Description
- The disclosure relates to the field of linear track, in particular to a track mounting structure.
- Please refer to
FIGS. 1 to 3 , alinear motor coil 1 and afirst track 3 are at the same height, that is, in the same plane. When working, thelinear motor coil 1 produces magnetic pole changes so as to push thelinear motor magnet 2, and then push thetrolley 4 to move. In general, the position relation between the linear motor coil group and the linear motor magnet group will not be changed, and the position relation between the track and linear motor coil group is changed so that various track designs can be use. However, with this structure, it will be very difficult and increase the volume a lot if you need to use linear rails or increase the load capacity of the trolley. - The purpose of the disclosure is to provide a track mounting structure, which is intended to solve at least one problem raised in the background of the disclosure.
- The embodiment of the disclosure is implemented in this way, a track mounting structure includes: a linear motor coil, a linear motor magnet correspondingly provided with the linear motor coil, a first track, and a trolley; wherein, the cross-section of the trolley is U-shape, the internal of the U-shape forms a mounting cavity; the first track is provided inside the mounting cavity, two groups of upper rollers being axis crossing are provided between an upper surface of the first track and an upper surface of the mounting cavity, two groups of lower rollers being axis crossing are provided between a lower surface of the first track and a lower surface of the mounting cavity; the upper roller and the lower roller are pivotally connected with the trolley, and the upper surface of the first track is provided with an upper sliding groove with V-shape, the lower surface of the first track is provided with a sliding groove with V-shape, the left and right side walls of the two groups of upper rollers are correspondingly provided with the left and right side walls of the two groups of the upper sliding groove, the linear motor magnet is provided on the trolley, the first track is located below the linear motor coil.
- Further, the track mounting structure comprises an auxiliary wheel and a second track, the auxiliary wheel can be pivotally provided on one side of the trolley, and the auxiliary wheel is movably supported on the second track.
- Further, the trolley is provided with a position sensor.
- Further, the trolley is provided with a load.
- In the above-mentioned technical solution, the disclosure moves the track beneath the linear motor coil, thus increasing the available space, which can be used to increase the size and load of the trolley, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the track form and strengthening the track structure.

- In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the disclosure more clearly, the disclosure, combined with drawings and embodiments, will be further detailed. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended only to explain the disclosure and are not intended to qualify the disclosure.
- Please refer to
FIGS. 4-6 , as one aspect of the disclosure, it provides a track mounting structure including: alinear motor coil 1, alinear motor magnet 2 correspondingly provided with thelinear motor coil 1, afirst track 3, and atrolley 4. The cross-section of thetrolley 4 is U-shape, the internal of the U-shape forms amounting cavity 5. Thefirst track 3 is provided inside themounting cavity 5, two groups ofupper rollers 6 being axis crossing are provided between an upper surface of thefirst track 3 and an upper surface of themounting cavity 5. Two groups oflower rollers 7 being axis crossing are provided between a lower surface of thefirst track 3 and a lower surface of themounting cavity 5. Theupper roller 6 and thelower roller 7 are pivotally connected with thetrolley 4, and the upper surface of thefirst track 3 is provided with an upper sliding groove 8 with V-shape, the lower surface of thefirst track 3 is provided with asliding groove 9 with V-shape. The left and right side walls of the two groups ofupper rollers 6 are correspondingly provided with the left and right side walls of the two groups of the upper sliding groove 8, thelinear motor magnet 2 is provided on thetrolley 4, thefirst track 3 is located below thelinear motor coil 1. - Preferably, the
trolley 4 is provided with aposition sensor 12. Preferably, thetrolley 4 is provided with aload 13. - Preferably, the track mounting structure includes an
auxiliary wheel 10 and asecond track 11, theauxiliary wheel 10 can be pivotally provided on one side of thetrolley 4, and theauxiliary wheel 10 is movably supported on thesecond track 11. Further, the use ofauxiliary wheels 10 andsecond track 11 allows to increase load capacity. - When the
linear motor coil 1 is powered on, a magnetic force is generated to push thelinear motor magnet 2 through the change of the magnetic pole. Because the pushing direction is the same as the allowable moving direction of thefirst track 3, theupper wheel 6, and thelower roller 7, so thetrolley 4 will always move along thefirst track 3. - In the above-mentioned technical solution, the disclosure moves the track beneath the linear motor coil, thus increasing the available space, which can be used to increase the size and load of the trolley, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the track form and strengthening the track structure.
- The disclosure splits the
linear motor coil 1 from thefirst track 3 so as to achieve a more flexible structure. When the structure of the disclosure is adopted, it can be more flexible to freely choose the mounting mode of the first track under the condition that the relative position of thelinear motor coil 1 and thefirst track 3 is maintained, for example, the first track may be located above, below, or at the right end face of theplatform 4, etc. - The embodiments described above represent only a few embodiments of the disclosure, its description is more specific and detailed, but cannot be understood as a limitation on the scope of the patent of the disclosure. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technical personnel in the art, without departing from the concept of the disclosure, you can also make a number of deformations and improvements, these are the scope of protection of the disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the patent of the disclosure shall be subject to the attached claim.
