- As shown in
FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 , the present embodiment provides a storage basket. The present embodiment mainly solves the technical problem that an outer frame at the top of the storage basket deforms or breaks when the storage basket is made into a taper. The storage basket includes aside frame 1, abottom plate 2, andcorner protectors 3. - An outer edge of the top of the
side frame 1 is provided with anouter frame 111;gaps 1111 are formed in all bends of theouter frame 111; acorner protector 3 is wrapped on at least one bend of theside frame 1; the top of eachcorner protector 3 has abent portion 31 that is bent towards the inner side of theside frame 1 or the outer side of theside frame 1 and covers thegap 1111. Specifically, thebent portions 31 may be bent from outside to inside to be wrapped on theouter frame 111 at the top of theside frame 1, and thebent portions 31 may also be bent towards the outer side of theside frame 1 and flush with theouter frame 111 at the top of theside frame 1. - Specifically, the storage basket is provided with the
gaps 1111 in theouter frame 111, so that when theouter frame 111 is expanded to cause the storage basket to be a taper with a large upper part and a small lower part, no matter how great the height dimension of the storage basket, theouter frame 111 at the outer edge of the top of theside frame 1 would be stressed uniformly and may not deform or break, ensuring the aesthetics and the production quality of the storage basket. After the storage basket is formed into the taper, thebent portions 31 of the tops of thecorner protectors 3 close thegaps 1111 in theouter frame 111, further improving the aesthetic measure of the storage basket of this technical solution. By the adoption of the technical solution, the rigidity intensity of the storage basket is improved, and the production efficiency of the tapered storage basket can be also greatly improved; and moreover, various decorative patterns can be punched on the outer walls of thecorner protectors 3, further improving the aesthetic measure of the storage basket. - As shown in
FIG. 4 andFIG. 5 , theside frame 1 includes a plurality ofside plates 11 connected to each other end to end by means of thecorner protectors 3; theside plates 11 and thebottom plate 2 are of an integrated structure or split-type structures; and theouter frame 111 is arranged at the outer edges of the tops of the plurality ofside plates 11. By means of such a structural design for theside frame 1, the plurality ofside plates 11 may be connected end to end through thecorner protectors 3 to form the tapered storage basket. Of course, in such a structure, thebent portions 31 at the tops of thecorner protectors 3 are preferably designed into a shape bent from inside to outside. Specifically, thecorner protectors 3 may be in fastening connection to theside plates 11 in a welding manner or through fastening hook type structures as shown inFIG. 10 . Theside plates 11 extend to the outer side to form first fastening hooks 114 that are bent, and two ends of thecorner protectors 3 also extend out to form second fastening hooks 34. The first fastening hooks 114 and the second fastening hooks 34 are mutually fastened and flattened to realize fastening connection between theside plates 11 and thecorner protectors 3. This structure does not need to be welded, so that the production efficiency of the storage basket is greatly improved. In addition, a second type of plug-in type structure may also be used between thecorner protectors 3 and theside plates 11. Specifically, as shown inFIG. 11 andFIG. 12 , the shape of thebent portion 31 is the same as the shape of theouter frame 111. Both of thebent portions 31 are flanged from inside to outside. As shown inFIG. 13 , two ends of thebent portion 31 are provided with plug-inportions 311, and two ends of a corner protector bottom 33 are provided with avoidinggaps 331. When thecorner protectors 3 and theside plates 11 are spliced, the plug-inportions 311 are plugged into plug-inholes 1112 of theouter frame 111 at the tops of theside plates 11. The avoidinggaps 331 avoid the problem of interference between thecorner protector bottoms 33 andinner flangings 113 at the bottoms of theside plates 11. Of course, the plug-inportions 311 may also be arranged at the tail end of theouter frame 111, and correspondingly, the plug-inholes 1112 are formed in thebent portions 31. Of course, two ends of thecorner protector bottoms 33 may not be provided with avoidinggaps 331, either, and the avoidinggaps 331 are formed in theinner flangings 113 at the bottoms of theside plates 11. By the adoption of the second type of plug-in type structure, the storage basket has the advantages of convenience in assembling and high production efficiency. - Specifically, the
