and other objectives, effects, and technical configurations of the present disclosure will be easily understood from the following preferred embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. In describing the present disclosure, if it is determined that a detailed description of a well-known function or configuration may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the present disclosure, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. Since the terms can be differently defined according to the intention of a user or an operator or customs, these terms should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with the technical spirit of the present disclosure.
  • However, the present disclosure may be embodied in different forms without being limited to embodiments set forth herein. Rather, the embodiments disclosed herein are provided to make the disclosure thorough and complete and to sufficiently convey the spirit of the present disclosure to those skilled in the art. The present disclosure will be only defined by the scope of the claims. Therefore, the definition should be made based on the content throughout this specification.
  • In the present disclosure, a folding mat may be formed in one layer when unfolded, and may be stacked in two layers when folded. Therefore, the folding mat according to the present disclosure may be stacked in two layers in a state where a cover and a cushioning material inserted into the cover are pre-assembled, thus reducing a volume. Therefore, the folding mat can be easily delivered. However, the size of the mat may be large in the case of using only the above-described stacking structure, thus making it inconvenient to deliver the mat. Therefore, the folding mat according to the present disclosure may include a plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the cover. For example, the plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the cover may be formed in a size which is fit for a delivery box which is easily transported by a person. Thus, the folding mat according to the present disclosure can be easily delivered by separately delivering the cover and the plurality of cushioning materials in an unassembled state. Hereinafter, the folding mat according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.
  • FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of a folding mat according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, the folding mat 1000 may include a first cover part 100, a second cover part 200, a first opening and closing part 300, and a second opening and closing part 400. However, the above-described elements are not essential to form the folding mat 1000, and the folding mat 1000 may have elements which are more or less than the above listed elements.
  • A plurality of first cushioning materials (not shown) may be inserted into the first cover part 100. In this regard, the plurality of first cushioning materials may be cushioning materials for absorbing noise which may be generated by a user. Hereinafter, the first cushioning materials will be described with reference to FIG. 2.
  • On the other hand, as the plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted, the first cover part 100 may form a portion of the appearance of the folding mat 1000. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first cover part 100 may be formed of a fabric which does not stretch in a horizontal direction but stretches in a vertical direction. In this regard, the horizontal direction may be a major-axis direction of the first cover part 100. Further, the vertical direction may be a minor-axis direction of the first cover part 100.
  • For example, the first cover part 100 may be made of a fabric having a circular knit structure. Here, the circular knit structure may be a structure which is woven by needles arranged in a circular shape. Therefore, the first cover part 100 may be easily stretched by a user's external force in the vertical direction, but may not be stretched in the horizontal direction even if a user's external force is applied thereto. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, the first cover part 100 may be made of an antibacterial double-sided coating fabric having a waterproof function. In this case, the first cover part 100 may secure resistance to bacteria and fungus. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the first cover part 100 may include a first side 110, a second side 120, a fifth side 160 (see FIG. 4), and a seventh side 130. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • The first opening and closing part 300 may be formed on at least two of the first side 110, the second side 120, and the seventh side 130. Further, the first opening and closing part 300 may be opened and closed such that the plurality of first cushioning materials may be inserted into the first cover part 100. For example, the first opening and closing part 300 may be provided with a zipper or the like to be opened and closed by a user. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the plurality of second cushioning materials (not shown) may be inserted into the second cover part 200, and the second cover part may be foldably connected with the first cover part 100.
  • For example, an area of an upper surface of the second cover part 200 may be sewn on an area of an upper surface of the first cover part 100 to be connected thereto. Therefore, the second cover part 200 or the first cover part 100 may be folded by a user. For instance, when the second cover part 200 is folded by a user, the second cover part 200 may be stacked on the upper surface of the first cover part 100. On the contrary, when the first cover part 100 is folded by a user, the first cover part 100 may be stacked on the upper surface of the second cover part 200. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, an example where the folding mat 1000 according to the present disclosure is folded will be described with reference to FIG. 4.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second cover part 200 may be formed of a fabric which is not stretched in the horizontal direction and is stretched in the vertical direction. Here, the horizontal direction may be a major-axis direction of the second cover part 200. Further, the vertical direction may be a minor-axis direction of the second cover part 200.
