Abstract

The present invention provides a portable exercise device conveniently carried and usable to train a body such as pelvis, thigh, and chest. According to the portable exercise device of the present invention, a first bracket link member (120) having a ‘<’-shape is connected to one end sides of the X-shaped link member (110) by a first pin (LP11) and a second pin (LP12), a second bracket link member (130) having a ‘<’-shape is connected to opposite end sides of the X-shaped link member (110) by a third pin (LP13) and a fourth pin (LP14), a first spring (140) is disposed between the first pin (LP11) and the second pin (LP12), in which an upper end of the first spring (140) is connected to the first pin (LP11), and a lower end of the first spring (140) is connected to the second pin (LP12), a second spring (120) is disposed between the third pin (LP13) and the fourth pin (LP14), in which an upper end of the second spring (150) is connected to the third pin (LP13), and a lower end of the second spring (150) is connected to the fourth pin (LP14), an intermediate connection portion (165) of a first partial body support (160) is connected to a fifth pin (LP16) of the first bracketing link member (120), and an intermediate connection portion (175) of a second partial body support (170) is connected to a sixth pin (LP16) of the second bracket link member (130).

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a portable exercise device for strengthening body muscles such as pelvis, thighs, chest, and arms, and more particularly, to a portable exercise device in which both end sides are connected to bracket link members having a ‘<’-shape by pins, partial body supports are mounted to the bracket link members, respectively, and springs are connected to the both end sides of the X-shaped link members so that the springs are tensioned when the X-shaped link member is folded or unfolded after a force is applied to the partial body supports.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • The ‘PELVIS EXERCISE DEVICE’ is disclosed in Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1313095 developed and registered with respect to the present application.
  • According to the pelvis exercise device, a pair of arc members formed by curving a long band in an arc shape are arranged to face each other, both ends of the arc member are connected by a hinge, and knee rests are mounted in centers of the arc members, respectively.
  • However, according to the above pelvis exercise device, the arc members are required to have a predetermined large size so that to apply the compression elasticity when the knees are closed to each other, thereby causing the inconvenience to be carried.
  • In addition the above pelvis exercise device has a structure used only to strengthen a lower body such as the pelvis or thigh, so there is a structural problem that the device cannot be used to strengthen an upper body such as the chest or arm.
  • DISCLOSURE Technical Problem
  • The present invention is provided to improve the above problems. The objective of the present invention is to provide an exercise device conveniently carried and used to train the upper and lower bodies.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a portable exercise device, in which both end sides are connected to bracket link members having a ‘<’-shape by pins, partial body supports are mounted to the bracket link members, respectively, springs are connected to the both end sides of the X-shaped link members to tension the springs when the X-shaped link member is folded or unfolded after a force is applied to the partial body support, so that the muscles of the pelvis, thighs, chest, and arms may be strengthened, and the size of the X-shaped link member may be reduced.
  • Still another object of the present invention is to provide a portable exercise device such that a plurality of X-shaped link members are connected to each other and springs are fastened to the X-shaped link members, respectively.
  • Technical Solution
  • An example of the portable exercise device according to the present invention to achieve the above objects includes: an X-shaped link member movably fixed; bracket link members each having a ‘<’-shape and connected to both ends of the X-shaped link member; partial body supports fixed to the ‘<’-shape bracket link members, respectively; and an elastic member formed of a spring fixed to the X-shaped link member such that the X-shaped link member is folded or unfolded according to a pressure applied to the partial body support.
  • The X-shaped link member may include a plurality of consecutive X-shaped link members.
  • A handle member may be provided to be vertically installed to each of the ‘<’-shaped bracket link members.
  • In addition according to another example of the portable exercise device of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a first bracket link member (120) having a ‘<’-shape is connected to one end sides of the X-shaped link member (110) by a first pin (LP11) and a second pin (LP12), a second bracket link member (130) having a ‘<’-shape is connected to opposite end sides of the X-shaped link member (110) by a third pin (LP13) and a fourth pin (LP14), a first spring (140) is disposed between the first pin (LP11) and the second pin (LP12), in which an upper end of the first spring (140) is connected to the first pin (LP11), and a lower end of the first spring (140) is connected to the second pin (LP12), a second spring (120) is disposed between the third pin (LP13) and the fourth pin (LP14), in which an upper end of the second spring (150) is connected to the third pin (LP13), and a lower end of the second spring (150) is connected to the fourth pin (LP14), an intermediate connection portion (165) of a first partial body support (160) is connected to a fifth pin (LP16) of the first bracketing link member (120), and an intermediate connection portion (175) of a second partial body support (170) is connected to a sixth pin (LP16) of the second bracket link member (130).
