Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a folding mat, and more particularly, to a folding mat for preventing noise between floors.
Background
Since the emergence of the new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19), non-contact between people has become a daily routine, and residential space is evolving into multi-story space that casts lifestyle and personal life. In addition, with this situation, people have increased their indoor lives and activities much more than before the advent of COVID-19.
As the indoor life and activities increase, there is an inevitable concern that inter-floor noise may occur due to impact applied to the floor of a living space such as a living room. In addition, the case where the floor of the living space is stained or scratched by foreign substances may be increased.
In order to solve such inconvenience, people have installed a floor mat on the floor of a living space, but there is still inconvenience that cannot be solved through the conventional floor mat.
For example, in the case where the range of motion of a child cannot be limited, a large-sized mat that can be spread throughout the living room may be required. However, due to the nature of common residential types, it may not be possible to install and distribute cushions of this size. This is because the elevator of a general apartment has an internal height of about 2.5m and the size of the mats used to spread the entire living room is much larger than this.
Therefore, the large-sized mats are restricted by express delivery, and in addition, a high installation cost may be incurred due to the need for a professional construction team to perform construction.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments and/or implementations are disclosed below with reference to the drawings. In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more embodiments. However, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. Certain exemplary embodiments of one or more embodiments are described in detail below and in the accompanying drawings. These embodiments are exemplary, however, and some of the principles of the various embodiments may be used and the description described is intended to include all such embodiments and their equivalents. In particular, "embodiments," "examples," "embodiments," "examples," and the like, as used in this specification, also may not be construed as specifying any particular embodiment or design as being preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs.
Hereinafter, the same or similar structural elements are given the same reference numerals regardless of the reference numerals, and a repetitive description thereof will be omitted. Further, in describing the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, if it is determined that detailed description of related art may obscure the subject matter of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. Also, the drawings are only intended to facilitate understanding of the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in the present specification are not limited to the drawings.
Although the terms first, second, etc. are used to describe various elements or structural elements, it is apparent that these elements or structural elements are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element or structural element from another element or structural element. Therefore, it is apparent that the first element or structural element mentioned below may also be the second element or structural element within the technical idea of the present invention.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Also, unless specifically defined otherwise, terms defined in commonly used dictionaries will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.
Furthermore, the term "or" is intended to mean an inclusive "or" rather than an exclusive "or". That is, unless otherwise indicated or clearly indicated by context, "X employs A or B" is intended to mean one of the naturally-inclusive alternatives. That is, "X employs A or B" may apply to the case where X employs A; or X employs B; or X is either one of the cases of A and B. Also, the term "and/or" as used in this specification should be understood to refer to and include all possible combinations of more than one of the associated listed items.
Also, the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" indicate the presence of features and/or structural elements, but should be understood not to preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, structural elements, and/or combinations thereof. Also, the singular forms "a", "an" and "the" are to be construed to mean "one or more" unless specified otherwise or clear from context to be directed to a singular form.
When a structural element is referred to as being "connected" or "in contact with" other structural elements, it may be directly connected or in direct contact with the other structural elements, and it is to be understood that other structural elements may exist therebetween. In contrast, when an element is referred to as being "directly connected" or "directly contacting" another element, it is understood that no other element is present therebetween.
In the following description, the suffixes "module" and "section" used for the structural elements are given or mixed only for the convenience of the specification, and they do not have mutually different meanings or actions.
When the structural elements (elements) or layers are located on the "upper (on)" or "top (on)" of other structural elements or layers, the case where the structural elements or layers are located directly above the other structural elements or layers and the case where other layers or other structural elements are provided in the middle are included. In contrast, when a structural element is located directly above (directlon) or directly above, it means that no other structural element or layer is provided in the middle.
As shown, the spatially relative terms "lower", "upper", and the like are used for ease of describing one structural element or a relative relationship with other structural elements. Spatially relative terms should be understood to include terms that include different orientations of elements in use or action in addition to the orientation shown in the figures.
For example, when the structural elements shown in the drawings are inverted, the structural elements described as "lower" or "lower" of the other structural elements may be placed "upper" of the other structural elements. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can include both below and above directions. Structural elements can also be oriented in other directions, and spatially relative terms are therefore to be interpreted according to orientation.
The purpose and effect of the present disclosure and the technical structure to achieve the same can be clearly understood by referring to the drawings and the embodiments described later. In explaining the present disclosure, if a detailed description of known functions or configurations may cause the gist of the present disclosure to be confused, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. Also, the terms described later are terms defined in consideration of functions in the present disclosure, and may be changed according to intentions or habits of users and operators.
However, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below, but can be implemented in various forms. The present embodiments are provided only for completeness of disclosure and to inform the scope of the present disclosure to a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains, and the present disclosure can be defined only according to the scope of claims. Therefore, the definition should be made based on the entire contents in the present specification.
In the present disclosure, the folding mat may be formed in 1 layer when unfolded and may be laminated in 2 layers in a folded state. Therefore, the folded mat according to the present disclosure may be laminated into 2 layers in a state where the cover and the cushion material inserted into the inside of the cover are previously assembled, thereby reducing the volume. Thus, the folded pad can be easily dispensed. However, with only the above-described laminated structure, the size of the mat may be large, thereby causing a problem of inconvenient distribution. Therefore, with the folding mat according to the present disclosure, the cushioning material inserted into the inside of the cover may be formed in plural. As an example, the plurality of cushioning materials inserted into the interior of the cover may be sized to fit into a courier box that is easily carried by a person. Accordingly, the folded pad according to the present disclosure can separately dispense the cover and the plurality of cushioning materials in an unassembled state, thereby easily accomplishing the dispensing. Hereinafter, a folded mat according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Fig. 1 is a diagram for illustrating an example of a folded mat according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, a folding mat 1000 may include a first cover part 100, a second cover part 200, a first opening and closing part 300, and a second opening and closing part 400. However, since the above-described structural elements are not essential to realize the folding pad 1000, the folding pad 1000 may have more or less structural elements than those listed above.
A plurality of first cushioning materials (not shown) may be inserted into first cover portion 100. Wherein the plurality of first buffer materials may be buffer materials for absorbing noise generated by a user. Hereinafter, the contents of the first cushion material will be described later with reference to fig. 2.
On the other hand, as a plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted into the first cover portion 100, the first cover portion 100 may form a partial appearance of the folding pad 1000. But is not limited thereto.
In another aspect, first cover 100 may be formed from a longitudinally extensible but not laterally extensible web according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Here, the lateral direction may be a long axis direction of first cover 100. Also, the longitudinal direction may be the short axis direction of the first cover 100.
As an example, first cover portion 100 may be made of a fabric having a circular knit structure. Wherein the circular knitting structure may be a structure having a form manufactured by knitting in a circular arrangement. Accordingly, first cover portion 100 is easily elongated in the longitudinal direction by external force applied by the user, but may not be elongated in the lateral direction even if external force is applied by the user. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, in the present disclosure, the first cover part 100 may be made of an antibacterial double-coated fabric having a waterproof function. In this case, the first cover portion 100 can ensure resistance to bacteria, mold, and the like. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the first cover 100 may include: a first side 110, a second side 120, a fifth side 160 (shown in fig. 4), and a seventh side 130. But is not limited thereto.
In another aspect of the present invention, the first opening/closing part 300 may be formed on at least two of the first side surface 110, the second side surface 120, and the seventh side surface 130. First opening/closing unit 300 can be opened and closed so that the plurality of first cushioning materials are inserted into first cover 100. As an example, the first opening/closing part 300 has a zipper (zipper) or the like, and the user can open and close the first opening/closing part 300. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, a plurality of second cushioning materials (not shown) are inserted into the second cover portion 200, and the second cover portion 200 can be attached to the first cover portion 100 in a foldable manner.
As an example, a region of the upper surface of the second cover portion 200 may be sewn to a region of the upper surface of the first cover portion 100. Thus, a user may fold second cover portion 200 or first cover portion 100. For example, when a user folds second cover portion 200, second cover portion 200 may be laminated to an upper surface of first cover portion 100. Conversely, when a user folds first cover 100, first cover 100 may be laminated to an upper surface of second cover 200. But is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, an example in which the folding pad 1000 according to the present disclosure is folded will be explained by fig. 4.
On the other hand, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, second cover portion 200 may be formed from a longitudinally extensible but not laterally extensible web. Wherein the lateral direction may be a long axis direction of the second cover 200. Also, the longitudinal direction may be a short axis direction of the second cover 200.
