Abstract

The present invention provides a folded box body structure, which comprises box plates and a plurality of box body sections which are connected head to tail in turn by connectors to form a ring-closed box body, wherein the connectors are disposed at foldable positions of the ring-closed box body. The folded box body structure according to the present invention can save storing space when in an unloading status, and solve the technical problems that the traditional box body structure wastes storing space.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the field of a packing box, and more particularly to a folded box body structure.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • With the development of the logistics industry, more goods are transported everywhere every day, so that the requirements of packing boxes for packing goods are also increasing. Generally, these packing boxes for packing goads (or box body structures) are formed as cubes, such as a box body for loading liquid crystal displays in the liquid crystal display industry. But, no matter what the manufacture method thereof is, most of them are formed in a type of box body with a cover.
  • However, this type of box body structure needs to occupy the same storing space whether they are in an unloading status or a loading status. Therefore, when in the unloading status, it causes a waste of the storing space up to a certain point. Besides, if too many goods are loaded into the box body structure, the weight of the whole box body is too heavy, so that it is inconvenient for users to process a moving operation.
  • As a result, it is necessary to provide a folded box body structure to solve the problems existing in the conventional technology.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The object of the present invention is to provide a folded box body structure which can save storing space when in an unloading status, and solve the technical problem that the traditional box body structure wastes storing space.
  • For solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides technical solutions as follows.
  • A folded box body structure is provided, and comprises:
  • box plates; and
  • a plurality of box body sections which are connected head to tail in turn by connectors to form a ring-closed box body;
  • wherein the connectors are disposed at foldable positions of the ring-closed box body; and
  • wherein the connectors comprise bended portions made of flexibility material and hinge structures; when the ring-closed box body is in a folded status, the bend degree of the bended portions is at 0 degrees; and the bend degree of the hinge structures is at 180 degrees; and when the ring-closed box body is in an expended status, the bend degree of the banded portions is at 90 degrees; and the bend degree of the hinge structures is at 90 degrees.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the thickness of the bended portion is less than that of the box body section.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the banded portion is provided with easily bent creases and through holes.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the bended portion is further provided with easily bent gaps.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by a flexible part.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by at least one rotating shaft.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the box body section is provided with reinforced ribs which are substantially perpendicular to a length direction of the box body section.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the box body section is provided with openings.
  • Furthermore, another folded box body structure is provided, and comprises:
  • box plates; and
  • a plurality of box body sections which are connected head to tail in turn by connectors to form a ring-closed box body;
  • wherein the connectors are disposed at foldable positions of the ring-closed box body.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the connector is bended portion made of flexibility material.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the thickness of the banded portion is less than that of the box body section.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the banded portion is provided with easily bent creases and through holes; and the banded portion is further provided with easily bent gaps.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the connector is a hinge structure, and the two leaves of the hinge structure are respectively fixed on two of the adjacent box body sections.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by a flexible part.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by at least one rotating shaft.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the box body section is provided with reinforced ribs which are substantially perpendicular to a length direction of the box body section.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the box body section is provided with openings.
  • In the folded box body structure of the present invention, the connectors comprise banded portions made of flexibility material and hinge structures; when the ring-closed box body is in a folded status, the bend degree of the bended portions is at 0 degrees; and the bend degree of the hinge structures is at 180 degrees.
  • Compared with the traditional box body structure, the folded box body structure according to the present invention is provided with the ring-closed box body, and the ring-closed box body has a plurality of foldable positions. Therefore, the ring-closed box body can be folded when in an unloading status, so that it can save storing space when in an unloading status, and solve the technical problem that the traditional box body structure wastes storing space.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The description of the preferred embodiments refers to the drawings, so as to illustrate the specific embodiments of the present invention which can be carried out. Furthermore, the directional terms described in the present invention, such as upper, lower, front, rear, left, right, inner, outer, side and etc., are only directions referring to the accompanying drawings, so that the used directional terms are used to describe and understand the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
  • In the figures, the units with similar structures use the same numerals.
  • Referring now to FIGS. 1A and 1B, an expanded schematic view of a ring-closed box body of a folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 1A; and a folded schematic view of the ring-closed box body of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 1B. A folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment comprises box plates (not shown) and a plurality of box body sections 11, wherein the box plates can be used as covers and bottoms for the folded box body. The box body sections 11 are connected head to tail in turn by connectors 12 to form a ring-closed box body 10, wherein the connectors 12 are disposed at foldable positions of the ring-closed box body 10.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, as shown in FIG. 1A, four box body sections 11 are connected head to tail in turn by connectors 12, and one of the box body sections 11 are perpendicular to another adjacent box body section 11 in the length direction, so as to form the ring-closed box body 10. After that, the top of the ring-closed box body 10 is provided with a separator (not shown), and the bottom of the ring-closed box body 10 is provided with another separator (not shown), so as to from a sealed storing space.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, as shown in FIG. 1B, the four box body sections 11 are also connected head to tail in turn by connectors 12, but the ring-closed box body 10 in FIG. 1B can be folded through the connectors 12 located in the foldable position thereof, so that the ring-closed box body 10 does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status. When it is in an unloading status, the folded ring-closed box body 10 and box cover can be moved, respectively, so that it further lowers the waste of the particular storing space.
