【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、液状や流動状の化粧料を収容した密閉容器をパフ等の塗布具と一緒に収納したコンパクト容器に係わるもので、更に詳細には、液状化粧料を収容した容器に液体注出具を設けた液体容器を内部に収納して、容器内の化粧料を簡単に注出可能にしたコンパクト容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から一般に使用されている化粧用のコンパクト容器は、容器の身部を構成する容器本体(外枠体)に蓋部を構成する蓋体(外蓋)がヒンジ機構を介して開閉可能に設けられていて、前記容器本体に化粧料を収容する収容凹部を具備した中枠体が取り外し不能に固定されて、前記中枠体の収容凹部に化粧料を収容した中皿が取り外し可能に嵌着されて、前記中枠体は蓋体により密閉可能に形成されている。
このようなコンパクト容器は、中皿に収容された粉体状や固形状の化粧料が無くなった時や、色や種類が異なる化粧料を使用したい時には、中皿を取り外して別の必要とする化粧料が入った中皿を前記中枠に嵌着して使用することができるようになっている。

また、上記のような化粧用コンパクト容器に揮発性成分を含有した化粧料やクリームまたはペースト状の化粧料を収容したものは、揮発性成分や液体成分が気化しないように、前記収容凹部を密閉するための中蓋が中枠に開閉可能に設けられて、一応は密閉するように形成されてはいるが、時間が立つにつれて揮発性成分や液体成分が蒸散したり、酸化等による劣化を避けることはできないので、完全に揮発成分の蒸散等を防ぐには、前記化粧料はガラス容器やチューブ状容器に収容することが必要である。
そして、各種の化粧料がコンパクト容器に収容されたものは、容器内に一緒に収納されているパフ等によりすぐに塗布することができるので非常に便利であるが、ガラス容器やチューブ状容器に収容されたクリーム状の化粧料にはパフ等の塗布具が付属していないので、別に用意しておかなければならず、携帯するには不便な点がある。

そこで、上記の点を改善して、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器とパフ等を組み合わせて一体に形成して携帯に便利にした化粧容器として、従来から実開昭59−19019号や実開昭60−33912号、実開平5−89236号公報に記載されるようなものが知られている。
これらの容器は、図13に示すように、矩形状の底壁に周壁を立設して箱形に形成したチューブ等の容器を収納する収納ケース本体31と、前記収納ケース本体の周壁の側端部に回動可能に連結されて開口部を密閉する中蓋32と、前記中蓋の上面を開閉可能に密閉するように前記収納ケース本体の周壁の側端部に開閉可能に連結された外蓋33とからコンパクト容器状に形成されており、外出時に携帯するのに便利なように構成されたものである。

上記したコンパクト容器は、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器本体34の口頸部34aに蓋部35を着脱可能に螺合したチューブ状容器を、前記収納ケース本体31の周壁部に設けた開口部31aから突出した状態にして収納ケース本体31内に収納、固定してから、右半分にパフ等を収納する収納凹部32aを設けると共に左半分に矩形状の窓孔32bを設けた前記中蓋32を閉じて、前記収納凹部32aにパフ等の塗布具36を収納した後、前記外蓋33を閉じて中蓋32面を密閉することにより液体化粧料コンパクト容器に構成される。

上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器は、チューブ状容器本体34とパフ等の塗布具36とが一体に収納されていて、外出する際に持ち歩くには非常に便利ではあるが、実際にチューブ内に収容された液状化粧料を使用するには、前記ケース本体31の周壁の切り欠き部に揺動可能に設けられた押しボタン37を押圧して外蓋33を開いた後で、チューブ状容器本体の口頸部34aに螺着された蓋部35を回動して外してから、前記中蓋の窓孔32bを通してチューブ状容器本体34の胴壁部を押圧して内容物を注出しなければならない。
そして、注出した後では再び蓋部35を回動してチューブ状容器本体の口頸部に螺着しなければならないので、このようなコンパクト容器は、液状化粧料の注出操作がやや面倒であり、また、周知の固形状化粧料のコンパクトに比べて外観の見栄えが良くないことから、広く普及するまでには至らなかった。

しかし、粉末状や固形状をしたファンデーション等の化粧料に比べて、クリーム状あるいは液状をしたファンデーション等の化粧料は、簡単で且つ素早く化粧を施すことができて、また、綺麗に仕上げることができることから、これら液状のファンデーション等の化粧料とパフとを一緒に収納することができるようにした化粧用コンパクト容器が好まれるようになった結果、色々な改良や改善等の工夫が重ねられた中で、実公昭61−17697号や実公昭63−16350号、実開平4−103819号公報等に記載するような各種の形状や構造をした液状化粧料を収納した化粧用コンパクト容器の提案がなされている。