  • For example, the second cover part 200 may be made of a fabric having a circular knit structure. Here, the circular knit structure may be a structure which is woven by needles arranged in a circular shape. Therefore, the second cover part 200 may be easily stretched by a user's external force in the vertical direction, but may not be stretched in the horizontal direction even if a user's external force is applied thereto. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, the second cover part 200 may be made of an antibacterial double-sided coating fabric having a waterproof function. In this case, the second cover part 200 may secure resistance to bacteria and fungus. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the second cover part 200 may include a third side 210, a fourth side 220, a sixth side 260 (see FIG. 4), and an eighth side 230. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • The second opening and closing part 400 may be formed on at least two of the third side 210, the fourth side 220, and the eighth side 230. Further, the second opening and closing part 400 may be opened and closed such that the plurality of second cushioning materials may be inserted into the second cover part 200. For example, the second opening and closing part 400 may be provided with a zipper or the like to be opened and closed by a user. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the first opening and closing part 300 may be formed from a first point 140 of the first side 110 of the first cover part 100 to a second point 150 of the second side 120 of the first cover part 100.
  • To be more specific, the first opening and closing part 300 may be formed from the first point 140 of the first side 110 through the seventh side 130 to the second point 150 of the second side 120. In this regard, the first point 140 may be a point on the first side 110 where the first side 110 contacts the sixth side. Further, the second point 150 may be a point on the second side 120, which is spaced apart from a point where the second side 120 contacts the sixth side by a predetermined distance. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the first opening and closing part 300 may open at least two sides of the first cover part 100 so that the plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted into the first cover part 100. In this regard, at least two sides of the first cover part 100 equipped with the first opening and closing part 300 may not include the fifth side of the first cover part 100, the entire surface of which contacts a side of the second cover part 200 in a state where the upper surface of the first cover part 100 and the upper surface of the second cover part 200 are present on the same plane (a state where the folding mat is not stacked or a state where the folding mat is not folded). That is, at least two sides may be at least two sides among the first side 110, the second side 120, and the seventh side 130. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • As the first opening and closing part 300 is formed from the first point 140 to the second point 150, the entire areas of the first side 110 and the seventh side 130 of the first cover part 100 may be opened, and only some areas of the second side 120 may be opened. Therefore, a user may insert a first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials to contact an unopened inner side of the second side 120. In this case, the first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials may be inserted all the way to an inner end of the first cover part 100 to be positioned at a desired location. Further, the user may insert the remaining first cushioning materials subsequent to the first cushioning material. Therefore, even if the plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the first cover part 100 are provided, the user can conveniently perform an operation of inserting the plurality of first cushioning materials into the first cover part 100. Hereinafter, the method of inserting the plurality of first cushioning materials into the first cover part 100 according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first opening and closing part 300 may be formed from the first point 140 of the first side 110 to a first corner of the seventh side 130. In this regard, the first corner may be a point where the seventh side 130 contacts the second side 120. Further, the first opening and closing part 300 may open the first side 110 and the seventh side 130 so that the plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted into the first cover part 100. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the second opening and closing part 400 may be formed from a third point 240 of the third side 210 of the second cover part 200 to a fourth point 250 of the fourth side 220 of the second cover part 200.
  • To be more specific, the second opening and closing part 400 may be formed from the third point 240 of the third side 210 through the eighth side 230 to the fourth point 250 of the fourth side 220. In this regard, the third point 240 may be a point on the third side 210 where the third side 210 contacts the fifth side. Further, the fourth point 250 may be a point on the fourth side 220, which is spaced apart from a point where the fourth side 220 contacts the fifth side by a predetermined distance. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the second opening and closing part 400 may open at least two sides of the second cover part 200 so that the plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted into the second cover part 200. In this regard, at least two sides of the second cover part 200 equipped with the second opening and closing part 400 may not include the sixth side of the second cover part 200, the entire surface of which contacts the fifth side of the first cover part 100 in a state where the upper surface of the first cover part 100 and the upper surface of the second cover part 200 are present on the same plane (a state where the folding mat is not stacked or a state where the folding mat is not folded). That is, at least two sides may be at least two sides among the third side 210, the fourth side 220, and the eighth side 230. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • As the second opening and closing part 400 is formed from the third point 240 to the fourth point 250, the entire areas of the third side 210 and the eighth side 230 of the second cover part 200 may be opened, and only some areas of the fourth side 220 may be opened. Therefore, a user may insert a first cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials to contact an unopened inner side of the fourth side 220. In this case, a first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials may be inserted all the way to an inner end of the second cover part 200 to be positioned at a desired location. Further, the user may insert the remaining first cushioning materials subsequent to the first cushioning material. Therefore, even if the plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the second cover part 200 are provided, the user can conveniently perform an operation of inserting the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover part 200. Hereinafter, the method of inserting the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover part 200 according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.
