Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention relates to the field of storage containers, and in particular relates to a child safety bottle.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • As for a bottle which is used as a container for storing various powders, granules, etc., a bottle cap is usually disposed directly on a bottle body, and the bottle cap is directly rotated to remove the bottle cap from the bottle body, thereby realizing the opening of the bottle body; when if the substance in the bottle body is a harmful substance that children are prohibited from contacting, children can also easily open the above-mentioned bottle cap, which may cause the harmful substance to be swallowed by mistake.
  • At present, in existing safety bottle caps for preventing children from opening, the bottle caps are usually set as double layers, wherein when an upper bottle cap is pressed, it is opened. However, since many parts are required for realizing the existing bottle caps, the assembly of the parts in the bottle cap is more complicated, which is not advantageous for the production and fabrication of the bottle caps, thus leading to a low production efficiency of child safety bottles.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An object of the invention is to provide a child safety bottle, which realizes the loosening and locking of a bottle body and a bottle cap. The structure of the bottle cap is relatively simple, which facilitates the production and fabrication of the bottle cap, and increases the production efficiency of the child safety bottle.
  • The technical solutions provided by the invention are as follows.
  • A child safety bottle includes a bottle body and a bottle cap, wherein the bottle cap is screwed on the bottle body; the position of the bottle cap screwed on the bottle body is adjustable along an axis direction of the bottle body; the bottle cap is provided with an elastic sheet therein, which is configured to drive the bottle cap to move toward a side that is away from the bottle body; the bottle cap is provided with a first abutment block, and the bottle body is provided with a second abutment block; when the bottle cap screwed on the bottle body is located on a side that is close to the bottle body, a spiral trajectory of the first abutment block is separated from the second abutment block; and when the bottle cap screwed on the bottle body is located on a side that is away from the bottle body, the spiral trajectory of the first abutment block intersects with the second abutment block.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT(S) OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to explain the implementations of the invention or the technical solutions in the related art more clearly, specific embodiments of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Obviously, the drawings in the following description illustrate only some embodiments of the invention. Those skilled in the art, without paying any creative efforts, can also obtain other drawings from these drawings, and obtain other embodiments.
  • In order to make the drawings concise, only the parts related to the invention are schematically illustrated in the drawings, which do not represent the actual structure of the product. In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and easy to understand, only one of the components having the same structure or function is schematically shown in some drawings, or only one of them is marked. In this article, “one” not only means “one and the only”, but also means “more than one”.
  • According to an embodiment provided by the invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a child safety bottle includes a bottle body 10 and a bottle cap 20. The bottle cap 20 can be screwed on the bottle body 10 to close the bottle body 10.
  • The position of the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 can be adjusted in an axis direction of the bottle body 10. In this embodiment, since the radius of the bottle cap 20 is larger than the radius of an upper end of the bottle body 10, the bottle cap 20 is provided therein with an internal thread or spiral strip 21, the upper end of the bottle body 10 is provided with an external thread 11, and the pitch of the internal thread or spiral strip 21 is the same as that of the external thread 11. Therefore, the thickness of the internal thread or spiral strip 21 and the thickness of the external thread 11 are both smaller than one-half of its pitch. Therefore, when the bottle cap 20 is screwed on the bottle body 10, the bottle cap 20 can slide up and down on the bottle body 10 to adjust the height of the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10.
  • An elastic sheet 30 is provided in the bottle cap 20. The elastic sheet 30 is configured to drive the bottle cap 20 to move toward a side that is away from the bottle body 10; when the bottle cap 20 is screwed on the bottle body 10, the elastic sheet 30 can abut the bottle body 10. Therefore, the elastic sheet 30 is capable of being deformed by force, and the bottle cap 20 can have a tendency to move upward, so the bottle cap 20 can abut a lower side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10 and rotate along the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10.
  • The bottle cap 20 is provided with a first abutment block 23 which is disposed on an inner side of the bottle cap 20, and the bottle body 10 is provided with a second abutment block 13 which is disposed on an outer side of the bottle body 10.
  • When the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 is located on a side close to the bottle body 10, that is, after being pressed by the user, the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 can be located on an upper side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10 and rotate along the upper side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10, and a spiral trajectory of the first abutment block 23 is separated from the second abutment block 13; that is, during the rotation of the bottle cap 20, the first abutment block 23 and the second abutment block 13 will not contact with each other.
