Abstract
The present invention relates to a packing unit in which a sealing function of the container unit is improved and a lid unit can be firmly fixed to the container unit, and a sealed container having it, when storing a variety of contents in a container unit. To this end, the sealed container includes a container unit having a containing space to contain contents, a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit, a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit, and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit.
Description
- The present invention relates to a sealed container, and more particularly, to a sealed container in which a sealing function of the container unit is improved and a lid unit can be firmly fixed to in the container unit when storing a variety of contents in a container unit.
- In general, a sealed container has been commonly used to store vegetables, fruits, food to be cooked, cooked food, etc. for a long time without damaging them, and at the same time, has a packing embedded in a lid to prevent the distinctive smell of the food from leaking out, in which the lid is detachably coupled with a container body, thereby making it sealed.
- Such a sealed container includes a container body having an opened upper portion, a lid coupled to the upper opening of the container body, a packing groove formed along a tip of a bottom surface of the lid to prevent a gap between the lid and the container body, a packing inserted into the packing groove, an engaging jaw formed to protrude from an upper edge of the container body, and a wing member formed in a streamlined shape, and having a portion thereof extending outwardly along an outer periphery of the lid. Particularly, the wing member is integrally formed with the outer periphery of the lid, where a thickness of a hinge portion is formed thinly, and thus, the wing member flexibly rotates about the hinge portion and engages with the engaging jaw to seal an inside of the container body.
- Alternatively, the sealed container may include a container body having an opened upper portion, a lid coupled to the upper opening portion of the container body, a packing groove formed along a tip of a bottom surface of the lid to prevent a gap between the lid and the container body, and a packing inserted into the packing groove, and the inside of the container body may be sealed by rotating the lid so that a thread formed on an upper outer periphery of the container and a thread formed on an inner periphery of the lid are coupled to each other.
- However, such a sealed container has problems in that the hinge portion is deformed and broken due to the repetitive rotation of the wing member, and the wing member can be separated from the lid or the tightness between the packing and the container body is lowered.
- An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art, and to provide a sealed container in which a sealing function of the container unit is improved and a lid unit can be firmly fixed to the container unit, when storing a variety of contents in a container unit.
- According to a preferred embodiment to achieve the object of the present invention as mentioned above, a sealed container according to the present invention includes a container unit having a containing space to contain contents; a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit; a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit; and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit, wherein the rotating and tightening unit includes a tightening wing portion provided at an inlet of the containing space to contact the packing unit; first fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the tightening wing portion; first fitting groove portions provided in the tightening wing portion and formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions; a wrapping ring portion formed to protrude from the lid unit to surround an inlet of the containing space; second fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion, the second fitting protrusion portions corresponding to the first fitting groove portions to form a rotating path groove into which the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted; and second fitting groove portions provided in the wrapping ring portion, and formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions, the second fitting groove portions corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions to be communicated with the rotating path groove, wherein when the lid unit is coupled to the container unit, the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the second fitting groove portions, the second fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the first fitting groove portions, and the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked with the second fitting protrusion portions through the rotating path groove according to a relative rotation between the container unit and the lid unit.
- A sealed container according to the present invention includes a container unit having a containing space to contain contents; a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit; a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit; and a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit, wherein the rotating and tightening unit includes a tightening wing portion provided at an inlet of the containing space to contact the packing unit; first fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from an edge of the lid unit; first fitting groove portions provided at the edge of the lid unit and formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions; a wrapping ring portion formed to protrude from the tightening wing portion to surround the edge of the lid unit; second fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion, the second fitting protrusion portions corresponding to the first fitting groove portions to form a rotating path groove into which the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted; and second fitting groove portions provided in the wrapping ring portion, and formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions, the second fitting groove portions corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions to be communicated with the rotating path groove, wherein when the lid unit is coupled to the container unit, the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the second fitting groove portions, the second fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the first fitting groove portions, and the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked with the second fitting protrusion portions through the rotating path groove according to a relative rotation between the container unit and the lid unit.
- Here, the packing unit includes a packing body portion having a long-through hole along a longitudinal direction; a tightened locking portion formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion; and a tightened fixing portion formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion at edges of the tightened locking portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion.