  • In the present disclosure, the second opening and closing part 400 may be formed from the third point 240 of the third side 210 to a second corner of the eighth side 230. In this regard, the second corner may be a point where the eighth side 230 contacts the fourth side 220. Further, the second opening and closing part 400 may open the third side 210 and the seventh side 130 so that the plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted into the second cover part 200. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second point 150 may be a point which is disposed on the same plane as the third point 240 and is spaced apart from the third point 240 by a first distance. In this regard, the first distance may be longer than half of the length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials.
  • Thus, when the first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials is inserted into the first cover part 100 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the first cover part 100 and contacts the inner side of the second side 120. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, the method of inserting the plurality of first cushioning materials into the first cover part 100 according to the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.
  • In the present disclosure, the fourth point 250 may be a point which is disposed on the same plane as the first point 140 and is spaced apart from the first point 140 by a first distance. In this regard, the second distance may be longer than half of the length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials.
  • Thus, when the first cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials is inserted into the second cover part 200 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the second cover part 200 and contacts the inner side of the fourth side 220. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, the method of inserting the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover part 200 according to the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.
  • According to the above-described configuration, each of the first cover part 100 and the second cover part 200 may be provided with the opening and closing part which may open at least two sides. In this case, even if the plurality of cushioning materials inserted into each of the first cover part 100 and the second cover part 200 are provided, a user may easily insert the plurality of cushioning materials into each cover part.
  • FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of the plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the cover part according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, the folding mat 1000 may include a plurality of first cushioning materials 500. For example, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be two, three, or four. Furthermore, the folding mat 1000 may include a plurality of second cushioning materials (not shown). Further, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be two, three, or four. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the horizontal side of the first cover part 100 may be longer than the length of the horizontal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset first length to allow the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 to be easily inserted into the first cover part 100. In this regard, the horizontal side of the first cover part 100 may be a side provided with the second side 120. Further, the horizontal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be a side corresponding to the second side 120. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the preset first length may be a length ranging from 0.5 cm or more to 1.5 cm or less. Therefore, since the length of the horizontal side of the first cover part 100 is longer than the length of the horizontal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500, a user can easily insert the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 into the first cover part 100. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the length of the vertical side of the first cover part 100 may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length so that the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 come into close contact with the first cover part 100 without having a space therein. In this regard, the vertical side of the first cover part 100 may be a side provided with the first side 110. Further, the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be a side corresponding to the first side 110. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as the first opening and closing part 300 is formed from the first point 140 to the second point 150, the entire areas of the first side 110 and the seventh side 130 of the first cover part 100 may be opened. Further, only some areas of the second side 120 may be opened. In this case, the first cushioning material which is first inserted by a user among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be inserted to contact the unopened inner side of the second side 120 and thereby be positioned at a desired location.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second point 150 of the second side 120 may be a point which is spaced apart from the third point 240 by a first distance. In this regard, the first distance may be longer than half of the length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500.
  • Thus, when at least a portion of the first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 is inserted into the first cover part 100 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the first cover part 100 and contacts the inner side of the second side 120. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the vertical side of the first cover part 100 may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length. In this regard, the preset second length may be determined according to the following Equation.