  • When the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 is located on a side away from the bottle body 10, that is, when the bottle cap 20 is not pressed by the user, the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 can be located on a lower side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10 and rotate along the lower side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10, and the spiral trajectory of the first abutment block 23 intersects with the second abutment block 13; that is, during the rotation of the bottle cap 20, the first abutment block 23 can abut the side wall of the second abutment block 13.
  • When it is necessary to connect the separated bottle body 10 with the bottle cap 20, that is, when the bottle cap 20 is to be screwed on the bottle body 10, the user can first partially tighten the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10 without pressing the bottle cap 20 until the bottle cap 20 is rotated to such an extent that the first abutment block 23 abuts the second abutment block 13. Then, the user finds it difficult to tighten, and it is required for the user to press the bottle cap 20 so that the first abutment block 23 is separated from the second abutment block 13. Then, the user can rotate the bottle cap 20 again until the bottle cap 20 is tightened to the bottom. After the bottle cap 20 is tightened, if the user loosens the bottle cap 20, the bottle cap 20 will push the bottle cap 20 upward under the elastic force of the elastic sheet 30. The spiral trajectory of the first abutment block 23 intersects with the second abutment block 13 again.
  • In the current state, since the spiral trajectory of the first abutment block 23 intersects with the second abutment block 13 again, when the child directly untightens the bottle cap 20, the first abutment block 23 will abut the second abutment block 13, so that the possibility that the child directly opens the bottle cap 20 is reduced; when the user needs to open the bottle cap 20, after the bottle cap 20 is untightened until it is difficult to further loosen, it is only required to press the bottle cap 20 so that the first abutment block 23 is separated from the second abutment block 13. Then, the user can continue to loosen the bottle cap 20, and the separation of the bottle cap 20 and the bottle body 10 is completed.
  • In this embodiment, since the position of the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10 is adjustable, the state of the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10 can be changed; then, by providing the first abutment block 23 and the second abutment block 13, when the state of the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10 is changed, the position of the first abutment block 23 relative to the second abutment block 13 is also changed correspondingly, which realizes the loosening and locking of the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20. The structure of the bottle cap 20 is relatively simple, which facilitates the production and fabrication of the bottle cap 20, and increases the production efficiency of the child safety bottle.
  • Preferably, the elastic sheet 30 abuts the outer side of the bottle body 10, and the radius of the inner wall of the elastic sheet 30 is smaller than the radius of the outer wall of the bottle body 10; that is, when the bottle cap 20 is screwed downward, the upper end of the bottle body 10 can abut the inner wall of the elastic sheet 30; since the elastic sheet 30 has elasticity, the elastic sheet 30 expands and deforms outward, and has a tendency to drive the bottle cap 20 to move upward.
  • Alternatively, the elastic sheet 30 abuts the inner side of the bottle body 10, and the radius of the outer wall of the elastic sheet 30 is larger than the radius of the inner wall of the bottle body 10; that is, when the bottle cap 20 is screwed downward, the upper end of the bottle body 10 can abut the outer wall of the elastic sheet 30; since the elastic sheet 30 has elasticity, the elastic sheet 30 expands and deforms inward, and has a tendency to drive the bottle cap 20 to move upward.
  • There may also be two elastic sheets 30, which are provided on the inner and outer sides of the bottle body 10 respectively; preferably, the elastic sheets 30 may be provided in an annular shape, and the annular elastic sheets 30 can abut the outer wall or inner wall on the upper end of the bottle body 10 to thereby seal the bottle body 10.
  • In this embodiment, by defining the position of the elastic sheet 30, when the bottle cap 20 is disposed on the bottle body 10, the elastic sheet 30 can always provide an upward driving force to the bottle cap 20, which increases the reliability of an upward sliding of the bottle cap 20.
  • Preferably, the first abutment block 23 is provided with a first inclined surface for abutment with the second abutment block 13, the first inclined surface facing the bottle body 10; and/or the second abutment block 13 is provided with a second inclined surface for abutment with the first abutment block 23, the second inclined surface facing the bottle cap 20; in this embodiment, the first abutment block 23 can abut the left side of the second abutment block 13; therefore, the right side of the first abutment block 23 is the first inclined surface, and the first inclined surface faces the lower side; the left side of the second abutment block 13 is the second inclined surface, and the second inclined surface faces the upper side; and in a case where the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface coexist, the first inclined surface can abut the second inclined surface.
