Abstract

An efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed is applied on an ultra-thin foldable bed. The bed frame of the ultra-thin foldable bed includes a folded end distributed at two ends; the folded end includes a manual folding frame at inner end and an electric folding frame at outer end; the lifting structure includes a linkage structure and a drive structure for driving the linkage structure; the linkage structure is respectively connected to the drive structure 3 and the electric folding frame of the foldable bed; the electric folding frame includes one or two sections; the drive structure drives the linkage structure to implement lifting or descending operations of the electric folding frame to realize folding of the foldable bed. The lifting structure has the advantages of novel design, simple structure, labor-saving folding, making the foldable bed more ultra-thin and the like.

Description

    CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. § 119 to Chinese Patent Application No. 201822125513.1, filed on Dec. 18, 2018, the entire content of which, is incorporated herein in its entirety.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to electric foldable bed, and more particularly relates to an efforts-saving lifting structure of electric foldable bed.
  • BACKGROUND
  • At present, electric beds are widely used, such as home electric beds and medical electric beds. Their main purpose is to facilitate users to use.
  • With the development of society as well as higher, prices, most people lived in small units. Housing, space itself is very small, but now the beds are relatively accounting area, so people use very narrow space. Foldable bed currently available on the market, does not compact when folded, folded a large space, and the bed frame is unstable.
  • Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the applicant of the present disclosure had provided a foldable bed which is automatically folded by a foldable frame directly driven by a drive mechanism.. After a period of use, the foldable bed has a convenient folding and stable bed frame, but the folding is more laborious, and the bed frame can not be ultra-thin.
  • SUMMARY
  • According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, an efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed, applied on an ultra-thin foldable bed, comprising a linkage structure and a drive structure for driving said linkage structure; said linkage structure is respectively connected to said drive structure and a electric folding frame of said foldable bed, said electric folding frame includes one or two sections; said drive structure drives said linkage structure to implement lifting or descending operations of said electric folding frame to realize folding of said foldable bed.
  • By applying the linkage structure between the drive structure and electric folding frame, the drive structure drives the electric folding frame to lift or descend to realize displaying or folding the bed frame through the linkage movement of the linkage structure. The invention provides a structure of novel idea. The drive structure makes the electric folding frame lift or descend by applying, the linkage structure, which increases the overall length of drive rob, thereby saves drive force. So the folding of the electric foldable bed is more labor-saving. On the other hand, the drive rob is changed from an entirety to a multi-section structure driven by a direct drive rod and linkage structure, which descends the height after the foldable bed is folded, so that the foldable bed is more ultra-thin. When the ultra-thin foldable bed is flattened, the height of upper surface of a bed frame from the bottom of bed-leg is less or equal to 10cm.
  • In one embodiment, said bed frame of said ultra-thin foldable bed includes a folded end distributed at two ends, said folded end includes a manual folding frame at inner end and an electric folding frame at outer end.
  • In one embodiment, said electric folding frame pivoted to said manual folding frame has one section: said linkage structure includes a linkage crossbar, whose two ends are respectively fixed to side linkage robs on both sides, one end of said side linkage rob is pivoted to a chassis crossbar of a bed base, the other end is pivoted to a mast of said electric folding frame through an industrial wheel.
  • In one embodiment, said linkage crossbar is seated above said chassis crossbar; said drive structure includes a driving motor and a drive rob connected said driving motor, said driving motor is mounted on an end cross member of said bed base, said drive rob is pivoted to said linkage crossbar; said drive rob is located at an intermediate position of said linkage crossbar.
  • In one embodiment, said electric folding frame has two sections, said electric folding frame includes an outer electric folding frame and an inner electric folding frame pivoted to said manual folding frame, an outer end of said outer electric folding frame is pivoted to said bed base through a second linkage rob, an inner end of said outer electric folding frame is pivoted to said inner electric folding frame; said drive rob includes a vertical drive rob, and a bent drive rob, one end of said vertical drive rob is connected to said driving motor, the other end is connected to said bent drive rob, an outer and of said bent drive rob is pivoted to middle part of said linkage crossbar through a connected, block; an outer side of said outer electric folding frame at a certain distance from an end thereof is provided with an outer electric folding frame crossbar, said second linkage rob is disposed between two sides of said outer electric folding frame crossbar and corresponding to two side robs of said bed base.