  • L 2 =L 1 −α*L 1  [Equation 1]
  • where L1 may represent the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500. Further, α may represent a preset ratio value. For example, the preset ratio value may be a value ranging from 0.005 or more to 0.015 or less. Further, L2 may represent the length of the vertical side of the first cover part 100. In this case, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may come into close contact with the first cover part 100 without a space therebetween to be inserted into the first cover part 100. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, as the length of the vertical side of the first cover part 100 is shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be compressed in a vertical direction. In this case, the length of the horizontal side of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be increased.
  • To be more specific, when the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 are inserted into the first cover part 100 and thereby the first opening and closing part 300 is closed, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be compressed in the vertical direction. In this case, the length of the horizontal side of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be increased. Therefore, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be inserted into the first cover part 100 to come into close contact therewith without a space in the horizontal direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the horizontal side of the second cover part 200 may be longer than the length of the horizontal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset first length to allow the plurality of second cushioning materials to be easily inserted into the second cover part 200. In this regard, the horizontal side of the second cover part 200 may be a side provided with an eighth side 230. Further, the horizontal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials may be a side corresponding to the eighth side 230. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the preset first length may be a length ranging from 0.5 cm or more to 1.5 cm or less. Therefore, since the length of the horizontal side of the second cover part 200 is longer than the length of the horizontal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, a user can easily insert the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover part 200. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the length of the vertical side of the second cover part 200 may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length so that the plurality of second cushioning materials come into close contact with the second cover part 200 without having a space therein. In this regard, the vertical side of the second cover part 200 may be a side provided with the fourth side 220. Further, the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials may be a side corresponding to the fourth side 220. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as the second opening and closing part 400 is formed from the third point 240 to the fourth point 250, the entire areas of the third side 210 and the eighth side 230 of the second cover part 200 may be opened. Further, only some areas of the fourth side 220 may be opened. In this case, the first cushioning material which is first inserted by a user among the plurality of second cushioning materials may be inserted to contact the unopened inner side of the fourth side 220 and thereby be positioned at a desired location.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fourth point 250 of the fourth side 220 may be a point which is spaced apart from the first point 140 by a second distance. In this regard, the second distance may be longer than half of the length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials.
  • Thus, when at least a portion of the first cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials is inserted into the second cover part 200 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the second cover part 200 and contacts the inner side of the fourth side 220. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the vertical side of the second cover part 200 may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length. In this regard, the preset second length may be determined according to the following Equation.

  • L 2 =L 1 −α*L 1  [Equation 1]
  • where L1 may represent the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials. Further, α may represent a preset ratio value. For example, the preset ratio value may be a value ranging from 0.005 or more to 0.015 or less. Further, L2 may represent the length of the vertical side of the second cover part 200. In this case, the plurality of second cushioning materials may come into close contact with the second cover part 200 without a space therebetween to be inserted into the second cover part 200. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, as the length of the vertical side of the second cover part 200 is shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be compressed in a vertical direction. In this case, the length of the horizontal side of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be increased.
  • To be more specific, when the plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted into the second cover part 200 and thereby the second opening and closing part 400 is closed, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be compressed in the vertical direction. In this case, the length of the horizontal side of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be increased. Therefore, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be inserted into the second cover part 200 to come into close contact therewith without a space in the horizontal direction.
In this case, the first cushioning material which is first inserted by a user among the plurality of second cushioning materials may be inserted to contact the unopened inner side of the fourth side 220 to be positioned at a desired location.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fourth point 250 of the fourth side 220 may be a point which is spaced apart from the first point 140 by a first distance. In this regard, the first distance may be longer than half of the length of a vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the plurality of second cushioning materials may be formed in a size which is fit for a delivery box which may be easily transported by a person.
  • For example, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the plurality of second cushioning materials may have the width of 730 mm, the length of 1260 mm, and the height of 80 mm. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the lengths of all sides of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be less than the height of a floor. Further, each of the lengths of all sides of each of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be less than the floor height. Here, the floor height is the internal height of a general elevator installed in an apartment, and may be approximately 2.5 m.
  • For example, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have the horizontal length of 730 mm and the vertical length of 1260 mm That is, both the horizontal length and the vertical length of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be less than the floor height. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the sum of the lengths of any combination of two or more sides of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be equal to or greater than the floor height. Further, the sum of the lengths of any combination of two or more sides of each of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be equal to or greater than the floor height.