As an example, the second cover portion 200 may be made of a fabric having a circular knit structure. Wherein the circular knitting structure may be a structure having a form manufactured by knitting in a circular configuration. Therefore, the second cover portion 200 is easily elongated in the longitudinal direction by the external force applied by the user, but may not be elongated in the lateral direction even if the external force is applied by the user. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, in the present disclosure, the second cover part 200 may be made of an antibacterial double-coated fabric having a waterproof function. In this case, the second cover portion 200 can ensure resistance to bacteria, mold, and the like. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the second cover 200 may include: a third side 210, a fourth side 220, a sixth side 260 (shown in fig. 4), and an eighth side 230. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the second opening and closing portion 400 may be formed on at least two sides among the third, fourth, and eighth sides 210, 220, and 230. The second opening/closing portion 400 can be opened and closed so that the plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted into the second cover portion 200. The second opening/closing part 400 has, for example, a zipper, and the user can open and close the second opening/closing part 400. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the first opening/closing part 300 may be formed from the first position 140 of the first side surface 110 of the first cover part 100 to the second position 150 of the second side surface 120 of the first cover part 100.
Specifically, the first opening and closing part 300 may be formed from the first position 140 of the first side surface 110 to the second position 150 of the second side surface 120 via the seventh side surface 130. The first position 140 may be a position where the first side 110 and the sixth side are connected in the first side 110. Also, the second position 150 may be a position spaced apart from a position where the second side 120 meets the sixth side, among the second sides 120. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the first opening and closing part 300 may open (open) at least two sides of the first cover part 100 so that a plurality of first cushioning materials may be inserted into the first cover part 100. At least two sides of the first cover part 100 provided with the first opening/closing part 300 may not include a fifth side of the first cover part 100, wherein the entire surface of the fifth side is in contact with one side of the second cover part 200 in a state where the upper surface of the first cover part 100 and the upper surface of the second cover part 200 are positioned on the same plane (a state where the folding pad is not laminated or a state where the folding pad is not folded). That is, the at least two sides may be at least two sides among the first side 110, the second side 120, and the seventh side 130. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the first opening/closing portion 300 is formed from the first position 140 to the second position 150, so that the entire area of the first side surface 110 and the seventh side surface 130 of the first cover portion 100 can be opened, and only a partial area of the second side surface 120 can be opened. Therefore, the user can insert the first cushion material of the plurality of first cushion materials so as to contact the non-opened inner side surface of the second side surface 120. In this case, a first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials is inserted to the innermost side of first cover portion 100 and may be placed at a position desired by the user. Further, the user may insert the remaining plurality of first cushioning materials after inserting the first cushioning material. Therefore, even if the cushioning material inserted into first cover portion 100 is provided in plurality, the user can easily perform the operation of inserting the plurality of first cushioning materials into first cover portion 100. Hereinafter, a method of inserting a plurality of first cushioning materials into first cover portion 100 according to the present disclosure is further described by fig. 2 and 3.
On the other hand, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first opening and closing part 300 may be further formed from the first position 140 of the first side surface 110 to the first corner of the seventh side surface 130. Wherein the first corner may be a position where the seventh side 130 meets the second side 120. The first opening/closing part 300 may open the first side 110 and the seventh side 130 so that the plurality of first cushioning materials may be inserted into the first cover part 100. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the second opening and closing part 400 may be formed from the third position 240 of the third side 210 of the second cover part 200 to the fourth position 250 of the fourth side 220 of the second cover part 200.
Specifically, the second opening and closing portion 400 may be formed from the third position 240 of the third side 210 to the fourth position 250 of the fourth side 220 via the eighth side 230. Wherein the third position 240 may be a position where the third side 210 meets the fifth side in the third side 210. Also, the fourth position 250 may be a position spaced apart from a position where the fourth side 220 meets the fifth side in the fourth side 220. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the second opening and closing part 400 may open at least two sides of the second cover part 200 so that a plurality of second cushioning materials may be inserted into the second cover part 200. At least two sides of the second cover part 200 provided with the second opening/closing part 400 may not include a sixth side of the second cover part 200, wherein the entire surface of the sixth side is in contact with the fifth side of the first cover part 100 in a state where the upper surface of the second cover part 200 and the upper surface of the first cover part 100 are positioned on the same plane (a state where the folding pad is not laminated or a state where the folding pad is not folded). That is, the at least two sides may be at least two sides among the third side 210, the fourth side 220, and the eighth side 230. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the second opening/closing portion 400 is formed from the third position 240 to the fourth position 250, so that the entire regions of the third side 210 and the eighth side 230 of the second cover portion 200 can be opened, and only a partial region of the fourth side 220 can be opened. Therefore, the user can insert the first of the plurality of second cushioning materials so as to contact the unopened inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220. In this case, a first cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials is inserted to the innermost side of the second hood portion 200 and may be placed at a position desired by the user. Also, the user may insert the remaining plurality of second cushioning materials after inserting the first cushioning material. Therefore, even if the cushioning material inserted into the second cover portion 200 is provided in plurality, the user can easily perform the operation of inserting the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200. Hereinafter, a method of inserting a plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200 according to the present disclosure is further described by fig. 2 and 3.