- Here, the packing unit further includes packing support portion formed to protrude from the packing body portion to the through hole to partition the through hole.
- Here, the packing support portion includes a pressure support portion extended in a height direction in the packing body portion, and dispersion support portions extended downwardly toward edges of the tightened locking portion or toward the tightened fixing portion along the circumferential direction of the packing body portion in the pressure support portion.
- Here, the rotating and tightening unit further includes at least one of a first engaging portion formed to protrude from the first fitting protrusion portions, and a second engaging portion formed to protrude from the rotating path groove corresponding to the second fitting protrusion portions.
- Here, at least one of a plurality of first engaging portions and a plurality of second engaging portions form a step along a rotation direction of the lid unit.
- According to a sealed container of the present invention, in storing a variety of contents in a container unit, it may improve a sealing function of the container unit and firmly fix a lid unit in the container unit.
- Also, the present invention may increase a contact area with the container unit, allow the packing body portion to be rightly positioned in a sealing groove, prevent the tightened locking portion and the tightened fixing portion from being inserted into the sealing groove due to a pressing force between the container unit and the lid unit, and allow the packing unit to be easily attached to and detached from the sealing groove through the detailed configuration of the packing unit.
- Also, the present invention may increase an elasticity of the packing body portion, prevent a distortion of the packing unit or a contortion of the packing unit, and minimize a frictional force of the packing unit when the lid unit is rotated in the container unit through the detailed configuration of the packing unit.
- Also, the present invention may disperse a force (pressure) applied to the packing unit while preventing an elastic deformation of the packing body portion, provide the tightened locking portion with a uniform pressing force, and increase a sealing force between the tightened locking portion and the tightening wing portion through the detailed configuration of the packing unit.
- Also, the present invention may allow the container unit and the lid unit to be easily attached to and detached from each other by combining the rotating manner and the hooking manner, and may improve a sealing force of the container unit by increasing a contact area of the packing unit, through the rotating and tightening unit.
- Also, the present invention may facilitate a separation, cleaning and coupling of the packing unit, simplify a sanitary management of a sealed container, and stably fix the packing unit through the detailed configuration of the lid unit. Also, it is easy to discharge the residual air in a containing space of the container unit, and the rancidity of contents contained in the container unit may be reduced.
- Also, the present invention may suppress or prevent the packing unit from contacting with the outside air in a coupled state, increase the tightness of the packing unit, simplify insertions between the fitting protrusion portions and the fitting groove portions and overlaps between the fitting protrusion portions, and improve a coupling safety of the container unit and the lid unit through the detailed configuration of the rotating and tightening unit.
- Also, the present invention may maintain an overlapping state between the fitting protrusion portions, prevent the lid unit from being separated from the container unit due to a separate external impact, and maintain an elastic deformation state of the packing unit by pressing and supporting the packing unit through the detailed configuration of the rotating and tightening unit. Also, the present invention may increase a pressing force of the packing unit in the overlapping state between the fitting protrusion portions, and improve a sealing force by the packing unit. Also, the present invention may simplify a structure and make a manufacturing simple.

