Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201310537564.4, filed on Nov. 4, 2013 and Hong Kong Patent Application No. 13112395.1, filed on Nov. 4, 2013, the entire content of which is hereby incorporated by reference.
  • FIELD OF THE TECHNOLOGY
  • The present application is related to a fully spandex weft-knitted cloth and production method thereof and a kind of lingerie lining, which belongs to textile technology field.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In the process of weft-knitting, cotton or fiber is mainly applied, while spandex filament is secondarily applied for producing cloth. The cloth surface effect is mainly reflected with the specific texture of cotton or fiber, if certain specialized cloth requires a very high resiliency (such as joining area of lingerie and lining of bra), common cloth normally cannot satisfy such expectation.
  • Therefore, inventing a fully spandex weft-knitted cloth and production method thereof to meet the market demand is one of the dilemmas that the present field seeks to solve.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present application provides a production method of a fully spandex weft-knitted cloth and includes the following steps:
  • Weft knitting 40 D and/or 70 D spandex filament on a double-sided knitting machine (also known as the double-sided large circular machine). The weft-knitting includes needle-containing (tuck) weaving the spandex filament with the needle of the upper needle dial, at the same time, needle-containing (tuck) weaving with the needle of the lower needle dial, forming needle-containing double-sided stitches. Then, needle (wreathe) weaving the spandex filament with the needle of the upper needle dial while without the needle of the lower needle, and forming upper single-sided stitches. Further, needle (wreathe) weaving the spandex filament with the needle of the lower needle dial while without the needle of the upper needle dial, forming lower single-sided stitches and completing a weaving cycle. A fully spandex weft-knitted cloth is obtained by completing one or a plurality of the weaving cycles.
  • In the production method of the above fully spandex weft-knitted cloth, optionally, the yarn length of the upper single-sided stitches and lower single-sided stitches is 12-14 cm/100 G. The yarn length of the needle-containing double-sided stitches is 14-15.5 cm/100 G.
  • In the production method of the above fully spandex weft-knitted cloth, optionally, the delayed gap between the needling of the needle of the upper needle dial and the needling of the needle of the lower needle dial is three needles.
  • The present application also provides a fully spandex weft-knitted cloth, which is produced from the production method of the above fully spandex weft-knitted cloth.
  • The present application also provides a lingerie lining, which includes the above fully spandex weft-knitted cloth.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 shows a knitting craft in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2.
  • In FIG. 1, 1 indicates needle-containing double-sided stitches; 2 indicates upper single-sided stitches; and 3 indicates lower single-sided stitches.