  • The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
  • first, novel idea, the drive structure makes the electric folding frame lift or descend by applying the linkage structure, which increases the overall length of drive rob, thereby saves drive force, so the folding of the electric foldable bed is more labor-saving;
  • second, labor-saving folding, the drive structure makes the electric folding frame lift or descend by applying the linkage structure, which increases the overall length of drive rob, thereby saves drive force, the folding of the electric foldable bed is more labor-saving;
  • third, ultra-thin foldable bed, the drive rob is changed from an entirety to a multi-section structure driven by a direct drive rod and linkage structure, which descends the height after the foldable bed is folded, so that the foldable bed is more ultra-thin; when the ultra-thin foldable bed is flattened, the height of upper surface of a bed frame from the bottom of bed-leg is less or equal to 10 cm.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS EXAMPLE 1
  • Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 9, an efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed is applied on an ultra-thin foldable bed. A bed frame of the ultra-thin foldable bed includes a folded end distributed at two ends. The folded end includes a manual folding frame 50 at inner end and an electric folding frame 20 at outer end. The lifting structure includes a linkage structure 40 and a drive structure 30 for driving the linkage structure 40. The linkage structure 40 is respectively connected to the drive structure 30 and the electric folding frame 20 of the foldable bed, the electric folding frame 20 includes one or two sections. The drive structure 30 drives the linkage structure 40 to implement lifting or descending operations of the electric folding frame 20 to realize folding of the foldable bed.
  • By applying the linkage structure 40 between the drive structure 30 and electric folding frame 20, the drive structure 30 drives the electric folding frame 20 to lift or descend to realize displaying or folding the bed frame through the linkage movement of the linkage structure 40. The invention provides a structure of novel idea.
  • The drive structure 30 makes the electric folding frame 20 lift or descend by applying the linkage structure 40, which increases the overall length of a drive rob 32, thereby saves drive force. So the folding of the electric foldable bed is more labor-saving. On the other hand, the drive rob 32 is changed from an entirety to a multi-section structure directly driven by the drive rod 32 and the linkage structure 40, which descends the height after the foldable bed is folded, so that the foldable bed is more ultra-thin. When the ultra-thin foldable bed is flattened, the height of upper surface of a bed frame from the bottom of bed-leg is less or equal to 10 cm.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the electric folding frame 20 has one section, that is, the electric folding frame 20 is a single-section, electric folding frame 21. The single-section electric folding frame 21 is pivoted to the manual folding frame 50.
  • The linkage structure 40 includes a linkage crossbar 41, whose two ends are respectively fixed to side linkage robs 42 on both sides. One end of the side linkage rob 42 is pivoted to a chassis crossbar 11 of a bed base 10, the other end is pivoted to a mast 45 of the electric folding frame 20 through an industrial wheel 43. Specifically, the inside of the mast 45 has a baffle 44 extending inward. The side linkage rob 42 pushes the baffle 44 to move by the industrial wheel 43, so that the baffle 44 drives the mast 45 and the single-section electrical folding frame 21 to rotate along the manual folding frame 50.
  • The linkage crossbar 41 is seated above the chassis crossbar 11. The drive structure 30 includes a driving motor 31 and a drive rob 32 connected said driving motor, the drive rob 32 is pivoted to the linkage crossbar 41. The drive rob 32 is located at an intermediate position of the linkage crossbar 41. The linkage crossbar 41 and the drive rob 32 of the drive structure 30 are distributed in a vertical state. The driving motor 31 is mounted on the linkage crossbar 41 on one end of the bed base 10.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, when the electric folding frame 20 has one section, that is, the electric folding frame 20 is a single-section electric folding frame 21, the driving motor 31 of the drive structure is activated, the driving motor 31 drives the drive rob 32 to move forward and backward. The drive rob 32 drives the linkage crossbar 41 of the linkage structure 40 to move, the linkage crossbar 4l drives the side linkage rob 42 on the both sides to perform rotate movement along the chassis crossbar 11. The top ends of the side linkage rob 42 on both sides drives the single-section electric folding frame 21 to rotate along the manual folding frame 50 by the industrial wheel 43. Specifically, through the baffle 44 and the mast 45, the industrial wheel 43 drives the single-section electrical folding frame 21 to rotate along the manual folding frame 50.
  • EXAMPLE 2
  • Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the embodiment of the present embodiment and the principles of the structure in Example 1 is substantially the same, not the same place in that: the electric folding frame 20 has two sections, that is, the electric folding frame has two sections is a double-section folding frame 22. The double-section folding frame 22 includes an outer electric folding frame 221 and an inner electric folding frame 222 pivoted to the manual folding frame. An outer end of the outer electric folding frame 221 is pivoted to the bed base 10 through a second linkage rob 2212, an inner end of the outer electric folding frame 221 is pivoted to the inner electric folding frame 222.
