A low-noise pressure flushing system includes a flush valve, a first flush tube, and the check valve. The first flush tube is connected to a water output end of the flush valve. The second flush tube is connected to the water output end of the flush valve. The check valve is disposed at a water output end of the first flush tube. Also disclosed is a toilet device, that includes and utilizes the low-noise pressure flushing system mentioned above, to reduce the noise significantly during toilet flushing.
Description
- The present invention relates to bathing and sanitary equipment, and in particular to a low-noise pressure flushing system, and a toilet device including and utilizing the same.
- Presently, in the market of bathing and sanitary equipment, quite a lot of pressure-type flush toilets are available, for which the pressure of faucet water is used to flush toilet directly or indirectly. In this respect, for many public places in China, the squat-type toilets are mostly equipped with the pressure flush valves. For the intelligent and tankless household toilet, electromagnetic valve is used to control the water in the pipe to flush the toilet directly. In the North American market, some of the pressure-type flush toilets are equipped with the pressure flush valves, while others are equipped with the pressure-type flush tanks. For the pressure-type flush toilet, the major shortcoming is the big noise produced while flushing, as such this type of toilet is not well accepted in the household market. Moreover, in the flushing process, the pressure-type flush toilet tends to flush invisible microorganism and bacteria into the air of the room to cause pollution, thus adversely affecting the hygiene and health of user.
- Therefore, presently, the design and performance of the flush toilet is not quite satisfactory, and it leaves much room for improvement.
- In view of the problems and drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a low-noise pressure flushing system and a toilet device having the, low-noise pressure flushing system, that are novel in design, stable in operation, to reduce the noise of flushing significantly.
- The present invention provides a low-noise pressure flushing system, that includes: a flush valve; a first flush tube, connected to a water output end of the flush valve; a second flush tube, connected to the water output end of the flush valve; and a check valve, disposed at a water output end of the first flush tube.
- In an aspect of the present invention, the low-noise pressure flushing system further includes: a seat body, wherein, the first flush tube is connected to a water input end of a first flush port located above the seat body, and the second flush tube is connected to a water input end of a second flush port located below the seat body.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the low-noise pressure flushing system further includes a siphon, a water output end of the second flush port is used to eject water directly onto an opposite and ascending section of the siphon for the seat body.
- In a further aspect of the present invention, the low-noise pressure flushing system further includes: a flush connector main body and a tightening nut. The flush connector main body is disposed at the first flush port, and outer threads are provided at a perimeter of the flush connector main body. The tightening nut is used to connect the flush connector main body to the first flush tube, and the check valve is disposed between the flush connector main body and the tightening nut.
- In addition, the present invention further provides a toilet device including and utilizing the low-noise pressure flushing system as mentioned above, and the toilet device further includes a toilet bowl, a toilet seat ring, and a toilet seat cover. The toilet bowl is made of ceramics, to form an outer shell of the toilet device. The toilet seat ring is made of plastic, such that when the toilet device is in use, the toilet seat ring is placed on a top of the toilet bowl, for a user to seat thereon. The toilet seat cover is made of plastic, such that when the toilet device is not in use, the toilet seat cover is placed on the toilet seat ring, to prevent bad smells from leaking out of the toilet bowl, and to prevent objects from falling into the toilet bowl.
- The advantages of the low-noise pressure flushing system can be summarized as follows: it can be operated quietly, such that it is able be used widely in tankless toilet, intelligent toilet, and toilet device. While in the North American market, the low-noise pressure flushing system can be used in the pressure-type flush toilet to promote its applications in the household market, thus having great market potential. As such, it can function as a suction toilet rather than a flush toilet, to improve the hygiene and health of a household, in achieving better environment protection.

The tighteningnut 70 is used to connect the flush connectormain body 60 to thefirst flush tube 21, and thecheck valve 30 is disposed between the flush connectormain body 60 and the tighteningnut 70. - In addition, the present invention further provides a
toilet device 100 including and utilizing the low-noise pressure flushing system as mentioned above, and the toilet device further includes atoilet bowl 80, atoilet seat ring 81, and atoilet seat cover 82. Thetoilet bowl 80 is made of ceramics, to form an outer shell of the toilet device. Thetoilet seat ring 81 is made of plastic, such that when the toilet device is in use, thetoilet seat ring 81 is placed on a top of thetoilet bowl 80, for a user to seat thereon. first flush tube 21 and thesecond flush tube 22, connected respectively to the lip ring flush port (first flush port 51) and the ejection flush port (the second flush port 52) of thetoilet device 100. - 2. The
check valve 30 is disposed in the connector of the lip ring flush port for preventing the reverse flow of the air. Since the water channels in thefirst flush tube 21 and thesecond flush tube 22 are connected and in communication, so air is not allowed to enter into thesecond flush tube 22. As such, in water flushing, there is no need to expel and empty the air from the two water channels (the action of expelling and emptying the air is the main reason for a pressure flushing system to produce noise). The results of the tests for mute or silence effect conducted for the low-noise pressure flushing system prove to be excellent. - 3. The second flush port 52 located at the bottom portion of the
seat body 40 of thetoilet device 100 is disposed inside a water retaining bend of theseat body 40, such that water is ejected from the second flush port 52 directly onto the opposite and ascending section of thesiphon 41. Therefore, siphon effect can be produced quickly in thesiphon 41, meanwhile, the high pressure fast speed water jet coming from the ejection hole tends not cause the water in the water retaining bend to be splashed out of the toilet, to reduce the flushing noise significantly. Since the water in the water retaining bend is suctioned out through the siphon effect inside, the contaminants and the micro bacteria in the water retaining bend will not be flushed into the air. - The above detailed description of the preferred embodiment is intended to describe more clearly the characteristics and spirit of the present invention. However, the preferred embodiments disclosed above are not intended to be any restrictions to the scope of the present invention.
