FIGS. 1 and 2 , include a raisedfloor 200 spread over the ground, and acanopy 100 which is engaged to the top of the raisedfloor 200. - The
canopy 100, as depicted inFIG. 3 , includes fourlegs 123, and aridge 101 formed in the center of the fourlegs 123. Each of thelegs 123 is connected through therib member 109 to theridge 101, thus forming thecanopy 100. - As for the
canopy 100 in more details, a ridge poleouter member 102 and a ridge poleinner member 103 both supporting theridge 101 are formed in the center of thecanopy 100. - The ridge pole
inner member 103 is configured to slide in the inside of the ridge poleouter member 102 on the lower side of the ride poleouter member 102. When thecanopy 100 spreads out, the ridge poleinner member 103 is inserted into the inside of the ridge poleouter member 102, so the ridgeinner member 103, as depicted inFIG. 5 , is not seen from outside, and when thecanopy 100 is folded, the ridge poleinner member 103, as depicted inFIG. 6 , protrudes from the ridge poleouter member 102, so it becomes visible to eyes. - At the lower end of the ridge pole
outer member 102, a centerslide engaging unit 104 is engaged sliding along the ridge poleouter member 102, and the center lower engagingunit 105 is fixedly engaged at the lower end of the ridge poleinner member 103. - The
legs 123 are formed in the four corners of thecanopy 100. In theleg 123, as depicted inFIG. 3 , acorner engaging unit 118 is formed at the top of each of thelegs 123, and the cornerslide engaging unit 119 is disposed, which can slide along theleg 123. - The X-link 120 connected in series using the 2-branched
link engaging unit 121 is hinged at thecorner engaging unit 118 engaged to the top of thelegs 123 and at the cornerslide engaging unit 119 which slides along theleg 123, thus forming four sides of thecanopy 100. - In the x-link 120, two rods are hinged in the center.
- In the
canopy 100, as depicted inFIG. 3 , the four X-links 120 are connected in series using the 2-branchedlink engaging unit 121, thus forming the sides of thecanopy 100. - In addition, there are provided
rib members 109 connecting the four corners of theridge 101 and thecanopy 100. Therib member 109 is formed of a first rib member and asecond rib member 108. - The first rib member is formed of a first rid
outer member 106 and a first ribinner member 107. The first ribinner member 107 is inserted in the inside of the first ribouter member 106 and slides in and out of the first ribouter member 106. - An end of one side of the first rib
outer member 106 is hinged at theridge 101, and into an end of the other side of the first ribouter member 106, the first ribinner member 107 is inserted, and the end of the first ribinner member 107 is hinged at the joint 112. - In addition, an end of one side of the
second rib member 108 is hinged at the joint 112, and an end of the other side of thesecond rib member 108 is hinged at thecorner engaging unit 118. - A reinforcing
member engaging unit 115 fixedly engaged to thesecond rib member 108 is formed at thesecond rib member 108, and one side of the reinforcingmember 117 is hinged at the reinforcingmember engaging unit 115. The other side of the reinforcingmember 117 is hinged at the cornerslide engaging unit 119 which slides along theleg 123. - When the
canopy 100 spread out, the reinforcingmembers 117 are supported by the legs, thus supporting therib members 109, so it is possible to prevent any sagging and damages of therib members 109 due to external weight or impacts. - In addition, an end of one side of the
support member 110 is hinged at the supportmember engaging unit 111 fixedly engaged to the first ribouter member 106, and an end of the other side of thesupport member 110 is hinged at the center lower engagingunit 105 engaged to the lower end of the ridge supportinner member 103. - The
support member 110 is supported by theridge pole 101 and plays a role of preventing the sagging or damages of therib members 109. - In the
canopy 100, therib members 109 most receive load. In case of thelarge size canopy 100 according to the present invention, therib members 109 may be easily sagged or damaged by even minute impacts. Both sides of therib member 109 are supported by the reinforcingmember 117 and thesupport member 110, thus distributing the loads which apply to therib members 109, so it is possible to stably support the loads which apply to therib members 109 of thecanopy 100. - As depicted in
FIGS. 3 and 5 , when thecanopy 100 is folded, thecanopy 100 is folded as depicted inFIGS. 4 and 6 , thus reducing the entire volume. When thecanopy 100 is folded as inFIGS. 4 and 6 , therib members 109 are folded about thejoints 112. At this time, when thejoints 112 are bent, the first ribinner member 107 slides in the inside of the first ribouter member 106, and the first ribouter member 106 hinged at theridge 101 rotates downward, and thesupport member 110 hinged at the supportmember engaging unit 111 fixedly engaged at the first ribouter member 106 moves the center lower engagingunit 105 downward. - As the center lower engaging
unit 105 slides downward, the ridge poleinner member 103 inserted in the inside of the ridge poleouter member 106 slides and separates, so the first ribouter member 106 and thesupport member 110 are folded. - In addition, as the
