  • An EVA elastic cushioning structure is disclosed in TW Utility Model No. M418610 and contains a body in which ceramic materials are mixed with a plurality of hollow plastic straps, and the plurality of hollow plastic straps are wound together, thus releasing far infrared rays with spectrum wavelength of 4 to 6 um. Nevertheless, elasticity of the EVA elastic cushioning structure is fixed.
  • An air permeable cushioning structure is disclosed in TW Utility Model No. M338006 and at least contains a support layer and a surface cloth layer.
  • the support layer has plural fiber strips wound and pressed therein, and the surface cloth layer is covered on the support layer and has plural air pores defined thereon.
  • density of the support layer is fixed, thus causing poor air permeability.
  • the present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
  • the primary objective of the present invention is to provide an air permeable cushioning structure which is flexibly adjusted its elasticity by changing densities and thicknesses of a first elastic layer, a second elastic layer, and a third elastic layer thereof.
  • an air permeable cushioning structure contains: a first elastic layer, a second elastic layer below the first elastic layer, and a third elastic layer below the second elastic layer.
  • the first elastic layer has plural first plastic threads irregularly wound therein, a wound connection portion of any two first plastic threads is melted together, and a disconnection portion of any two first plastic threads has a first pore formed thereon.
  • the second elastic layer has plural second plastic threads irregularly wound therein, a wound connection portion of any two second plastic threads is melted together, and a disconnection portion of any two second plastic threads has a second pore formed thereon.
  • the third elastic layer has plural third plastic threads irregularly wound therein, a wound connection portion of any two third plastic threads is melted together, and a disconnection portion of any two third plastic threads has a third pore formed thereon.

  • an air permeable cushioning structure comprises an elastic body 10 , and the elastic body 10 includes: a first elastic layer 11 , a second elastic layer 12 below the first elastic layer 11 , and a third elastic layer 13 below the second elastic layer 12 .
  • the first elastic layer 11 has plural first plastic threads irregularly wound therein, wherein a wound connection portion of any two first plastic threads is melted together, and a disconnection portion of any two first plastic threads has a first pore formed thereon; wherein the plural first plastic threads are hot molded from plastic material in a mold, and then the plastic material are cooled, cut, and trimmed to produce the plural first plastic threads.
  • a winding tightness of the plural first plastic threads is adjusted at different elasticity coefficients, wherein a density and a thickness of the first elastic layer 11 are low to obtain using comfort, for example, the density of the first elastic layer 11 is 30 to 80 kg/m 3 , and the thickness of the first elastic layer 11 is 5 to 100 mm, after test and verification.
  • the second elastic layer 12 has plural second plastic threads irregularly wound therein, wherein a wound connection portion of any two second plastic threads is melted together, and a disconnection portion of any two second plastic threads has a second pore formed thereon.
  • a winding tightness of the plural second plastic threads is adjusted at different elasticity coefficients, wherein a density and a thickness of the second elastic layer 12 are higher than those of the first elastic layer 11 .
  • the density of the second elastic layer 12 is 30 to 100 kg/m 3
  • the thickness of the second elastic layer 12 is 30 to 200 mm, after test and verification.
  • the third elastic layer 13 has plural third plastic threads irregularly wound therein, wherein a wound connection portion of any two third plastic threads is melted together, and a disconnection portion of any two third plastic threads has a third pore formed thereon.
  • a winding tightness of the plural third plastic threads is adjusted at different elasticity coefficients, wherein a density and a thickness of the third elastic layer 13 are determined based on using requirements. For instance, the density of the third elastic layer 13 is 40 to 100 kg/m 3 , and the thickness of the third elastic layer 13 is 30 to 200 mm, after test and verification.
  • elasticity of the air permeable cushioning structure is adjusted flexibly by changing densities and thicknesses of the first elastic layer, the second elastic layer, and the third elastic layer.
  • the air permeable cushioning structure is applicable for a bed mattress. As illustrated in FIG. 4 , the air permeable cushioning structure is applicable for any one of chair cushion, seat cushion, and protective equipment.
