    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This non-provisional application claims priority under 35 U.S.C. §119(a) on Patent Application No(s). 201420375006.2 filed in China on Jul. 8, 2014, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The disclosure relates to a rack, more particularly to a rack having a hanging bar.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Living standards improve as time goes by. People nowadays pursue a life with more quality and comfort. Accordingly, household furniture plays an important role for satisfying the quality of life.
  • For example, a neat space, such as a room with clothes which are tidily stored and organized makes people feel comfortable. Thus, people are constantly trying to find a way to keep clothes to be stored and organized in a room. However, traditional racks usually are consisted of multiple pieces of frames, but these frames are only for storing clothes only, and inconvenient to use.
  • Thus, how to design a rack which is more convenient for users to store and organize clothes and other personal stuff is an unsolved problem.
  • SUMMARY
  • One embodiment of the disclosure provides a rack including at least one hanging bar, four first uprights, two first shelves, at least one second upright and at least one second shelf. The first uprights are disposed on corners of the first shelves, respectively. The at least one second upright is disposed between the first shelves. The at least one second shelf is connected to two of the first uprights and the at least one second upright. The at least one second upright divides a room between the first shelves into a first compartment and a second compartment. The hanging bar is disposed in the first compartment. The at least one second shelf is disposed in the second compartment.
  • One embodiment of the disclosure provides a rack including a hanging bar, two first shelves, four first uprights, at least one second upright and at least one second shelf. The four first uprights are disposed on corners of the first shelves, respectively. The at least one second upright is disposed between the first shelves. The at least one second shelf is connected to two of the first uprights and the second uprights. The at least one second upright and the at least one second shelf divides a room between the first shelves into a first compartment and a second compartment. The hanging bar is disposed in the first compartment. The second compartment is located between one of the first shelves and the at least one second shelf.

  • In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. It will be apparent, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are schematically shown in order to simplify the drawing.
  • In the following description, although the terms “first”, “second”, “third”, etc., may be used to describe various elements, components, regions, layers and/or sections, but these elements, components, regions, layers and/or sections should not be limited by these terms. These terms may be only used to distinguish one element, component, region, layer or section from another region, layer or section. Terms such as “first,” “second,” and other numerical terms when used herein do not imply a sequence or order unless clearly indicated by the context. Thus, a first element, component, region, layer or section discussed below could be termed a second element, component, region, layer or section without departing from the teachings of the example embodiments.

  • Please refer to FIGS. 1A and 1B. FIG. 1A is a perspective view of a rack according to a first embodiment of the disclosure. FIG. 1B is a front view of FIG. 1A according to the rack of the disclosure. The rack 10 includes four first uprights 11, two first shelves 12, at least one second upright 13, at least one second shelf 14 and a hanging bar 17. The four first uprights 11 are disposed on four corners of the first shelves 12, respectively. The second upright 13 is disposed between the first shelves 12. The second shelf 14 is connected to and between the two first uprights 11 and the second upright 13. The second upright 13 divides a room formed between the two first shelves 12 into a first compartment 15 and a second compartment 16. The hanging bar 17 is disposed in the first compartment 15 for hanging clothes (not shown). The second shelf 14 is disposed in the second compartment 16 for storing clothes or other personal stuff.
  • In this embodiment, the quantity of the second uprights 13 is two. The second uprights 13 are connected to the first shelf 12 which is located at the bottom of the rack 10. Four corners of the second shelf 14 are connected to two of the first uprights 11 and the second uprights 13, respectively. It is noted that the present disclosure is not limited to the quantity of the second upright 13, and the quantity of the second upright 13 is altered according to actual requirement.
  • In addition, in this embodiment, the rack 10 further includes a plurality of positioning members 110 disposed on the first uprights 11, respectively. The corners of the first shelves 12 are connected to the positioning members 110, respectively.
  • In detail, the first uprights 11 are cylinders. The positioning members 110 are disposed on the cylindrical first uprights 11, respectively. In this embodiment, the rack 10 further includes a plurality of connectors 120 which are connected to the positioning members 110, respectively. The connectors 120 are disposed on corners of the first shelves 12, respectively. Accordingly, the positioning members 110 are able to position the connectors 120 and the first shelves 12.
