Abstract
The utility model relates to pieces of furniture, namely, to multifunctional tables that can be used both as a sports equipment for fitness classes and as a traditional coffee table. The fitness table contains a table top and legs. The outer surfaces of each of the legs are provided with grooves made with the possibility of placing a harness expander in them. The grooves of the adjacent legs are made mirror-symmetrically. The utility model allows you to expand the functionality of the device.
Description
- The utility model relates to pieces of furniture, namely, to multifunctional tables that can be used as a sports equipment for fitness.
- From the state of the art, a fitness table is known, containing a table top and legs, which is made with the possibility of adjusting the height of these legs, depending on the nature of the training sessions (see patent CN203676422, A47B37/00, published in Feb. 7, 2014). The disadvantage of the device is the limited use of it.
- The technical problem is the elimination of these shortcomings and the creation of a table that additionally provides the possibility of training with a harness expander. The technical result is to expand the functionality of the device. The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that in the fitness table containing a table top and legs, the outer surfaces of each of the legs are provided with grooves made with the possibility of placing a harness expander in them, and the grooves of the adjacent legs are made mirror-symmetrically. Adjacent legs are preferably connected by stiffness elements in the form of a pair of horizontal metal pipes, for which an expander can be attached, which allows increasing the variability of the exercises performed. Each leg is preferably provided with at least one groove located at an angle of 5-86 to its axis. In this case, the inner surfaces of the legs can also be provided with similar grooves in such a way that together these grooves form annular grooves. The grooves are preferably made with the possibility of placing a tape or tubular rubber harness expander.
-
FIG. 1a shows a general view of the proposed table; -
FIG. 2a shows a photo with installed rubber band harness expanders. -
FIG. 1b shows a general view of the proposed table; -
FIG. 2b shows a photo with installed rubber band harness expanders. - The proposed object is a table that performs the function of a fitness simulator.
- The fitness table contains a table top (1) and legs (2). The outer surfaces of each of the legs are provided with grooves (3), the inner surfaces of the legs can also be provided with similar grooves in such a way that together these grooves form annular grooves. Each leg (2) is preferably provided with at least one groove (3) located at an angle of 5-86 to its axis. The grooves (3) of the adjacent legs (2) are made mirror-symmetrically.
- Herewith, to ensure the required increased strength, adjacent legs (2) are connected by installed stiffeners (4) made of wood or in the form of horizontal metal pipes (for example, a pair between each adjacent legs (2)).
- The grooves (3) are made with the possibility of placing a tape or tubular rubber harness expander (5) (including a loop) in them, which makes it possible to conduct fitness classes (strength and aerobic exercises) not only with their own weight, but also with additional equipment.
- With the help of the proposed device, you can work on virtually all major muscle groups, namely (neck, anterior delta, middle deltas, chest, biceps, forearm, obliques, abs, quadriceps, flounder, shin, trapezoid, posterior delta, triceps, widest, lumbar, buttocks, diverting hips, adducting hips, biceps of the thigh, calves, pectoral muscles, oblique muscles). Perform interval, circular, strength and recovery training. In addition, the proposed device can be used as equipment for rehabilitation and rehabilitation classes.
- The product is preferably made of solid wood or plastic with general dimensions: length 600-1000 mm, height and width 300-600 (40-70% of the length). The percentage ratio of the thickness of the countertop (1) to the thickness of the legs (2) (taken as 100%) is in the range of 30-70%. The stiffness elements (4) are made with a diameter of 15-40 mm
- The legs (2) are preferably made with a thickness of 70 to 95 mm with four slots (3) with a width of 2 to 25 mm, a depth of 2 to 70 mm, at an angle of 5 to 86°. The location of the slots (3) from the floor:
- Number 1 (10-50 mm);
- Number 2 (80-120 mm);
- Number 3 (190-250 mm);
- Number 4 (255-350 mm).
- Choosing a specific slot (3) for fixing the rubber expander (5) (at a certain height and at a certain angle of inclination), you can adjust the tension force, thereby increasing or weakening the load (from 5 to 90 kg). In addition, specific slots (3), depending on their location relative to the vertical and frontal view, make it possible to perform specific exercises.
- The proposed device is used as follows.
- During classes with expanders (5), they are placed in the slots (3) of the legs (2) of the table and behind the metal horizontal pipes. The engagement of the expanders (5) in the slots (3) ensures their tension and convenience (safety) of use. The transverse stiffness elements (4) can also be used to tighten the expanders (5).
- With the help of the proposed device, the following exercises can be performed on the required muscle groups.
-
- Lifting the arms in front of you with expanders;
- The thrust of the expanders to the chin.
-
- Push-ups on the table with expanders;
- Bending the arms at the elbows with expanders;
- Press the expander over your head while sitting on the table;
- Flexion of the arms with expanders with the support of the elbow in the thigh;
- French bench press with standing expanders;
- Alternate bending of the arms at the elbows with expanders.
-
- Reverse push-ups with expanders;
- Traction of the expanders, reverse extension of the expanders while sitting on the table.
-
- Squat with expanders;
- Squat plie with expanders on the shoulders;
- Romanian lunges on both legs with expanders;
- Pull the expanders to the belt while standing on the table;
- Romanian traction with expanders;
- The thrust of the expanders to the stomach while standing in a tilt.
-
- Spreading the expanders to the sides lying on the table with bent arms;
- Press the expanders from the chest lying on the table with a wide grip;
- Press the expanders from the chest lying on the table with a narrow grip;
- Breeding of expanders lying on the table on straight arms;
- Push-ups from the table with expanders on the back.
-
- Lifts on the table alternately with expanders in your hands;
- Deadlift with expanders;
- Squat with expanders on the shoulders;
- Lunge scissors with expanders on the shoulders;
- Walking on the table with expanders on your shoulders;
- Getting out of a squat with expanders;
- The gluteal backbend.
-
- Lifting on socks with expanders on the shoulders.
-
- Exercise boat with swings of the legs fixed with expanders;
- Twisting on the edge of the table with expanders attached to the belt;
- Lifting the upper part of the body while lying on a table with weights with expanders;
- Lifting the hips lying on the table with fixed expanders;
- Lifting the legs while lying on the table;
- Leaning to the side with expanders standing on the table;
- The tray of the knees to the shoulders from the plank position standing on the table.
- Because of the above-described design, the proposed fitness table allows you to perform a full range of effective workouts for all muscle groups at home, including a number of exercises that were previously available only in a gym with special equipment.
