  • the resilient component placement portion 15 is a dent recess, dent hole or dent portion, and the rod portion 13 is partially placed within the dent recess, dent hole or dent portion of the resilient component placement portion 15 .
  • the resilient component placement portion 15 is a storage space defined by the fastening portion 12 and the body portion 2 or a storage space defined by the rod portion 13 and the body portion 2 . Therefore, when the resilient component 14 retracts, the resilient component placement portion 15 nullifies retraction height of the resilient component 14 to reduce corresponding height of the body portion 2 .
