Abstract
The present invention provides a system and apparatus for maze board game comprising: a solid first layer base with smooth surface, a second layer permanently fixed to first solid base layer providing a construction or groove in which rings can be housed within, a third layer consisting decorative fixture with game elements that is permanently fixed to second layer, a set of plurality of turntable rings that fit neatly inside one another and can be independently turned or spun inside the construct of first layer. Each turntable ring has a small rod attached to that can be used to turn the turntable rings. In an embodiment of the present invention, the game player has to start pawn from the container located at the corner of square shaped maze board, make the pawn travel from corner to center through dynamically changing labyrinth, and change the configuration while playing by moving the turnable ring in clockwise or anticlockwise direction by required number of spaces thus providing new labyrinth configuration with rearranged vertical walls to game player.
Description

In particular, the invention relates to a table top game board apparatus that provides ever changing labyrinth comprised of four rotatable rings wherein the player has to get pawns that start in the containers on the corners to the center of the board.
- The use of board games is known in the prior art. More specifically, board games heretofore devised and utilized are known to consist basically of familiar, expected and obvious structural configurations, notwithstanding the myriad of designs encompassed by the crowded prior art which have been developed for the fulfillment of countless objectives and requirements.
- In these respects, the maze board game apparatus according to the present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in so doing provides an apparatus primarily developed for the purpose of providing an enjoying game for a number of players.
- Up until the present time, it is believed that no one has ever developed a maze board game wherein the orientation of the playing surface keeps on changing constantly while playing to provide an advantage to one player and an unexpected disadvantage to the other players.
- As a consequence of the foregoing situation, there has existed a longstanding need among board game aficionados for a new and improved board game having multiple interrelated game board segments which can be rotated relative to one another to produce advantages and challenges to the people playing the game; and, the provision of such an arrangement is the stated objective of the present invention.
- In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known types of board games now present in the prior art, the present invention provides a new maze board game construction wherein the same can be utilized for providing an enjoying game for a number of players.
- The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a new maze board game apparatus and method which has many of the advantages of the board games mentioned heretofore and many novel features that result in a new maze board game which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by any of the prior art board games, either alone or in any combination thereof.
- Present invention relates to system and apparatus relates to a board game for recreational and enjoyment purpose. In particular, the invention relates to a table top game board apparatus that provides ever changing labyrinth comprised of four rotatable rings wherein the player has to get pawns that start in the containers on the corners to the center of the board.
- In an embodiment of the present invention the maze board game comprise: a solid first layer base with smooth surface, a second layer permanently fixed to first solid base layer providing a construction or groove in which rings can be housed within, a third layer consisting decorative fixture with game elements that is permanently fixed to second layer, a set of plurality of turnable rings that fit neatly inside one another and can be independently turned or spun inside the construct of first layer. Each turnable ring has a small rod attached to that can be used to turn the turnable rings.
- Still yet another object of the present invention is to provide a new maze board game that makes players move along a playing surface where the obstacles change location as the game progresses.
- As such, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the conception, upon which this disclosure is based, may readily be utilized as a basis for the designing of other structures, methods and systems for carrying out the several purposes of the present invention. It is important, therefore, that the claims be regarded as including such equivalent constructions insofar as they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
- The aforesaid as well as other objects and advantages of the invention will appear hereinafter from the following description taken in connection with the accompanying drawings in which:
-
FIG. 1 illustrates an exploded view of the maze board game apparatus; -
FIG. 2 illustrates exemplary an embodiment of the maze board game apparatus; -
FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary embodiment describing working of the maze board game apparatus; -
FIG. 4 illustrates an exemplary embodiment of an individual of the maze board game apparatus; -
FIG. 5 illustrates an exemplary embodiment describing working of the maze board game apparatus; - With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 thereof, a new maze board game embodying the principles and concepts of the present invention is described. -
FIG. 1 illustrates an explode view of thepresent invention 100 comprising: a solid basefirst layer 101 with smooth surface, asecond layer 102, athird layer 103,turnable ring 104,turnable ring 105,turnable ring 106,turnable ring 107 and aspindle 108. -
FIG. 2 illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the present invention wherein the solid base first layer is a smooth surface layer and thesecond layer 102 is permanently affixed to solid basefirst layer 101 providing a construction or groove for plurality of turnable rings to be housed within. - The
third layer 103 consists of decorative fixture with game elements that is permanently affixed upon the second layer. - The
turnable ring 104,turnable ring 105,turnable ring 106,turnable ring 107 fit neatly inside structure of one another and can be independently turned or spun inside the construct ofsecond layer 102. Each turnable ring has a small rod orspindle 108 disposed perpendicularly on the surface of each turnable ring to facilitate turning of turnable ring by the maze board game player. - The
maze board game 100 comprise of containers:container 201,container 202,container 203,container 204 located at corners of the square shaped maze board. The maze board game player has to get pawns started from the containers located at the corners of the maze board game to the center of the maze game board through the ever-changing labyrinth comprised of four turnable rings. -