  • In addition, the portable exercise device according to the present invention further includes a first handle member (180) having a lower end mounted to the fifth pin (LP15) and vertically erected, and a second handle member (185) having a lower end mounted to the sixth pin (LP16) and vertically erected.
  • In the X-shaped link member (110, a first link bar (111) and a second link bar (113) intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar (111) and a center of the second link bar (113) are connected by a center link pin (115), an upper end of the first link bar (111) is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar (121) of the first bracket link member (120) by the first pin (LP11), a lower end of the first link bar (111) is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar (133) of the second bracket link member (130) by the fourth pin (LP14), an upper end of the second link bar (113) is connected to a lower end of an upper link bar (131) of the second bracket link member (130) by the third pin (LP13), and a lower end of the second link bar (113) is connected to a lower link bar (123) of the first bracket link member (120) by the second pin (LP12).
  • according to another example of the portable exercise device of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, a first X-shaped link member (210) and a second X-shaped link member (220) are connected to each other by a first pin (LP21) and a second pin (LP22), a first bracket link member (230) having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the first X-shaped link member (210) by a third pin (LP23) and a fourth pin (LP24), a second bracket link member (240) having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the second X-shaped link member (220) by a fifth pin (LP25) and a sixth pin (LP26), a first spring (251) is disposed between the first pin (LP21) and the second pin (LP22), in which an upper end of the first spring (251) is connected to the first pin (LP21), and a lower end of the first spring (251) is connected to the second pin (LP22), a second spring (253) is disposed between the third pin (LP23) and the fourth pin (LP24), in which an upper end of the second spring (253) is connected to the third pin (LP23), and a lower end of the second spring (253) is connected to the fourth pin (LP24), a third spring (255) is disposed between the fifth pin (LP25) and the sixth pin (LP25), in which an upper end of the third spring (255) is connected to the fifth pin (LP25), and a lower end of the third spring (255) is connected to the sixth pin (LP26), an intermediate connection portion (265) of a first partial body support (260) is connected to the seventh pin (LP27) at the first bracket link member (230), and an intermediate connection portion (273) of a second partial body support (270) is connected to the eighth pin (LP28) at the second bracket link member (240).
  • The portable exercise device further includes a first handle member (280) having a lower end mounted to the seventh pin (LP27) and vertically erected, and a second handle member (285) having a lower end mounted to the eighth pin (LP28) and vertically erected.
  • In the first X-shaped link member (210), a first link bar (211) and a second link bar (213) intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar (211) and a center of the second link bar (213) are connected by a first center link pin (215), an upper end of the first link bar (211) is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar (231) of the first bracket link member (230) by the third pin (LP23), a lower end of the first link bar (211) is connected to a lower end of a fourth link bar (223) of the second X-shaped link member (220) by the second pin (LP22), an upper end of the second link bar (213) is connected to an upper end of a third link bar (221) of the second X-shaped link member (220) by the first pin (LP21), and a lower end of the second link bar (213) is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar (233) of the first bracket link member (230) by the fourth pin (LP24).
  • In the second X-shaped link member (220), the third link bar (221) and the fourth link bar (223) are intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the third link bar (221) and a center of the fourth link bar (223) are connected by a second center link pin (225), the upper end of the third link bar (221) is connected to the upper end of the second link bar (213) of the first X-shaped link member (210) by the first pin (LP21), a lower end of the third link bar (221) is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar (243) of the second bracket link member (240) by the sixth pin (LP26), the lower end of the fourth link bar (223) is connected to the lower end of the first link bar (211) of the first X-shaped link member (210) by the second pin (LP22), and an upper end of the fourth link bar (223) is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar (241) of the second bracket link member (240) by the fifth pin (LP25).
  • Advantageous Effects
  • The portable exercise device according to the present invention, is configured to repeatedly apply/release a force to/from the partial body support by using both knees or hands, so that muscles such as pelvis and chest can be strengthened, a sufficient tensile force can be maintained without manufacturing the X-shaped link member largely, and the device can be conveniently carried.