  • In this embodiment and other embodiments, the rack 10 further includes a plurality of positioning members 130. The first uprights 11 and the second upright 13 are cylinders. The positioning members 110, 130 are disposed on the cylinders 11, 13, respectively. The first shelves 12 and the second shelf 14 are connected to the positioning members 110, 130, respectively.
  • To be more precisely, the connectors 120 are disposed on the corners of the first shelves 12, respectively. In this embodiment, the rack 10 further includes a plurality of connectors 140 which are disposed on corners of the second shelf 14, respectively. The connectors 120, 140 are connected to the positioning members 110, 130, respectively. Therefore, the positioning members 110, 130 are able to position the connectors 120, 140, and users are able to predetermine the position of the first shelf 12 and the second shelf 14 according to actual requirement. Also, each of the positioning members 110, 130 is, for example, ring-shaped.
  • The second shelf 14 is for being moved vertically with respect to the first shelves 12. In other words, the second shelf 14 can be moved upward and downward. In detail, two ends of the second upright 13 are connected to the first shelves 12, respectively.
  • In addition, in this embodiment and other embodiments, the rack 10 further includes a top plate 18. The top plate 1 is disposed above the first shelves 12. The first uprights 11 are connected to four corners of the top plate 18, respectively. The top plate 18 and one of the first shelves 12 form a third compartment 19 therebetween, Thus, users are able to store clothes or other personal stuff in the third compartment 19 on the first shelf 12.
  • Then, please refer to FIGS. 2A and 2B. FIG. 2A is a perspective view of a rack according to a second embodiment of the disclosure. FIG. 2B is a front view of FIG. 2A according to the rack of the disclosure. The rack 20 includes four first uprights 21, two first shelves 22, at least one second upright 23, at least one second shelf 24 and a hanging bar 27. The first uprights 21 are disposed on four corners of the first shelves 22, respectively. The second upright 23 is disposed between the first shelves 22. The second shelf 24 is connected to and between the two first uprights 21 and the second upright 23. The second upright 23 and the second shelf 24 divide a room formed between the first shelves 22 into a first compartment 25 and a second compartment 26. The hanging bar 27 is disposed in the first compartment 25 for hanging clothes. The second compartment 26 is located between one of the first shelves 22 and the second shelf 24 for storing clothes or other personal stuff.
  • In this embodiment, the quantity of the second uprights 23 is two. The second uprights 23 are connected to the first shelf 22 which is located at the bottom of the rack 20. Four corners of the second shelf 24 are connected to two of the first upright 21 and the second uprights 23, respectively. It is noted that the present disclosure is not limited to the quantity of the second upright 23, and the quantity of the second upright 23 is altered according to actual requirement.
  • In addition, in this embodiment, the rack 20 further includes a plurality of positioning members 210 which are disposed on the first uprights 21, respectively, and the positioning members 210 are connected to the corners of the first shelves 22, respectively.
  • In detail, the first uprights 21 are cylinders. The positioning members 210 are disposed on the cylinders 21, respectively. In this embodiment, the rack 20 further includes a plurality of connectors 220 which are connected to the positioning members 210, respectively. The connectors 220 are disposed on the corners of the first shelves 22, respectively. Accordingly, the positioning members 210 are able to position the connectors 220 and the first shelves 22.
  • In this embodiment and other embodiments, the rack 20 further includes a plurality of positioning members 230. The first uprights 21 and the second upright 23 are cylinders. The positioning members 210, 230 are disposed on the cylindrical first uprights 21 and the second upright 23. The first shelves 22 and the second shelf 24 are connected to the positioning members 210, 230, respectively.
  • To be more precisely, the connectors 220 are disposed on the corners of the first shelves 22, respectively. In this embodiment, the rack 20 further includes a plurality of connectors 240, and the connectors 240 are disposed on corners of the second shelf 24, respectively. The connectors 220, 240 are connected to the positioning members 210, 230, respectively. Therefore, the positioning members 210, 230 are able to position the connectors 220, 240, and users are able to predetermine the positions and heights of the first shelf 22 and the second shelf 24 according to actual requirement. It is noted that each of the positioning members 210, 230 is, for example, ring-shaped.
