Alternatively the chamber can be wholly cylindrical.
- the base section is preferably an integral part of the chamber and can be simply the end part of the frustoconical bottom region or can be a cylindrical section at the end of the bottom region.
- the diameter of the base section is not larger than the diameter of the top section in contrast to traditional systems which often employ a tank at the base of the chamber of enhanced volume.