  • For instance, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have the horizontal length of 730 mm. In this case, the length of a combination of horizontal sides of four first cushioning materials among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be 2920 mm That is, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have at least one combination where the sum of the lengths of two or more sides is equal to or greater than the floor height. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the plurality of second cushioning materials may be made of polyethylene (PE) material. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to the above-described configuration, the length of the horizontal side of the cover part may be longer than the length of the horizontal side formed by the plurality of cushioning materials. Therefore, a user may easily insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the cover part. Further, the length of the vertical side of the cover part may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of cushioning materials. Therefore, the plurality of cushioning materials may come into close contact with the cover part without a space therebetween. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating another example of a plurality of cushioning materials inserted into a cover part according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be inserted into the first cover part 100 such that two cushioning materials are arranged in a horizontal direction and two cushioning materials are arranged in a vertical direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, when a first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 is inserted into the first cover part 100 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the first cover part 100 and contacts the unopened inner side of the second side 120. Further, a second cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be positioned such that at least a portion of the vertical side contacts the unopened inner side of the second side 120.
  • To be more specific, the second point 150 of the first opening and closing part 300 formed on the second side 120 may be a point which is spaced apart from the third point 240 by a first distance. Here, the first distance may be longer than half of the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500. For example, the second point 150 may be formed at a point which is spaced apart from the corner formed by the second side 120 and the seventh side 130 by a length which is equal to ¼ of the vertical side of the first cover part 100.
  • Thus, when the first cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 is inserted into the first cover part 100 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the first cover part 100 and contacts the unopened inner side of the second side 120. Further, the second cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be positioned such that at least a portion of the vertical side contacts the unopened inner side of the second side 120. Therefore, the second cushioning material among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may also be positioned at desired location. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, the length of the vertical side of the first cover part 100 may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length. Thus, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be compressed in the vertical direction. Therefore, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be inserted into the first cover part 100 to come into close contact therewith without having a space in the vertical direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, in the present disclosure, when the first cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials is inserted into the second cover part 200 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the second cover part 200 and contacts the unopened inner side of the fourth side 220. Further, the second cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials may be positioned such that at least a portion of the vertical side contacts the unopened inner side of the fourth side 220.
  • To be more specific, the fourth point 250 of the second opening and closing part 400 formed on the fourth side 220 may be a point which is spaced apart from the first point 140 by a second distance. Here, the second distance may be longer than half of the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials, and may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials. For example, the fourth point 250 may be formed at a point which is spaced apart from the corner formed by the fourth side 220 and the eighth side 230 by a length which is equal to ¼ of the vertical side of the second cover part 200.
  • Thus, when the first cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials is inserted into the second cover part 200 by a user, the cushioning material may be positioned so that it does not escape out of the second cover part 200 and contacts the unopened inner side of the fourth side 220. Further, the second cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials may be positioned such that at least a portion of the vertical side contacts the unopened inner side of the fourth side 220. Therefore, the second cushioning material among the plurality of second cushioning materials may also be positioned at desired location. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, the length of the vertical side of the second cover part 200 may be shorter than the length of the vertical side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length. Thus, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be compressed in the vertical direction. Therefore, the plurality of second cushioning materials may come into close contact therewith to have no space in the vertical direction, and may be inserted into the second cover part 200. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the plurality of second cushioning materials may be formed in a size which is fit for a delivery box which may be easily transported by a person.
  • For example, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the plurality of second cushioning materials may have the width of 1910 mm, the length of 705 mm, and the height of 80 mm. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each of the lengths of all sides of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be less than a floor height. Further, each of the lengths of all sides of each of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be less than the floor height. Here, the floor height is the internal height of a general elevator installed in an apartment, and may be approximately 2.5 m.
  • For example, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have the horizontal length of 1910 mm and the vertical length of 705 mm That is, both the horizontal length and the vertical length of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be less than the floor height.
  • For instance, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have the horizontal length of 1910 mm. In this case, the length of a combination of horizontal sides of two first cushioning materials among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be 3820 mm That is, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have at least one combination where the sum of the lengths of two or more sides is equal to or greater than the floor height. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to the above-described configuration, a user may insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the cover part in a direction different from that shown in FIG. 2. In other words, a user can insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the cover part in a direction which is more convenient for the user to work according to the user's tendency. Therefore, it may be convenient to install the folding mat 1000.
