    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The utility model relates to a children's educational toys, in particular to a building block and a track building block toy.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • There are many kinds of building block toys on the market. Most building block toys are made of plastic injection molding. A single component is also assembled from a large number of parts, which not only occupies volume in the packaging, sales and transportation process, but is not convenient for users to organize and store, causing inconvenience. The structure of building blocks still needs to be optimized. Moreover, most of the existing single building blocks are assembled into three-dimensional structures of various shapes by means of snap-fitting, which is not fast and convenient in the assembly operation.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
  • The purpose of the utility model is to provide a building block, which solves the problem that the existing single building block is assembled by a large number of parts, has a relatively large volume and mass, and is inconvenient for storage, packaging and transportation.
  • In order to solve the above problems, the utility model provides a building block comprising four of single components and eight of magnetic spheres; each one of single components comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod; the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod are sequentially connected to form a “

    ” shape; a first insertion portion is disposed on an end of the first connecting rod, and another one of first insertion portion is disposed on an end of the third connecting rod; second insertion portions extend vertically at both ends of the second connecting rod; each of the second insertion portions is provided with one of inserting holes, the two of the first insertion portions and of each of the single components are inserted into the inserting holes of the two of the second insertion portions of the other single components one by one, so that the four of the single components are assembled to cube shape; all the magnetic spheres are pressed into the inserting holes of the second insertion portions one by one.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the lengths of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are equal, and the four of the single components are assembled into a cube shape.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, at least one of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod is provided with a plurality of spacers distributed at intervals, and every two adjacent ones of the spacers form one of the clamping slots.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the inside of each inserting holes is provided with an undercuts; the magnetic spheres are pressed into the inserting holes and are fixed by the undercuts, so that the magnetic spheres are not able to come out of the inserting holes.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the undercut is integrally formed on the inner walls of the inserting holes.
  • According to another aspect of the utility model, the track building block toy comprises a plurality of the building block blocks and a plurality of tracks; all the building block are able to be adsorbed by the magnetic spheres and stacked together; bottom of each of the tracks is provided with a plurality of insertion portions; the tracks are inserted and fixed to the building blocks through the insertion portions; all the tracks are connected in turn and meandering through the interior of each of the building blocks.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, at least one of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod is provided with a plurality of spacers, and the clamping slots are formed between adjacent ones of the spacers of the building blocks; each of the insertion portions of the tracks is correspondingly inserted into the clamping slots of the building blocks.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the track building block toy also comprises at least one of insertion board frames, and each of the insertion board frames is placed on top of one of the building block blocks. The insertion board frames are rectangular, and the four sides of the insertion board frames are provided with a plurality of spacers distributed at intervals, so that clamping slots are formed between every two adjacent ones of the spacers for the fixation of the insertion portions of the tracks, so that at least one section of the tracks is mounted on the top of the insertion board frames.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the heights of the multiple ones of the insertion portions at the bottom of the tracks on the top of the insertion board frames are also different, so that the heights of the tracks gradually decreases from one end to the other end.
  • According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the track building block toy also comprises a ball launcher, which is disposed inside one of the building blocks and is communicated with the tracks.
  • Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the following advantages:
  • The utility model inserts the two first insertion portions of each of the single components into the two second insertion portions of the other one of the single components one by one by arranging four of the single components in the shape of “E”. In the inserting holes, four of the single components are able to be assembled into a cube shape. Such a building block is formed by inserting four of the single components, and, the inside is a hollow structure, which is simple, and the weight is relatively light. Since the building block is able to be disassembled and assembled by plugging, a plurality of the building blocks are able to be absorbed together by magnetic spheres and assembled into various shapes, so when transporting and storing, a single building block is able to be disassembled into four single parts to reduce the occupied volume.
  • The building block provided by the utility model is able to be mutually adsorbed and stacked together by magnetic spheres, and the track is able to be inserted and fixed to the building block through the insertion portions, so that the multiple tracks are connected to each other and meandering through the inside of each building blocks. In this way, through different numbers of the building blocks, different shapes and different numbers of the tracks, and the different insertion methods, the track building block toys with different three-dimensional spatial structures is able to be assembled to help inspire creativity, and has a very good effect on children's educational development.

