- Movable pieces in the game are as follows:
- Each player is given four spaceships of their own color.
- the color number on the cards will determine what side of the space you move on. You must move on the same side as the color on the card you lay down. You may slide from one side of the space to the other; red to black or black or red according to the color card you have. You must count the color space you slide on as one space and continue to count. If you land on a space whereby the planet splits the space; you can not slide. In order to continue, you must have the same color card as the colored space you land on or you can move another one of your spaceships. If you do not have a spaceship on the board or a “START” card, you must lay down your cards and wait for the next hand. If you land on a “PURPLE” space, you must go back to “START” and continue to play when it's your turn again.

Abstract
I have invented a board game with a spiral design in a planetary out-of-space atmosphere. This game allows you to interact with a game of strategy between single players or partners. The end goal is to enter all four of ones spaceships to the center of the spiral they become the winner.
Description
- I have invented a game allowing you to play partners, four players, three, and two players can play the game. After a player completes all four spaceships to the center of the spiral they become the winner.

All spaces have two sides. “10” Is the Start; “12” There are sixty eight spaces that has outside black; inside red. “14” There are nine spaces that have planets in between them; “16” There are three spaces that has outside black inside purple. “18” There are two spaces that has outside purple; inside red. “20” There one space that has purple on both sides. “22” Is the Finish; “24” Planets Symbol, Name, & Distance.
- Movable pieces in the game are as follows:
- “26” to “30” Four sets of four spaceships each set has its own color “26” top “27” side “28” front “29” back; “30” display hidden line. “32” Twelve Start cards; six of the cards have red numbers, six cards have black numbers on cards; “33” to “43” Play cards; four of each two of four are red numbers and two are black numbers, “44” Back of card. Sixty is the total number of cards in a deck.
- Each player is given four spaceships of their own color.
- All players cut the deck of cards, the player with the highest card deals first. Dealer passes five cards to each player, and five cards each time until the deck is gone. After all the cards have been dealt, the dealer changes in a clockwise rotation until the game is over. You must have a “START” card number “ONE” on the card in order to place a spaceship on start. The person to left of the dealer starts. Players must have a “START” card otherwise they're forced to forfeit that round unless one of their spaceships is already on the board. Those who have a “START” card continue to play. The person after the last player goes first on the next hand regardless of who deals.
- There are two colors on the cards that are either red or black numbers. The color number on the cards will determine what side of the space you move on. You must move on the same side as the color on the card you lay down. You may slide from one side of the space to the other; red to black or black or red according to the color card you have. You must count the color space you slide on as one space and continue to count. If you land on a space whereby the planet splits the space; you can not slide. In order to continue, you must have the same color card as the colored space you land on or you can move another one of your spaceships. If you do not have a spaceship on the board or a “START” card, you must lay down your cards and wait for the next hand. If you land on a “PURPLE” space, you must go back to “START” and continue to play when it's your turn again.
- In order to knock off your opponent you must move the exact number of spaces and land on the color space your opponent is on. If your opponents spaceship is on the same space as yours but not the same color, their spaceship is safe unless you're able to slide. If you land on the opposite color but same space as your opponent and you slide red to black or black to red, it knocks off the opponent regardless. A slide counts as one space and then you continue to count. You must have a “START” card to get that spaceship back in the game when it becomes your turn again if you are knocked off the board. All cards must be played regardless, even if you knock off your own spaceship or your partners. You must move all four spaceships into the “SUN” to win. You must have the exact number and correct color to get in. You must count the “SUN” as one space to get in.
- If you are playing partners then your partner must sit opposite of you. When your partner gets all their spaceships in, they need to help you get your spaceships in with their cards on their turn. If you have a spaceship that is not on “START”, not on the board, or no “START” card; you must lay down all your cards and wait for the next hand. When playing with partners, all eight spaceships must be in the “SUN” to win. The goal is to try to knock off your opponents spaceships. There may also be times when the only card you can play will knock your partner off, and you must play all your cards regardless of knocking you or your partner off the board.
Claims (5)
1) This invention is a strategy board game utilizing the following components:
A) The game is comprised of one “Start” space in purple.