  • The convenience of installing the folding mat 1000 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure was proved by comparison with comparative examples which are commercially available products as shown in Table 1 below.

  • As described above with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, this embodiment may be provided with a plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the cover part. In contrast, according to comparative examples, only one cushioning material may be inserted into one cover part. Therefore, according to the comparative examples, a product may be inevitably manufactured to have many layers in the structure, in order to make a product of the same size as this embodiment. This may show that the present embodiment is more efficient than the comparative example in the manufacture of products.
  • In comparative examples 1 and 2, one cushioning material per one opening and closing part (or cover part) may be inserted. In this case, it may take 30 seconds to insert one cushioning material into one opening and closing part.
  • On the contrary, in this embodiment, four cushioning materials per one opening and closing part (or cover part) may be inserted. In this case, it may take 10 seconds to insert one cushioning material into one opening and closing part. Therefore, in order to install the two-layer mat according to this embodiment, it may take 80 seconds to insert the cushioning material. Since the cushioning material according to the present embodiment is configured in a small size for the purpose of convenient delivery and assembly, it may take less time to insert one cushioning material into one opening and closing part. On the contrary, since the comparative examples are configured such that one cushioning material is inserted into one opening and closing part, it may take a lot of time to insert one cushioning material due to an increase in the size of the cushioning material.
  • On the other hand, in comparative example 1, a total assembly time may be about 36 minutes. In this regard, the total assembly time may include time for placing the mat at an appropriate position on a floor, in addition to time for inserting the cushioning material into the opening and closing part. Further, in comparative example 2, a total assembly time may be about 36 minutes. In addition, the total assembly time of comparative examples 1 and 2 may be time required for three professional men to assemble the product.
  • In contrast, in this embodiment, a total assembly time may be about 6 minutes 30 seconds. In addition, the total assembly time of this embodiment may be time required for one ordinary woman having no assembly experience to assemble the product. In comparative examples 1 and 2, as the mat is formed in 8 layers, the assembly order may also be complicated, and it may also take a lot of time to unfold. For instance, in the case of the 8-layer mat, it may be necessary to assemble the mat positioned in the center prior to the mat positioned at the outermost portion. In this case, in order to assemble the mat positioned in the center, the mat positioned at the outermost portion should be folded, and a user should perform work on the upper surface of the mat positioned at the outermost portion. Further, the unfolding of the folded mat may be labor-intensive. On the contrary, since this embodiment is configured in two layers, all of the above-described inconveniences may be eliminated. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example when the folding mat is folded according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, the folding mat 1000 may be folded according to a user's needs.
  • To be more specific, an area of the upper surface of the first cover part 100 and an area of the upper surface of the second cover part 200 may be sewn to be connected to each other. Therefore, the first cover part 100 or the second cover part 200 may be folded by a user's external force.
  • For instance, the second cover part 200 may be stacked on the upper surface of the first cover part 100 by the user's external force. On the contrary, the first cover part 100 may be stacked on the upper surface of the second cover part 200 by the user's external force. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • According to the above-described configuration, when a thicker mat is required or the folding mat 1000 needs to be positioned on only one side of a living room, either of the first cover part 100 or the second cover part 200 may be folded.
  • FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of the zipper provided on the first opening and closing part according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, at least one zipper 310 may be fastened to the first opening and closing part 300. In this case, a user may easily open or close the first opening and closing part 300 through at least one zipper 310. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • On the other hand, the first cover part 100 may include a first zipper cover 111. For example, the first zipper cover 111 may be provided on the first point 140. In this case, at least one zipper 310 may be inserted into the first zipper cover 111. Therefore, at least one zipper 310 may not be exposed to the outside if unnecessary. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • In the present disclosure, the first cover part 100 may have a second zipper cover (not shown) on the second point 150. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
  • The description of the presented embodiments is provided to enable those skilled in the art to make or use the present disclosure. Various modifications to these embodiments will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. Thus, the present disclosure is not intended to be limited to the embodiments presented herein, but is to be construed in the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features presented herein.
