Abstract
An improved structure of shoe includes a first shoe body, which has a first opening, and a second shoe body, which has a second opening. The first shoe body is received in the second shoe body and the first opening is combined with the second opening to form a shoe body combination having a third opening. The third opening receives a foot of wearer therein. The shoe body combination is of a woven formation. A support structure is coupled to the shoe body combination to support the shoe body combination.
Description
- The present invention relates to an improved structure of shoe, and in particular to an improved structure of shoe that is integrally formed of woven formations and is composed of two layers of shoe body.
- A known shoe is often of poor ventilation due to the material used and may sometimes causes an uncomfortable feeling. A user's foot is often enclosed in the shoe for a substantial amount of time so that if the shoe is of poor ventilation, disease may easily caused on the foot. Further, in the traditional way of manufacturing shoes, a large amount of material is lost during the process of cutting, jointing, and trimming. This causes an environmental issue and also increases the manufacture cost of shoes.
- Due to the shortcomings of the prior art, it is desired to have an improved structure of shoe that saves material used and provides air permeability and hygroscopicity in order to overcome the above discussed problems. Thus, an objective of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of integrally-formed shoe that is free of sewing arrangement, saves the material used for the improved structure of shoe, and saves manufacturing cost.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of shoe that is composed of at least two layers of shoe body in order to improve the strength of the improved structure of shoe and conformableness of user wearing the shoe.
- A further object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of shoe that comprises an upper that completely complies with human engineering so as to be well suited to the wearer's foot, comfortable, and completely enclosing and provides an effect of hygroscopicity and air permeability.
- A further object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of shoe, which is of wide application in various functional shoes, indoor shoes, and outdoors sports shoes according to different needs.
- Yet a further object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of shoe, which has excellent elasticity so that the shoe, when worn on a wearer, is in close and compliant engagement with the wearer, just like a second skin, making the wearer feel comfortable when wearing the shoe.
- According to the above objects, the present invention provides an improved structure of shoe, which comprises a first shoe body, which comprises a first opening; a second shoe body, which comprises a second opening; the first shoe body being receivable in the second shoe body and the first opening being combined with the second opening to form a shoe body combination having a third opening, the third opening being adapted to receive a foot of wearer therein, the shoe body combination being of a woven formation; and a support structure, which is coupled to the shoe body combination to support the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the first shoe body and the second shoe body each comprise meshes.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the shoe body combination comprises a counter, the counter being integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the first shoe body comprises a first rear section and the second shoe body comprises a second rear section.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the first rear section has a height greater than height of the second rear section.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the first rear section is lower than height of the second rear section.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the improved structure of shoe further comprises an outsole structure arranged on bottom of the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the improved shoe structure comprises a tongue provided in a fore portion of the shoe body combination to expose a portion of the third opening and integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the shoe body combination of the improved shoe structure has a fore portion that comprises a buckle arranged at a location adjacent to the third opening.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the buckle of the improved shoe structure is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the buckle of the improved shoe structure is integrally formed with the shoe body combination and the support structure.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the support structure is arranged on an inside surface of the shoe body combination and is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the support structure is arranged between the first shoe body and the second shoe body of the shoe body combination and is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the support structure is arranged on an outside surface of the shoe body combination and is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
- In an embodiment of the present invention, the support structure is selected from a group consisting of being arranged on an inside surface and an outside surface of the shoe body combination and between the first shoe body and the second shoe body of the shoe body combination.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing an improved shoe structure comprising a shoe body, an outsole structure, a tongue, a buckle, and a counter according to the present invention. - The present invention provides an improved structure of shoe, which is an improved structure of shoe that is integrally formed, comprises at least two layers, and is composed of woven formations and the improved structure of shoe comprises sewing arrangement, provides excellent elasticity, and saves of cost of material. For a throughout understanding of the present invention, details of steps and structures of the present invention will be descried. Any manufacturing process and specific steps for manufacturing the improved structure of shoe that are well known in the art will not be descried in order not to impose undue limitations to the present invention. However, details of preferred embodiments of the present invention will be given hereinafter and beyond these descriptions, the present invention is equally applicable to a variety of embodiments. The scope of the present invention is not to be limited by the descriptions and is only defined in the appended claims.
