- 2. Description of the Related Art
- A cap generally represents a baseball cap and comprises a crown part forming a body of a cap made from a plurality of panels, a brim part which is attached to a front side of the crown part and is configured to protect a user's face from sunshine, a size adjusting device part which is attached to a back lower portion of the crown part for a user to adjust a wearing size length of the cap, and a head band part which is attached to a lower surrounding portion of the crown part for thereby absorbing the sweats from a user's forehead and a user's head. The above mentioned cap is widely used by people of all ages. Some of the users use such caps as a means of expressing their styles except for the functions of protecting them from sunshine. The cap designed to be used in the summer has features in that the panels provided at a lateral side and a backside except for a front side forming a crown part belonging to a body of a cap are made from a meshed fabric which is able to provide customized ventilation effects.
- In case of the summer cap made from a meshed fabric, the sizes and shapes of the holes formed in the meshed fabric are uniform, so it is impossible to fabricate the cap with different sizes and shapes depending on a user's selection.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cap with customizable ventilation functions exclusively working for each separate portion of the cap which makes it possible to provide customizable ventilation functions exclusively working for each separate portion of the cap, which customizable ventilation functions can be obtained by forming holes with different sizes and shapes depending on a user's selection at one or more than panels forming a crown part and a brim and a head band part of a cap.
- It is another object of the present invention to provide a cap with customizable ventilation functions exclusively working for each separate portion of the cap which makes it possible to enhance an aesthetic effect of a cap in such a way that holes with different sizes and shapes are provided at certain portions of one panel.
- To achieve the above objects, there is provided a cap with customizable ventilation functions exclusively working for each separate portion of the cap which comprises a crown part which forms a body of a cap made from a plurality of panels, a brim part which is attached to a lower front portion of the crown part for thereby protecting a user's face from sunshine, and a head band part which is attached to an inner lower portion of the crown part, wherein at least one panel among the panels forming the crown part, the brim part and the head band part is made from a customized ventilation panel, and holes with different sizes and shapes are formed at certain portions depending on a user's selection.
- The cap according to the present invention can provide customizable ventilation functions exclusively working for each separate portion of the cap by providing holes with different sizes and shapes at one or more than the panels of the crown part, the brim part and the head band part of the cap.
- In addition, the aesthetic effects of the cap can be enhanced by forming the holes with different sizes and holes at certain portions of one panel.
- The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;