On the other hand, in the present disclosure, the second opening and closing part 400 may also be formed from the third position 240 of the third side surface 210 to the second corner of the eighth side surface 230. Wherein, the second corner may be a position where the eighth side 230 meets the fourth side 220. Also, the second opening and closing part 400 may open the third side 210 and the eighth side 230 so that a plurality of second cushioning materials may be inserted into the second cover part 200. But is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second position 150 may be a position disposed on the same plane as the third position 240 and spaced apart from the third position 240 by a first distance. Wherein the first distance may be longer than half of the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials and may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials into the first cover portion 100, the first cushioning material does not fall out of the first cover portion 100, but can be positioned on the first cover portion 100 so as to be in contact with the inner side surface of the second side surface 120. But is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, a method of inserting a plurality of first cushioning materials into first cover portion 100 according to the present disclosure is further described by fig. 2 and 3.
On the other hand, in the present disclosure, the fourth position 250 may be a position disposed on the same plane as the first position 140 and spaced apart from the first position 140 by a second distance. Wherein the second distance may be longer than half of the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials and may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200, the first cushioning material does not fall off to the outside of the second cover portion 200, but can be positioned on the second cover portion 200 so as to abut against the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220. But is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, a method of inserting a plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200 according to the present disclosure is further described by fig. 2 and 3.
According to the above configuration, each of the first cover 100 and the second cover 200 may have an opening/closing portion that can open at least two sides. In this case, even if a plurality of cushioning materials are provided to be inserted into the first cover portion 100 and the second cover portion 200, respectively, the user can easily insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the respective cover portions.
Fig. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of a plurality of cushioning materials inserted into a hood portion according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, the folded pad 1000 may include a plurality of first cushioning materials 500. As an example, the plurality of first buffer materials 500 may be 2, 3, or 4. In addition, the folded pad 1000 may include a plurality of second cushioning materials (not shown). Also, the plurality of second buffer materials may be 2, 3, or 4. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the lateral side of the first cover part 100 may be longer by a preset first length compared to the length of the lateral side formed of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500, so that the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 are easily inserted into the first cover part 100. Wherein, the lateral side of the first cover part 100 may be the side provided with the second side 120. Also, the lateral edges formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be edges corresponding to the second side surface 120. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the preset first length may be a length of 0.5cm or more and 1.5cm or less. Since the length of the lateral side of the first cover part 100 is longer than the length of the lateral side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500, the user can easily insert the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 into the first cover part 100. But is not limited thereto.
Further, the length of the longitudinal side of first cover portion 100 is shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length so that the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 can be closely attached without a space in first cover portion 100. Here, a longitudinal side of the first cover part 100 may be a side provided with the first side surface 110. Also, the longitudinal edges formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be edges corresponding to the first side 110. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first opening and closing part 300 is formed from the first position 140 to the second position 150, so that the entire areas of the first side surface 110 and the seventh side surface 130 of the first cover part 100 may be opened, and only a partial area of the second side surface 120 may be opened. In this case, the first cushioning material, which is inserted first by the user, among the plurality of first cushioning materials 500, can be inserted in such a manner as to abut against the inner side surface, which is not opened, of the second side surface 120, and is located at a position desired by the user.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second location 150 of the second side 120 may be a location spaced apart from the third location 240 by a first distance. Wherein the first distance may be longer than half of the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 into the first cover portion 100, at least a part of the first cushioning material does not fall off to the outside of the first cover portion 100, but can be positioned in the first cover portion 100 so as to be in contact with the inner side surface of the second side surface 120. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the longitudinal side of the first cover part 100 may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length. Wherein the preset second length may depend on the following mathematical expression.