  • The second shelf 24 is for being moved vertically with respect to the first shelves 22.
  • In detail, two ends of the second upright 23 are connected to the two first shelves 22, respectively.
  • In addition, in this embodiment and other embodiments, the rack 20 further includes a bottom plate 28. The bottom plate 28 is disposed beneath the first shelf 22. The first uprights 21 are connected to corners of the bottom plate 28, respectively. The bottom plate 28 and one of the first shelf 22 form a third compartment 29 therebetween, Thus, users are able to store clothes or other personal stuff in the third compartment 29 on the bottom plate 28.
  • Then, please refer to FIGS. 3A and 3B. FIG. 3A is a perspective view of a rack according to a third embodiment of the disclosure. FIG. 3B is a front view of FIG. 3A according to the rack of the disclosure. The rack 30 includes four first uprights 31, two first shelves 32, at least one second upright 33, at least one second shelf 34 and a hanging bar 37. The first uprights 31 are disposed on four corners of the first shelves 32, respectively. The second upright 33 is disposed between the first shelves 32. The second shelf 34 is connected to the two first uprights 31 and the second upright 33, respectively. The second upright 33 divide a room formed between the two first shelves 32 into a first compartment 35 and a second compartment 36. The hanging bar 37 is disposed in the first compartment 35 for hanging clothes. The second shelf 34 is disposed in the second compartment 36 for storing clothes or other personal stuff.
  • In this embodiment, the quantity of the second upright 33 is two. The second uprights 33 are connected to the first shelf 32 which is located at the bottom of the rack 30. Four corners of the second shelf 34 are connected to two of the first uprights 31 and the second uprights 33, respectively. It is noted that the present disclosure is not limited to the quantity of the second upright 33, and the quantity of the second upright 33 is altered according to actual requirement.
  • In addition, in this embodiment, the rack 30 further includes a plurality of positioning members 310 disposed on the first uprights 31, respectively, and the positioning members 310 are connected to the corners of the first shelf 32, respectively.
  • In detail, the first uprights 31 are cylinders. The positioning members 310 are disposed on the cylindrical first uprights 31, respectively. In this embodiment, the rack 30 further includes a plurality of connectors 320 which are connected to the positioning members 310, respectively. The connectors 320 are disposed on the corners of the first shelf 32, respectively. Accordingly, the positioning members 310 are able to position the connectors 320 and the first shelf 32.
  • In this embodiment and other embodiments, the first uprights 31 and the second upright 33 are cylinders. In this embodiment, the rack 30 further includes a plurality of positioning members 330. The positioning members 310, 330 are disposed on the cylindrical first uprights 31 and the second upright 33, respectively. The first shelves 32 and the second shelf 34 are connected to the positioning members 310, 330, respectively.
  • To be more precisely, in this embodiment, the rack 30 further includes a plurality of connectors 340. The connectors 320 are disposed on the corners of the first shelves, respectively, and the connectors 340 are disposed on the corners of the second shelf 34, respectively. The connectors 320, 340 are connected to the positioning members 310, 330, respectively. Therefore, the positioning members 310, 330 are able to position the connectors 320, 340, and users are able to predetermine the positions and heights of the first shelf 32 and the second shelf 34 according to actual requirement. It is noted that each of the positioning members 310, 330 is, for example, ring-shaped.
  • The second shelf 34 is for being moved vertically with respect to the first shelves 32.
  • In detail, two ends of the second upright 33 are connected to the two first shelves 32, respectively.
  • In addition, in this embodiment and other embodiments, the rack 30 further includes a bottom plate 38. The bottom plate 38 is disposed beneath the first shelves 32. The first uprights 31 are connected to four corners of the bottom plate 38, respectively. The bottom plate 38 and one of the first shelves 32 form a third compartment 39 therebetween, Thus, users are able to store clothes or other personal stuff on the bottom plate 38 in the third compartment 39.