  • In addition the number of X-shaped link members can be easily adjusted, so that a user can easily use the exercise device according to a body size.

  • Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
  • First Embodiment
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, in the portable exercise device according to the first embodiment of the invention, a first bracket link member 120 having a ‘<’-shape is connected to one end sides of the X-shaped link member 110 by a first pin LP11 and a second pin LP12, a second bracket link member 130 having a ‘<’-shape is connected to opposite end sides of the X-shaped link member 110 by a third pin LP13 and a fourth pin LP14, and a first spring 140 is disposed between the first pin LP11 and the second pin LP12, in which an upper end of the first spring 140 is connected to the first pin LP11, and a lower end of the first spring 140 is connected to the second pin LP12.
  • A second spring 150 is disposed between the third pin LP13 and the fourth pin LP14, in which an upper end of the second spring 150 is connected to the third pin LP13, and a lower end of the second spring 150 is connected to the fourth pin LP14.
  • Meanwhile, an intermediate connection portion 165 of a first knee rest 160 constituting the partial body support is connected to a fifth pin LP15 of the first bracket link member 120, and an intermediate connection portion 175 of a second knee rest 170 is connected to a sixth pin LP16 of the second bracket link member 130.
  • In addition, the portable exercise device according to the first embodiment of the invention includes a first handle member 180 having a lower end mounted to the fifth pin LP15, so that the first handle member 180 is vertically installed and fixed; and a second handle member 185 having a lower end mounted to the sixth pin LP16, so that the second handle member 185 is vertically installed and fixed. The first handle member 180 and the second handle member 185 serve to support the exercise device to prevent a separation of the exercise device and maintain a balance when the exercise device is used.
  • In the X-shaped link member 110, a first link bar 111 and a second link bar 113 intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar 111 and a center of the second link bar 113 are connected by a center link pin 115, an upper end of the first link bar 111 is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar 121 of the first bracket link member 120 by the first pin LP11, a lower end of the first link bar 111 is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar 133 of the second bracket link member 130 by the fourth pin LP14, an upper end of the second link bar 113 is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar 131 of the second bracket link member 130 by the third pin LP13, and a lower end of the second link bar 113 is connected to a lower link bar 123 of the first bracket link member 120 by the second pin LP12.
  • In the first bracket link member 120, the lower end of the upper link bar 121 inclined in a diagonal direction is connected to the upper end of the lower link bar 123 inclined in an opposite direction of the upper link bar 121 by the fifth pin LP15.
  • The second bracket link member 130 is disposed to face the first bracket link member 120, and the lower end of the upper link bar 131 inclined in a diagonal direction is connected to the upper end of the lower link bar 133 inclined in an opposite direction of the upper link bar 131 by the sixth pin LP16.
  • The upper link bar and the lower link bar of each of the first bracket link member 120 and the second bracket link member 130 may be configured to rotate to each other about the fifth pin LP15 and the sixth pin LP16 at a predetermined angle.
  • The first knee rest 160 constituting the partial body support has an arc shape, and is integrally formed at a center of a convex surface thereof with the intermediate connection portion 165.
  • The second knee rest 170 has an arc shape, and is integrally formed at a center of a convex surface thereof with the intermediate connection portion 175.
  • Operations of the portable exercise device configured in the above manner according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
  • First, in a state in which the user places the portable exercise device 100 between knees as shown in FIG. 3, the user latches the arc-shaped first knee rest 160 and second knee rest 170 on knees, respectively, and holds the first handle member 180 and the second handle member 185 by both hands.
  • Then, as shown in FIG. 4, when a force is applied to the knees to apply the force to the first knee rest 160 and the second knee rest 170 in the directions of the arrows 191 and 193, the X-shaped link member 110 is folded from a state drawn with dotted line to a state drawn with a solid line, thereby applying the tensile force onto the first and second springs 140 and 150, so that an exercising effect corresponding to the tensile force may be obtained.
  • Then, when the user gradually reduces the force applied to the knees, the X-shaped link member 110 returns to the initial state drawn with dotted line due to the restoring force of the first and second springs 140 and 150. Accordingly, the user may repeat the movement of push the knee inward.