- Referring first to
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a shoe body combination. InFIG. 1 , theshoe body combination 40 comprises afirst shoe body 10 and asecond shoe body 20. Thefirst shoe body 10 comprises a first upper 102, a first sole 104, afirst opening 106, and a firstrear section 108. Thesecond shoe body 20 has a structure similar to that of thefirst shoe body 10 and comprises a second upper 202, a second sole 204, asecond opening 206, and a secondrear section 208. - Next, referring to
FIG. 2 ,FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the shoe body combination. Thefirst shoe body 10 is received in thesecond shoe body 20 to form theshoe body combination 40 in such a way that thefirst opening 106 corresponds to thesecond opening 206 so as to collectively define a third opening 406. The third opening 406 receives the insertion of a foot of a wearer to allow the shoe to be worn on the wearer for walking. In the instant embodiment, thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 are both of a woven formation comprising a plurality of meshes. Thus, theshoe body combination 40 that is formed by combing thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 shows excellent air permeability. Further, theshoe body combination 40 is of a woven formation and thus it retains hygroscopicity and elasticity to provide a comfortable feeling of being well suited to the foot, enable complete enclosure of the foot of the wearer, and totally comply with the skin of the foot of the wearer to have an effect of second skin. Further, the firstrear section 108 of thefirst shoe body 10 can be of a height greater than that of the secondrear section 208 of thesecond shoe body 20, whereby when thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 are combined, the firstrear section 108 projects outside the third opening 406. Under such a condition, the projecting portion of the firstrear section 108 can be folded, in a downward direction, toward the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being folded toward the outside surface of the second shoe body 20), while a portion of the firstrear section 108 is bonded to the secondrear section 208. Further, the projecting portion of the firstrear section 108 can alternatively folded, in a downward direction, toward the inside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being folded towards the inside surface of the first shoe body 20), while a portion of the firstrear section 108 is bonded to the secondrear section 208. Or further alternatively, the projecting portion of the firstrear section 108 is folded between thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 of theshoe body combination 40, whereby the projecting secondrear section 208 is bent between the firstrear section 108 and the secondrear section 208. - In another embodiment, the second
rear section 208 of thesecond shoe body 20 is higher than the firstrear section 108 of thefirst shoe body 10, whereby after thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 are bonded together, the secondrear section 208 projects beyond the third opening 406 of theshoe body combination 40. Under this condition, the projecting portion of the secondrear section 208 is folded toward the inside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely the inside surface of the third opening 406) to overlap the inside surface of the third opening 406 of theshoe body combination 40. Alternatively, the projecting secondrear section 208 can be folded toward the outside surface of the shoe body combination 40 (namely the outside surface of the second shoe body 20). In another embodiment, the projecting portion of the secondrear section 208 is folded between the firstrear section 108 and the secondrear section 208 of theshoe body combination 20, namely a portion of the secondrear section 208 is set between the firstrear section 108 and the secondrear section 208. It is noted that the projecting portion of the firstrear section 108 and/or the secondrear section 208 can be folded to be positioned on the inside surface or the outside surface of theshoe body combination 40 or between thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 of theshoe body combination 40 to improve the supporting force of theshoe body combination 40. - Next, continuously referring to
FIG. 2 , the improvedshoe structure 1 further comprises at least onesupport structure 30. Thesupport structure 30 is coupled to theshoe body combination 40 to support theshoe body combination 40 and improve the strength of theshoe body combination 40 so as to prevent theshoe body combination 40 from being un-shapeable in the same way as socks do. In an embodiment of the present invention, thesupport structure 30 is provided on theinside surface 402 of the shoe body combination 40 (namely being inside the first shoe body 10) as shown in the left side of the shoe inFIG. 2 . Since thesupport structure 30 is a woven formation, when thesupport structure 30 is set on theinside surface 402 of theshoe body combination 40, a wearer's foot, once received through thethird opening 406 into theimproved shoe structure 1, will not feel stabbing or uncomfortable. Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, thesupport structure 30 is arranged on theoutside surface 404 of theshoe body combination 40, as shown in the right side of the shoe inFIG. 2 . Reference is also made toFIG. 3 .FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing thesupport structure 30 is interposed between thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 of theshoe body combination 40. - Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the
support structure 30 can be made in the form of various patterns, characters, or signs and is attached to theoutside surface 404 of theshoe body combination 40, whereby theshoe body combination 40 may use the various configurations of thesupport structure 30 to support theshoe body combination 40 and also to improve aesthetic appearance of theimproved shoe structure 1. In another embodiment, thesupport structure 30 is arranged on an inside surface (not shown), an outside surface (not shown) of atoe compartment 422 of afore portion 423 of theshoe body combination 40 or both the inside surface and the outside surface of thetoe compartment 422 are provided with thesupport structure 30. As such, thesupport structure 30 may provide protection to the toe against damage caused by a downward impact or hit. Further, thesupport structure 30 can be arranged on aflank 424 of theshoe body combination 40 to prevent the foot of the wearer from shifting laterally insideimproved shoe structure 1 for reducing abrasion and protection of the foot from straining. In a further embodiment, thesupport structure 30 is provided on therear section 408 of theshoe body combination 40 for protecting the heel of the wearer from injury when the foot is moving longitudinally in theimproved shoe structure 1. Further,support structures 30 may be simultaneously provided on theinside surface 402 and theoutside surface 404 of the whole theshoe body combination 40 and between thefirst shoe body 10 and thesecond shoe body 20 of theshoe body combination 40. The arrangement of the support structure is not limited to what is described herein. - Next, referring to
