The water resistance assembly 124 includes a float 1241 and a blocking plate 1242 connected to the float 1241. The float 1241 floats in the dirty liquid tank 121. The blocking plate 1242 can cloak the inlet of the airflow channel 123. A height of the float 1241 varies with a height of dirty liquid in the dirty liquid tank 121 to raise the blocking plate 1242. When a height of dirty liquid in the dirty liquid tank 121 reaches a predetermined height, the blocking plate 1242 will cloaks the inlet of the airflow channel 123 to break the airflow channel 123 for preventing dirty liquid from entering the suction motor 131.
  • The water resistance assembly 124 further includes a support pillar 1243. Two ends of the support pillar 1243 are separately connected to the float 1241 and the blocking plate 1242. The support pillar 1243 support the whole water resistance assembly 124.
  • Please refer to FIG. 1. The vertical portion 2 includes an operating lever 24 which is rotatably disposed on the vertical portion 2. A user may adjust an angle between the operating lever 24 and the horizontal portion 1 to increase comfort.
  • The vertical portion 2 further includes a handle portion 22 connected to the operating lever 24. The handle portion 22 is of an annular shape to provide free holding to users with different height and preference.
  • The vertical portion further includes a button member 21 for controlling the floor cleaning device. In detail, the button member 21 includes a detergent liquid button 211, a power button 212 and a rolling brush button 213. The detergent liquid button 211 controls the pump 114 to switch on or off When pressing the detergent liquid button 211, the pump 114 is turned on to convey detergent liquid in the detergent liquid tank 113 to the detergent liquid outlet 112 and then supply detergent liquid to the floor 3 to be cleaned for washing the floor 3 to be cleaned. The power button 212 controls the suction motor 131 to switch on or off When pressing the power button 212, the suction motor 131 is turned on to suck dirty liquid containing air and emit air out of the floor cleaning device. The rolling brush button 213 controls the rolling brush motor 118 to switch on or off. When pressing the rolling brush button 213, the rolling brush motor 118 is turned on to rotate the rolling brush 111 for washing the floor 3 to be cleaned.
  • Further, each of the power button 212 and rolling brush button 213 is provided with an indicator light. The indicator lights may be integrated with the power button 212 and rolling brush button 213 or separated from the power button 212 and rolling brush button 213 and located under a cover 23 below these buttons as shown in this embodiment.
  • It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments have been described by way of example only and not in any limitative sense, and that various alterations and modifications are possible without departure from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