  • When the user loosens the bottle cap 20, the elastic sheet 30 drives the bottle cap 20 to move upward, and the first inclined surface can abut the second inclined surface; if the user untightens the bottle cap 20 without pressing the bottle cap 20, when the first abutment block 23 continues to move along the second inclined surface, the bottle cap 20 can only be still locked on the bottle body 10, thereby increasing the reliability of locking the bottle cap 20 and the bottle body 10.
  • In this embodiment, through the arrangement of the first inclined surface and/or the second inclined surface, the reliability of locking the bottle cap 20 and the bottle body 10 is increased.
  • In this embodiment, it is also possible that the left side of the first abutment block 23 is the first inclined surface, which faces the lower side, and the right side of the second abutment block 13 is the second inclined surface, which faces the upper side; and when the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface coexist, the first inclined surface can abut the second inclined surface.
  • If the user tightens the bottle cap 20 without pressing the bottle cap 20, when the first abutment block 23 contacts the second abutment block 13, it abuts the second abutment block 13 under the action of the elastic sheet 30; that is, the first inclined surface abuts the second inclined surface. When the user continues to tighten the bottle cap 20, the bottle cap 20 can continue to move upward until the first abutment block 23 tightly abut the second abutment block 13 completely, which realizes the locking of the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20; that is, the arrangement of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface facilitates the assembly of the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20.
  • According to another embodiment provided by the invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a child safety bottle is provided, wherein the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the abutment blocks are provided in plural.
  • On the basis of the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the first abutment block 23 is provided in plural, the first abutment blocks 23 can extend in the direction of the spiral strip 21 on the bottle cap 20, and the interval between adjacent first abutment blocks 23 is larger than the length of the second abutment block 13; therefore, the second abutment block 13 can abut any one of the first abutment blocks 23, and when the user rotates the bottle cap 20 to such an extent that the second abutment block 13 is located in the range of the plurality of first abutment blocks 23, the user can make the second abutment block 13 abut a certain first abutment block 23 by slightly adjusting the bottle cap 20;
  • and/or the second abutment block 13 is provided in plural, the second abutment blocks 13 can extend in the direction of the external thread 11 on the bottle body 10, and the interval between adjacent second abutment blocks 13 is larger than the length of the first abutment block 23; therefore, the first abutment block 23 can abut any one of the second abutment blocks 13, and when the user rotates the bottle cap 20 to such an extent that the first abutment block 23 is located in the range of the plurality of second abutment blocks 13, the user can make the first abutment block 23 abut a certain second abutment block 13 by slightly adjusting the bottle cap 20.
  • When both the first abutment block 23 and the second abutment block 13 are provided in plural, the plurality of first abutment blocks 23 can abut the plurality of second abutment blocks 13, which increases the reliability when the bottle body 10 abuts the bottle cap 20.
  • In this embodiment, the arrangement of the plurality of first abutment blocks 23 and/or the plurality of second abutment blocks 13 facilitates the abutment of the first abutment blocks 23 with the second abutment blocks 13, which facilitates the locking of the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20.
  • Preferably, the interval between adjacent first abutment blocks 23 is equal to the interval between adjacent second abutment blocks 13; and the plurality of first abutment blocks 23 can abut the plurality of second abutment blocks 13, which increases the reliability when the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20 abut each other.
  • According to further another embodiment provided by the invention, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a child safety bottle is provided, wherein the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in terms of defining the state in which the first abutment block 23 abuts the second abutment block 13.
  • On the basis of the first embodiment, in this embodiment, when the bottle cap 20 is screwed to an end close to the bottle body 10, that is, when the bottle cap 20 is rotated to the lower end, an end of the first abutment block 23 that is close to the second abutment block 23 approaches an end of the second abutment block 13 that is close to the first abutment block 23, namely, the end of the first abutment block 23 approaches the end of the second abutment block 13; and when the bottle cap 20 is loosened, the first abutment block 23 may abut the second abutment block 13.
  • In this embodiment, by defining the state in which the first abutment block 23 and the second abutment block 13 abut each other, the possibility that the bottle cap 20 continues to rotate when the first abutment block 23 abuts the second abutment block 13 is reduced, which increases the stability of the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10.