  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the utility model provides a building block 1, in particular a building block 1 with a cube shape and is easy to be disassembled, which is a kind of children's educational toy that is light in weight, small in volume, and convenient in storage and transportation. Specifically, the building block 1 comprises four of single components 10 and eight of magnetic spheres 20.
  • Each one of single components 10 comprises a first connecting rod 11, a second connecting rod 12 and a third connecting rod 13; the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12, and the third connecting rod 13 are sequentially connected to form a “

    ” shape; a first insertion portion 111 is disposed on an end of the first connecting rod 11, and another one of first insertion portion 131 is disposed on an end of the third connecting rod 13; that is, first insertion portions are disposed respectively on ends of the first connecting rod 11 and the third connecting rod 13; second insertion portions 121 extend vertically at both ends of the second connecting rod 12; each of the second insertion portions 121 is provided with one of inserting holes 1211; one of undercuts 122 is disposed in each one of the second insertion portions 121; the undercuts 122 are integrally formed on inner walls of the inserting holes 1211 and are elastic.
  • The two of the first insertion portions 111 and 131 of each of the single components 10 are inserted into the inserting holes 1211 of the two of the second insertion portions 121 of the other single components 10 one by one, so that the four of the single components 10 are assembled to cube shape.
  • Each inserting holes 1211 is provided with a magnetic sphere 20, so that the number of magnetic spheres 20 is eight; all the magnetic spheres 20 are pressed into the inserting holes 1211 of the second insertion portions 121 one by one, and are fixed by the undercuts 122, so that the magnetic spheres 20 are not able to come out of the inserting holes 1211; the magnetic spheres 20 are located between the first insertion portions 111 and the second insertion portions 121; in particular, lengths of the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12 and the third connecting rod 13 are equal, so that the four of the single components 10 are assembled into a cube shape, that is, the building block 1 is in a cubic shape.
  • Further, at least one of the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12, and the third connecting rod 13 is provided with a plurality of spacers with interval distribution. For example, in the present embodiment, the first connecting rod 11 is provided with four or five of spacers 112, and each adjacent two of the spacers 112 form one of clamping slots 1101; the second connecting rod 12 is provided with four or five of spacers 122, and each adjacent two of spacers 122 form one of clamping slots 1201; the third connecting, rod 13 is provided with four or five of spacers 132, and each adjacent two of spacers 132 form one of clamping slot 1301; the clamping slots 1201 and the clamping slots 1301 are able to be used for inserting other additional parts; for example, the components for assembling the track are able to be inserted, so that a plurality of the building blocks 1 are able to be stacked to form a multi-layer structure, and a continuously connected track is able to be formed between the building blocks 1, and a rolling ball can be placed at one end of the tracks formed by overlapping, and the rolling ball is able to move between the layers of the building block 1 along the track and slide out from the other end of the track, so as to form an interesting and educational children's toy.
  • As shown in FIG. 6-10, according to another aspect of the utility model, the utility model further provides a track building block toy comprising the building block 1, which is a children's educational toy. Specifically, the track building block toy comprises a plurality of the building block blocks 1 and a plurality of tracks 2.
  • As shown in FIG. 6-7, a plurality of building blocks 1 are stacked together by magnetic spheres 20, and the magnetic spheres 20 inside the apexes where two adjacent ones of the building blocks 1 are in contact with each other in space will be attracted together so that all the building blocks 1 will not fall apart. In this way, regardless of the number of the building block 1, all the building block 1 are able to be adsorbed by the magnetic spheres 20 and stacked together. Different numbers of the building blocks 1 are able to be stacked to form different spatial structures.
  • Bottom of each of the tracks 2 is provided with a plurality of insertion portions 21, and the plurality of insertion portions 21 are arranged at the bottom of the tracks 2 at intervals. The tracks 2 are inserted and fixed to the building blocks 1 through the insertion portions 21. Specifically, at least one of the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12, and the third connecting rod 13 is provided with a plurality of spacers, and the clamping slots are formed between adjacent ones of the spacers of the building blocks 1; each of the insertion portions 21 of the tracks 2 is correspondingly inserted into the clamping slots of the building blocks 1, so that all the tracks 2 are connected in turn and meandering through the interior of each of the building blocks 1. In this embodiment, the first connecting rod 11, the second connecting rod 12, and the third connecting rod 13 of the building blocks 1 are all provided with a plurality of the spacers distributed at intervals, and the first connecting rod 11 is provided with a plurality of the clamping slots 1101; the second connecting rod 12 is provided with a plurality of the clamping slots 1201, and the third connecting rod 13 is provided with a plurality of the clamping slots 1301; the clamping slots 1101, the clamping slots 1201, and the clamping slots 1301 are respectively located in different spatial positions. When the tracks 2 of different shapes are inserted into the building blocks 1, according to the different shapes of the tracks 2, the various insertion portions 21 of the tracks 2 in different positions are able to be selectively inserted into different ones of the clamping slots of the building blocks 1. In this way, after all the tracks 2 are connected in sequence, they are assembled into a complete track meandering through each building blocks 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 8, the track building block toy also comprises at least one of insertion board frames 3, and each of the insertion board frames 3 is placed on top of one of the building block blocks 1. The insertion board frames 3 are rectangular, and the four sides of the insertion board frames 3 are provided with a plurality of spacers 31 distributed at intervals, so that clamping slots 301 are formed between every two adjacent ones of the spacers 31 for the fixation of the insertion portions 21 of the tracks 2, so that at least one section of the tracks 2 is mounted on the top of the insertion board frames 3. It should be noted that four of the insertion board frames 3 are shown in FIG. 8. After actual assembly, the four of the insertion board frames 3 are all placed on top of the building blocks 1, while FIG. 8 only shows part of the track building block toy and the building blocks 1 at the bottom are not shown in the figure.
  • In FIG. 8, a plurality of insertion board frames 3 are placed on the top of the multiple building blocks 1 accordingly, and the height of each insertion board frames 3 is able to be different; the heights of the multiple ones of the insertion portions 21 at the bottom of the tracks 2 on the top of the insertion board frames 3 are also different, so that the heights of the tracks 2 gradually decreases from one end to the other end.
  • As shown in FIG. 10, the track building block toy also comprises a ball launcher 4, which is disposed inside one of the building blocks 1 and is communicated with the tracks 2. When in use, the ball launcher 4 is able to launch the rolling ball to the tracks 2, the rolling ball meanders down the track 2 and travels through the stacked ones of the building blocks 1 and finally slide out from the other end of the tracks 2. The track building block toy provided by the utility model is able to be assembled into the track building block toy with different spatial structures through different numbers of the building blocks 1 and different numbers and different shapes of tracks 2 through different assembly methods. It is helpful to creativeness and is very useful for children's educational development. On the other hand, the building blocks 1 are able to be disassembled into four of the single components 10, the single components 10 are made of plastic, which is light in weight and small in size. The single components 10 are adsorbed together by magnetic spheres 20. This connection is disassembled. The solution is very convenient. The track 2 can also be disassembled into multiple sections, and the insertion board frames 3 and the ball launcher 4 are able to be removed from the building blocks 1, so the entire track building block toy is able to be packed into a small package, which is easy to store and carry.
  • Those skilled in the art should understand that the above description and the embodiments of the present utility model shown in the drawings are only examples, and do not limit the present utility model. The purpose of the utility model has been completely and effectively achieved. The function and structure principle of the present utility model have been shown and explained in the embodiments. Without departing from the principle, the implementation of the present utility model can have any deformation and modification.