[ mathematical formula 1 ]
L2=L 1 -α*L 1
Wherein L is 1 May be composed of a plurality of first buffersThe length of the longitudinal edge formed by the punched material 500. Also, α may be a preset ratio. As an example, the preset ratio may be a value of 0.005 or more and 0.015 or less. And, L 2 May be the length of the longitudinal sides of first cover portion 100. In this case, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 can be inserted into first cover portion 100 so as to be closely attached to first cover portion 100 without a space. But is not limited thereto.
Further, in the present disclosure, since the length of the longitudinal side of the first cover part 100 is shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be compressed in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the length of the lateral edges of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be increased.
Specifically, when the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 are inserted into the first cover part 100 such that the first opening and closing part 300 is closed, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be compressed in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the length of the lateral edges of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be increased. Therefore, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 can be inserted into the first cover portion 100 so as to be closely attached without a space therebetween in the lateral direction. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the lateral side of the second hood portion 200 may be longer than the length of the lateral side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset first length so that the plurality of second cushioning materials are easily inserted into the second hood portion 200. Wherein, the lateral side of the second cover part 200 may be a side provided with the eighth side 230. Also, the lateral side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be a side corresponding to the eighth side 230. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the preset first length may be a length of 0.5cm or more and 1.5cm or less. Since the length of the lateral side of the second cover portion 200 is longer than the length of the lateral side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials, the user can easily insert the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200. But is not limited thereto.
Further, the length of the longitudinal side of the second cover part 200 may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length, so that the plurality of second cushioning materials 500 may be closely attached without a space in the second cover part 200. Wherein, a longitudinal side of the second cover part 200 may be a side provided with the fourth side 220. Also, the longitudinal side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be a side corresponding to the fourth side 220. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second opening and closing part 400 is formed from the third position 240 to the fourth position 250, so that the entire area of the third side 210 and the eighth side 230 of the second cover part 200 may be opened, and only a partial area of the fourth side 220 may be opened. In this case, the first cushioning material, which is first inserted by the user, among the plurality of second cushioning materials, can be inserted in such a manner as to be in contact with the unopened inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220, at a position desired by the user.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fourth location 250 of the fourth side 220 may be a location spaced apart from the first location 140 by a second distance. Wherein the second distance may be longer than half of the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials and shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200, at least a part of the first cushioning material does not fall off to the outside of the second cover portion 200, but can be positioned in the second cover portion 200 so as to be in contact with the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the length of the longitudinal side of the second cover part 200 may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length. Wherein the preset second length may depend on the following mathematical expression.
[ mathematical formula 2 ]
L 2 =L 1 -α*L l
Wherein L is 1 May be the length of the longitudinal edge formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials. Also, α may be presetThe ratio of (a) to (b). As an example, the preset ratio may be a value of 0.005 or more and 0.015 or less. And, L 2 May be the length of the longitudinal sides of the second cover portion 200. In this case, the plurality of second cushioning materials can be inserted into second cover portion 200 so as to be closely attached to second cover portion 200 without a space. But is not limited thereto.
Further, in the present disclosure, since the length of the longitudinal side of the second cover part 200 is shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be compressed in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the length of the lateral edges of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be increased.
Specifically, when the plurality of second cushioning materials are inserted into the second cover part 200 such that the second opening and closing part 400 is closed, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be compressed in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the length of the lateral edges of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be increased. Therefore, the plurality of second cushioning materials can be inserted into second cover portion 200 so as to be closely fitted without a space therebetween in the lateral direction.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200, the first cushioning material does not fall out of the second cover portion 200, but can be positioned on the second cover portion 200 so as to abut against the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the size of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the size of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be sized to fit into a courier box that can be easily transported by a person.
As an example, the plurality of first buffer materials 500 and the plurality of second buffer materials may have a width of 730mm, a length of 1260mm, and a height of 80mm, respectively. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, all edges of each of the plurality of first buffer materials 500 may be less than the layer height. And, a length of all sides of each of the plurality of second buffer materials may be less than the layer height. Wherein, the floor height is the internal height of a common elevator installed in an apartment, and can be about 2.5 m.
By way of example, each first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have a lateral length of 730mm and a longitudinal length of 1260 mm. That is, the lateral length as well as the longitudinal length of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be less than the layer height. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a sum of lengths of any combination of two or more sides of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be greater than or equal to the layer height. In addition, a sum of lengths of any combination of two or more sides of each of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be greater than or equal to the layer height.
