Description
- The present utility model relates to a mattress, and more particularly to an electric mattress capable of adjusting angles between components of an electric mattress.
- As living standards and quality of life keep on improving, adjustable beds are needed, so that people can choose the most comfortable lying posture according to personal preference. Bed with this function is called pulldown bed.
- In the prior art, the pulldown beds usually have a fixed bed frame and a movable body. Specifically, such a pulldown bed has a driving device on the bed frame to move the front, middle and rear portion of the body to appropriately adjust angles between the above components to meet various needs of different users. If the driving device is a motor, the pulldown bed is called an electric bed.
- In the prior art, the body of the pulldown bed has a body frame and a mattress, the body frame is formed by movably bolting multiple-node decks or racks, the mattress is formed by putting plural mattress bodies together, each of the mattress bodies has a size corresponding to the decks or racks. The mattress bodies can be arranged to be independent from each other, or are joined together, by a bedspread, to form an integral mattress.
- As described above, in the prior art, each part of the pulldown bed is relatively independent, the driving device of the bed frame is usually exposed, and the structure of the pulldown bed is more or less cumbersome. This makes the pulldown bed inconvenient in use. In addition, since generally the bed frame is heavy, it is usually only used indoors, and it is difficult to change the location once the pulldown bed is set to a position, this makes the pulldown bed quite inconvenient in use. Furthermore, the aesthetical fatigue may be caused after the pulldown bed is used for a long time.
- In view of the above problems, the present utility model provides an electric mattress capable of adjusting angles between components of the electric mattress flexibly and easily.
- According to the first aspect of the utility model, an electric mattress comprising: a mattress frame including a backrest section, a seat section, a thigh section supporting a user's thighs, and a shank section supporting a user's shanks, and a mattress cover enclosing the mattress frame (10), wherein, the backrest section and the seat section, the seat section and the thigh section, and the thigh section and the shank section are rotably connected, and angles between the backrest section (101) and the seat section, and between the seat section and the thigh section are able to be adjusted to predetermined angles.
- According to the second aspect of the utility model, the seat section is provided with a first electric driving device and a second electric driving device, the first electric driving device drives the backrest section to rotate relative to the seat section, and the second electric driving device drives the thigh section to rotate relative to the seat section.
- According to the third aspect of the utility model, the first electric driving device drives the backrest section to rotate upward relative to the seat section, and the second electric driving device drives the thigh section to rotate upward relative to the seat section, while the shank section rotates downward relative to the thigh section by gravity.
- According to the fourth aspect of the utility model, the first electrical driving device includes a first motor, and a first motor pushrod connected thereto, the first motor is fixed to a first motor mount of the seat section, and the first motor pushrod is fixed to a first motor pushrod mount which is fixed to a rotary shaft rotating along with the backrest section; the second electric driving device includes a second motor and a second motor pushrod connected thereto, the second motor is fixed to a second motor mount of the seat section, and the second motor pushrod is fixed to a second motor pushrod mount which is fixed to a rotary shaft rotating along with the thigh section.
- According to the fifth aspect of the utility model, the angle between the backrest section and the seat section is in a range from 104 degrees to 180 degrees, and the angle between the thigh section and the seat section is in a range from 138 degrees to 180 degrees.
- According to the sixth aspect of the utility model, the mattress frame further includes a base section that is securely connected to the bottom of the seat section.
- According to the seventh aspect of the utility model, the mattress cover has a sponge as an internal layer, and a jute board as an outer layer.
- According to the eighth aspect of the utility model, the mattress frame further includes a controller that separately controls the first electric driving device and the second electric driving device.
- According to the ninth aspect of the utility model, the controller is a wire controller.
- According to the tenth aspect of the utility model, the controller is a wireless controller.
- According to the present utility model, since the electric mattress of the present utility model has a built-in motor, it achieves the same advantages as an electric bed. It can either be used indoors or outdoors, as long as there is power supply nearby. Moreover, according to the present utility model, the mattress and the bed frame can be separated, and this allows various needs of consumers in different situations to be met.
