The foamer 20 comprises an impeller which is vertically arranged in a foaming cavity 41, two mounting seats 21 are correspondingly arranged in the foaming cavity 41, and two ends of the impeller are rotatably connected with the corresponding mounting seats 21. Under the action of the mixed liquid, the impeller rotates to stir the mixed liquid, so that a large amount of foam is generated.

The impeller rotates under the action of the flowing of the mixed liquid, and the mixed liquid is stirred to realize further mixing, so that a large amount of foam is generated, and the foam enters the water seal area of the toilet bowl through the foam outlet 32 c. The foaming time may be set, and after the set time is reached, the electromagnetic valve 62 is automatically closed to stop foaming.
When negative pressure is generated in the water inlet pipe 31a connected to the water inlet 31e, the ball 34 falls down by gravity, and the air hole 33a is opened to break the siphon, preventing the foaming liquid from flowing back into the water supply pipe.
