Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of baby cribs, and more particularly, to an intelligent baby crib.
- A baby crib is a small bed especially designed for infants and very young children. The marketplace is filled with a great variety of baby cribs with styles and features. Although their prices and functions are very different, safety and practicability are always regarded as key factors for selecting a baby crib. Traditional baby cribs sold on the market provide various choices and experiences to the users. When lulling a baby to sleep, a caregiver usually shakes the baby crib or sings a lullaby. However, the baby needs to be constantly nursed even when he/she falls asleep. For instance, a baby soiled diaper will probably baby wake up and cry at any time even during the night. At this time, the parents must immediately replace the baby's diaper and lull the baby back to sleep again, making the parents exhausted.
- Presently, some baby cribs sold on the market possess functions such as automatic swinging, music playing, monitoring and alarming, alleviating the caregiver's burden to a certain degree. However, their structures are not reasonable, leading to several problems. For instance, a baby may frequently roll over in the baby crib. When the baby turns to sleep on her side, instead of lying on her back, the height of her head can be changed accordingly. However, the bed plate of the traditional baby crib cannot be regulated according to her physical movements, resulting in problems relating to milk-vomiting or difficult breathing, creating more stress for the parents. Moreover, some baby cribs capable of automatically swinging usually adopt an arc-shaped slide structure as the main frame, thereby supporting and enabling the bed plate to roll on the slide back and forth. Such a design is not humanized, and has shortcomings, such as complicated structure and difficult control of swing range and frequency, resulting in limited functions and low level of intelligence.
- In conclusion, the shortcomings of traditional baby cribs are urgent problems that need to be solved for those skilled in this field.
- The purpose of the present invention is to solve the shortcomings in the prior art and provide an intelligent baby crib having a reasonable structure, which can improve the nursing efficiency, alleviate the caregiver's burden, and can be conveniently used.
- To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
- An intelligent baby crib comprising a base and a bedstead; a bottom chamber, which is disposed in the middle of the bedstead, is downwardly recessed; a bed plate is disposed at the upper end opening of the bottom chamber; a swing mechanism is disposed between the bed plate and the bedstead; a stretching mechanism is disposed on the bottom surface of the bed plate; an elevating mechanism is disposed on the base, and the upper end of the elevating mechanism is connected to the bottom of the bedstead; an armrest portion is disposed at the rear end of the bedstead; a control panel and a music player are disposed on the armrest portion; the control panel, which is disposed on the upper end surface of the armrest portion, is electrically connected to the music player, the swing mechanism, the stretching mechanism and the elevating mechanism through connecting wires.
- In another aspect of the present invention, all of the vertical sections of the bed plate are recessed and arc-shaped, enabling the bed plate to be an arc-shaped integral structure. The bed plate comprises a front base plate, a rear base plate and a plurality of transitional base plates. The plurality of transitional base plates is sequentially hinged to form an integral linking structure. The first transitional base plate and the last transitional base plate are respectively hinged to the front base plate and the rear base plate. The front base plate and the rear base plate are respectively provided with a telescopic connecting rod that is connected to the bedstead.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the stretching mechanism comprises a worm motor, a supporting frame and a transmission shaft. The supporting frame is fixed to the bottom surface of the rear base plate. The two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively inserted into the supporting frame, and are rotationally connected to the supporting frame. A transmission gear is disposed on the transmission shaft, and the two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively provided with a driving pulley. The worm motor is fixed to the rear base plate, and the output shaft of the worm motor is engaged with the transmission gear. The worm motor is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire. The bottom surface of the rear base plate is provided with a driven wheel group. An auxiliary wheel group is disposed on each bottom surface of the plurality of transitional base plates. A transmission string is connected between the driving pulley and the driven wheel group. The transmission string, which sequentially passes through the transitional base plates, is drive-connected to each auxiliary wheel group on the transitional plates.