  • The drive rob 32 includes a vertical drive rob 321 and a bent drive rob 322. One end of the vertical drive rob 321 is connected to the driving motor 31, the other end is connected to the bent drive rob 322. An outer and of the bent drive rob 322 is pivoted to middle part of the linkage crossbar 4l through a connected block 33. An outer side of the outer electric folding frame 221 at a certain distance from an end thereof is provided with an outer electric folding frame crossbar 2211, the second linkage rob 2212 is disposed between two sides of the outer electric folding frame crossbar 2211 and corresponding to two side robs of the bed base 10. The two ends of the second linkage rob 2212 are respectively pivoted to the outer electric folding frame crossbar 2211 and the bed base 10.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the folding and lifting principle between the inner electrical folding frame 222 and bed base 10 of the embodiment 2 is the same as of the embodiment 1, which is not repeated here. The difference is that: in order to reduce the overall height of the bed frame of the foldable bed, the drive rob 32 includes the vertical drive rob 321 and the bent drive rob 322. In addition, the inner electrical folding frame 222 is pivoted to the outer electrical folding frame 221. Meanwhile, the location from the end of the outer side of the outer electrical folding frame 221 is pivoted to the bed base 10 by the outer electric folding frame crossbar 2211 and the second linkage rob 2212. During the rotational movement of the inner electrical folding frame 222 along the manual folding frame 50, the outer electric folding frame 222 is pivoted to the side robs on both sides of the bed base 10 by the second linkage rod 2212, which realizes lifting and folding.
  • The electric folding frame structure in the above Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2 can be interchanged, that is, the folding frame on the two ends of the foldable bed can be shown in FIG. 1, on end has the single-section electrical folding frame structure, the other has the double-section electrical folding frame structure. Of course, the folding frame on the two ends of the foldable bed are the single-section electrical folding frame of Embodiment 1, or the double-section electrical folding frame of Embodiment 2.
  • The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is, not intended to limit the present invention in any way; those skilled in the art can smoothly implement the invention as shown, in the drawings and described above. The present invention is applicable to those skilled in the art without departing from the technical scope of the present invention, and the equivalent changes of modification, modification and evolution which can be made by utilizing the technical contents disclosed above are all practical. The novel equivalent embodiment; at the same time, the modification, modification and evolution of any equivalent changes made to the above embodiments according to the essential technology of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. An efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed, applied on an ultra-thin foldable bed, comprising a linkage structure and a drive structure for driving said linkage structure; said linkage structure is respectively connected to said drive structure and a electric folding frame of said foldable bed, said electric folding frame includes one or two sections; said drive structure drives said linkage structure to implement lifting or descending operations of said electric folding frame to realize folding of said foldable bed.
2. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according, to claim 1, wherein when said ultra-thin foldable bed is flattened, the height of upper surface of a bed frame from the bottom of bed-leg is less or equal to 10 cm.
3. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 2, wherein said bed frame of said ultra-thin foldable bed includes a folded end distributed at two ends, said folded end includes a manual folding frame at inner end and an electric folding frame at outer end.
4. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 3, wherein said electric folding frame pivoted to said manual folding frame has one section; said linkage structure includes a linkage crossbar, whose two ends are respectively fixed to side linkage robs on both sides, one end of said side linkage rob is pivoted to a chassis crossbar of a bed base, the other end is pivoted to a mast of said electric folding frame through an industrial wheel.
5. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 4, wherein said linkage crossbar is seated above said chassis crossbar.
6. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 5, wherein, said drive structure includes a driving, motor and a drive rob connected said driving motor, said driving motor is mounted on an end cross member of said bed base, said drive rob is pivoted to said linkage crossbar.
7. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 6, wherein said drive rob is located at an intermediate position of said linkage crossbar.
8. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 7, wherein said electric folding frame has two sections said electric folding frame includes an outer electric folding frame and an inner electric folding frame pivoted to said manual folding frame, an outer end of said outer electric folding frame is pivoted to said bed base through a second linkage rob, an inner end of said outer electric folding frame is pivoted to said inner electric folding frame.
9. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 8, wherein said drive rob includes a vertical drive rob and a bent drive rob, one end of said vertical drive rob is connected to said driving motor, the other end is connected to said bent drive rob, an outer and of said bent drive rob is pivoted to middle part of said linkage crossbar through a connected block.
10. The efforts-saving lifting structure of foldable bed according to claim 8, wherein an outer side of said outer electric folding frame at a certain distance from an end thereof is provided with an outer electric folding frame crossbar, said second linkage rob is disposed between two sides of said outer electric folding frame crossbar and corresponding to two side robs of said bed base.
