In this document, "one" means not only "only one" but also a case of "more than one".
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a child-resistant bottle includes a bottle body 10 and a bottle cap 20, the bottle cap 20 can be screwed to the bottle body 10 to close the bottle body 10.
Along the axis direction of bottle 10, the position of bottle lid 20 of threaded connection on bottle 10 is adjustable, in this embodiment, because the radius of bottle lid 20 is greater than the radius of bottle 10 upper end, consequently, internal thread or helical strip 21 has been seted up in the bottle lid 20, external screw thread 11 has been seted up to the upper end of bottle 10, the pitch of internal thread or helical strip 21 is the same with the pitch of external screw thread 11, consequently, the thickness of internal thread or helical strip 21 and the thickness of external screw thread 11 all are less than half of its pitch, consequently, when bottle lid 20 threaded connection is on bottle 10, bottle lid 20 can slide from top to bottom on bottle 10, adjust the height of bottle lid 20 on bottle 10.
The bottle cap 20 is internally provided with an elastic sheet 30, and the elastic sheet 30 is used for driving the bottle cap 20 to move towards one side far away from the bottle body 10; when the cap 20 is screwed on the bottle body 10, the elastic piece 30 can abut against the bottle body 10, and therefore, the elastic piece 30 can be deformed by force, and the cap 20 can have a tendency to move upward, and therefore, the cap 20 can abut against the lower side of the male screw 11 of the bottle body 10 and can rotate along the male screw 11 of the bottle body 10.
The bottle cap 20 is provided with a first abutting block 23, the first abutting block 23 is arranged on the inner side of the bottle cap 20, the bottle body 10 is provided with a second abutting block 13, and the second abutting block 13 is arranged on the outer side of the bottle body 10.
When the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 is located at a side close to the bottle body 10, that is, after being pressed by a user, the screw-on of the bottle cap 20 can be located at an upper side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10 and rotate along the upper side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10, the spiral track of the first abutting block 23 is separated from the second abutting block 13, that is, the first abutting block 23 and the second abutting block 13 do not contact with each other during the rotation of the bottle cap 20.
When the bottle cap 20 screwed on the bottle body 10 is located at a side far away from the bottle body 10, that is, the user does not press the bottle cap 20, the screw thread connection can be located at a lower side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10, and rotates along the lower side of the external thread 11 of the bottle body 10, and the spiral track of the first abutting block 23 intersects with the second abutting block 13, that is, the first abutting block 23 can abut against a sidewall of the second abutting block 13 during the rotation of the bottle cap 20.
When the separated bottle body 10 and the bottle cap 20 need to be connected, that is, the bottle cap 20 is screwed on the bottle body 10, firstly, a user can screw the bottle cap 20 on the bottle body 10 without pressing the bottle cap 20 until the first abutting block 23 abuts against the second abutting block 13, the user feels that the bottle cap is difficult to screw, after the bottle cap 20 needs to be pressed, the first abutting block 23 is separated from the second abutting block 13, the user can rotate again until the bottle cap 20 is screwed to the bottom, after the bottle cap 20 is screwed, and after the user loosens the bottle cap 20, the bottle cap 20 pushes the bottle cap 20 upwards under the elastic force of the elastic sheet 30, and the spiral track of the first abutting block 23 intersects with the second abutting block 13 again.
In the current state, since the spiral track of the first abutting block 23 intersects with the second abutting block 13 again, when a child directly unscrews the bottle cap 20, the first abutting block 23 abuts against the second abutting block 13, and then the possibility that the child directly opens the bottle cap 20 is reduced; when the user needs to open the bottle cap 20, the user unscrews the bottle cap to a state that the bottle cap is difficult to continuously unscrew, and only after the bottle cap 20 is pressed, the first abutting block 23 is separated from the second abutting block 13, so that the user can continuously unscrew the bottle cap 20, and the separation of the bottle cap 20 and the bottle body 10 is completed.