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the front base plate and the rear base plate are respectively provided with a telescopic connecting rod that is connected to the bedstead. The two telescopic connecting rods are respectively disposed on the center lines of the front base plate and the rear base plate. The telescopic connecting rod comprises a hinge sleeve, a guiding sleeve and a telescopic rod. The hinge sleeve is transversely hinged to the front base plate or the rear base plate. One end of the guiding sleeve is connected to the hinge sleeve, forming a T-shaped configuration with the hinge sleeve. One end of the telescopic rod is movably inserted into the guiding sleeve, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected to the bedstead.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the swing mechanism comprises a driving motor, a pedestal and a fitting cover. The driving motor is disposed on the base plate of the bedstead in the center of the bottom chamber. The driving motor is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire. The output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a rotor, and the rotor is provided with a lifting lever that is eccentrically disposed with the output shaft of the driving motor. The pedestal, which is fixed to the bottom surface of the bed plate, is a hollow structure having an opening at the lower end. The fitting cover is fixed at the lower end opening of the pedestal. The base plate of the fitting cover is provided with a straight groove. The upper end of the lifting lever passes through the straight groove, and is movably disposed in the pedestal.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the elevating mechanism comprises a worm shaft sleeve, an elevating worm and an elevating motor. The worm shaft sleeve is fixed to the upper end of the base. The elevating worm, which is vertically inserted into the worm shaft sleeve, is engaged with the worm shaft sleeve therein. The elevating motor is disposed on one side of the lower end of the elevating worm. The output shaft of the elevating motor is drive-connected to the elevating worm through a speed-reducing gear. The elevating motor is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire. The bottom of the bedstead is provided with a plane bearing, and the upper end of the elevating worm is connected to the plane bearing.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the bottom surface of the base is provided with a walking wheel group, on which is provided with a brake pad group. An energy-storing power supply, which is disposed in the base, is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire. The base is provided with an external power port for connecting the energy-storing power supply.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the bedstead is configured to be hollow, elliptical and ring-shaped. The inner side wall of the bedstead disposed above the bed plate is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings. The inner side of the ventilation opening is provided with a fan that is electrically connected to the control panel. A foldable sun shade, which resembles a snail shell, is disposed on the bedstead. The two rotating centers of the sun shade are respectively hinged to the bedstead. The rear end of the sun shade is fixed to the armrest portion.
- In another aspect of the present invention, the front end of the armrest portion is provided with a voice frequency recognizer. The bedstead and the bed plate are provided with a plurality of sensors. The control panel is provided with a monolithic processor. The monolithic processor is separately connected to the voice frequency recognizer and the plurality of sensors through data lines.
- Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: The present invention has a reasonable structure: a plurality of base plates is hinged to form an arc-shaped bed plate; after being connected in series via a string, the bed plate can be stretched to regulate the height difference between the baby's head and body, thereby solving the problem relating to milk-vomiting and difficult breathing. Furthermore, the bed plate and the bedstead are provided with a sensing monitor system, an air cooling regulation system, a music-playing system and a swing lulling device. The intelligent recognition processor of the present invention can control and regulate the baby's sleeping quality, thereby decreasing the nursing frequency and reducing the parents' stress-levels.
- To clearly expound the present invention or technical solution, the drawings and embodiments are hereinafter combined to illustrate the present invention. Obviously, the drawings are merely some embodiments of the present invention and those skilled in the art can associate themselves with other drawings without paying creative labor.

- Drawings and detailed embodiments are combined hereinafter to elaborate the technical principles of the present invention.