side frame 1 and thebottom plate 2 are of an integrated structure or split-type structures. Theside frame 1 or thecorner protectors 3 is or are of a solid sheet metal structure, or a plate net of any mesh stretching structure, a meshed structure, or a stretching sheet metal structure with any mesh in the middle, or may be a plastic plate or a wooden plate. Thebottom plate 2 is of a flat plate type metal structure, a screen stretching metal structure, a wooden plate, or glass. As shown inFIG. 2 ,FIG. 3 orFIG. 4 , theside frame 1 provided with a mesh for stretching in the middle and thebottom plate 2 of the screen stretching structure are of the split-type structures. As shown inFIG. 5 , theside frame 1 of the meshed stretching structure and thebottom plate 2 of the screen stretching structure are integrated. As shown inFIG. 6 , theside frame 1 of the solid sheet metal structure and thebottom plate 2 of the screen stretching structure are split-type structures. In addition, a plurality of convex points are arranged on outer walls of thecorner protectors 3 inFIG. 6 to play a role of decoration to improve the aesthetic measure of the storage basket. - More specifically, the shape of the longitudinal section of the
corner protector 3 is matched with the longitudinal section shape of one of theside plates 11 on theside frame 1.FIG. 7 illustrates a first shape of the longitudinal section of thecorner protector 3. Thecorner protector 3 includes thebent portion 31 and a corner protector middle 32. Specifically, thebent portion 31 is bent from inside to outside or from outside to inside and covers thegap 1111 in theouter frame 111. The corner protector middle 32 is attached to the outer wall of theside plate 11. When the bottom of theside plate 11 is not provided with theinner flanging 113, thecorner protector 3 further includes acorner protector bottom 33. On the contrary, when the bottom of theside plate 11 is provided with theinner flanging 113, thecorner protector 3 may have nocorner protector bottom 33.FIG. 8 illustrates a second shape of the longitudinal section of thecorner protector 3.FIG. 9 illustrates a third shape of the longitudinal section of thecorner protector 3. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , a corner at the position A of thecorner protector 3 may be any angle, such as a right angle, a filleted corner or an R angle. Specifically, thebent portion 31 is folded into a right angle or an R angle towards a bayonet. - As shown in
FIG. 14 , the present embodiment provides a second storage basket. The present embodiment is based on that theside frame 1 is formed by bending and splicing at least oneside plates 11. In this structure, preferably, thebent portion 31 at the top of thecorner protector 3 is designed into a structure that is bent from outside to inside. Therefore, at least onesplicing opening 112 would be formed in eachside plate 11. In the present embodiment, theside frame 1 is preferably formed by bending and splicing twoside plates 11. Therefore, two splicingopenings 112 are formed in theside plates 11. In addition, the bottoms of theside plates 11 are provided withinner flangings 113. Other structures are the same as those in Embodiment I, and no more repeated descriptions are provided. - The
side plates 11 and thebottom plate 2 are of split-type structures, and thebottom plate 2 is carried on theinner flangings 113. Theouter frame 111 is arranged at outer edges of the tops of theside plates 11. At least oneincision 1131 is formed in eachinner flanging 113. Theincisions 1131 are set to cause theinner flangings 113 to have a certain deformation during expansion of the storage basket, thereby avoiding a phenomenon of deformation or breakage of theinner flangings 113. - As shown in
FIG. 15 andFIG. 16 , in the present embodiment, the storage basket further includesmetal connecting components 4. Themetal connecting components 4 are attached to inner walls and outer walls of thesplicing openings 112. - Specifically, each
