Abstract

A cup structure may include a cup body and a sealing membrane. The cup body has a divider that is a reverse V-shaped unit, and a bottom is horizontally formed at a bottom portion of the divider. An extending cup unit extends upwardly from the bottom around the periphery of the divider to form a receiving space on both sides of the cup body, and a cup edge is formed at an opening of the extending cup unit for the sealing membrane to seal the openings of the cup, so the drinks can be received in two receiving spaces and then be sealed.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an improved cup structure, especially for a cup that is able to receive two kinds of drinks at the same time.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • People like to enjoy drinks at any time, so tea or coffee shops are everywhere. Even the convenience store wants to explore this business opportunity, so the convenience stores sell all kinds of drinks.
  • The container of the drinks are usually made by plastic or paper, so it is easy for the consumer to carry. However, one container is usually for one kind of drink, so when the consumer wants to try other kinds of drink, he/she has to purchase them separately. Moreover, it may be troublesome if the consumer has to carries multiple drinks, and the more drinks the consumer purchases, the higher chance that the drinks cannot be finished, which leads to a waste.
  • Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved drink cup to overcome the problems stated above.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention provides an improved cup structure which may include a cup body and a sealing membrane. The cup body has a divider that is a reverse V-shaped unit, and a bottom is horizontally formed at a bottom portion of the divider. An extending cup unit extends upwardly from the bottom around the periphery of the divider to form a receiving space on both sides of the cup body. A cup edge is formed at an opening of the extending cup unit for the sealing membrane to seal the openings of the cup, so the drinks can be received in two receiving spaces and then be sealed.
  • When in use, two drinks are received in the receiving space respectively and sealed by the sealing membrane, so the cup can be easily transported. A straw can be used to poke through the sealing membrane and the user can enjoy the drinks in the receiving space on both sides. Namely, the user can just buy one cup to enjoy two kinds of drinks.
  • Comparing with prior arts, the present invention is advantageous because (i) the cup body has two receiving spaces to receive two kinds of drinks, so the user can purchase one drink cup to enjoy at least two kinds of drinks; and (ii) with one drink cup, the user can enjoy at least two kinds of drinks, so the user does not have to purchase multiple drink cups, which may unnecessarily occupy more spaces.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 illustrates a three-dimensional view of the cup in the present invention.
  • FIG. 2. illustrates an exploded view of the cup in the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 illustrates a sectional view of the cup in the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the cup with two drinks in the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The detailed description set forth below is intended as a description of the presently exemplary device provided in accordance with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be prepared or utilized. It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.
  • Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood to one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.
  • All publications mentioned are incorporated by reference for the purpose of describing and disclosing, for example, the designs and methodologies that are described in the publications that might be used in connection with the presently described invention. The publications listed or discussed above, below and throughout the text are provided solely for their disclosure prior to the filing date of the present application. Nothing herein is to be construed as an admission that the inventors are not entitled to antedate such disclosure by virtue of prior invention.
  • In order to further understand the goal, characteristics and effect of the present invention, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the present invention may include a cup body (10) and a sealing membrane (20). The cup body (10) has a divider (11) that is a reverse V-shaped unit, and a bottom (12) is horizontally formed at a bottom portion of the divider (11). An extending cup unit (13) extends upwardly from the bottom (12) around the periphery of the divider (11) to form a receiving space (14) on both sides of the cup body (10). A cup edge (15) is formed at an opening of the extending cup unit (13) for the sealing membrane (20) to seal the openings of the cup, so the drinks can be received in two receiving spaces (14) and then be sealed.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, when in use, two drinks (30) (300) are received in the receiving space (14) respectively and sealed by the sealing membrane (20), so the cup can be easily transported. A straw (40) can be used to poke through the sealing membrane (20) and the user can enjoy the drinks (30) (300) in the receiving space (14) on both sides. Namely, the user can just buy one cup to enjoy two kinds of drinks.
  • In another embodiment, a gap is formed between two extending cup units (13), so the cup body (10) can be stacked.
  • Comparing with prior arts, the present invention is advantageous because (i) the cup body (10) has two receiving spaces (14) to receive two kinds of drinks (30) (300), so the user can purchase one drink cup to enjoy at least two kinds of drinks; and (ii) with one drink cup (10), the user can enjoy at least two kinds of drinks (30) (300), so the user does not have to purchase multiple drink cups, which may unnecessarily occupy more spaces.
  • Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.