- The intelligent baby crib of the present invention comprises a
base 6 and abedstead 1. Abottom chamber 11, which is disposed in the middle of thebedstead 1, is downwardly recessed. Abed plate 2 is disposed at the upper end opening of thebottom chamber 11. A swing mechanism is disposed between thebed plate 2 and thebedstead 1. A stretching mechanism is disposed on the bottom surface of thebed plate 2. An elevating mechanism is disposed on thebase 6, and the upper end of the elevating mechanism is connected to the bottom of thebedstead 1. The main purposes of the present invention are: first, the height of thebedstead 1 can be regulated on thebase 6, enabling the caregiver to conveniently nurse the baby at a proper height; second, thebed plate 2 can be stretched and deformed back and forth to regulate the height difference between the baby's head and body during sleep, thereby solving the problems relating to milk-vomiting and difficult breathing due to the baby's sleeping postures; third, thebed plate 2 can swing left and right on thebedstead 1, thereby creating a comfortable sleeping environment for the baby. Thus, the time and labor consumed by manually shaking the baby crib can be saved. Anarmrest portion 12 is disposed at the rear end of thebedstead 1, and acontrol panel 13 and a music player are disposed on thearmrest portion 12. Thecontrol panel 13, which is disposed on the upper end surface of thearmrest portion 12, is electrically connected to the music player, the swing mechanism, the stretching mechanism and the elevating mechanism through connecting wires. The baby crib of the present invention is equipped with moving components capable of greatly improving the portability of the baby crib, thus enabling the baby to be conveniently nursed during outdoor activities. The integrated control panel is placed on thearmrest portion 12, which can significantly enhance the operating convenience. - All of the vertical sections of the
bed plate 2 are recessed and arc-shaped, making the bed plate to be an arc-shaped integral structure. The arc-shapedbed plate 2 can ensure that the baby's head is always kept higher than his/her body. Thus, a newborn infant can be kept lying on his/her back, effectively reducing the frequency of turning or rolling over. Consequently, problems relating to milk-vomiting and difficult breathing during sleep can be effectively solved. - Furthermore, the
bed plate 2 comprises afront base plate 21, arear base plate 22 and a plurality oftransitional base plates 23. The plurality oftransitional base plates 23 is sequentially hinged to form an integral linking structure. The firsttransitional base plate 23 and the lasttransitional base plate 23 are respectively hinged to thefront base plate 21 and therear base plate 22. Thefront base plate 21 and therear base plate 22 are respectively provided with a telescopic connectingrod 3 that is connected to thebedstead 1. The telescopic connectingrod 3 is a direction-varying connection member, allowing thebed plate 2 to longitudinally stretch and deform on thebedstead 1, and transversely swing left and right. - The aforesaid stretching mechanism comprises a
worm motor 41, a supportingframe 24 and atransmission shaft 42. The supportingframe 24 is fixed to the bottom surface of therear base plate 22. The two ends of thetransmission shaft 42 are respectively inserted into the supportingframe 24, and are rotationally connected to the supportingframe 24. Atransmission gear 43 is disposed on thetransmission shaft 42, and the two ends of thetransmission shaft 42 are respectively provided with a drivingpulley 44. Theworm motor 41 is fixed to therear base plate 22, and the output shaft of theworm motor 41 is engaged with thetransmission gear 43. Theworm motor 41 is electrically connected to thecontrol panel 13 through a connecting wire. The bottom surface of therear base plate 21 is provided with a drivenwheel group 45. Anauxiliary wheel group 46 is disposed on each bottom surface of the plurality oftransitional base plates 23. Atransmission string 47 is connected between the drivingpulley 44 and the drivenwheel group 45. Thetransmission string 47, which sequentially passes through thetransitional base plates 23, is drive-connected to eachauxiliary wheel group 46 on the transitional plates. Thefront base plate 21, the plurality oftransitional base plates 23, and therear base plate 22 are sequentially connected to form theintegral base plate 2. In an initial state, the vertical section of thebase plate 2 is arc-shaped, and thetransmission string 47 is placed along the bottom surface of thebed plate 2. Meanwhile, the length of thetransmission string 47 is matched to the arc length of the section of thebase plate 2. When the drivingpulley 24 is propelled by theworm motor 41 to rotate, thetransmission string 47 placed between the drivingpulley 44 and the drivenwheel group 45 is shortened. Consequently, the integrally-linked bed plate can be turned over, enabling the relative heights between thefront base plate 21, the plurality oftransitional base plates 23, and therear base plate 22 to be evened. Therefore, the purpose of regulating the baby's sleeping postures can be achieved. - Additionally, the
