Furthermore, the optimum opening angle of thefan blades 1, at which the optimum air volume and noise reduction effect are achieved, is 135 degrees according to the structural features of the product. - The structural principle for folding the
fan blades 1 automatically is as follows: - In case of power failure, the product will be stopped gradually, the rotation speeds of the
motor assembly 10 and theturnplate 2 decrease to zero gradually, and the centrifugal force generated by allfan blades 1 begins to decrease gradually until it disappears; the tension of the tension springs 7 is greater than the centrifugal force, so that the rotary stop plate 9 rotates under the action of the spring tension to drive the connection rods to rotate, and the connection rods drive the fan blade fixeddisc 11 and the fan blades rotate to an original position at the same time, since the positions of the arc-shaped grooves and the stop blocks 6 on the rotary stop plate 9 are fixed, thefan blades 1 can be returned to the original position every time. - The principle for unfold or folding the
fan blades 1 synchronously is as follows: - When there are four fan blades, the four
fan blades 1 are all fastened on the fan blade fixeddisc 11, both ends of the connection rod are fixed on the fan blade fixeddisc 11 and the rotary stop plate 9 respectively which form a linkage structure through the connection rods, thereby achieving the principle of unfolding and folding the fourfan blades 1 synchronously. - The descriptions for the invention and the embodiments thereof have no limitation; the embodiment shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. All in all, the structure modes and the embodiments similar to the technical solution which are designed by persons of ordinary skill in the art enlightened by above without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the invention.