  • As described in the above manner, according to the portable exercise device of the first embodiment of the invention, the user may gather and relax the knees repeatedly so that muscles related to the pelvis and lower body muscles such as the thighs can be strengthened, a plurality of tension springs are used so that the sufficient exercise effect can be obtained without manufacturing the X-shaped link member largely, and the device can be conveniently carried.
  • MODE FOR INVENTION
  • Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8.
  • Second Embodiment
  • Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, in the portable exercise device according to the second embodiment of the present invention, a first X-shaped link member 210 and a second X-shaped link member 220 are connected to each other by a first pin LP21 and a second pin LP22, a first bracket link member 230 having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the first X-shaped link member 210 by a third pin LP23 and a fourth pin LP24, a second bracket link member 240 having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the second X-shaped link member 220 by a fifth pin LP25 and a sixth pin LP26, and a first spring 251 is disposed between the first pin LP21 and the second pin LP22, in which an upper end of the first spring 251 is connected to the first pin LP21, and a lower end of the first spring 251 is connected to the second pin LP22.
  • A second spring 253 is disposed between the third pin LP23 and the fourth pin LP24, in which an upper end of the second spring 253 is connected to the third pin LP23, and a lower end of the second spring 253 is connected to the fourth pin LP24.
  • A third spring 255 is disposed between the fifth pin LP25 and the sixth pin LP26, in which an upper end of the third spring 255 is connected to the fifth pin LP25, and a lower end of the third spring 255 is connected to the sixth pin LP26.
  • Meanwhile, an intermediate connection portion 265 of a first knee rest 260 constituting the partial body support is connected to the seventh pin LP27 at the first bracket link member 230, and an intermediate connection portion 273 of a second knee rest 270 is connected to the eighth pin LP28 at the second bracket link member 240.
  • In addition, according to the portable exercise device of the second embodiment of the present invention, a lower end of the first handle member 280 is mounted to the seventh pin LP27, so that the first handle member 280 is vertically installed and fixed, and a lower end of the second handle member 285 is mounted to the eighth pin LP28, so that the second handle member 285 is vertically installed and fixed.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, in the first X-shaped link member 210, a first link bar 211 and a second link bar 213 intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar 211 and a center of the second link bar 213 are connected by a first center link pin 215, an upper end of the first link bar 211 is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar 231 of the first bracket link member 230 by the third pin LP23, a lower end of the first link bar 211 is connected to a lower end of a fourth link bar 223 of the second X-shaped link member 220 by the second pin LP22, an upper end of the second link bar 213 is connected to an upper end of a third link bar 221 of the second X-shaped link member 220 by the first pin LP21, and a lower end of the second link bar 213 is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar 233 of the first bracket link member 230 by the fourth pin LP24.
  • In the second X-shaped link member 220, the third link bar 221 and the fourth link bar 223 are intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the third link bar 221 and a center of the fourth link bar 223 are connected by a second center link pin 225, the upper end of the third link bar 211 is connected to the upper end of the second link bar 213 of the first X-shaped link member 210 by the first pin LP21, a lower end of the third link bar 221 is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar 243 of the second bracket link member 240 by the sixth pin LP26, the lower end of the fourth link bar 223 is connected to the lower end of the first link bar 211 of the first X-shaped link member 210 by the second pin LP22, and an upper end of the fourth link bar 223 is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar 241 of the second bracket link member 240 by the fifth pin LP25.
  • In the first bracket link member 230, the lower end of the upper link bar 231 inclined in a diagonal direction is connected to the upper end of the lower link bar 233 inclined in an opposite direction of the upper link bar 231 by a seventh pin LP17.
  • The second bracket link member 240 is disposed to face the first bracket link member 230, and the lower end of the upper link bar 241 inclined in a diagonal direction is connected to the upper end of the lower link bar 243 inclined in an opposite direction of the upper link bar 241 by an eighth pin LP18.
  • The upper link bar and the lower link bar of each of the first bracket link member 230 and the second bracket link member 240 may be integrally formed.
  • The first knee rest 260 constituting the partial body support has an arc shape, and is integrally formed at a center of a convex surface thereof with the intermediate connection portion 265.
  • The second knee rest 270 has an arc shape, and is integrally formed at a center of a convex surface thereof with the intermediate connection portion 273.
  • Operations of the portable exercise device configured in the above manner according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.
