  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the disclosure more clearly, the disclosure, combined with drawings and embodiments, will be further detailed. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended only to explain the disclosure and are not intended to qualify the disclosure.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 4-6, as one aspect of the disclosure, it provides a track mounting structure including: a linear motor coil 1, a linear motor magnet 2 correspondingly provided with the linear motor coil 1, a first track 3, and a trolley 4. The cross-section of the trolley 4 is U-shape, the internal of the U-shape forms a mounting cavity 5. The first track 3 is provided inside the mounting cavity 5, two groups of upper rollers 6 being axis crossing are provided between an upper surface of the first track 3 and an upper surface of the mounting cavity 5. Two groups of lower rollers 7 being axis crossing are provided between a lower surface of the first track 3 and a lower surface of the mounting cavity 5. The upper roller 6 and the lower roller 7 are pivotally connected with the trolley 4, and the upper surface of the first track 3 is provided with an upper sliding groove 8 with V-shape, the lower surface of the first track 3 is provided with a sliding groove 9 with V-shape. The left and right side walls of the two groups of upper rollers 6 are correspondingly provided with the left and right side walls of the two groups of the upper sliding groove 8, the linear motor magnet 2 is provided on the trolley 4, the first track 3 is located below the linear motor coil 1.
  • Preferably, the trolley 4 is provided with a position sensor 12. Preferably, the trolley 4 is provided with a load 13.
  • Preferably, the track mounting structure includes an auxiliary wheel 10 and a second track 11, the auxiliary wheel 10 can be pivotally provided on one side of the trolley 4, and the auxiliary wheel 10 is movably supported on the second track 11. Further, the use of auxiliary wheels 10 and second track 11 allows to increase load capacity.
  • When the linear motor coil 1 is powered on, a magnetic force is generated to push the linear motor magnet 2 through the change of the magnetic pole. Because the pushing direction is the same as the allowable moving direction of the first track 3, the upper wheel 6, and the lower roller 7, so the trolley 4 will always move along the first track 3.
  • In the above-mentioned technical solution, the disclosure moves the track beneath the linear motor coil, thus increasing the available space, which can be used to increase the size and load of the trolley, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the track form and strengthening the track structure.
  • The disclosure splits the linear motor coil 1 from the first track 3 so as to achieve a more flexible structure. When the structure of the disclosure is adopted, it can be more flexible to freely choose the mounting mode of the first track under the condition that the relative position of the linear motor coil 1 and the first track 3 is maintained, for example, the first track may be located above, below, or at the right end face of the platform 4, etc.
  • The embodiments described above represent only a few embodiments of the disclosure, its description is more specific and detailed, but cannot be understood as a limitation on the scope of the patent of the disclosure. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technical personnel in the art, without departing from the concept of the disclosure, you can also make a number of deformations and improvements, these are the scope of protection of the disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the patent of the disclosure shall be subject to the attached claim.