canopy 100 is folded, thesecond rib member 108 hinged at thecorner engaging unit 118 rotates downward, and the reinforcingmember 117 hinged at the reinforcingmember engaging unit 115 fixedly engaged to thesecond rib member 108 pushes the cornerslide engaging unit 119, so the cornerslide engaging unit 119 slides downward along theleg 123, and thesecond rib member 108 and the reinforcingmember 117 are folded. - The extending
leg 124 is inserted in the inside of the lower end of theleg 123, thus raising the height of thecanopy 100. When thecanopy 100 is folded, thehook 130 formed at the lower end of theleg 123 is unhooked, and the extendingleg 124 can be inserted in the inside of theleg 123, thus contracting the length. - The
stopper 116 which protrudes from the reinforcingmember 117 allows to smoothly unfold thecanopy 100 when the foldedcanopy 100 spreads out. - The
stopper 116 is installed at the reinforcingmember 117, and when thecanopy 100 is folded, thestopper 116, as depicted inFIG. 6 , contacts with theleg 123 and guides the reinforcingmember 117 to widen at a predetermined angle with respect to theleg 123, thus facilitating easier unfolding when thecanopy 100 spreads out. - In case of absence of the
stopper 116, the enter axes of the reinforcingmember 117 and theleg 123 become parallel. If thecanopy 100 spreads out in this state, thesecond rib member 108, the reinforcingmember 117 and theleg 123 cross one another, for which a problem may occur since thecanopy 100 does not spread out well. - Therefore, the
stopper 116 is preferably provided in the earlier mentioned way, thus forming a triangular configuration with the aid of thesecond rib member 108, theleg 123 and the reinforcingmember 117, so thecanopy 100 can smoothly spread out when unfolding thecanopy 100. - As depicted in
FIG. 3 , theX-link 120 is connected in series through the 2-branchedlink engaging unit 121, so both ends thereof are hinged at thecorner engaging unit 118 and the cornerslide engaging unit 119 of theleg 123. One side of theX-link 120, which is connected in series, is hinged at the 3-branchedlink engaging unit 122 engaged at the intermediate portion of the X-link 120 which is connected in series, and the other side of theX-link 120 is hinged at the centerslide engaging unit 104 and at the center lower engagingunit 105 of each ridge pole, so the loads concentrating at theridge 101 can distribute, and thecanopy 100 can stably support the loads. - In case where a
large size canopy 100 is provided, thecenter support member 125, as depicted inFIG. 7 , is inserted in an insertion port (not depicted) at the lower end of the center lower engagingunit 105, so thecenter support member 125 can stably support the loads which apply to theridge 101 and therib member 109. - Even though the
large size canopy 100 is provided by installing thecenter support member 125 on the lower side of the ridge pole, the loads which apply to theridge 101 of thecanopy 100 and therib member 109 can be effectively supported, thus building astable canopy 100. - When the
canopy 100 spreads out, as depicted inFIG. 8 , acover 114 the cross section of which looks like is engaged at the joint 112, so that thecanopy 100 can effectively support external impact or loads, and it is preferred that thecanopy 100 is configured not to swing or move by external load or impact. - As depicted in
FIG. 8 , aslide groove 113 is formed on both sides of the body of the joint 112 which hinges the first ribinner member 107 and thesecond rib member 108, and a protrusion (not depicted) is formed on the inner side of both lower sides of thecover 114. In this state, if thecover 114 is engaged at the joint 112 in the way as depicted inFIG. 8 , the protrusion of thecover 114 inserts in theslide groove 113 of the joint 112, so thecover 114 can be fixed at the joint 112. - When loads apply to the
rib member 109, the first ribinner member 107 and thesecond rib member 108 might bend a little about the joint 112, and thecanopy 100 might swing. As described above, it is possible to prevent the first ribinner member 107 and thesecond rib member 108 from bending by loads or impact by engaging thecover 114 to the joint 112, so thecanopy 100 can be effectively prevented from swinging by impacts or loads. - As depicted in
FIG. 5 , in an effort to stably support the loads which apply to the reinforcingmember 117 which supports therib member 109, thehook 130, as depicted inFIG. 5 , is provided at the cornerslide engaging unit 119, and hole (not depicted) is formed at theleg 123. Therefore, when thecanopy 100 spreads out, thehook 130 fixes the cornerslier engaging unit 119 at theleg 123, thus effectively supporting external impacts or loads, while preventing thecanopy 100 from moving by external loads or impacts. - As depicted in
FIG. 11 , in thehook 130, ahandle 131 sliding along thehook body 133 is formed on one side of the cornerslide engaging unit 119, and aprotrusion 132 protrudes from an inner side of theinsertion member 126 of the cornerslide engaging unit 119. - The
protrusion 132 is elastically supported by a spring (not depicted) and in the inside of thebody 133 of thehook 130, elastically protudes into the inside of theinsertion member 126 or is inserted into the inside of thebody 133 of thehook 130. Here, theprotrusion 132 is connected to thehandle 131 and in the inside of thebody 133 of thehook 130. When the user pulls thehandle 131, theprotrusion 132 inserts in the inside of thebody 133, and when the user releases thehandle 131, theprotrusion 132 protrudes into the inside of theinsertion member 126. - The thusly constituted