  • First, in a state in which the user places the portable exercise device 200 between the knees as shown in FIG. 7, the user latches the arc-shaped first knee rest 260 and second knee rest 270 on the knees, respectively, and holds the first handle member 280 and the second handle member 285 by the both hands.
  • Then, as shown in FIG. 8, when a force is applied to the knees to apply the force to the first knee rest 260 and the second knee rest 270 in the directions of the arrows 291 and 293, the first X-shaped link member 210 and the second X-shaped link member 220 are folded from a state drawn with dotted line to a state drawn with a solid line, thereby applying the tensile force onto the first to second springs 251, 253 and 255, so that an exercising effect corresponding to the tensile force may be obtained.
  • Then, when the user gradually reduces the force applied to the knees, the first X-shaped link member 210 and the second X-shaped link member 220 return to the initial state drawn with dotted line due to the restoring force of the first to third springs 251, 253 and 255. Accordingly, the user may repeat the movement of push the knee inward.
  • In the portable exercise device as described in the above manner according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the user may gather and relax the knees repeatedly so that muscles related to the pelvis and lower body muscles such as the thighs can be strengthened, a plurality of tension springs may be used so that sufficient exercise effect can be obtained without manufacturing the first X-shaped link member 210 and the second X-shaped link member 200 largely, and the device can be conveniently carried.
  • Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 10.
  • Third Embodiment
  • As shown FIG. 9, according to the portable exercise device of the third embodiment of the invention, a first X-shaped link member 310 and a second X-shaped link member 320 are connected to each other by a first pin LP31 and a second pin LP32, a first bracket link member 330 having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the first X-shaped link member 310 by a third pin LP33 and a fourth pin LP34, a second bracket link member 340 having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the second X-shaped link member 320 by a fifth pin LP35 and a sixth pin LP36, and a first spring 351 is disposed between the first pin LP31 and the second pin LP32, in which an upper end of the first spring 351 is connected to the first pin LP31, and a lower end of the first spring 351 is connected to the second pin LP32.
  • A second spring 353 is disposed between the third pin LP33 and the fourth pin LP34, in which an upper end of the second spring 353 is connected to the third pin LP33, and a lower end of the second spring 353 is connected to the fourth pin LP34.
  • A third spring 355 is disposed between the fifth pin LP35 and the sixth pin LP36, in which an upper end of the third spring 355 is connected to the fifth pin LP35, and a lower end of the third spring 355 is connected to the sixth pin LP36.
  • In the first bracket link member 330, the lower end of the upper link bar 331 inclined in a diagonal direction is connected to the upper end of the lower link bar 333 inclined in an opposite direction of the upper link bar 331 by a seventh pin LP37.
  • The second bracket link member 340 is disposed to face the first bracket link member 330, and the lower end of the upper link bar 341 inclined in a diagonal direction is connected to the upper end of the lower link bar 343 inclined in an opposite direction of the upper link bar 341 by an eighth pin LP38.
  • In addition a first handle member 380 is mounted to pass through the intermediate connection portion 365 of the first knee support 360 constituting the partial body support and stand in the vertical direction, and the first handle member 380 is connected to the first bracket link member 330 through a pair of lower fastener 381 and upper fastener 382. One end of the lower fastener 381 is positioned under the intermediate connection portion 365 and connected to the first handle member 380, and the other end is connected to a middle of a lower link bar 333 of the first bracket link member 330 by a ninth pin LP39. One end of the upper fastener 382 is positioned over the intermediate connection portion 365 so as to be movably connected along the longitudinal direction of the first handle member 380, and the other end is connected to a middle of an upper link bar 331 of the first bracket link member 330 by a tenth pin LP40.
  • In addition a second handle member 385 is mounted to pass through the intermediate connection portion 373 of the second knee support 370 constituting the partial body support and stand in the vertical direction, and the second handle member 385 is connected to the second bracket link member 340 through a pair of lower fastener 383 and upper fastener 384. One end of the lower fastener 383 is positioned under the intermediate connection portion 373 and connected to the second handle member 385, and the other end is connected to a middle of a lower link bar 343 of the second bracket link member 340 by an eleventh pin LP41. One end of the upper fastener 384 is positioned over the intermediate connection portion 373 so as to be movably connected along the longitudinal direction of the second handle member 385, and the other end is connected to a middle of an upper link bar 341 of the second bracket link member 340 by a twelfth pin LP42.