上記公報に記載されるように改良されたコンパクト容器は、例えば図11に見るように、略正方形状の箱型をした液体容器が収納可能な容器本体21の一端に、外蓋23が連結ピンにより開閉自在に連結されて、前記容器本体21内に液体容器24を収納する共にその周壁に設けられた開口部21bから液体容器の注出ヘッド24aを突出せしめて注出可能に形成された後に、前記容器本体21の開口端部に嵌合可能に形成した中蓋22が液体容器の上から被せられて密閉されたもので、前記中蓋の上部に設けた収納部22aにパフ26を収納してから前記外蓋23を閉じて密閉すると共に、前記注出ヘッド24aに保護カバー25を被せて密閉して携帯可能に形成されたものである。

そして、上記のように形成されたコンパクト容器は、図12に示すように、上端縁部が開口した略正方形状の箱型に形成して、注出ヘッド24aを有する液体容器24を内部に収容可能に形成すると共に、側壁部21aに前記液体容器の注出ヘッドを突出可能な開口部21bと保護カバーを係止可能な係合突起21cを形成した容器本体21と、液体容器24を収納した上に前記容器本体21の開口端部に嵌着して密閉可能に形成すると共にパフ等を収納可能な収納凹部を形成した中蓋22と、内部にファンデーション等の液体化粧料を収容すると共に口頸部に液体注出具の注出ヘッド24aを突設した正方形状の液体容器24と、前記容器本体の一端縁に連結ピンにより開閉自在に連結される外蓋23と、注出ヘッド24aに被せて保護する保護カバー25との各構成部材から構成されている。

上記のように形成された容器本体21の収納空間部に、前記液体容器24に設けた液体注出具の注出ヘッド24aを突出せしめて収納して、その上にパフ等の収納凹部を設けて密閉可能に形成した中蓋22を前記容器本体21の開口端部に嵌着して密閉して、図11に示すように注出可能に形成される。
このようにして密閉して形成された中蓋22に設けられた収納凹部22aに固形状の化粧料やパフ等を収納した後に、前記容器本体21に開閉自在に連結された外蓋23を閉じて、該外蓋の端縁に設けられた係合片23aを容器本体21の周壁の係合部に設けた係止片21dに係止せしめて密閉してから、突出した前記注出ヘッド24aに別体に成形した保護カバー25を覆うように被着して、容器本体21の周壁に設けた係合突起21cに嵌合、固定して、液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器が構成されたものである。

そして、上記のように構成された液状化粧料を収納したコンパクト容器を使用に際して、前記外蓋23の係合片23aを指先で押し上げると、外蓋23を開いて中蓋22の収納部22aに設けられたパフ26等が現れるので、パフ26を手にとってから保護カバー25を外して露出した注出ヘッド24aを押圧すると、ファンデーション等の液状化粧料が注出ノズルの先端開口部から吐出されるので、手に持ったパフに液状化粧料を受け取って鏡を見ながら顔に塗布することができる。
このように、上記したコンパクト容器は、注出ヘッドの押圧部を押圧することにより、手や容器本体を汚すことなしに液体容器から内容物を簡単に注出することができて、また、前記液体容器は別の種類の容器に交換することもできることから、携帯するのに非常に便利である。

しかし、上記したコンパクト容器は、液体容器24に設けた注出ヘッド24aを、周壁部21aから突出せしめて注出可能に容器本体21内に収納したものであるから、コンパクト容器を持ち歩いている最中に、前記注出ヘッド24aが不用意に押圧されて内容物が吐出するようなことがないようにするためには、容器本体21から突出した前記注出ヘッド24aに別体の保護カバー25を被着、嵌合せしめて、押圧されないように固定する必要がある。
従って、上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器は、注出ヘッドを保護する保護カバーは、容器本体とは別体に形成されたものであるから紛失する恐れがあり、また、容器本体から突出していてデザイン的な見栄えも良くないので、更に、改良する余地がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記したような従来のコンパクト容器の問題点を改善すべく、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器とパフ等を一緒に収容可能な構造にしたコンパクト容器を形成して、前記コンパクト容器に収容されたチューブ状容器から、手を汚すことなしに内部の液状化粧料を簡単に注出して使用できるように構成して、前記コンパクト容器を携帯するのに便利な構造にすると共に、外観の見栄えが良いコンパクト容器を提供することを目的とする。
そして、上記コンパクト容器は、可能な限り簡単な構造となして、成形工程および組み立て工程を容易にすることにより、その製造コストを低減させて、安価に製造できるようにする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願の発明は、上記した目的を達成するために、概略矩形状をした底壁の縁部に周壁を立設すると共に、底壁部にパフ等の塗布具を収納する収納凹部と液状化粧料を受ける受容凹部(液溜め部)とを設けて容器本体を形成して、前記容器本体の後端部の周壁部に中蓋を回動可能に連結して、前記容器本体の収納凹部と受容凹部を開閉自在に密閉可能にすると共に、前記中蓋の上面に液体注出具を装着した液状化粧料が収容されたチューブ状容器を着脱可能に固定する。
そして、前記容器本体の後端部の周壁部に回動可能に連結した外蓋を、前記チューブ状容器を固定した中蓋に対して開閉自在に嵌合せしめて閉蓋して、外蓋の前端部に設けた係合片を前記容器本体の前端部の係合片に係止せしめて、液状化粧料容器を注出可能に収納したコンパクト容器を構成する。

