  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENTLY PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The present invention will be further described as below in details by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 to FIG. 5, the embodiment provides a multifunctional backpack, comprising a backpack and a waist pack.
  • The backpack comprises a backpack main body and two straps 1 disposed on left and right sides of the backpack main body, respectively.
  • The two straps 1 are provided with one or more first fixation portions 7, respectively, and/or the left and right sides of the backpack main body are provided with one or more first fixation portions 7, respectively.
  • The waist pack comprises a waist pack main body 8 and two first belts 9 disposed on left and right sides of the waist pack main body 8, respectively, and the two first belts 9 are provided with a second fixation portion 10, respectively.
  • The first fixation portions 7 and the second fixation portions 10 can be connected together detachedly.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the multifunctional backpack in accordance with the present application integrates a backpack with a waist pack to achieve multiple functions: there is a pack that may be carried on the shoulders and a pack that may be carried on the waist. Therefore, when in use, cell phones, keys, wallets and other common objects may be put into the waist pack, while other objects may be put into the backpack. Meanwhile, the backpack is carried on the back, and the first belts 9 of the waist pack are wound around the waist of a person. Then, the waist pack is carried on the waist via the first fixation portions 7 and the second fixation portions 10, and the waist pack and the backpack are fixed together. In addition, the waist pack may be hung on one of the straps, or obliquely slung in front of the chest. While needing to take out common objects, a person may directly open the waist pack to take the objects out without taking the backpack down from the shoulders any more. Therefore, the multifunctional backpack provided by the above embodiment is both time and labor saving when common objects are to be taken out.
  • Besides, some valuables (cell phones, cameras, wallets, etc.) may be put into the waist pack, so that these objects are placed in front of the body, thereby reducing the risk that the valuables are stolen. Meanwhile, the backpack and the waist pack may be used separately, so that one pack may be used for multiple purposes.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the backpack of the above embodiment may be further improved as below in order to achieve more beneficial effects.
  • Preferably, the backpack main body is divided into a front pack 2 and a rear pack 3 by a spacer layer; and the outsides of both the front pack 2 and the rear pack 3 are provided with one or more pockets. With such a structure, the backpack is designed to be a double-face pack: a person may put objects into the front pack 2 and carry the backpack with the front pack 2 facing the outside, and may also put objects into the rear pack 3 and carry the backpack with the rear pack 3 facing the outside. The front pack 2 and the rear pack 3 may be designed into different styles (different structures, colors, patterns, etc.). A user may select the way of carrying the backpack according to requirements, and may carry the backpack with the front pack or the rear pack facing the outside. Thus, the structure design meets requirements of more users, and increases the selectivity. Meanwhile, the front pack 2 and the rear pack 3 are designed into different styles and used for accommodating different objects, so that a user may know the type of the objects in a certain pack from the style of the pack, which is convenient for the user to look for a certain object. In addition, in a case of much luggage, both of the front pack 2 and the rear pack 3 may be utilized to accommodate more objects.
  • Meanwhile, in the above design, the outsides of both the front pack 2 and the rear pack 3 may be provided with one or more pockets, so that it is convenient for a user to accommodate objects in different classes.
  • Based on the above improvement, the backpack may be further improved, for example, the spacer layer is further provided with an interlayer pocket for accommodating the waist pack. The arrangement of the interlayer pocket is convenient to accommodate the waist pack, improve the use convenience of the multifunctional backpack, and improve the service experience of the user.
  • In addition, the opening of the interlayer pocket is provided with an invisible slide fastener. The invisible slide fastener plays the role of anti-theft: when there are valuables in the waist pack, accommodating the waist pack into the interlayer pocket having the invisible slide fastener makes the thieves difficult to find the valuables, thereby reducing the risk that the valuables are stolen.
  • Preferably, one of the straps 1 is provided with a plurality of magic tapes. The provided magic tapes may be used for fixing umbrellas, flashlights, glasses or other objects. For example, in a snowy or rainy day, the umbrella may be unfolded and then fixed on the strap 1 by its stem, i.e., the umbrella is fixed on the backpack. In this case, as there is no need to hold the umbrella by hands, so that the backpacker may have his/her hands free to do other things. Thus, such a structure design further increases the functions of the multifunctional backpack and improves the convenience of the multifunctional backpack.
  • Preferably, the multifunctional backpack further comprises waterproof cloth 11, the edge of which is provided with an elastic band. In a snowy or rainy day, the waterproof cloth 11 may be banded onto the backpack by the elastic band to prevent the backpack from getting wet.