front base plate 21 and therear base plate 22 are respectively provided with a telescopic connectingrod 3 that is connected to thebedstead 1. The two telescopic connectingrods 3 are respectively disposed on the center lines of thefront base plate 21 and therear base plate 22. The telescopic connectingrod 3 comprises ahinge sleeve 31, a guidingsleeve 32 and atelescopic rod 33. Thehinge sleeve 31 is transversely hinged to thefront base plate 21 or therear base plate 22. One end of the guidingsleeve 32 is connected to thehinge sleeve 31, forming a T-shaped configuration with thehinge sleeve 31. One end of thetelescopic rod 33 is movably inserted into the guidingsleeve 32, and the other end of thetelescopic rod 33 is connected to thebedstead 1. Thehinge sleeve 31 is connected to thefront base plate 21 or therear base plate 22, which can coordinate with each other to rotate on the transverse plane. Through the connection between the guidingsleeve 32 and thetelescopic rod 33, thehinge sleeve 31 enables thebed plate 2 to rotate and move on the longitudinal plane. - The swing mechanism comprises a driving
motor 51, apedestal 54 and afitting cover 55. The drivingmotor 51 is disposed on the base plate of thebedstead 1 in the center of thebottom chamber 11. The drivingmotor 51 is electrically connected to thecontrol panel 13 through a connecting wire. The output shaft of the drivingmotor 51 is provided with arotor 52, and therotor 52 is provided with a liftinglever 53 that is eccentrically disposed with the output shaft of the drivingmotor 51. Thepedestal 54, which is fixed to the bottom surface of thebed plate 2, is a hollow structure having an opening at the lower end. Thefitting cover 55 is fixed at the lower end opening of thepedestal 54. The base plate of thefitting cover 55 is provided with astraight groove 56. The upper end of the liftinglever 53 passes through thestraight groove 56, and is movably disposed in thepedestal 54. The drivingmotor 51 takes the output shaft as the center to propel the liftinglever 53 to eccentrically rotate, and the liftinglever 53 coordinates with thefitting cover 55 to propel thebed plate 2 to reciprocate left and right, thereby shaking the baby crib and lulling the baby to fall asleep. Consequently, the parents do not have to work as hard to put the baby to sleep. The swing frequency can be changed through regulating the rotating speed of the drivingmotor 41. The eccentric diameter of the liftinglever 53 can be regulated through changing therotor 52, and the length of thestraight groove 56 can be changed through replacing thefitting cover 55. Thus, the swing range of thebed plate 2 can be regulated. - Preferably, the
fitting cover 55 is made from materials capable of being elastically deformed. The edges of the liftinglever 53 and thestraight groove 56 are treated by abrasion-reducing and wear-resisting processes. Meanwhile, the width of thestraight groove 56 is slightly greater than the diameter of the liftinglever 53. The length of a portion of the liftinglever 43 that is inserted into thestraight groove 23 is greater than the chord height of the moving path of thefitting cover 55 when thebed plate 2 swings. - The elevating mechanism comprises a
worm shaft sleeve 61, an elevatingworm 62 and an elevatingmotor 63. Theworm shaft sleeve 61 is fixed to the upper end of thebase 6. The elevatingworm 62, which is vertically inserted into theworm shaft sleeve 61, is engaged with theworm shaft sleeve 61 therein. The elevatingmotor 63 is disposed on one side of the lower end of the elevatingworm 62. The output shaft of the elevatingmotor 63 is drive-connected to the elevatingworm 62 through a speed-reducinggear 64. The elevatingmotor 63 is electrically connected to thecontrol panel 13 through a connecting wire. The bottom of thebedstead 1 is provided with aplane bearing 65, and the upper end of the elevatingworm 62 is connected to theplane bearing 65. - Furthermore, the bottom surface of the