【発明の実施の態様】
本願発明のコンパクト容器1は、熱可塑性合成樹脂により矩形状をした底壁部2aの周縁に起立した周壁2bを設けた小箱状に形成すると共に、前記底壁部にパフ等の化粧用具11を収納可能な収納凹部2cと液状化粧料を受け留める受容凹部2dとを設けた容器本体2を成形して、前記容器本体の前端部に中蓋3および外蓋4を係止する係合片を設けると共に、後端部に中蓋および外蓋を回動可能に連結する連結部2eを設けてコンパクト容器の本体2を形成する。
同様にして、液体注出具6を装着したチューブ状容器5の注出ノズル6bを摺動可能に挿通する摺動溝3bと口頸部に係合してチューブ状容器を固定する固定部材7を突設した中蓋3を前記容器本体2に嵌合、密閉可能に形成して、中蓋3の前端部に外蓋4の係合片を挿通する挿通孔3aを設けると共に、後端部を容器本体に回動可能に連結する連結部3eを設けて、前記容器本体2に連結される開閉自在な中蓋3を形成する。

上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器1を使用するには、容器本体2の先端部の解除部材10を指先で押圧して外蓋4の係止状態を解除して、外蓋4と中蓋3を僅かに上昇せしめてチューブ状容器5の注出ノズル6bをストッパー2gから外れた状態にして、前記注出ヘッド6aを指先で押圧して注出ノズル6bから化粧溶液を受容凹部2d内に押し出して化粧可能になる。

以下に、本願発明の液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器について、適切な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
液状化粧料容器を注出可能に収納した本願発明のコンパクト容器1は、図3に示すように、パフ等の塗布具や化粧用具を収納する収納凹部と化粧料を受容可能な受容凹部を設けた容器本体2に、上面に液体注出具を装着したチューブ状容器が固定された中蓋が開閉自在に連結されて、その上から前記容器本体2に回動自在に連結された外蓋4を開閉可能に閉蓋せしめると共に、前記外蓋4の天板部の前端部の上面に前記チューブ状容器の注出ヘッド6aが突出されて内溶液が注出可能に形成されたものである。

上記のように形成された各構成部材は前記容器本体2に対して、前記中蓋の収納凹部2cにパフ等の化粧用具11を収納した後に、液体注出具6が装着された前記チューブ状容器5を注出可能にして固定する固定部材7が設けられた前記中蓋3を嵌合せしめて、連結部3eを容器本体2の凹状の連結部2eに回動可能に連結して、容器本体に一体となして開閉自在にした中蓋3を構成する。
そして、上記のようにして容器本体2と一体に構成された中蓋3に対して、液状化粧料を収容すると共に液体注出具6が装着された前記チューブ状容器5を、前記摺動溝3bに前記液体注出具6のノズル6bを挿通せしめて摺動可能にすると共に、前記摺動溝の両側に設けた案内部材7aに注出ヘッド6aを係合せしめて、液体注出具6のステム6cを保持部材7bに挿通して、容器の口頸部に設けた安定部材9を係合部材7cに係合せしめて、図1に示すようにチューブ状容器5を着脱可能に固定する。

このようにしてチューブ状容器5を固定した中蓋3が連結された容器本体2に対して、前記チューブ状容器を覆うようにして中蓋に嵌合可能に形状されると共に、チューブ状容器の注出ヘッド6aを突出せしめて押圧可能に形成されてなる外蓋4を回動可能に連結せしめることにより、図1に示したように外蓋を開閉自在に形成することができる。
そして、上記のように開閉自在に形成された外蓋4を、前記チューブ状容器に被せるように容器本体2の開口端に向けて閉じることにより、図4に示したように、前記外蓋4の前端部に設けた係合片4bが容器本体2の係合片2fに係止されると共に、チューブ状容器5の注出ヘッド6aのノズル6bの先端部が前記容器本体2のストッパー2gに係止されて作動不能となり、図3および図4に示したように、液状化粧料容器が注出可能に収納されて携帯に適したコンパクト容器1が構成される。

上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器1を使用する際には、容器本体2の先端部の解除部材10を指先で押圧することにより、図5に示したように、外蓋4の係止片4bは押し上げられて容器本体2の係合片2fから外れるから、外蓋4と中蓋3は僅かに上昇して、チューブ状容器5の注出ノズル6bの先端が容器本体2のストッパー2gから外れて注出ヘッド6aは作動可能な状態になる。
そこで、前記注出ヘッド6aを指先で押圧することにより注出ノズル6bの先端開口から化粧溶液が受容凹部(液溜め部)2d内に注出されるので、必要量を注出したら外蓋4と中蓋3を指先で点線で示した位置にまで押し上げることにより、容器本体2の収納凹部2c内のパフ等の化粧具11を取り出すことができると同時に、中蓋3の裏面に設けられた鏡12を見れるようになるので、受容凹部内の化粧溶液をパフに付けて化粧をすることが可能となる。