metal connecting component 4 includes afirst metal sheet 41 attached to the inner wall of thesplicing opening 112, and asecond metal sheet 42 attached to the outer wall of eachsplicing opening 112. During production, thesplicing openings 112 of theside plates 11 can be extremely firm and would not break by attaching thefirst metal sheets 41 to the inner walls of thesplicing openings 112 for welding and attaching thesecond metal sheets 42 to the outer walls of thesplicing openings 112 for welding, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of a product. During working, two ends of theside plates 11 at thesplicing openings 112 no longer need to be tediously aligned. The production process of the product can be simplified by means of setting themetal connecting components 4, and the production efficiency of the product is greatly improved. In addition, due to the arrangement of themetal connecting components 4, the inner walls and the outer walls of thesplicing openings 112 are perfectly smooth and flat, and may not cut hands of a user. Furthermore, the quantity of original welding spots is greatly reduced, the appearance of the product is greatly upgraded, and the purchasing desire of the user is enhanced. - In addition, as shown in
FIG. 15 andFIG. 17 , eachmetal connecting component 4 may also be athird metal sheet 43 with a “Z”-shaped cross section. Eachthird metal sheet 43 includes afirst notch 431 and asecond notch 432. During production, thesplicing openings 112 of theside plates 11 can be extremely firm and would not break by plugging theside plates 11 on one sides of thesplicing openings 112 into thefirst notches 431, plugging theside plates 11 on the other sides of thesplicing openings 112 into thesecond notches 432, and finally flattening the “Z”-shapedthird metal sheets 43, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of a product. During working, two ends of theside plates 11 at thesplicing openings 112 no longer need to be tediously aligned. The production process of the product can be simplified by means of setting thethird metal sheets 43, and the production efficiency of the product is greatly improved. In addition, due to the arrangement of thethird metal sheets 43, the inner walls and the outer walls of thesplicing openings 112 are perfectly smooth and flat, and may not cut hands of a user. Furthermore, the quantity of original welding spots is greatly reduced, the appearance of the product is greatly upgraded, and the purchasing desire of the user is enhanced. - As shown in
FIG. 18 toFIG. 21 , the present embodiment provides a third storage basket. The present embodiment mainly solves the problem of how to connect the inner flangings to the bottom plate more reliably and attractively. The storage basket further includes afourth metal sheet 5 with a “Z”-shaped longitudinal section. Thefourth metal sheet 5 is an independently formed member or is integrated with theinner flangings 113; and thefourth metal sheet 5 includes athird notch 51 and afourth notch 52. Other structures are the same as those in Embodiment I or II, and no more repeated descriptions are provided. - During production, the
bottom plate 2 is generally welded on surfaces of theinner flangings 113 in the prior art, so a large number of welding spots would occur. On the one hand, these welding spots are easy to break, and have the defect of low reliability, and on the other hand, the large number of welding spots severely affect the appearance of the product. Therefore, the present embodiment is provided with the “Z”-shapedfourth metal sheet 5. During production, when thefourth metal sheet 5 is an independently formed member, theinner flangings 113 are plugged into thethird notch 51, and correspondingly, thebottom plate 2 is plugged into thefourth notch 52; or theinner flangings 113 are plugged into thefourth notch 52, and correspondingly, thebottom plate 2 is plugged into thethird notch 51; and the “Z”-shapedfourth metal sheet 5 is flattened to make the connection between the inner flangings 113 and thebottom plate 2 extremely firm and would not break, guaranteeing the reliability of the product; and when thefourth metal sheet 5 is integrated with theinner flangings 113, thebottom plate 2 is plugged into thefourth notch 52. In addition, due to the arrangement of thefourth metal sheet 5, the inner walls and the outer walls of theinner flangings 113 can be perfectly smooth and flat, and have no welding spots on the surfaces, thereby greatly improving the appearance of the product and enhancing the purchasing desire of the user. - One gap may also be at least formed in the top of each
side plate 11 to meet the requirement for producing a large-size storage basket. - The above-mentioned embodiments are preferred implementation modes of the present disclosure, but the implementation modes of the present disclosure are not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications that are made without departing from the spirit and principle of the present disclosure shall all be equivalent replacement methods, which all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