base 6 is provided with awalking wheel group 66, on which is provided with abrake pad group 67. Thewalking wheel group 66 of the present invention allows the caregiver to conveniently wheel the baby to go outdoors. When there is a need to stop or fix the baby crib indoors, thebrake pad group 67 can be released to lock thewalking wheel group 66. An energy-storingpower supply 68, which is disposed in thebase 6, is electrically connected to thecontrol panel 13 through a connecting wire. Thebase 6 is provided with anexternal power port 69 for connecting the energy-storingpower supply 68. The energy-storingpower supply 68 is used as a driving power for all of the electric equipment of the present invention, making all functional components to smoothly work in outdoors. Thepower port 69 provides a charging port to the external power supply and the energy-story power supply 68. - The
bedstead 1 is configured to be hollow, elliptical, and ring-shaped. The inner side wall of thebedstead 1 disposed above thebed plate 2 is provided with a plurality ofventilation openings 15. The inner side of theventilation opening 15 is provided with afan 16 that is electrically connected to thecontrol panel 13. The interior of the peripheral surrounding structure of thebedstead 1 is provided with a circulating air channel, and afan 16 is provided in thebedstead 1. The air can be output through theventilation opening 15, thus improving the baby's sleeping quality through air-cooling temperature control. Afoldable sun shade 17, which resembles a snail shell, is disposed on thebedstead 1. The two rotating centers of thesun shade 17 are respectively hinged to thebedstead 1. The rear end of thesun shade 17 is fixed to thearmrest portion 12. - The front end of the armrest portion is provided with a
voice frequency recognizer 18. Thebedstead 1 and thebed plate 2 are provided with a plurality of sensors. Thecontrol panel 13 is provided with amonolithic processor 14. Themonolithic processor 14 is separately connected to thevoice frequency recognizer 18 and the plurality of sensors through data lines. Thevoice frequency recognizer 18 can recognize a baby's voice, and the plurality of sensors includes a heartbeat monitoring sensor, a humidity sensor, and a temperature sensor. Themonolithic processor 14 can receive and logically judge the signals transmitted by thevoice frequency recognizer 18 and the plurality of sensors, and give corresponding orders to thecontrol panel 13, thus controlling the control panel to display the data being monitored such as temperature, humidity and heartbeat. Consequently, thefan 16, the swing mechanism, the stretching mechanism and the music player are activated to work, playing music or initiating the calling system to alarm the caregiver. - The description of above embodiments allows those skilled in the art to realize or use the present invention. Without departing from the spirit and essence of the present invention, those skilled in the art can combine, change or modify correspondingly according to the present invention. Therefore, the protective range of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments above but conform to the widest protective range which is consistent with the principles and innovative characteristics of the present invention. Although some special terms are used in the description of the present invention, the scope of the invention should not necessarily be limited by this description. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims.
Claims (9)
1. An intelligent baby crib, comprising:
a base, and
a bedstead, wherein a bottom chamber, which is disposed in the middle of the bedstead, is downwardly recessed, wherein a bed plate is disposed at the upper end opening of the bottom chamber, wherein a swing mechanism is disposed between the bed plate and the bedstead, wherein a stretching mechanism is disposed on the bottom surface of the bed plate, wherein an elevating mechanism is disposed on the base, and the upper end of the elevating mechanism is connected to the bottom of the bedstead, wherein an armrest portion is disposed at the rear end of the bedstead, wherein a control panel and a music player are disposed on the armrest portion, wherein the control panel, which is disposed on the upper end surface of the armrest portion, is electrically connected to the music player, the swing mechanism, the stretching mechanism and the elevating mechanism through connecting wires.
2. The intelligent baby crib of claim 1 , wherein all of the vertical sections of the bed plate are recessed and arc-shaped, making the bed plate to be an arc-shaped integral structure, wherein the bed plate comprises a front base plate, a rear base plate and a plurality of transitional base plates, wherein the plurality of transitional base plates is sequentially hinged to form an integral linking structure, wherein the first transitional base plate and the last transitional base plate are respectively hinged to the front base plate and the rear base plate, wherein the front base plate and the rear base plate are respectively provided with a telescopic connecting rod that is connected to the bedstead.