FIGS. 1 to 9 , a sealed container according to an embodiment of the present invention includes acontainer unit 10, alid unit 20, apacking unit 30, and a rotating and tighteningunit 40. - The
container unit 10 contains contents for storage. A containingspace 11 to contain contents therein is formed to dent in thecontainer unit 10. Here, thecontainer unit 10 is not limited to a flat cross-sectional shape or an inlet cross-sectional shape of the containingspace 11, but may take various forms such as a circular cross-section, an elliptic cross-section, a polygonal cross-section, etc. - At an inlet edge of the
container unit 10, a tightening wing portion 41 described later is provided. - The
lid unit 20 opens and closes the containingspace 11 provided in thecontainer unit 10. Thelid unit 20 may include anelastic plate portion 21 and afixed plate portion 22. - The
elastic plate portion 21 has the elasticity and elastically deformed by an external force. Theelastic plate portion 21 may have a plate shape having a size smaller than or equal to an inlet cross-sectional shape of the containingspace 11. - The
fixed plate portion 22 surrounds and supports an edge of theelastic plate portion 21. Thefixed plate portion 22 is harder than theelastic plate portion 21, and may have a slight elasticity, but may substantially maintain an outer shape of thelid unit 20. - A
sealing groove 24 may be formed in thefixed plate portion 22. - The
sealing groove 24 for fitting and coupling thepacking unit 30 may be formed to dent in thelid unit 20. Thesealing groove 24 allows apacking body portion 31 to be tightly inserted. A restrictingjaw portion 25 is provided at an inlet of thesealing groove 24 to support tightenedfixing portion 34. The restrictingjaw portion 25 supports the tightenedfixing portion 34, and prevents the tightenedfixing portion 34 from being inserted into the sealinggroove 24. - A
gripping protrusion portion 26 may be formed to protrude from thelid unit 20. Thegripping protrusion portion 26 increases a contact area or a frictional force with a user when the user presses thelid unit 20 toward thecontainer unit 10 to rotate, allowing thelid unit 20 to be easily pressed and rotated in thecontainer unit 10. - The
packing unit 30 seals between thecontainer unit 10 and thelid unit 20. Thepacking unit 30 has the elasticity and is elastically deformed by an external force. - The
packing unit 30 may include apacking body portion 31, a tightened lockingportion 33, and a tightened fixingportion 34, and further include apacking support portion 35. - The packing
body portion 31 has a hollow ring shape and forms an endless track corresponding to an inlet of the containingspace 11 of thecontainer unit 10 described later. The packingbody portion 31 is formed with a long-throughhole 32 passing through along a longitudinal direction. The packingbody portion 31 has a circular cross-section, but is not limited thereto, and may be various shapes such as an elliptical cross-section, a polygonal cross-section, etc. - The tightened
locking portion 33 is formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of thepacking body portion 31. The tightenedlocking portion 33 is formed long along the longitudinal direction of thepacking body portion 31, and a plurality of the tightened locking portions may be formed to protrude from or dent in. Accordingly, the plurality of the tightenedlocking portions 33 may have a concave-convex cross-section in a portion of a circumference of thepacking body portion 31. Here, a cross-sectional shape of the tightened lockingportion 33 is not limited thereto, but may have various shapes such as a circular cross-section, an elliptical cross-section, a polygonal cross-section, etc. - The tightened
locking portion 33 is elastically deformed and are tightly supported on thecontainer unit 10 when thelid unit 20 is coupled in thecontainer unit 10 described later. - The tightened fixing
portion 34 is formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of thepacking body portion 31 at edges of the tightened lockingportion 33 along the circumferential direction of thepacking body portion 31. The tightened fixingportion 34 may be formed long along the longitudinal direction of thepacking body portion 31. The tightened fixingportion 34 may be formed on both sides of the tightened lockingportion 33 as shown inFIG. 1 . Accordingly, the tightened lockingportion 33 may be provided between the tightened fixingportions 34. Also, the tightened fixingportion 34 may be formed on one side of the tightened lockingportion 33. - The tightened fixing
portion 34 may be supported at the inlet of the sealinggroove 24 of thelid unit 20 described later, thereby preventing the tightened lockingportion 33 from being inserted into the sealinggroove 24 due to an elastic deformation. - The
packing support portion 35 is formed to protrude from the packingbody portion 31 to the throughhole 32 to partition the throughhole 32. A plurality of thepacking support portions 35 may be provided to be spaced apart from each other along an inner circumferential surface of the throughhole 32 of thepacking body portion 31. - Particularly, the