In this embodiment, through the setting of bottle lid 20 position adjustable on bottle 10, the change of bottle lid 20 on bottle 10 upper status has been realized, then through the setting of first butt joint piece 23 and second butt joint piece 13, when bottle lid 20 on bottle 10 state change, first butt joint piece 23 also has taken place the change with second butt joint piece 13 relative position correspondence, the loosening and the locking of bottle 10 with bottle lid 20 have been realized, the structure of bottle lid 20 is comparatively simple, the production and the preparation of the bottle lid 20 of being convenient for, the production efficiency of children safety bottle has been increased.
Preferably, the elastic piece 30 abuts against the outside of the bottle body 10, the radius of the inner wall of the elastic piece 30 is smaller than the radius of the outer wall of the bottle body 10, that is, when the bottle cap 20 is screwed downwards, the upper end of the bottle body 10 can abut against the inner wall of the elastic piece 30, and due to the elasticity of the elastic piece 30, the elastic piece 30 expands outwards and has a tendency of driving the bottle cap 20 to move upwards.
Or the elastic piece 30 abuts against the inner side of the bottle body 10, and the radius of the outer wall of the elastic piece 30 is larger than the radius of the inner wall of the bottle body 10, that is, when the bottle cap 20 is screwed downwards, the upper end of the bottle body 10 can abut against the outer wall of the elastic piece 30, and because the elastic piece 30 has elasticity, the elastic piece 30 expands inwards and deforms, and has a tendency of driving the bottle cap 20 to move upwards.
The number of the elastic pieces 30 can be two, and the two elastic pieces 30 are respectively arranged at the inner side and the outer side of the bottle body 10; preferably, the elastic sheet 30 can be provided in a ring shape, and the ring-shaped elastic sheet 30 can abut on an outer wall or an inner wall of the upper end of the bottle body 10, thereby achieving sealing of the bottle body 10.

Preferably, the distance between the first abutting block 23 and the lower helical strip 21 is greater than the pitch of the external thread 11, after the bottle cap 20 is pressed downwards by a user, the helical strip 21 can abut on the upper side of the external thread 11, and the first abutting block 23 can be located between the external threads 11; when the cap 20 is not pressed by the user, the cap 20 moves upward, the helical strip 21 can abut against the lower side of the external thread 11, and the distance between the first abutting strip and the helical strip 21 on the lower side is larger than the pitch of the external thread 11, so that the first abutting block 23 can be positioned in the second communicating groove 12 in the external thread 11 and abut against the second abutting block 13.
And/or the distance between the first abutting block 23 and the upper spiral strip 21 is smaller than the thread pitch of the external thread 11, after the bottle cap 20 is pressed downwards by a user, the spiral strip 21 can abut against the upper side of the external thread 11, and the first abutting block 23 can be positioned between the external threads 11; when the cap 20 is not pressed by the user, the cap 20 moves upward, the helical strip 21 can abut against the lower side of the external thread 11, and the distance between the first abutting strip and the upper helical strip 21 is smaller than the pitch of the external thread 11, so that the first abutting block 23 can be positioned in the second communicating groove 12 in the external thread 11 and abut against the second abutting block 13.
In the present embodiment, the reliability of abutment of the first abutment block 23 against the second abutment block 13 is increased by the definition between the first abutment block 23 and the pitch of the external thread 11.
Similarly, when a plurality of first abutting blocks 23 are formed, a lowermost spiral strip 21 can be selected, and a plurality of first connecting grooves 22 are formed in the spiral strip 21, so that a plurality of first abutting blocks 23 are formed.
Preferably, in the child-resistant bottle described in connection with the third embodiment, when the first abutting block 23 or the second abutting block 13 is provided in plurality, the length of the front first abutment block 23 is greater than the length of the rear first abutment block 23, the length of the front second abutment block 13 is greater than the length of the rear second abutment block 13, that is, the length of the front first contact block 23 is greater than the length of the front second communication groove 12, the length of the front second contact block 13 is greater than the length of the front first communication groove 22, and therefore, when the first contact block 23 is just in contact with the second contact block 13, the second contact block 23 cannot be fitted into the second communicating groove 12, and the second abutting block 13 can not be embedded in the first connecting groove 22, until the bottle cap 20 is screwed to the bottom, the second abutting block 23 can be fitted in the second communicating groove 12, and the second abutting block 13 is fitted in the first communicating groove 22.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, a plurality of modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
