Abstract
Description
- This application claims the benefit of Korean application No. 10-2015-0002019, filed on Mar. 31, 2015 with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
- The present invention relates to a vertically pressed compact container provided with a pouch container and, more particularly, to a vertically pressed compact container provided with a pouch container, in which: pouch frame is housed inside an outer container, a pouch container having an airless pump installed therein is installed inside the pouch frame, an inclined protruding portion is formed on the rear surface of the pouch frame, and a button on which a pressing protrusion for vertically pressing the inclined protruding portion is formed such that when the button is pressed vertically, the pouch frame moves horizontally to actuate the airless pump and can discharge a precise amount of cosmetics, thereby enabling one hand instead of both hands to be used to press the button vertically and easily discharge cosmetics.
- In addition, a nozzle that is coupled to an end of the pump to discharge cosmetics is formed in a laid-down “U” shape in order to be able to prevent cosmetics from shooting upward and splattering.
- In general, a gel-type cosmetic material, which is filled in a cosmetic container such as a bottle, a barrel and the like, is used in such a manner that a user takes some cosmetics in his hands and applies the cosmetics to his skin with a puff or a hand.
- However, because the conventional cosmetic container is required to separately prepare a stick or spoon for discharging the cosmetic material, it is inconvenient to carry the cosmetic container to discharge the cosmetic material.
- To solve the above problems, there has been developed tube container in which the cosmetic material is discharged by the pressure applied to the tube container so that the cosmetic material may be easily discharged without having a stick or a spoon for discharging the cosmetic material and the cosmetics may be conveniently carried.
- However, according to the tube container of the related art, since the amount of the cosmetic material is differently discharged depending on the applied pressure, it is difficult to dispense a predetermined amount of the cosmetic material, so that the cosmetic material is wasted by the pressure more than necessary.
- To solve the above problems, there has been disclosed configuration in Korean Patent No. 10-1231786, where an airless pump is operated by pushing the airless pump horizontally from the rear.
- However, according to the related art described above, since the cosmetic material is dispensed by pushing a button in a state of holding the container in one hand, it is very inconvenient to use it.
- In addition, according to the related art described above, since the nozzle is formed perpendicular to the container body, the cosmetic material rises and discharges to the outside of the container body when discharging the cosmetic material.
- In addition, according to the related art described above, since a cosmetic tool used for taking a cosmetic material is placed on and kept in a compartment in which a discharge hole is formed, there is a problem in hygiene.

- To assemble the vertically pressed compact container provided with a pouch container according to the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 3 and 4 , thepouch frame 30 is first placed in theframe placing groove 16 of theouter container 10. - Then, when the
pouch housing 41 of thepouch container 40 is coupled to theairless pump 50 after the cosmetic material is injected into thepouch container 40 and the sealingring 59 is further formed, after the sealingring 59 is fitted to the outer periphery of thecylinder 51, theairless pump 50 is coupled into thepump installing hole 42 of thepouch container 40. - Then, one side end of the
nozzle 80 is coupled to theairless pump 50 and the opposite side end is coupled to thedischarge outlet 67 of thedischarge plate 60. - Then, the
cosmetic cover 92 of the transparent material is hinge-coupled to the upper portion of thedischarge plate 30 and thebutton guide 61 is coupled to the front surface of thedischarge plate 30. After thedischarge plate guide 62 is coupled to the rear surface of thedischarge plate 30, thebutton 70 is inserted into the lower side of thebutton guide 61. - Last, as described above, the
discharge plate 30 assembled with thepouch container 40 and thebutton 70 is coupled to the upper portion of thecontainer body 10. Thepouch container 40 is installed into thepouch mounting groove 32 and thenozzle 80 is inserted into the nozzle throughhole 171 of theouter container 10, so that the assembly of the vertically pressed compact container provided with a pouch container according to the present invention is completed. - Hereinafter, the use of the compact container provided with a pouch container assembled as described above will be described as follows.
- To use the compact container provided with a pouch container according to the present invention, as shown in
FIG. 5 , when the button formed on one side of thedischarge plate 60 is pushed after theouter container lid 20 is first opened from theouter container 10, the pressingprotrusion 71 formed on the lower side of thebutton 70 vertically presses theinclined protrusion part 31 of thepouch frame 30 contained inside theouter container 10 and at the same time, thepouch frame 30 and thepouch container 40 installed inside thepouch frame 30 are pushed to move forward. - When the
pouch container 40 moves forward, since the fixingmember 56 of theairless pump 50 installed on the end of thepouch container 40 and thepiston 54 are fixed by the fixingprotrusion piece 17 of theouter container 10 while thepiston ring 55 is tightly closed to the inner side surface of thecylinder 51 and together moved forward together, a gap is generated between thepiston 54 and thepiston ring 55 so that a discharge passage for the cosmetic material is generated. - Thereafter, when the
cylinder 51 further moves forward, while the volume inside thecylinder 51 is reduced, thecheck valve 52 closes thecontent suction hole 58 by the discharge pressure in thecylinder 51. Then, after the cosmetic material contained in thecylinder 51 is output through the gap between thepiston 54 and thepiston ring 55 and passes through the inside of thepiston 54, the cosmetic material is discharge to thedischarge outlet 67 of thedischarge plate 60 vita thenozzle 80. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , when the pressure on thebutton 70 is released, the sealingmember 53 moves backward by the elasticity of theelastic member 57 elastically supporting the sealingmember 53 and thecylinder 51 and thepouch container 40 coupled to the sealingmember 53 are also moved backward. - In this case, since the
piston 54 is fixed by the fixingmember 56 while thepiston ring 55 is moved backward together with thecylinder 51 while being tightly closed to the inner surface of thecylinder 51, the gap between therings 55 and thepiston ring 55 is closed, and accordingly, the volume inside thecylinder 51 becomes large, thereby generating vacuum pressure. - Then, the
check valve 52 opens thecontent suction hole 58 formed on the bottom surface of thecylinder 51 by the vacuum pressure generated from the inside of the cylinder. Thus, while the cosmetic material contained in thepouch container 40 is traduced into thecylinder 51 through thecontent suction hole 58, thesoft pouch container 40 is crushed by the amount of the cosmetic material introduced into thecylinder 51. - When the cosmetic material contained in the
pouch container 40 is exhausted and thepouch container 40 is refilled, thedischarge plate 60 coupled to thebutton guide 61 and thesoil release guide 62 is first separated from theouter container 10. - Then, after the
airless pump 50 and thepouch container 40 are separated from thenozzle 80, a newairless pump 50 andnew pouch container 40 are coupled to thenozzle 80. - Last, as described above, when the
discharge plate 60 to which thenew pouch container 40 is coupled to the upper portion of theouter container 10, the refill of the vertically pressed compact container provided with a pouch container according to the present invention is completed. - As described above, the vertically pressed compact container provided with a pouch container described in this disclosure is an illustrative purpose only, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Thus, it should be understood that numerous other modifications and embodiments can be devised by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention and they will fall within the scope of the present invention.
