Abstract
A support structure of a bra cup contains: a body and a reinforcement underwire. The body includes at least one connection layer, a concave face, and a convex face. The reinforcement underwire is in an arcuate strap shape and is fixed on a bottom of the body, and the reinforcement underwire includes at least one core layer and a protection layer, wherein the at least one core layer is made of fabric material, and the protection layer is made of thermoplastic material and covers the at least one core layer. Thereby, the reinforcement underwire has flexibility and support capacity, and the body is fixed on a brassiere so as to enhance wearing comfort of the brassiere.
Description
- The present invention relates to a bra cup, and more particularly to a support structure of the bra cup which supports and lifts each of user's breasts firmly and has wearing comfort to a brassiere.
- A conventional brassiere is made of fabric material and contains two bra cups made of foam or cotton so as to cover user's breasts, wherein each of the two bra cups is thermoplastic molded so as to correspond to and to support each of the user's breasts. Alternatively, the brassiere is thermoplastic molded from the foam or the cotton so as to support and lift said each breast. Furthermore, a reinforcement underwire is accommodated in a bottom of said each bra cup and is made of metal material or plastic material.
- When the reinforcement underwire is fixed on a bottom of the bra cup, an arcuate sleeve is sewed and is configured to house the reinforcement underwire, and an opening of the arcuate sleeve is closed in a sewing manner, after housing the reinforcement underwire. However, the brassiere is manufactured at high production cost in the sewing manner. Furthermore, the brassiere is wrinkled in sewing process.
- As desiring to fix the reinforcement underwire is in a bottom of the bra cup, the bra cup is heated by a mold in a breast shape, and two foam sheets or two cotton sheets are heated and pressed by a heat pressing mold, thereafter the reinforcement underwire is accommodated between the two foam sheets or the two cotton sheets, and the two foam sheets or two cotton sheets are heated and pressed by the heat pressing mold so as to cover and limit the reinforcement.
- Nevertheless, when the reinforcement underwire is made of metal material, it forces a bottom of the breast by which a press mark lefts on the bottom of the breast after removing the brassiere, thus causing wearing discomfort. When the reinforcement underwire is made of plastic material, it cannot support and lift the breast completely.
- The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a support structure of a bra cup in which an underwire includes at least one core layer and a protection layer, wherein the at least one core layer is made of fabric material, and the protection layer is made of thermoplastic material and covers the at least one core layer, hence the reinforcement underwire has flexibility and support capacity, and the body is fixed on the brassiere so as to enhance wearing comfort of the brassiere.
- A support structure of a bra cup provided by the present invention contains: a body and a reinforcement underwire.
- The body includes at least one connection layer, a concave face, and a convex face.