packing support portion 35 may be formed to protrude to the throughhole 32 upwardly inclined on the edges of the tightened lockingportion 33 or on the tightened fixingportion 34 along the circumferential direction of thepacking body portion 31. Also, the plurality of packingsupport portions 35 may be radially arranged from a center of the throughhole 32 and connected to thepacking body portion 31. - Accordingly, when the
packing unit 30 is elastically deformed, an elastic deformation of thepacking body portion 31 and the tightened lockingportion 33 may be restricted and increase the tightness. - The
packing support portion 35 may include apressure support portion 36 anddispersion support portions 38. - The
pressure support portion 36 extends in a height direction from the packingbody portion 31. Thepressure support portion 36 may connect an upper portion of the throughhole 32 with the dispersion support portions with respect to the height direction of thepacking body portion 31. Although not shown, thepressure support portion 36 may connect the upper portion of the throughhole 32 with the lower portion of the throughhole 32 with respect to the height direction of thepacking body portion 31 to support a central portion of the tightened lockingportion 33. - The
pressure support portion 36 may restrict an elastic deformation along the height direction of the packing body portion when thepacking unit 30 is elastically deformed, and suppress or prevent the tightened lockingportion 33 and the tightened fixingportion 34 from being inserted into the sealinggroove 24 of thelid unit 20 described later. - The
dispersion support portions 38 extend downwardly from thepressure support portion 36. Thedispersion support portions 38 may connect thepressure support portion 36 and end portions of the tightened lockingportion 33 along the circumferential direction of thepacking body portion 31. Also, thedispersion support portions 38 may connect thepressure support portion 36 and the tightened fixingportion 34. - The
dispersion support portions 38 may expand the tightened lockingportion 33 to expand a contact area of the tightened lockingportion 33, and suppress or prevent the tightened fixingportion 34 from being inserted into the sealinggroove 24 of thelid unit 20 described later by supporting the tightened fixingportion 34, when thepacking unit 30 is elastically deformed. - The
packing unit 30 is provided in thelid unit 20. - The
packing unit 30 may be attachably and detachably inserted into the sealinggroove 24 provided in thelid unit 20. Then, the packingbody portion 31 of thepacking unit 30 may be inserted into the sealinggroove 24 so that the tightened lockingportion 33 and the tightened fixingportion 34 are exposed or protruded. - Also, the
packing unit 30 may be formed integrally with thelid unit 20. Thepacking unit 30 may be formed integrally with thelid unit 20 through a double injection or a separate molding process. - The rotating and tightening
unit 40 is formed such that, as thelid unit 20 is moved and rotated toward thecontainer unit 10, two members are interlocked. - The rotating and tightening
unit 40 includes a tightening wing portion 41, firstfitting protrusion portions 411, firstfitting groove portions 412, awrapping ring portion 43, secondfitting protrusion portions 421, and secondfitting groove portions 422, and may further include anauxiliary wing portion 42. - The tightening wing portion 41 is provided at an inlet of the containing
space 11 so that thepacking unit 30 is contacted. The tightening wing portion 41 may be contacted with the tightened lockingportion 33 or be contacted with the tightened lockingportion 33 and the tightened fixingportion 34. The tightening wing portion 41 may be provided with a tighteningportion 414 to form a movement path of the tightened lockingportion 33 when thelid unit 20 is rotated in thecontainer unit 10. The tighteningportion 414 may be formed to dent in or protrude from the tightening wing portion 41, smoothen a movement of the tightened lockingportion 33 as they rotate, and increase a contact area with the tightened lockingportion 33. - Although not shown, the tightening wing portion 41 may be provided to upwardly incline at the inlet of the containing
space 11. At this point, it is advantageous that all or part of a fixedplate portion 22 with respect to anelastic plate portion 21 is bent substantially parallel to the tightening wing portion 41. Since the tightening wing portion 41 is upwardly inclined, the tightness between the packingunit 30 and the tightening wing portion 41 may be further increased. - The first
fitting protrusion portions 411 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude along a circumference of thecontainer unit 10 in the tightening wing portion 41. - The first
fitting groove portions 412 are provided in the tightening wing portion 41. The firstfitting groove portion 412 is formed to dent by two adjacent firstfitting protrusion portions 411. - The