For example, the lateral length of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be 730 mm. In this case, the length of the combination of the lateral edges of 4 first cushioning materials of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be 2920 mm. That is, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have at least one combination in which the sum of the lengths of two or more sides is the layer height or more. But is not limited thereto.
In addition, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of first buffer materials 500 and the plurality of second buffer materials may be made of pe (polyethylene). But is not limited thereto.
According to the above configuration, the length of the lateral side of the cover portion can be longer than the length of the lateral side formed by the plurality of cushioning materials. Therefore, the user can easily insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the hood portion. In addition, the length of the longitudinal side of the cover portion may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of cushioning materials. Therefore, the plurality of cushioning materials can be closely attached to the inside of the cover without a space. But is not limited thereto.
Fig. 3 is a diagram for explaining another example of a plurality of cushioning materials inserted into a hood portion according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, a plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may also be inserted into first cover portion 100 in such a manner that two cushioning materials are arranged in a lateral direction and two cushioning materials are arranged in a longitudinal direction. But is not limited thereto.
In the present disclosure, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 into the first cover portion 100, the first cushioning material does not fall off to the outside of the first cover portion 100, but can be positioned in the first cover portion 100 so as to contact the inner side surface of the second side surface 120 that is not opened. Further, the second cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be positioned in the first cover portion 100 so that at least a part of the longitudinal side thereof is in contact with the non-opened inner side surface of the second side surface 120.
Specifically, the second position 150 of the first opening and closing part 300 formed at the second side surface 120 may be a position spaced apart from the third position 240 by a first distance. Wherein the first distance may be longer than half of the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500. As an example, second location 150 may be formed at a location that is spaced apart from the corner formed by second side 120 and seventh side 130 by the length 1/4 of the longitudinal side of first cover portion 100.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 into the first cover portion 100, the first cushioning material does not fall out of the first cover portion 100, but can be positioned on the first cover portion 100 so as to contact the inner side surface of the second side surface 120 that is not opened. Further, the second cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be positioned in the first cover portion 100 so that at least a part of the longitudinal side thereof is in contact with the non-opened inner side surface of the second side surface 120. Thus, a second cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may also be located in a position desired by a user. But is not limited thereto.
In addition, the length of the longitudinal side of the first cover part 100 may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 by a preset second length in the present disclosure. Accordingly, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be compressed in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 can be inserted into first cover 100 so as to be closely fitted without a space in the longitudinal direction. But is not limited thereto.
In addition, in the present disclosure, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200, the first cushioning material does not fall off to the outside of the second cover portion 200, but can be positioned in the second cover portion 200 so as to be in contact with the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220 that is not opened. In addition, at least a part of the longitudinal side of the second cushion member of the plurality of second cushion members may be positioned in the second cover portion 200 so as to contact the unopened inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220.
Specifically, the fourth position 250 of the second opening and closing part 400 formed at the fourth side 220 may be a position spaced apart from the first position 140 by a second distance. Wherein the second distance may be longer than half of the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials and shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed by the plurality of second cushioning materials. As an example, fourth location 250 may be a location formed at a length of 1/4 separating a longitudinal side of second cover portion 200 from a corner formed by fourth side 220 and eighth side 230.
Therefore, when a user inserts a first cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials into the second cover portion 200, the first cushioning material does not fall out of the second cover portion 200, but can be positioned on the second cover portion 200 so as to abut against the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220 that is not opened. In addition, at least a part of the longitudinal side of the second cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials may be positioned in the second cover portion 200 so as to be in contact with the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 220 that is not opened. Thus, the second cushioning material of the plurality of second cushioning materials may also be located in a position desired by the user. But is not limited thereto.
Further, in the present disclosure, the length of the longitudinal side of the second cover part 200 may be shorter than the length of the longitudinal side formed of the plurality of second cushioning materials by a preset second length. Thus, the plurality of second cushioning materials may be compressed in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the plurality of second cushioning materials can be inserted into the interior of second cover portion 200 so as to be closely fitted without a space therebetween in the longitudinal direction. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be sized and the plurality of second cushioning materials may be sized to fit into a courier box that can be easily transported by a person.
As an example, the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 and the plurality of second cushioning materials may have a width of 1910mm, a length of 705mm, and a height of 80mm, respectively. But is not limited thereto.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, all edges of each of the plurality of first buffer materials 500 may be less than the layer height. And, all sides of each of the plurality of second buffer materials may have a length less than the layer height. Wherein, the floor height is the internal height of a common elevator installed in an apartment, and can be about 2.5 m.