B) A game board containing a designated starting areas, eighty three “marked spaces” with an outside color and an inside color.
a) Sixty eight of the eighty three spaces described in (B) are colored black on the outside with a red space parallel on the inside.
b) Nine of the sixty eight spaces described in (a) contain planets in between the colored black and red spaces.
c) Three of the eighty three spaces described in (B) are colored black on the outside with a purple space parallel on the inside.
d) Two of the eighty three spaces described in (B) are colored purple on the outside with a red space parallel on the inside.
e) There is one of the eighty three spaces described in (B) colored purple on both the inside and outside of the said space.
C) The game is comprised of one “Finish” space in yellow representing the sun.
D) The board game displays a legend providing the planet names, symbols and distance from the sun.
2) A set of primary movable games pieces (hereinafter called “spaceships”).
A) Each player utilizes a set of four colored (red, black, green, and white) spaceships.
3) A deck of playing cards.
A) Sixty numbered cards designed with a purple circular figure on the center comprised with a black and red spaceship including a flame on the front side and a picture of a star within the galaxy on the back side.
1) Twelve of the sixty cards described in (A) are considered “Start Cards” contain the number “One”.
a) The cards as described in (A) include the word “Start” within the purple circular figure.
b) Six of the twelve cards described in (1) contain red numbers.
c) Six of the twelve cards described in (1) contain black numbers.
2) Forty-eight of the sixty cards are described in (A) are considered “Playing Cards” with numbers ranging from “Two through Thirteen”.
a) Twenty-four of the forty-eight cards described in (2) contain red numbers.
b) Twenty-four of the forty-eight cards described in (2) contain black numbers.
4) A method of playing a board game, comprising the following steps:
A) The game allows a player to participate with partners or individual players of two, three or four.
B) Each player is provided four spaceships of their own color as described in (2).
C) All players cut the deck of cards as described in (3), the player with the highest card deals first.
D) Dealer passes five cards to each player, and five cards each time thereafter until the deck is disbursed.
E) Once all cards dealt, the dealer changes in a clockwise rotation until the game is over.
F) A “Start” card number “One” within ones dealt hand is required in order to place a spaceship on the “Start” space.
G) The player to the left of the dealer is the first player to start.
H) Players must obtain a “Start” card otherwise they will be forced to forfeit their turn unless one of their spaceships is present on the board. The players with a “Start” card continue to play.
I) The person after the last player goes first on the next dealt hand regardless of who deals.
J) There are two colors on the cards comprised of red or black numbers. The color number on the cards will determine what side of the space the player moves on.
K) The player must move on the same side as the color on the card laid down.
L) The player may slide from one side of the space to the other, red to black or black or red according to the color card possessed.
M) The player must count the color space they slide on as one space and continue to count. If the player lands on a space whereby the planet splits the space; the player cannot slide.
N) In order to continue, the player must obtain the same color card as the colored space landed on or the player can move another one of their spaceships.
O) If player does not occupy a spaceship on the board or a “Start” card, the player must lay down their cards and wait for the next dealt hand.
P) If the player lands on a “Purple” space, the player must go back to “Start” and continue to play when it's their turn again.
Q) In order to knock off the players opponent the player must move the exact number of spaces and land on the color space their opponent is on.
R) If the opponents spaceship is on the same space as another players but not the same color, their spaceship is safe unless the player is able to slide.
S) If a player lands on the opposite color but same space as their opponent and the player slides red to black or black to red, it knocks off the opponent regardless.
T) A slide counts as one space when the player is counting their number of spaces from the playing card.
U) The player must obtain a “Start” card in order to place a spaceship back on the board game when it becomes the players turn again if the player was knocked off the board.
V) All cards must be played regardless, even if the player knocks off their own spaceship or their partners.
5) Between two and four players use the components described in claim (4) to play the game, the objective of the game is to win by doing the following:
A) The player must move all four spaceships into the “Sun” to win.
B) The player must contain the exact number and correct color to get in.
C) The player must count the “Sun” as one space to get in.
D) Playing partners must sit opposite of each other.
E) In the event one partner gets all their spaceships in the “Sun”, the said partner must assist the other partner in pursuing the same with their spaceships by utilizing their cards at their turn.
F) In the event the player does not occupy a spaceship on the “Start” space, does not occupy a space on the board, or does not possess a “Start” card; the player must lay down all the cards in the players hand and wait for the next dealt hand.
G) When playing with partners, all eight spaceships must be in the “Sun” to win.
H) The strategy is to try to knock off your opponents spaceships.
I) There may be times when the only card the player can utilize will knock their partner off, and the player must utilize all their cards regardless of knocking the player's partner off the board.