hook 130, as depicted inFIG. 12 , is provided at the centerslide engaging unit 104. When thecanopy 100 spreads out, the ridge poleinner member 103 inserts in the inside of the ridge poleouter member 102. When the hole (not depicted) of the ridge poleinner member 103 is arranged matching with the hole (not depicted) punched out at the ridge poleouter member 102, theprotrusion 132 of thehook 130 inserts into the matching holes, so the ridge poleouter member 102 and the ridge poleinner member 103 are fixed, not moving with respect to each other, thus effectively supporting external impacts or loads, while preventing thecanopy 100 from moving due to external loads or impacts. - In addition, as depicted in
FIG. 9 , the ends of the first ribinner member 107 and thesecond rib member 108 both hinged at the joint 112 are formed in semicircular shapes, and the outer surfaces of the semicircular ends contact with the inner surface of the joint 112. - In the above configuration, since the first rib
inner member 107 and thesecond rib member 108 contact with the inner surface of the joint 112, no gaps are formed, thus effectively preventing any movements of thecanopy 100. - In the same way, as depicted in
FIG. 10 , the end of the reinforcing member 17 hinged at the reinforcingmember engaging unit 115 engaged to thesecond rib member 108 is formed in a semicircular shape, and the outer surface at the end of the reinforcingmember 117 is configured to rotate contacting with the inner surface of the reinforcingmember engaging unit 115, which makes it possible to effectively support external impacts or loads, and thecanopy 100 does not swing by external loads or impacts. - The thusly constituted
canopy 100 is engaged to the top of the raisedfloor 200, thus forming a bungalow. The raisedfloor 200, as depicted inFIG. 13 , may be configured in such a way that thesupport members 203 to which thecorner engaging units 204 as depicted inFIG. 17 are engaged on its upper and lower sides form four corners of the raisedfloor 200. Both ends of the X-link 202 connected in series through the 3-branchedlink engaging unit 205 inFIG. 16 are hinged at thecorner engaging unit 204 engaged to the top and bottom of thesupport member 203, by which the X-link, which is connected in series, forms 4 sides of the raisedfloor 200. - As not depicted in the drawings, the
support member 203 is formed of a support member outer member (not depicted) and a support member (inner member), and thecorner engaging unit 203 is engaged to the top of the support member outer member, and the support member inner member slides in and out of the inside on the lower side of the support member outer member, and thecorner engaging unit 204 is engaged to the end of the support member inner member. - In addition, each end formed in the grid shape as the
X-link 202 is continuously hinged through the 4-branchedlink engaging unit 206 inFIG. 15 and is configured in a grid shape and as theX-link 202 is continuously hinged through the 4-branchedlink engaging unit 206 and is configured in a grid shape is hinged at the 3-branchedlink engaging unit 205 of theX-link 202, which is connected in series, forming 4 sides of the raisedfloor 200, so the raised floor formed in a go board when viewing from the top as depicted inFIG. 13 - In addition, a predetermined number of the
upper plates 201 are placed on the top of the raisedfloor 200, thus forming the raisedfloor 200. - The
leg 123 or the extendingleg 124 of thecanopy 100 is inserted in the engaging grooves (not depicted) of thesupport member 203 and of thecorner engaging unit 204 of the raisedfloor 200, thus forming a bungalow of the present invention as depicted inFIG. 1 . - The thusly constituted bungalow of the present invention can be installed separate from the
canopy 100 and the raisedfloor 200 for the sake of separate use. The bungalow, as depicted inFIG. 1 , may be manufactured and used by simply engaging thecanopy 100 and the raisedfloor 200. - In addition, if the
canopy 100 and the raisedfloor 200, as depicted inFIG. 1 , are folded in a state where thecanopy 100 and the raisedfloor 200 are engaged, they, as depicted inFIG. 2 , can be easily folded, for example, even in a state where thecanopy 100 and the raisedfloor 200 are engaged, so installation and disassembling are easy, and carrying and storage are very easy. - Since the large-sized bungalow according to the present invention can be easily installed or disassembled, as many bungalows as possible can be quickly installed during the peak season when there is a lot of demand for bungalows, thus providing the guests. It is advantageous that the bungalows can be folded during the non-peak season and can be easily stored.
- In addition, the bungalows of the present invention can be easily installed and disassembled and can provide a space big enough for the guests, for example, families, to use and no gaps are formed between each component of the bungalow, so the bungalow does not move by wind or external impact and could not collapse or could not be damaged due to heavy rain or heavy snow while stably withstanding such impacts.
- The large-sized bungalow which can be easily installed and disassembled according to the present invention, so far, has been described.