By way of example, each first cushioning material of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have a lateral length of 1910mm and a longitudinal length of 705 mm.
For example, the lateral length of each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be 1910 mm. In this case, the length of the combination of the lateral edges of 2 first cushioning materials of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may be 3820 mm. That is, each of the plurality of first cushioning materials 500 may have at least one combination in which the sum of the lengths of two or more sides is the layer height or more. But is not limited thereto.
According to the above structure, the user can insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the hood portion in a direction different from the direction shown in fig. 2. That is, the user can insert the plurality of cushioning materials into the cover portion in a direction in which the user can more easily operate the cushioning material according to the preference of the user. So that the folding mat 1000 can be conveniently installed.
Further, the convenience of installation of the folding mat 1000 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure may be demonstrated by comparison with comparative examples of commercially available products shown in table 1 below.
[ TABLE 1 ]
As can be seen from fig. 2 to 3, as described above, the cushioning material inserted into the cover portion may be plural in the present embodiment. In contrast, in the comparative example, only one cushioning material can be inserted into one cover portion. Therefore, in the comparative example, in order to manufacture a product having the same size as the present embodiment, the product can be manufactured only in such a manner that a plurality of layers are structurally formed. This also shows that this example is more effective than the comparative example in terms of production of the product.
In comparative examples 1 and 2, one cushioning material may be inserted into one opening/closing portion (or cover portion), and in this case, the time required to insert one cushioning material into one opening/closing portion may be 30 seconds.
However, in the embodiment according to the present invention, one opening and closing part (or cover part) may insert four cushioning materials, and at this time, the time required to insert one cushioning material into one opening and closing part may be 10 seconds. Accordingly, the time required to insert the cushion material in order to install the 2-stage mat according to the embodiment of the present invention may be a total of 80 seconds. Since the cushioning material according to the present embodiment is configured to be small-sized for distribution and assembly by a user, the time required to insert one cushioning material into one opening and closing portion can be small. In contrast, in the comparative example, since the buffer material inserted into one opening/closing portion is formed in one piece, the buffer material will be larger, and therefore, it will take a longer time to insert one buffer material.
In comparative example 1, the total assembly time required may be about 36 minutes. Wherein the total assembly time may include a time of placing the mat in a proper position in the floor, in addition to a time of inserting the cushioning material into the opening and closing part. In comparative example 2, the total assembly time required may be about 36 minutes. In addition, in comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, the total assembly time may be the time required for three men who are professionals to assemble the product.
However, in embodiments according to the invention, the total assembly time may be around 6 minutes 30 seconds. Further, the total assembly time according to embodiments of the present invention may be the time required for a typical female without assembly experience to assemble a product. This is probably because, in comparative examples 1 and 2, since the mat was constructed in 8 stages, the assembly sequence was complicated and much time was required for the development. For example, for an 8-stage mattress, it may be desirable to first assemble the centrally located mattress rather than the outermost mattress. In this case, in order to assemble the cushion located at the center, it may be necessary to fold the outermost cushion, and the user may need to perform an operation on the upper surface of the outermost cushion. Moreover, unfolding a folded mat may also require a significant amount of labor. In contrast, in the present embodiment, since the mat is constructed in 2 stages, all of the above-described inconveniences can be eliminated. But is not limited thereto.
Fig. 4 is a diagram for explaining an example of a folded pad in a folded state according to some embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the folding pad 1000 may be folded according to the user's needs.
Specifically, one region of the upper surfaces of the first and second cover parts 100 and 200 may be sewn to be connected. Accordingly, the first cover portion 100 or the second cover portion 200 may be folded by an external force of a user.
For example, the second cover 200 may be laminated on the upper surface of the first cover 100 by an external force of a user. Conversely, first cover 100 may be laminated to the upper surface of second cover 200 by a user's external force. But is not limited thereto.
According to the above structure, when a user desires a thicker mattress or desires to place the folding mattress 1000 at one side of a living room, the user can fold one of the first cover part 100 or the second cover part 200.
Fig. 5 is a view for explaining an example of a slide fastener provided at a first opening and closing portion according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, the first opening and closing part 300 may be combined with at least one zipper 310. In this case, the user can easily open or close the first opening/closing part 300 through the at least one zipper 310. But is not limited thereto.
Further, first cover portion 100 may include a first zipper cover 111. As an example, the first zipper sleeve 111 may be disposed in the first position 140.