wrapping ring portion 43 is formed to protrude from thelid unit 20 so as to surround the tightening wing portion 41. Thewrapping ring portion 43 is formed to protrude from an edge of thelid unit 20 so as to intersect with thelid unit 20. Thewrapping ring portion 43 may be provided withgripping protrusion portions 26 for a user to grip. - The
wrapping ring portion 43 may prevent thepacking unit 30 from being exposed to a side portion in a coupling of thecontainer unit 10 and thelid unit 20, and make the appearance beautiful. - The second
fitting protrusion portions 421 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from thewrapping ring portion 43 to form arotating path groove 44 into which the firstfitting protrusion portions 411 are inserted. The secondfitting protrusion portions 421 are formed to protrude from thewrapping ring portion 43 corresponding to the firstfitting groove portions 412. - The second
fitting groove portions 422 are provided in thewrapping ring portion 43. The secondfitting groove portions 422 are formed to dent by two adjacent secondfitting protrusion portions 421 to be communicated with the rotating path groove. The secondfitting groove portions 422 are formed to dent in thewrapping ring portion 43 corresponding to the firstfitting protrusion portions 411. - The second
fitting protrusion portions 421 and the secondfitting groove portions 422 may be provided in theauxiliary wing portion 42 extending from thewrapping ring portion 43. - When the
lid unit 20 is coupled to thecontainer unit 10, the firstfitting protrusion portions 411 are inserted into the secondfitting groove portions 422 and the secondfitting protrusion portions 421 are inserted into the firstfitting groove portions 412. And, the firstfitting protrusion portions 411 is moved along therotating path groove 44 in accordance with a relative rotation between thecontainer unit 10 and thelid unit 20, and then the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked to overlap with the secondfitting protrusion portions 421, allowing thelid unit 20 to be fixed in thecontainer unit 10. At this point, thepacking unit 30 is elastically deformed between the tightening wing portion 41 and thelid unit 20 so that at least the tightened lockingportion 33 is tightly supported on the tightening wing portion 41. - At this point, the rotating and tightening
unit 40 may further include at least one of a firstengaging portion 413 and a secondengaging portion 442, i.e., a firstengaging portion 413, a secondengaging portion 442 or both, as shown inFIGS. 8 and 9 . The firstengaging portion 413 is formed to protrude from or dent in the firstfitting protrusion portions 411, and the secondengaging portion 442 is formed to protrude from or dent in rotating path groove 44 corresponding to the secondfitting protrusion portions 421. - Then, any one of the first engaging
portion 413 and the secondengaging portion 442 which is formed to protrude may be tightly supported in therotating path groove 44 to stably fix thelid unit 20 in thecontainer unit 10. Particularly, when both the first engagingportion 413 and the secondengaging portion 442 are provided, the first engagingportion 413 and the secondengaging portion 442 may be engaged with each other corresponding to interlocking of the first engagingprotrusion portions 411 and the secondfitting protrusion portions 421, thereby stably fixing thelid unit 20 in thecontainer unit 10. - Also, at least one of a plurality of first engaging
portions 413 and a plurality of secondengaging portions 442, i.e., a plurality of first engagingportions 413, a plurality of secondengaging portions 442, or both, may form a step along the rotating path groove 44 as shown inFIGS. 8 and 9 . - Then, as the first
fitting protrusion portions 411 and the secondfitting protrusion portions 421 are interlocked, a distance between thecontainer unit 10 and thelid unit 20 may be narrowed to increase a contact area and the tightness by thepacking unit 30. - Although not shown, the rotating and tightening
unit 40 may be modified as follows. - The rotating and tightening
unit 40 includes a tightening wing portion 41, firstfitting protrusion portions 411, firstfitting groove portions 412, awrapping ring portion 43, secondfitting protrusion portions 421, and secondfitting groove portions 422, and may further include anauxiliary wing portion 42. - The tightening wing portion 41 is provided at the inlet of the containing
space 11 as described above. - The first
fitting protrusion portions 411 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the edge of thelid unit 20. - The first
fitting groove portions 412 are provided at the edge of thelid unit 20 and are formed to dent by two adjacent firstfitting protrusion portions 411. - The
wrapping ring portion 43 is formed to protrude from the tightening wing portion 41 so as to surround the edge of thelid unit 20. Thewrapping ring portion 43 may be provided withgripping protrusion portions 26 for a user to grip. - The second