  • The bracket link member is connected to the handle member through the pair of fasteners in the above manner, impacts are prevented from exerting on the knee rests even when angular deformation occurs between the upper link bar and the lower link bar of the bracket link member upon extension and contraction of the spring.
  • In addition screw holes are formed in sides of the intermediate connection portions 365 and 373 of the partial body supports and the lower fasteners 381 and 383, and screws are fastened to the screw holes, as needed, so that the handle members 380 and 385 may be stably supported and stopped.
  • Then, referring to FIG. 10, in the first X-shaped link member 310, a first link bar 311 and a second link bar 313 intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar 311 and a center of the second link bar 313 are connected by a first center link pin 315, an upper end of the first link bar 311 is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar 331 of the first bracket link member 330 by the third pin LP33, a lower end of the first link bar 311 is connected to a lower end of a fourth link bar 323 of the second X-shaped link member 320 by the second pin LP32, an upper end of the second link bar 313 is connected to an upper end of a third link bar 321 of the second X-shaped link member 320 by the first pin LP31, and a lower end of the second link bar 313 is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar 333 of the first bracket link member 330 by the fourth pin LP34.
  • In the second X-shaped link member 320, the third link bar 321 and the fourth link bar 323 are intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the third link bar 321 and a center of the fourth link bar 323 are connected by a second center link pin 325, the upper end of the third link bar 311 is connected to the upper end of the second link bar 313 of the first X-shaped link member 310 by the first pin LP31, a lower end of the third link bar 321 is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar 343 of the second bracket link member 340 by the sixth pin LP36, the lower end of the fourth link bar 323 is connected to the lower end of the first link bar 311 of the first X-shaped link member 310 by the second pin LP32, and an upper end of the fourth link bar 323 is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar 341 of the second bracket link member 340 by the fifth pin LP35.
  • The first knee rest 360 constituting the partial body support has an arc shape, and is integrally formed at a center of a convex surface thereof with the intermediate connection portion 365.
  • The second knee rest 370 has an arc shape, and is integrally formed at a center of a convex surface thereof with the intermediate connection portion 373.
  • In particular, according to the portable exercise device of the third embodiment of the invention, a spring support bar 390 is fixed between the first center link pin 315 and the second center link pin 325.
  • Long holes 390 a and 390 b are formed at both ends of the spring support bar 390 in a length direction of the spring support bar. The first center link pin 315 and the second center link pin 325 pass through the long holes 390 a and 390 b, respectively, to support the both ends of the spring support bar 390 so as not to be separated. The spring support bar 390 is fitted and coupled to a fourth spring 357 so that both ends thereof may be stopped by the first center link pin 315 and the second center link pin 325.
  • The portable exercise device, which includes the spring support bar 390 and the fourth spring 357 as described in the above manner according to the third embodiment, has the same operations of the portable exercise device according to the second embodiment. However, compared with the portable exercise device according to the second embodiment, a force corresponding to a compressive elastic force of the fourth spring 357 is added when the user repeatedly pushes the knees inward, so that the exercise effect can be increased.
  • The X-shaped link member of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments of the present invention and may also be applied to a structure that three or more X-shaped link members are connected.
  • In addition the portable exercise device according to the second and third embodiments may be modified as shown in FIG. 11 as an example to enable a chest exercise and the like. In other words, bodies of the first knee rest 260 and the second knee rest 270 may be additionally formed with handle grooves 281 and 284 through which hands may be inserted and hooked, the upper end of the second spring 253 is fixed to the fifth pin LP25 after removing the first spring 251, and the upper end of the third spring 255 is fixed to the third pin LP23. As described in the above manner, when the second spring 253 and the third spring 255 are fixed to the second bracket link member 230 and the second bracket link member 240 in an X-shape, the device of the present invention may be easily transformed into a portable exercise device capable of performing the chest exercise and the like using the balanced tensile force of the springs.
  • The portable exercise device of the present invention described above is not limited to the above exemplary embodiments, drawings, and descriptions, and may be variously modified within the scope of the claims and objects of the present invention.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
  • The present invention may be used in a portable exercise device for strengthening body muscles such as the pelvis, thighs, chest, and arms.