  • According to the rack as discussed above, because users are able to hang clothes on the hanging bar in the first compartment, and store clothes or personal stuffs on the first shelf or the second shelf in the second compartment, clothes and personal stuff are able to be stored in the rack according to different categories thereof. Therefore, it is more convenient for users to store clothes, especially for students, part-time workers and young people

Claims (19)

What is claimed is:
1. A rack, comprising:
at least one hanging bar;
two first shelves;
four first uprights disposed on corners of the first shelves, respectively;
at least one second upright disposed between the first shelves; and
at least one second shelf connected to two of the first uprights and the at least one second upright, the at least one second upright dividing a room between the first shelves into a first compartment and a second compartment, the at least one hanging bar disposed in the first compartment, and the at least one second shelf disposed in the second compartment.
2. The rack according to claim 1, wherein the quantity of the at least one second upright is two, and four corners of the at least one second shelf are connected to two of the first uprights and the second uprights, respectively.
3. The rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of positioning members disposed on the first uprights, and the corners of the first shelves connected to the plurality of positioning members, respectively.
4. The rack according to claim 3, further comprising a plurality of connectors disposed on the corners of the first shelves, respectively, and connected to the plurality of positioning members, respectively, the first uprights being cylinders, and the plurality of positioning members disposed on the cylinders, respectively.
5. The rack according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of positioning members, the first uprights and the at least one second upright being cylinders, the plurality of positioning members disposed on the cylinders, respectively, and the first shelves and the at least one second shelf connected to the plurality of positioning members, respectively.
6. The rack according to claim 5, further comprising a plurality of connectors disposed on corners of the first shelves, and corners of the at least one second shelf, respectively, and the plurality of connectors connected to the plurality of positioning members, respectively.
7. The rack according to claim 6, wherein the at least one second shelf is for being moved vertically with respect to the first shelves.
8. The rack according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the at least one second upright are connected to the first shelves, respectively.
9. The rack according to claim 1, further comprising a top plate disposed above the first shelves, the first uprights connected to corners of the top plate, respectively, and the top plate and one of the first shelves forming a third compartment therebetween.
10. The rack according to claim 1, further comprising a bottom plate disposed beneath the first shelves, the first uprights connected to corners of the bottom plate, respectively, and the bottom plate and one of the first shelves forming a third compartment therebetween.
11. A rack, comprising:
a hanging bar;
two first shelves;
four first uprights disposed on corners of the first shelves, respectively;
at least one second upright disposed between the first shelves; and
at least one second shelf connected to two of the first uprights and the second uprights, the at least one second upright and the at least one second shelf dividing a room between the first shelves into a first compartment and a second compartment, the hanging bar disposed in the first compartment, and the second compartment located between one of the first shelves and the at least one second shelf.
12. The rack according to claim 11, wherein the quantity of the at least one second upright is two, and four corners of the at least one second shelf are connected to two of the first uprights and the second uprights, respectively.
13. The rack according to claim 11, further comprising a plurality of positioning members connected to the corners of the first shelves, respectively, and the plurality of positioning members disposed on the first uprights, respectively.
14. The rack according to claim 13, further comprising a plurality of connectors connected to the corners of the first shelves, respectively, and connected to the plurality of positioning members, respectively, the first uprights being cylinders, and the plurality of positioning members disposed on the cylinders, respectively.
15. The rack according to claim 11, further comprising a plurality of positioning members, the first uprights and the at least one second upright being cylinders, the plurality of positioning members disposed on the cylinders, respectively, and the first shelves and the at least one second shelf connected to the plurality of positioning member, respectively.
16. The rack according to claim 15, further comprising a plurality of connectors disposed on the corners of the first shelves, and corners of the at least one second shelf, respectively, and the plurality of connectors connected to the plurality of positioning members, respectively.
17. The rack according to claim 16, wherein the at least one second shelf is for being moved vertically with respect to the first shelves.
18. The rack according to claim 11, wherein two ends of the at least one second upright are connected to the first shelves, respectively.
19. The rack according to claim 11, further comprising a bottom plate disposed beneath the first shelves, the first uprights connected to corners of the bottom plate, respectively, and the bottom plate and one of the first shelves forming a third compartment therebetween.