fitting protrusion portions 421 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from thewrapping ring portion 43, the secondfitting protrusion portions 421 corresponding to the firstfitting groove portions 412 to form therotating path groove 44 into which the firstfitting protrusion portions 411 are inserted. - The second
fitting groove portions 422 are provided in thewrapping ring portion 43 and are communicated with therotating path groove 44. The second fitting groove portions are formed to dent by two adjacent secondfitting protrusion portions 421 corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions 4111. - The second
fitting protrusion portions 421 and the secondfitting groove portions 422 may be provided in theauxiliary wing portion 42 extending from thewrapping ring portion 43. - Although not shown, any one of the
container unit 10 and thelid unit 20 may be provided with a handle (not shown) for the user to grip. The handle (not shown) is capable of attaching to and detaching from thecontainer unit 10 or thelid unit 20. As the handle (not shown) is provided, it makes moving or transporting of the sealed container convenient, and when moving or transporting the sealed container, the user may not be in direct contact with thecontainer unit 10 or the lid unit and it is possible to prevent the contents contained in the containingspace 11 from being spoiled by a body temperature of the user. - According to the sealed container as described above, in storing a variety of contents in the
container unit 10, it may improve a sealing function of thecontainer unit 10 and firmly fix thelid unit 20 in thecontainer unit 10. - Also, it may increase a contact area with the
container unit 10, allow thepacking body portion 31 to be rightly positioned in the sealinggroove 24, prevent the tightened lockingportion 33 and the tightened fixingportion 34 from being inserted into the sealinggroove 24 due to a pressing force between thecontainer unit 10 and thelid unit 20, and allow thepacking unit 30 to be easily attached to and detached from the sealinggroove 24 through the detailed configuration of thepacking unit 30. - Also, it may increase an elasticity of the
packing body portion 31, prevent a distortion of thepacking unit 30 or a contortion of thepacking unit 30, and minimize a frictional force of thepacking unit 30 when thelid unit 20 is rotated in thecontainer 10 unit through the detailed configuration of thepacking unit 30. - Also, it may disperse a force (pressure) applied to the
packing unit 30 while preventing an elastic deformation of thepacking body portion 31, provide the tightened lockingportion 33 with a uniform pressing force, and increase a sealing force between the tightened lockingportion 33 and the tightening wing portion 41 through the detailed configuration of thepacking unit 30. - Also, it may facilitate a separation, cleaning and coupling of the
packing unit 30, simplify a sanitary management of the sealed container, and stably fix thepacking unit 30 through the detailed configuration of thelid unit 20. Also, it is easy to discharge the residual air in the containingspace 11 of thecontainer unit 10, and the rancidity of contents contained in thecontainer unit 10 may be reduced. - Also, it may allow the
container unit 10 and thelid unit 20 to be easily attached and detached by combining the rotating manner and the hooking manner, and may improve a sealing force of thecontainer unit 10 by increasing the contact area of thepacking unit 30, through the rotating and tighteningunit 40. - Also, it may suppress or prevent the
packing unit 30 from contacting with the outside air in a coupled state, increase the tightness of thepacking unit 30, simplify insertions between the fitting protrusion portions and the fitting groove portions and overlaps between the fitting protrusion portions, and improve a coupling safety of thecontainer unit 10 and thelid unit 20, through the detailed configuration of the rotating and tighteningunit 40. Also, it may maintain an overlapping state between the fitting protrusion portions, prevent thelid unit 20 from being separated from thecontainer unit 10 due to a separate external impact, and maintain an elastic deformation state of thepacking unit 30 by pressing and supporting thepacking unit 30, through the detailed configuration of the rotating and tighteningunit 40. Also, it may increase a pressing force of thepacking unit 30 in the overlapping state between the fitting protrusion portions, and improve a sealing force by thepacking unit 30, through the detailed configuration of the rotating and tighteningunit 40. Also, it may simplify a structure and make a manufacturing simple through the detailed configuration of the rotating and tighteningunit 40. - While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawing as described above, one of ordinary skill in the art may modify or change the present invention in a variety way within the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the following claims below.
- The present invention is applicable for a sealed container to store vegetables, fruits, food to be cooked, cooked food, etc., and at the same time, to prevent the distinctive smell of the food from leaking out.
