Abstract
A footwear including a shoe body and a removable, heatable, inner sole is provided. The shoe body is shaped as footwear, for example, in the shape of a shoe, a slipper, a boot, etc. The removable, heatable, inner sole is placed between a sole and an insole of the shoe body. The removable, heatable, inner sole is rigid and is made of a material that can be heated repeatedly in a microwave oven for use within footwear. During use, the user can remove the removable, heatable, inner sole from the shoe body freely and conveniently, heat the removable, heatable, inner sole in the microwave oven, and place the heated inner sole between the sole and the insole of the shoe body. When the user wears the shoe body with the heated inner sole, the user can enjoy a soothing warmth and comfort provided by the heated inner sole.
Description
- This application claims priority to and the benefit of the non-provisional patent application number 201620230629.X titled “Footwear With A Removable, Heatable, Inner Sole”, filed in the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China on Mar. 24, 2016. The specification of the above referenced patent application is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
- This utility model, in general, relates to footwear such as shoes, and more specifically, relates to footwear with a removable, heatable, inner sole.
- The temperature inside conventional footwear is maintained by the temperature of feet of persons who wear the footwear. Under severe, winter cold climate conditions, the feet of persons get very cold, and there is a need to keep the feet of persons such as old, weak, sick or disabled persons wearing the footwear, warm.
- This utility model discloses footwear with a removable, heatable, inner sole that allows a user to remove the removable, heatable, inner sole freely and conveniently and enjoy a soothing warmth and comfort provided by the removable, heatable, inner sole.
- This utility model consists of a shoe body and a removable, heatable, inner sole. The shoe body is shaped as footwear, for example, in the shape of a shoe, a slipper, a boot, etc. The removable, heatable, inner sole is placed between a sole and an insole of the shoe body. The shape of the removable, heatable, inner sole is the same as the shape of the insole. The removable, heatable, inner sole has multiple air holes, is rigid, and is made of a material that can be heated repeatedly in a microwave oven for use within footwear.
- During use, the user can remove the removable, heatable, inner sole from the shoe body freely and conveniently, heat the removable, heatable, inner sole in the microwave oven, and place the heated inner sole between the sole and the insole of the shoe body. When the user wears the shoe body with the heated inner sole, the user can enjoy a soothing warmth and comfort provided by the heated inner sole.
- The advantages of this utility model include the free and convenient removal of the removable, heatable, inner sole, the soothing warmth and comfort provided by the removable, heatable, inner sole, simple operation, convenient use, and wide application scope.

FIG. 2 illustrates a bottom view of the removable, heatable, inner sole. - In the figures, 1 refers to the shoe body, 2 refers to the removable, heatable, inner sole, 3 refers to a sole of the shoe body, 4 refers to an insole of the shoe body, and 5 refers to air holes in the removable, heatable, inner sole.

The shoe body 1 is shaped as footwear, for example, in the shape of a shoe, a slipper, a boot, etc. The removable, heatable,inner sole 2 is placed between a sole 3 and an insole 4 of the shoe body 1. The shape of the removable, heatable,inner sole 2 is the same as the shape of the insole 4 of the shoe body 1. The removable, heatable,inner sole 2 has multiple air holes 5 as illustrated inFIG. 2 . The removable, heatable,inner sole 2 is rigid and is made of a material that can be heated repeatedly in a microwave oven for use within thefootwear 100. - During use of the
footwear 100, the user can remove the removable, heatable, inner sole 2 freely and conveniently, heat the removable, heatable,inner sole 2 with a microwave oven, and place the heatedinner sole 2 between the sole 3 and the insole 4 of the shoe body 1. When the user wears the shoe body 1 with the heatedinner sole 2, the user can enjoy a soothing warmth and comfort provided by the heatedinner sole 2.
Claims (9)

2. A footwear comprising:
a shoe body; and
a removable, heatable, inner sole positioned between a sole of said shoe body and an insole of said shoe body, said removable, heatable, inner sole made of a material that is heatable repeatedly in a microwave oven for use within said footwear to provide warmth to a foot of a user when said removable, heatable, inner sole is inserted into said footwear worn by said user.
3. The footwear of claim 2 , wherein shape of said removable, heatable, inner sole is substantially similar to a shape of said insole of said shoe body.
4. The footwear of claim 2 , wherein said removable, heatable, inner sole is made of a rigid material that allows placement of said removable, heatable, inner sole in said shoe body and removal of said removable, heatable, inner sole from said shoe body.
5. The footwear of claim 2 , wherein said removable, heatable, inner sole has a plurality of air holes.
6. A removable, heatable, inner sole made of a material that is heatable repeatedly in a microwave oven for use within footwear to provide warmth to a foot of a user when said removable, heatable, inner sole is inserted between a sole and an insole of a shoe body worn by said user.
7. The removable, heatable, inner sole of claim 6 shaped substantially similar to a shape of said insole of said shoe body.
8. The removable, heatable, inner sole of claim 6 made of a rigid material that allows placement and removal of said removable, heatable, inner sole in and from said shoe body respectively.
9. The removable, heatable, inner sole of claim 6 having a plurality of air holes.