  • When the above waterproof cloth 11 is arranged, a further improvement may be made: for example, the edge of the waterproof cloth 11 is connected with a plurality of hooks 12; the backpack main body is provided thereon with a plurality of rings in one-to-one correspondence to the plurality of hooks 12; and after the rings are fitted with the hooks 12, a space capable of accommodating objects is formed between the waterproof cloth 11 and the backpack main body. In this way, the firmness of the waterproof 11 on the backpack is improved, and the gap between the backpack and the waterproof cloth 11 may be utilized to accommodate some objects, so that the space is utilized fully.
  • In addition, the backpack is provided thereon with waterproof cloth 11. When wrapped outside the backpack main body, the waterproof cloth 11 not only has a rain-proof function, but also can have a certain anti-theft function.
  • Preferably, two sides of the backpack main body are provided with a string bag for accommodating sundries, respectively. This structure increases the functions of the present invention: the string bags may be used for accommodating cups and other objects.
  • Preferably, two top sides and two bottom sides of the backpack main body are provided with a first fixation portion 7, respectively. There are totally four first fixation portions 7. With this design, the waist pack may be carried on the waist, and may also be carried on a single shoulder. That is, the waist pack may be carried on the waist when the two second fixation portions 10 on the belts of the waist pack are connected with the two first fixation portions 7 on the bottom of the backpack; and, the waist pack may be carried on a single shoulder when the two second fixation portions 10 on the belts of the waist pack are connected with the two diagonal first fixation portions 7 on the bottom and top of the backpack.
  • Preferably, when a backpack refers to the backpack described above, further improvements are made: the spacer layer is provided therein with an interlayer having openings at both the top and bottom of the backpack main body, and a retractable pull rod 5 is provided in the interlayer; the top of the pull rod 5 is provided with a grip; and the bottom of the pull rod 5 is provided with rollers 6 retractable into the pull rod 5. This structure provides a user another way to carry the backpack: pulling the backpack via the pull rod 5 and the rollers 6, which is quite labor-saving. Besides, as the pull rod 5 is retractable and the rollers is retractable into the pull rod 5, the spatial hindrance caused by the pull rod 5 and the rollers when the multifunctional backpack is carried on the shoulders is avoided, thus it is more convenient to use.
  • Preferably, the top of the backpack main body is provided with a handle 4 with a cavity; and the handle 4 is provided thereon with an opening for enabling the cavity to communicate with the outside. The handle 4 may be used for carrying the backpack by a hand. The handle 4 is a hollow handle 4 capable of accommodating objects therein, so that the accommodation space of the multifunctional backpack is enlarged.
  • Preferably, the left and right sides of the waist pack main body 8 are further provided with two second belts, respectively, and the two second belts are provided with a first fixation portion 7, respectively; and the backpack is provided thereon with a plurality of second fixation portions 10. With such a structure design, a user may connect the first fixation portions 7 on the four belts (two first belts 9 and two second belts) of the waist pack with the second fixation portions 10 at random in order to carry the backpack by hands, obliquely sling the backpack on a single shoulder, carry the backpack on a single shoulder or carry the backpack on both shoulders according to different requirements. For example, the backpack may be carried on a single shoulder, by hands or on both shoulders if the two belts on the left side of the waist pack are connected together and then the two belts on the right side are connected together. The backpack may be obliquely slung on a single shoulder if the belts on the left side are connected with one belt on the right side. Meanwhile, the user may also combine the first fixation portions 7 and the second fixation portions 10 on the waist pack with the first fixation portions 7 and the second fixation portions 10 on the backpack at random to realize multiple ways to carry the backpack in more occasions. More ways of using the product are enabled.
  • Preferably, the waist pack main body 8 is provided with a pocket for accommodating the first belts 9 and the second belts. This structure design is more convenient to accommodate the waist pack. When the waist pack is accommodated, the belts are put into the pocket of the waist pack and then the waist pack is stored properly, so that the space occupation of the waist pack may be reduced. Meanwhile, the waist pack with folded belts may be used as a handbag, so that one pack may be used for multiple purposes.
  • Preferably, the first fixation portions 7 and second fixation portions 10 described above are in snap connection. Connection of such structure is convenient, low in production cost, and also firm.
  • Or preferably, either the first fixation portions 7 or the second fixation portions 10 are hooks 12, while the other are rings. Similarly, connection of hooks 12 and rings may also achieve the effect of the snap connection as described above.
  • The first fixation portions 7 and the second fixation portions 10 may be of other structures capable of realizing the detachable connection.
  • In addition, the belts and straps 1 described above may be belts or straps 1 with adjustable length in the art.
  • The invention is not limited by the embodiments described above which are presented as examples only but can be modified in various ways within the scope of protection defined by the appended patent claims.