  • Preferably, a guide track 14, which faces the bottle cap 20, is provided on the bottle body 10; and when the bottle cap 20 is screwed to an end close to the bottle body 10, the first abutment block 23 abuts the guide track 14, the first abutment block 23 can move upward along an extending direction of the guide track 14 so that the spiral trajectory of the first abutment block 23 intersects with the second abutment block 13 and the first abutment block 23 can abut the second abutment block 13.
  • In this embodiment, the arrangement of the guide track 14 facilitates controlling the first abutment block 23 to move upward in the extending direction of the guide track 14, and enables the spiral trajectory of the first abutment block 23 to intersect with the second abutment block 13, which increases the reliability when the first abutment block 23 abuts the second abutment block 13.
  • According to still further another embodiment provided by the invention, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a child safety bottle is provided, wherein the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in terms of the specific structure of assembling the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20.
  • On the basis of the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the bottle body 10 is provided with an external thread 11, the bottle cap 20 is provided with a plurality of spiral strips 21 that are engaged with the external thread 11, and a second communication groove 12 is formed on the external thread 11 to form the second abutment block 13; since the second abutment block 13 is embedded in the external thread 11, the first abutment block 23 can also be adapted to the external thread 11, which increases the constraint between the bottle body 10 and the bottle cap, reduces the possibility that the bottle body 10 sways relative to the bottle cap, and increases the stability of the bottle cap.
  • Preferably, the interval between the first abutment block 23 and a lower spiral strip 21 is larger than the pitch of the external thread 11. After the bottle cap 20 is pressed downward by the user, the spiral strip 21 can abut the upper side of the external thread 11, and the first abutment block 23 may be located between the external thread 11; and when the bottle cap 20 is not pressed by the user, the bottle cap 20 moves upward, and the spiral strip 21 can abut the lower side of the external thread 11; since the interval between the first abutment block and the lower spiral strip 21 is larger than the pitch of the external thread 11, the first abutment block 23 can be located in the second communication groove 12 in the external thread 11 and abut the second abutment block 13; and/or
  • the interval between the first abutment block 23 and an upper spiral strip 21 is smaller than the pitch of the external thread 11. After the bottle cap 20 is pressed downward by the user, the spiral strip 21 can abut the upper side of the external thread 11, and the first abutment block 23 may be located between the external thread 11; and when the bottle cap 20 is not pressed by the user, the bottle cap 20 moves upward, and the spiral strip 21 can abut the lower side of the external thread 11; since the interval between the first abutment block and the upper spiral strip 21 is smaller than the pitch of the external thread 11, the first abutment block 23 can be located in the second communication groove 12 in the external thread 11 and abut the second abutment block 13.
  • In this embodiment, the reliability when the first abutment block 23 abuts the second abutment block 13 is increased by defining the intervals between the first abutment block 23 and the spiral strips and the pitch of the external thread 11.
  • Similarly, when forming a plurality of first abutment blocks 23, a spiral strip 21 at the lowermost end may be selected, and a plurality of first communication grooves 22 may be formed on the spiral strip 21 to form a plurality of first abutment blocks 23.
  • Preferably, in combination with the child safety bottle described in the third embodiment, when the first abutment block 23 or the second abutment block 13 is provided in plural, the length of the first abutment block 23 on the front side is larger than the length of the first abutment block 23 on the rear side, and the length of the second abutment block 13 on the front side is larger than the length of the second abutment block 13 on the rear side; that is, the length of the first abutment block 23 on the front side is larger than the length of the second communication groove 12 on the front side, and the length of the second abutment block 13 on the front side is larger than the length of the first communication groove 22 on the front side. Therefore, when the first abutment block 23 and the second abutment block 13 have just contacted, the first abutment block 23 cannot be embedded in the second communication groove 12, and the second abutment block 13 cannot be embedded in the first communication groove 22 either. The first abutment block 23 can be embedded in the second communication groove 12 and the second abutment block 13 can be embedded in the first communication groove 22 only after the bottle cap 20 is tightened to the bottom.
  • It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as required. The above described are only the preferred embodiments of the invention. It should be noted that those skilled in the art, without departing from the principles of the invention, may also make a number of improvements and modifications. These improvements and modifications should also be regarded as falling within the scope of protection of the invention.