  • Hence, the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is provided with the ring-closed box body 10, and the ring-closed box body 10 has a plurality of foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body 10 can be folded when it is in an unloading status, so as to save the storing space in the unloading status.
  • Additionally, connectors between the box body sections are described with more details as follows:
  • Referring now to FIGS. 2, 3A, 3B and 3C, a structural schematic view of a connector of the folded box body structure according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 2; a first specific structural schematic view of a connector of the folded box body structure according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 3A; a second specific structural schematic view of a connector of the folded box body structure according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 3B; and a third specific structural schematic view of a connector of the folded box body structure according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 3C. A connector of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is a bonded portion 22 which is made of flexibility material, wherein the thickness of the bonded portion 22 is less than that of the box body section 21. Please refer to FIG. 2 for more details. In FIG. 2, because the thickness of the bonded portion 22 is less than that of the box body section 21, the bended portion 22 is easily bent. Certainly, another way is to set the width (be perpendicular to the length extending direction of the box body section 21) of the bended portion 22 less than that of the box body section 21, it can also allow the bonded portion 22 to be bent easily, so as to fold the ring-closed box body.
  • Preferably, the bonded portion 22 is further provided with corresponding creases 23, through holes 24, and gaps 25 to allow the bonded portion 22 to be bent easily. Please refer to FIGS. 3A, 3B and 3C for more details. In FIG. 3A, because the two sides of the bonded portion 22 are provided with creases 23, the bended portion 22 can be bent along the creases 23. In FIG. 3B, because the bonded portion 22 is provided with through holes 24, so as to decrease the deformation amount when the bended portion 22 is bent, so that it allows the bended portion 22 be bent more easily, and the shape of the through holes 24 can be set to any shape according to the requirement thereof. In FIG. 3C, because the bend portion is provided with gaps 25, it can also decrease the deformation amount when the bended portion 22 is bent, so that it allows the bonded portion 22 to be bent more easily.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the bended portions 22 of the ring-closed box body are all bent as 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body for loading goods.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body can be folded by the banded portions 22 of the foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status.
  • Referring now to FIGS. 4A and 4B, a first specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the folded box body structure according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 4A; and a second specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the folded box body structure according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 4B. The connector of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is a hinge structure 42, the leaves of the hinge structure 42 are respectively fixed on two adjacent box body sections 41, and the two leaves of the hinge structure 42 are connected by a flexible part 43.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 4A and 4B for more details. By the flexible part 43 connecting between the two leaves of the hinge structure 42, the two adjacent box body sections 41 can process a relative motion. The bending angle range of the flexible part 43 is from 0 to 180 degrees.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the flexible part 43 of the hinge structure 42 of the ring-closed box body are bent at 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body for loading goods.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body can be folded by the hinge structure 42 of the foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status.
  • Referring now to FIGS. 5A, 5B and 5C, a first specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the folded box body structure according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 5A; a second specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the folded box body structure according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 5B; and a third specific structural schematic view of a hinge structure of the folded box body structure according to the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 5C. The connector of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is a hinge structure 52, the leaves of the hinge structure 52 are respectively fixed on two adjacent box body sections 51, and the two leaves of the hinge structure 52 are connected by a rotating shaft 53.
  • FIG. 5A is a structural schematic view showing the bend degree of the rotating shaft of the hinge structure being at 180 degrees; FIG. 5B is a structural schematic view showing the bend degree of the rotating shaft of the hinge structure being at 90 degrees; and FIG. 5C is a structural schematic view showing the bend degree of the rotating shaft of the hinge structure being at 0 degrees. Because the rotating shaft 53 is provided, the hinge structure 52 is more durable, so that the connector will not be broken by frequent folding to the folded box body structure.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the rotating shafts 53 are bent at 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body for loading goods.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body can be folded by the hinge structure 52 of the foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status.