3. The intelligent baby crib of claim 2 , wherein the stretching mechanism comprises a worm motor, a supporting frame and a transmission shaft, wherein the supporting frame is fixed to the bottom surface of the rear base plate, wherein the two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively inserted into the supporting frame, and are rotationally connected to the supporting frame, wherein a transmission gear is disposed on the transmission shaft, and the two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively provided with a driving pulley, wherein the worm motor is fixed to the rear base plate, and the output shaft of the worm motor is engaged with the transmission gear, wherein the worm motor is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire, wherein the bottom surface of the rear base plate is provided with a driven wheel group, wherein an auxiliary wheel group is disposed on each bottom surface of the plurality of transitional base plates, wherein a transmission string is connected between the driving pulley and the driven wheel group, wherein the transmission string, which sequentially passes through the transitional base plates, is drive-connected to each auxiliary wheel group on the transitional plates.
4. The intelligent baby crib of claim 2 , wherein the front base plate and the rear base plate are respectively provided with a telescopic connecting rod that is connected to the bedstead, wherein the two telescopic connecting rods are respectively disposed on the center lines of the front base plate and the rear base plate, wherein the telescopic connecting rod comprises a hinge sleeve, a guiding sleeve and a telescopic rod, wherein the hinge sleeve is transversely hinged to the front base plate or the rear base plate, wherein one end of the guiding sleeve is connected to the hinge sleeve, forming a T-shaped configuration with the hinge sleeve, wherein one end of the telescopic rod is movably inserted into the guiding sleeve, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected to the bedstead.
5. The intelligent baby crib of claim 1 , wherein the swing mechanism comprises a driving motor, a pedestal and a fitting cover, wherein the driving motor is disposed on the base plate of the bedstead in the center of the bottom chamber, wherein the driving motor is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire, wherein the output shaft of the driving motor is provided with a rotor, and the rotor is provided with a lifting lever that is eccentrically disposed with the output shaft of the driving motor, wherein the pedestal, which is fixed to the bottom surface of the bed plate, is a hollow structure having an opening at the lower end, wherein the fitting cover is fixed at the lower end opening of the pedestal, wherein the base plate of the fitting cover is provided with a straight groove, wherein the upper end of the lifting lever passes through the straight groove, and is movably disposed in the pedestal.
6. The intelligent baby crib of claim 1 , wherein the elevating mechanism comprises a worm shaft sleeve, an elevating worm and an elevating motor, wherein the worm shaft sleeve is fixed to the upper end of the base, wherein the elevating worm, which is vertically inserted into the worm shaft sleeve, is engaged with the worm shaft sleeve therein, wherein the elevating motor is disposed on one side of the lower end of the elevating worm, wherein the output shaft of the elevating motor is drive-connected to the elevating worm through a speed-reducing gear, wherein the elevating motor is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire, wherein the bottom of the bedstead is provided with a plane bearing, and the upper end of the elevating worm is connected to the plane bearing.
7. The intelligent baby crib of claim 1 , wherein the bottom surface of the base is provided with a walking wheel group, on which is provided with a brake pad group, wherein an energy-storing power supply, which is disposed in the base, is electrically connected to the control panel through a connecting wire, wherein the base is provided with an external power port for connecting the energy-storing power supply.
8. The intelligent baby crib of claim 1 , wherein the bedstead is configured to be hollow, elliptical and ring-shaped, wherein the inner side wall of the bedstead disposed above the bed plate is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings, wherein the inner side of the ventilation opening is provided with a fan that is electrically connected to the control panel, wherein a foldable sun shade, which resembles a snail shell, is disposed on the bedstead, wherein the two rotating centers of the sun shade are respectively hinged to the bedstead, wherein the rear end of the sun shade is fixed to the armrest portion.
9. The intelligent baby crib of claim 1 , wherein the front end of the armrest portion is provided with a voice frequency recognizer, wherein the bedstead and the bed plate are provided with a plurality of sensors, wherein the control panel is provided with a monolithic processor, wherein the monolithic processor is separately connected to the voice frequency recognizer and the plurality of sensors through data lines.
