Abstract
Every County Wins is a lottery draw game that involved counties within a particular state within the United States. The percentage of people within that county will determine how many people and how much the prize will be.
A person will go to a lottery dealer within. their county and purchase a quick draw Every County Wins Ticket. That ticket will consist of their ticket number and number or letters to identify their county.
On the designated draw date a computer generated program will pick a ticket that has been sold in that county. The person with that ticket will be the winner. There will be a draw for every county within the state. People living in larger counties will have more winners. The computer program may pick 2 or 3 winners pending on the population of people in that county.
Description
- I am claiming priority to application Ser. No. 15/488,481
- With current draw games a person must either choose their own numbers or quick picks and wait on the draw date to see what numbers are picked then a winner or winners are determined. With Every County Wins there is no ball drop. Just a ticket with the county number or letters and ticket number. On the draw date a computer generated program will pick from a list of tickets that have been sold in that county for the week. The differences between current draw games and Every County Wins the odds are much more achievable. This is possible by using a smaller population of people and more winners versus a large amount and only one winner. The improvements that should be made with current draw games there should be more winners. The odds should be more obtainable.
- Majority of lottery funds comes from scratchers. The advantage of using Every County Wins, is that smaller populations will have better odds. It will engage more people on a local level so statistically there would be an increase in draw game sales. The only time in this present moment that people engage locally together for a lottery draw game is when the prize amount goes up. With Every County Wins there will be a consistent pattern of ticket purchases because someone close to their home is bound to win.