  • Referring now to FIGS. 6A, 6B, and 6C, a structural schematic view of a ring-closed box body of the folded box body structure according to a fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention when expanded is illustrated in FIG. 6A; and a structural schematic view of the ring-closed box body of the folded box body structure according to the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention when folded is illustrated in FIG. 6B. The connectors of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment are bended portions 621 and hinge structures 622. When the ring-closed box body 60 is in an expended status, the bend degree of the bended portions 621 and the bend degree of flexible parts or rotating shafts (for example, the rotating shafts as shown in the figures) of the hinge structures 622 is at 90 degrees. When the ring-closed box body 60 is in a folded status, the bend degree of the bended portions 621 is at 0 degrees; and the bend degree of flexible parts or rotating shafts of the hinge structures 622 is at 180 degrees.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is expanded, the rotating shafts and the bended portions 621 of the ring-closed box body 60 are bent at 90 degrees, so that a storing space is formed inside the ring-closed box body 60 for loading goods.
  • When the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is folded, the ring-closed box body 60 can be folded by the hinge structure 622 of the foldable positions, the rotating shafts of the ring-closed box body 60 are bent at 180 degrees, and the bended portions 621 are bent at 0 degrees, so that the ring-closed box body 60 does not occupy a space when it is in an unloading status. If the bended portions 621 are frequently bent to large degrees, they can easily be broken through excessive fatigue. However, the rotating shaft of the hinge structure 622 is not easily broken, but it will increase the manufacture cost of the box body structure. Therefore, the bended portions 621 and the hinge structure 622 are both adopted in the folded box body structure according to the embodiment, which can decrease the manufacture cost of the box body structure, but can also guarantee that the connectors are not broken.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the box body section 61 of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is provided with reinforced ribs 64 which are substantially perpendicular to the length direction A of the box body section 61, so as to further increase the compressive strength of the box body section 61.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the box body section 61 of the folded box body structure according to the preferred embodiment is provided with openings 65, so that it decreases the manufacture cost of the folded box body structure by decreasing the material amount, but also can guarantee the strength of the box body section 61.
  • In the present invention, the folded box body structure is provided with the ring-closed box body, and the ring-closed box body has a plurality of foldable positions, so that the ring-closed box body can be folded when it is in an unloading status, so as to save the storing space in the unloading status, so as to solve the technical problems that the traditional box body structure wastes the storing space.
  • As described above, the present invention has been described with a preferred embodiment thereof and it is understood that many changes and modifications to the described embodiment can be carried out without departing from the scope and the spirit of the invention that is intended to be limited only by the appended claims.

Claims (18)

1. A folded box body structure, comprising:
box plates; and
a plurality of box body sections which are connected head to tail in turn by connectors to form a ring-closed box body;
wherein the connectors are disposed at foldable positions of the ring-closed box body; and
wherein the connectors comprise bended portions made of flexibility material and hinge structures; when the ring-closed box body is in a folded status, the bend degree of the bended portions is at 0 degrees; and the bend degree of the hinge structures is at 180 degrees; and when the ring-closed box body is in an expended status, the bend degree of the bonded portions is at 90 degrees; and the bend degree of the hinge structures is at 90 degrees.
2. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the bended portion is less than that of the box body section.
3. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein the bended portion is provided with easily bent creases and through holes.
4. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein the bended portion is further provided with easily bent gaps.
5. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by a flexible part.
6. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by at least one rotating shaft.
7. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein the box body section is provided with reinforced ribs which are substantially perpendicular to a length direction of the box body section.
8. The folded box body structure according to claim 1, wherein the box body section is provided with openings.
9. A folded box body structure, comprising:
box plates; and
a plurality of box body sections which are connected head to tail in turn by connectors to form a ring-closed box body;
wherein the connectors are disposed at foldable positions of the ring-closed box body.
10. The folded box body structure according to claim 9, wherein the connector is bended portion made of flexibility material.
11. The folded box body structure according to claim 10, wherein the thickness of the banded portion is less than that of the box body section.
12. The folded box body structure according to claim 10, wherein the banded portion is provided with easily bent creases and through holes; and the banded portion is further provided with easily bent gaps.
13. The folded box body structure according to claim 9, wherein the connector is a hinge structure, and the two leaves of the hinge structure are respectively fixed on two of the adjacent box body sections.
14. The folded box body structure according to claim 13, wherein two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by a flexible part.
15. The folded box body structure according to claim 13, wherein two leaves of the hinge structure are connected by at least one rotating shaft.
16. The folded box body structure according to claim 9, wherein the box body section is provided with reinforced ribs which are substantially perpendicular to a length direction of the box body section.
17. The folded box body structure according to claim 9, wherein the box body section is provided with openings.
18. The folded box body structure according to claim 9, wherein the connectors comprise bended portions made of flexibility material and hinge structures; when the ring-closed box body is in a folded status, the bend degree of the bended portions is at 0 degrees; and the bend degree of the hinge structures is at 180 degrees.