Claims (8)

1. A portable exercise device comprising:
an X-shaped link member movably fixed;
bracket link members each having a ‘<’-shape and connected to both ends of the X-shaped link member;
partial body supports fixed to the ‘<’-shape bracket link members, respectively; and
a spring member fixed to the X-shaped link member such that the X-shaped link member is folded or unfolded according to a pressure applied to the partial body support, wherein
the X-shaped link member includes a plurality of consecutive X-shaped link members.
2. The portable exercise device of claim 1, wherein each of the ‘<’-shaped bracket link members is provided with a handle member.
3. A portable exercise device, wherein a first bracket link member having a ‘<’-shape is connected to one end sides of the X-shaped link member by a first pin a second pin, a second bracket link member having a ‘<’-shape is connected to opposite end sides of the X-shaped link member by a third pin and a fourth pin, a first spring is disposed between the first pin and the second pin, in which an upper end of the first spring is connected to the first pin, and a lower end of the first spring is connected to the second pin, a second spring is disposed between the third pin and the fourth pin, in which an upper end of the second spring is connected to the third pin, and a lower end of the second spring is connected to the fourth pin, an intermediate connection portion of a first partial body support is connected to a fifth pin of the first bracketing link member, and an intermediate connection portion of a second partial body support is connected to a sixth pin of the second bracket link member, and wherein,
in the X-shaped link member, a first link bar and a second link bar intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar and a center of the second link bar are connected by a center link pin, an upper end of the first link bar is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar of the first bracket link member by the first pin, a lower end of the first link bar is connected to a lower end of a lower link bar of the second bracket link member by the fourth pin, an upper end of the second link bar is connected to a lower end of an upper link bar of the second bracket link member by the third pin, and a lower end of the second link bar is connected to a lower link bar of the first bracket link member by the second pin.
4. The portable exercise device of claim 3, further comprising:
a first handle member having a lower end mounted to the fifth pin and vertically erected; and
a second handle member having a lower end mounted to the sixth pin and vertically erected.
5. A portable exercise device, wherein a first X-shaped link member and a second X-shaped link member are connected to each other by a first pin and a second pin, a first bracket link member having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the first X-shaped link member by a third pin and a fourth pin, a second bracket link member having a ‘<’-shape is connected to the second X-shaped link member by a fifth pin and a sixth pin, a first spring is disposed between the first pin and the second pin, in which an upper end of the first spring is connected to the first pin, and a lower end of the first spring is connected to the second pin, a second spring is disposed between the third pin and the fourth pin, in which an upper end of the second spring is connected to the third pin, and a lower end of the second spring is connected to the fourth pin, a third spring is disposed between the fifth pin and the sixth pin, in which an upper end of the third spring is connected to the fifth pin, and a lower end of the third spring is connected to the sixth pin, an intermediate connection portion of a first partial body support is connected to the seventh pin at the first bracket link member, and an intermediate connection portion of a second partial body support is connected to the eighth pin at the second bracket link member.
6. The portable exercise device of claim 5, further comprising:
a first handle member having a lower end mounted to the seventh pin and vertically erected; and
a second handle member having a lower end mounted to the eighth pin and vertically erected.
7. The portable exercise device of claim 5, wherein, in the first X-shaped link member, a first link bar and a second link bar intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the first link bar and a center of the second link bar are connected by a first center link pin, an upper end of the first link bar is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar of the first bracket link member by the third pin, a lower end of the first link bar is connected to a lower end of a fourth link bar of the second X-shaped link member by the second pin, an upper end of the second link bar is connected to an upper end of a third link bar of the second X-shaped link member by the first pin, and a lower end of the second link bar is connected to a lower link bar of the first bracket link member by the fourth pin, and wherein,
in the second X-shaped link member, the third link bar and the fourth link bar are intersect each other in an X-shape, a center of the third link bar and a center of the fourth link bar are connected by a second center link pin, the upper end of the third link bar is connected to the upper end of the second link bar of the first X-shaped link member by the first pin, the lower end of the third link bar is connected to the lower link bar of the second bracket link member by the sixth pin, the lower end of the fourth link bar is connected to the lower end of the first link bar of the first X-shaped link member by the second pin, and an upper end of the fourth link bar is connected to an upper end of an upper link bar of the second bracket link member by the fifth pin.
8. The portable exercise device of claim 7, wherein a spring support bar is movably fixed between the first center link pin and the second center link pin, and a fourth spring stopped by the first center link pin and the second center link pin is inserted into the spring support bar.
