  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The present invention provides an improved structure of shoe, which is an improved structure of shoe that is integrally formed, comprises at least two layers, and is composed of woven formations and the improved structure of shoe comprises sewing arrangement, provides excellent elasticity, and saves of cost of material. For a throughout understanding of the present invention, details of steps and structures of the present invention will be descried. Any manufacturing process and specific steps for manufacturing the improved structure of shoe that are well known in the art will not be descried in order not to impose undue limitations to the present invention. However, details of preferred embodiments of the present invention will be given hereinafter and beyond these descriptions, the present invention is equally applicable to a variety of embodiments. The scope of the present invention is not to be limited by the descriptions and is only defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring first to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a shoe body combination. In FIG. 1, the shoe body combination 40 comprises a first shoe body 10 and a second shoe body 20. The first shoe body 10 comprises a first upper 102, a first sole 104, a first opening 106, and a first rear section 108. The second shoe body 20 has a structure similar to that of the first shoe body 10 and comprises a second upper 202, a second sole 204, a second opening 206, and a second rear section 208.
  • Next, referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the shoe body combination. The first shoe body 10 is received in the second shoe body 20 to form the shoe body combination 40 in such a way that the first opening 106 corresponds to the second opening 206 so as to collectively define a third opening 406. The third opening 406 receives the insertion of a foot of a wearer to allow the shoe to be worn on the wearer for walking. In the instant embodiment, the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 are both of a woven formation comprising a plurality of meshes. Thus, the shoe body combination 40 that is formed by combing the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 shows excellent air permeability. Further, the shoe body combination 40 is of a woven formation and thus it retains hygroscopicity and elasticity to provide a comfortable feeling of being well suited to the foot, enable complete enclosure of the foot of the wearer, and totally comply with the skin of the foot of the wearer to have an effect of second skin. Further, the first rear section 108 of the first shoe body 10 can be of a height greater than that of the second rear section 208 of the second shoe body 20, whereby when the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 are combined, the first rear section 108 projects outside the third opening 406. Under such a condition, the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 can be folded, in a downward direction, toward the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being folded toward the outside surface of the second shoe body 20), while a portion of the first rear section 108 is bonded to the second rear section 208. Further, the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 can alternatively folded, in a downward direction, toward the inside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being folded towards the inside surface of the first shoe body 20), while a portion of the first rear section 108 is bonded to the second rear section 208. Or further alternatively, the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 is folded between the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 of the shoe body combination 40, whereby the projecting second rear section 208 is bent between the first rear section 108 and the second rear section 208.
  • In another embodiment, the second rear section 208 of the second shoe body 20 is higher than the first rear section 108 of the first shoe body 10, whereby after the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 are bonded together, the second rear section 208 projects beyond the third opening 406 of the shoe body combination 40. Under this condition, the projecting portion of the second rear section 208 is folded toward the inside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely the inside surface of the third opening 406) to overlap the inside surface of the third opening 406 of the shoe body combination 40. Alternatively, the projecting second rear section 208 can be folded toward the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely the outside surface of the second shoe body 20). In another embodiment, the projecting portion of the second rear section 208 is folded between the first rear section 108 and the second rear section 208 of the shoe body combination 20, namely a portion of the second rear section 208 is set between the first rear section 108 and the second rear section 208. It is noted that the projecting portion of the first rear section 108 and/or the second rear section 208 can be folded to be positioned on the inside surface or the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 or between the first shoe body 10 and the second shoe body 20 of the shoe body combination 40 to improve the supporting force of the shoe body combination 40.
  • Next, continuously referring to FIG. 2, the improved shoe structure 1 further comprises at least one support structure 30. The support structure 30 is coupled to the shoe body combination 40 to support the shoe body combination 40 and improve the strength of the shoe body combination 40 so as to prevent the shoe body combination 40 from being un-shapeable in the same way as socks do. In an embodiment of the present invention, the support structure 30 is provided on the inside surface 402 of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being inside the first shoe body 10) as shown in the left side of the shoe in FIG. 2. Since the support structure 30 is a woven formation, when the support structure 30 is set on the inside surface 402 of the shoe body combination 40, a wearer's foot, once received through the third opening 406 into the improved shoe structure 1, will not feel stabbing or uncomfortable. Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the support structure 30 is arranged on the outside surface 404 of the shoe body combination 40, as shown in the right side of the shoe in FIG. 2. Reference is also made to FIG. 3.