Claims (10)

1. A building block, comprising:
four of single components and eight of magnetic spheres;
each one of single components which comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod;
the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod sequentially connected to form a “

” shape;
a first insertion portion disposed on an end of the first connecting rod, and another one of first insertion portion disposed on an end of the third connecting rod;
second insertion portions which extend vertically at both ends of the second connecting rod;
each of the second insertion portions provided with one of inserting holes;
in use, the two of the first insertion portions and of each of the single components inserted into the inserting holes of the two of the second insertion portions of the other single components one by one, so that the four of the single components are assembled to cube shape;
all the magnetic spheres pressed into the inserting holes of the second insertion portions one by one.
2. The building block according to claim 1, wherein lengths of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are equal, and the four of the single components are assembled into a cube shape.
3. The building block according to claim 1, wherein the inside of each inserting holes is provided with an undercuts;
the magnetic spheres are pressed into the inserting holes and are fixed by the undercuts, so that the magnetic spheres are not able to come out of the inserting holes.
4. The building block according to claim 3, wherein the undercut is integrally formed on the inner walls of the inserting holes.
5. The building block according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod is provided with a plurality of spacers distributed at intervals, and every two adjacent ones of the spacers form one of the clamping slots.
6. A track building block toy, comprising
a plurality of building blocks according to any one of claim 1;
wherein all the building block are able to be adsorbed by the magnetic spheres and stacked together;
bottom of each of the tracks is provided with a plurality of insertion portions;
the tracks are inserted and fixed to the building blocks through the insertion portions;
all the tracks are connected in turn and meandering through the interior of each of the building blocks.
7. The track building block toy according, to claim 6, wherein at least one of the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, and the third connecting rod is provided with a plurality of spacers, and the clamping slots are formed between adjacent ones of the spacers of the building blocks;
each of the insertion portions of the tracks is correspondingly inserted into the clamping slots of the building blocks.
8. The track building block toy according to claim 6, wherein the track building block toy also comprises at least one of insertion board frames, and each of the insertion board frames is placed on top of one of the building block blocks;
the insertion board frames are rectangular, and the four sides of the insertion board frames are provided with a plurality of spacers distributed at intervals, so that clamping slots are formed between every two adjacent ones of the spacers for the fixation of the insertion portions of the tracks, so that at least one section of the tracks is mounted on the top of the insertion board frames.
9. The track building block toy according to claim 8, wherein the heights of the multiple ones of the insertion portions at the bottom of the tracks on the top of the insertion board frames are also different, so that the heights of the tracks gradually decreases from one end to the other end.
10. The track building block toy according to claim 8, wherein the track building block toy also comprises a ball launcher, which is disposed inside one of the building blocks and is communicated with the tracks.