FIGS. 4 and 5 ,FIG. 4 is an exploded view of an improved shoe structure that comprises an outsole structure, a tongue, a buckle, and a counter andFIG. 5 is an exploded view, taken from on side, showing the improved shoe structure that comprises the outsole structure, the tongue, the buckle, and the counter. In the previously discussed embodiments, theimproved shoe structure 1 is provided, ready for being put on the foot of a wearer. To further improve the ground contact characteristic and comfortableness of walking of theimproved shoe structure 1 put on the foot of the wearer, in another embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 is provided, on abottom 414 thereof, with anoutsole structure 50, as shown inFIGS. 4 and 5 . In an embodiment of the present invention, theoutsole structure 50 is integrally formed with theshoe body combination 40. Alternatively, theoutsole structure 50 is bonded to thebottom 414 of theshoe body combination 40 by an adhesive layer (not shown). - The
improved shoe structure 1 according to the present invention may be provided with additional components for functionality. Continuously referring toFIGS. 4 and 5 , in the embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 further comprises atongue 60, which is arranged in thefore portion 423 of theshoe body combination 40 in such a way to expose a portion of thethird opening 406 for protection of the back of the foot. In an embodiment, thetongue 60 is integrally formed with theshoe body combination 40. In another embodiment, depending upon the application of theimproved shoe structure 1, thetongue 60 is provided separate from theshoe body combination 40. Further, thetongue 60 can be made of a woven formation to provide air permeability when the shoe is worn by a wearer. - Next, the
improved shoe structure 1 may further comprise acounter 70, which is provided in therear section 408 of theshoe body combination 40 and may be positioned on theinside surface 402, theoutside surface 404, or both theinside surface 402 and outsidesurface 404 of therear section 408. Providing thecounter 70 helps strengthening ahind portion 426 and also protects the heel of the wearer from damage caused by walking or exercising. Further, in the present invention, abuckle 80 is provided at a location above thetongue 60 of thefore portion 423 of theshoe body combination 40 and adjacent to thethird opening 406. Thebuckle 80 can be integrally formed with theshoe body combination 40. Further, thebuckle 80 may be bonded to thefore portion 423 by means of for example adhesive or silicon. Further, thebuckle 80 may be formed on thefore portion 423 of theshoe body combination 40 by knitting. - Thus, according to the above embodiments, the
improved shoe structure 1 that comprises theshoe body combination 40, theoutsole structure 50, thetongue 60, thebuckle 80, and thecounter 70 is obtained, as shown inFIG. 6 . In other embodiments of the present invention, theimproved shoe structure 1 can be various combination of theshoe body combination 40 comprising thesupport structure 30, theoutsole structure 50, thetongue 60, thebuckle 80, and thecounter 70. For example, theimproved shoe structure 1 may be only theshoe body combination 40 comprising thesupport structure 30. In another embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 can be theshoe body combination 40 comprising thesupport structure 30 and theoutsole structure 50. In a further embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 can be theshoe body combination 40 comprising thesupport structure 30, thetongue 60, and thebuckle 80. In a further embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 can be theshoe body combination 40 and thecounter 70. In a further embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 can be theshoe body combination 40 comprising thesupport structure 30, theoutsole structure 50, thetongue 60, and thebuckle 80. In a further embodiment, theimproved shoe structure 1 can be theshoe body combination 40 comprising thesupport structure 30, thetongue 60, thebuckle 80, and thecounter 70. Theoutsole structure 50, thetongue 60, thebuckle 80, and thecounter 70 can be integrally formed with theshoe body combination 40 that comprises thesupport structure 30 or separately provided on theshoe body combination 40. Further, depending upon the applications, theimproved shoe structure 1 according to the present invention can be used a mountain-hiking shoe, a water/ground dual-purpose shoe, various functional sports shoes, an outdoor shoe or an indoor shoe. - Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
Claims (15)
1. An improved shoe structure, comprising:
a first shoe body, which comprises a first opening;
a second shoe body, which comprises a second opening;
the first shoe body being receivable in the second shoe body and the first opening being combined with the second opening to form a shoe body combination having a third opening, the third opening being adapted to receive a foot of wearer therein, the shoe body combination being of a woven formation; and
a support structure, which is coupled to the shoe body combination to support the shoe body combination.
2. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first shoe body and the second shoe body each comprise meshes.
3. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the shoe body combination comprises a counter, the counter being integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
4. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first shoe body comprises a first rear section and the second shoe body comprises a second rear section.
5. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the first rear section has a height greater than height of the second rear section.
6. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the first rear section has a height less than height of the second rear section.
7. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising an outsole structure arranged on bottom of the shoe body combination.
8. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a tongue provided in a fore portion of the shoe body combination to expose a portion of the third opening and integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
9. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the shoe body combination has a fore portion that comprises a buckle arranged at a location adjacent to the third opening.
10. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the buckle is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
11. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the buckle is integrally formed with the shoe body combination and the support structure.
12. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the support structure is arranged on an inside surface of the shoe body combination and is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
13. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the support structure is arranged between the first shoe body and the second shoe body of the shoe body combination and is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
14. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the support structure is arranged on an outside surface of the shoe body combination and is integrally formed with the shoe body combination.
15. The improved shoe structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the support structure is arranged on an inside surface and an outside surface of the shoe body combination and between the first shoe body and the second shoe body of the shoe body combination.
