Description
- The present invention relates to hand sanitizer dispensation and more particularly pertains to a hand sanitizer dispenser.
- The pump-type hand sanitizer dispenser currently used in public places usually requires people to use their hand to directly touch the discharge part to squeeze out the liquid. Since different people repeatedly touch the same part with wet hands during use, it is very easy to cause the spread of bacteria or viruses among the users. In hospitals, it is more likely to cause disease transmission, especially during surgical hand washing and hand disinfection when the requirements for the liquid dispensation manner are higher, and the hand-squeeze type obviously cannot meet the requirements.
- In addition, the general liquid dispenser is fixed on the wall and cannot be moved, thus resulting in limited scope of application and inconvenient use.
- Furthermore, most of the existing liquid dispensers do not have a pressing mechanism suitable for use by the disabled, so that the disabled cannot use them.
- In order to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a hand sanitizer dispenser that can be operated by a pedal and is simple and reliable in structure, large in capacity and flexible to use, so as to ensure the users' hygiene and health on the one hand, and improve the convenience of operation on the other hand. Another object of the present invention is to provide a device that is supplemented by manual pressing to get hand sanitizer, so that it can be used by both able-bodied and those with inconvenient or disabled legs, thereby improving the applicability of the device.
- The objects of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
- A hand sanitizer dispenser, comprising a hand sanitizer bucket, a storage chamber, a liquid suction pipe, a push-type liquid suction pump, a liquid outlet pipe, a support base, a hollow vertical pole, a transmission rod assembly and a pedal mechanism. The hollow vertical pole and the storage chamber are both arranged on the support base. The hand sanitizer bucket is stored in the storage chamber. The hand sanitizer bucket is filled with hand sanitizer. The liquid suction pipe has a first end which communicates with the hand sanitizer bucket and a second end which communicates with a liquid inlet of the push-type liquid suction pump. The push-type liquid suction pump is arranged at an upper end of the hollow vertical pole. The liquid outlet pipe has a first end which communicates with a liquid outlet of the push-type liquid suction pump and a second end which is exposed outside the hollow vertical pole. The transmission rod assembly is arranged in the hollow vertical pole in a vertically movable manner. The transmission rod assembly has an upper end which abuts against the push-type suction pump in transmission and a lower end which cooperates with the pedal mechanism in transmission. The pedal mechanism is arranged on the support base, and pedal operation of the pedal mechanism can drive the transmission rod assembly to push up and press the push-type liquid suction pump, thereby causing the push-type liquid suction pump to suck the hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer bucket through the liquid suction pipe and spray it out through the liquid outlet pipe.

An upper end of the plunger is exposed outside the pump cavity. The liquid outlet of the push-type liquid suction pump is arranged at an insertion end of the plunger and communicates with the pump cavity. A liquid outlet channel connecting the liquid outlet and the liquid outlet pipe is formed in the plunger. The pump cover covers the upward opening of the pump body and can prevent the plunger from being axially separated from the pump cavity. The upper end of the transmission rod assembly abuts against the pump body. When the transmission rod assembly pushes upward and abuts against the pump body, the pump body moves upward relative to the plunger and squeezes out air in the pump cavity. When the transmission rod assembly returns downwards, the pump body returns downwards under action of the plunger spring and sucks the hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer bucket through the liquid suction pipe to spray it out through the liquid outlet pipe.
- Further, the hollow vertical pole has an open top end which is equipped with a top cover. The upper end of the hollow vertical pole is also provided with an opening for the liquid outlet pipe to be exposed. The pedal has an inserting end which is provided with a left abutting block and a right abutting block, each of which has a concave arc-shaped structure. The left and right abutting blocks are in abutting cooperation with the first abutting mating surface and the second abutting mating surface.
- Further, a guide pole is provided in the hollow vertical pole, and a lower end of the guide pole is fixed on the stand. The lower transmission rod is slidably sleeved on the guide pole in a vertically movable manner.
- Further, the hollow vertical pole has an outer wall which is provided with a liquid receiving box below and corresponding with an outlet of the liquid outlet pipe. The upper end of the hollow vertical pole is also fixedly provided with a billboard on a side facing away from the liquid outlet pipe. The support base is provided with fixing holes for fixed connection with an external supporting surface.
- Further, the storage chamber comprises a barrel-shaped case fixed on the support base and abutting on one side of the hollow vertical pole as well as a locked cover that is securely locked to an opening of an upper end of the barrel-shaped case by a lock.