Claims (12)
1. A sealed container comprising:
a container unit having a containing space to contain contents;
a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit;
a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit; and
a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit,
wherein the rotating and tightening unit comprises:
a tightening wing portion provided at an inlet of the containing space to contact the packing unit;
first fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the tightening wing portion;
first fitting groove portions provided in the tightening wing portion and formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions;
a wrapping ring portion formed to protrude from the lid unit to surround an inlet of the containing space;
second fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion, the second fitting protrusion portions corresponding to the first fitting groove portions to form a rotating path groove into which the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted; and
second fitting groove portions provided in the wrapping ring portion and formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions, the second fitting groove portions corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions to be communicated with the rotating path groove,
wherein when the lid unit is coupled to the container unit, the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the second fitting groove portions, the second fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the first fitting groove portions, and the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked with the second fitting protrusion portions through the rotating path groove according to a relative rotation between the container unit and the lid unit.
2. A sealed container comprising:
a container unit having a containing space to contain contents;
a lid unit opening and closing the containing space provided in the container unit;
a packing unit sealing between the container unit and the lid unit; and
a rotating and tightening unit formed to interlock when the lid unit is moved and rotated toward the container unit,
wherein the rotating and tightening unit comprises:
a tightening wing portion provided at an inlet of the containing space to contact the packing unit;
first fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from an edge of the lid unit;
first fitting groove portions provided at the edge of the lid unit and formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions;
a wrapping ring portion formed to protrude from the tightening wing portion to surround the edge of the lid unit;
second fitting protrusion portions formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion, the second fitting protrusion portions corresponding to the first fitting groove portions to form a rotating path groove into which the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted; and
second fitting groove portions provided in the wrapping ring portion and formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions, the second fitting groove portions corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions to be communicated with the rotating path groove,
wherein when the lid unit is coupled to the container unit, the first fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the second fitting groove portions, the second fitting protrusion portions are inserted into the first fitting groove portions, and the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked with the second fitting protrusion portions through the rotating path groove according to a relative rotation between the container unit and the lid unit.
3. The sealed container of claim 1 , wherein the packing unit comprises:
a packing body portion having a long-through hole along a longitudinal direction;
a tightened locking portion formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion; and
a tightened fixing portion formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion at edges of the tightened locking portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion.
4. The sealed container of claim 3 , wherein the packing unit further comprises a packing support portion formed to protrude from the packing body portion to the through-hole to partition the through-hole.
5. The sealed container of claim 4 , wherein the packing support portion comprises:
a pressure support portion extended in a height direction in the packing body portion; and
dispersion support portions extended downwardly toward edges of the tightened locking portion or toward the tightened fixing portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion in the pressure support portion.
6. The sealed container of claim 1 , wherein the rotating and tightening unit further comprises at least one of a first engaging portion formed to protrude from the first fitting protrusion portions, or a second engaging portion formed to protrude from the rotating path groove corresponding to the second fitting protrusion portions.
7. The sealed container of claim 6 , wherein at least one of a plurality of first engaging portions or a plurality of second engaging portions form a step along a rotation direction of the lid unit.
8. The sealed container of claim 2 , wherein the packing unit comprises:
a packing body portion having a long-through hole along a longitudinal direction;
a tightened locking portion formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion; and
a tightened fixing portion formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion at edges of the tightened locking portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion.
9. The sealed container of claim 8 , wherein the packing unit further comprises a packing support portion formed to protrude from the packing body portion to the through-hole to partition the through-hole.
10. The sealed container of claim 9 , wherein the packing support portion comprises:
a pressure support portion extended in a height direction in the packing body portion; and
dispersion support portions extended downwardly toward edges of the tightened locking portion or toward the tightened fixing portion along a circumferential direction of the packing body portion in the pressure support portion.
11. The sealed container of claim 2 , wherein the rotating and tightening unit further comprises at least one of a first engaging portion formed to protrude from the first fitting protrusion portions, or a second engaging portion formed to protrude from the rotating path groove corresponding to the second fitting protrusion portions.
12. The sealed container of claim 11 , wherein at least one of a plurality of first engaging portions or a plurality of second engaging portions form a step along a rotation direction of the lid unit.
