Abstract

A cosmetic packaging includes a cosmetic product vessel having an electronic circuit board with a memory unit, in which video, photo and other visuals can be loaded. A screen is provided on which the visuals loaded to the memory unit are shown and/or played.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention
The invention relates to cosmetic packaging.
The invention particularly relates to cosmetic packaging, which can be applied to all kinds of cosmetic products, has multimedia screen, and on the screen of which all kinds of image, video applications can be shown or played.
2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.
In the prior art, advertisement applications are made on cosmetic bottles/packagings by printing method during factory phase. After the factory phase, additional advertisement is not specially applied on the bottle or packaging. Therefore, it is not possible to have an individual application.
Moreover, no other information is placed on cosmetic packaging other than the product name and description.
As a result, above said drawbacks and the inadequacy of the prior solutions about the subject, have necessitated improvement in the related technical field.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention is formed by being inspired from the prior art and aims to solve the above said problems.
Purpose of the invention is to provide screen on the packaging of the cosmetic bottle, and thus provide the cosmetic product with the facility to make visual advertisement while it is on the shelf
Another purpose of the invention is to provide the product, with USB port and memory card slot, and thus enable tile user to load personal video or photo for special days, and thus make the product personal.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide the product with mp3 player module and mp4 player module, speaker, and headphone jack, and thus enable the user to listen and watch audio data, in mp3 and mp4 format.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide the product with rechargeable battery and USB port, and thus enable charging from the USB port or it has the feature of being used via inserting external battery to battery housing.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide data transfer with Bluetooth communication method via the Bluetooth module.
Another purpose of the invention is to have the features of on off and/or photo mode and/or video mode and/or dock setting and/or alarm clock setting and/or playing of the loaded videos, photos, or pictures and/or loading songs via at least one setting button.
In order to achieve the above said purposes, cosmetic packaging has been developed having cosmetic product vessel and comprising electronic circuit board having memory unit, in which video, photo etc. visuals can lie loaded, and screen, on which the visuals loaded to the said memory unit are shown and/or played.
The structural and characteristic features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to. the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Drawings do not have to be scaled and details not necessary for understanding the present invention may be neglected. Moreover, components which are at least widely equal or which have at least widely equal functions are shown with the same number.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments, of the cosmetic packaging, which is the subject of the invention, will only be disclosed for better understanding of the subject.
The cosmetic packaging of the present invention comprises, front cover (3), screen (4), rear cover (5), electronic circuit board (6), setting buttons (7), data input (8) and top cover (9). Said cosmetic packaging is preferably in box form. All kinds of cosmetic product bottle, powder, blusher, or foundation cream box (1) can be used as the product vessel (1). in this detailed description, perfume bottle (1) would be described as the prod act vessel (1).
Perfume bottle (1) having spraying valve (2) on it is covered by the front cover (3) at the front, the rear cover (5) at the back, and the top cover (9) at the top.
Front cover (3) is the part preferably having screen (4) on it and concealing the perfume bottle (1) from the front side. The screen (4) operates via the circuit board (6). Memory unit is placed on the circuit board (56) and all kinds of videos, photos etc. visuals can be loaded to the memory unit. Except the said visuals, songs and audio data in mp3 format and both audio and video data in mp4 format can be loaded to the memory unit. Mp3 player module (61) and mp4 player module (62) are placed on the electronic circuit board (6) in order to facilitate playing said songs and audio data in mp3 format or playing other said audio and video data. In order to be able to listen to the said audio data, speaker (63) or headphone jack (64) is placed on the electronic circuit board (6). Speaker (63) or headphone jack (64) has a small size that would barely be noticeable on the packaging.
All kinds of video, photo etc. visuals loaded in the memory unit can be shown or played on the screen (4).
Preferably USB port (81) or memory card slot (82) is used as data input (8). Data can be loaded to the memory unit placed on the electronic circuit board (6) from any device having USB end via the USB port (81) or by insetting memory card into the memory card slot (82). In this way not only the visuals previously loaded in the memory unit, but also other visuals wanted by the user can be shown or played on the screen (4). Memory card slot (82) is the slot wherein preferably SD card is placed.
Rear cover (5) is the part, on which the USB port (81) housing, the card housing (82), and the housings wherein setting buttons (7) are positioned, are placed. Front cover (3) and the rear cover (5) engage with each other with the help of lugs and fix the bottle (1) and the other parts by surrounding the product vessel (1), or in other words, the perfume bottle (1).
Preferably 5 setting buttons (7) are placed and each of them may have a different function or a button may activate more than one functions. The number of setting buttons (7) may be less than 5 or more than 5. That is to say, the number of functions can be increased or decreased. The cosmetic packaging may be designed and. arranged in another way than the present functions. There may be fewer buttons (7) in case of having fewer functions and more buttons (7) in case of having more functions. For instance, if only photo can be shown on the cosmetic packaging, many of the other buttons would not be needed. When the present functions are considered, these buttons (7) perform such functions: On off, photo mode, video mode, clock setting, alarm clock setting, playing of the loaded videos, photos, or pictures, data transfer via Bluetooth feature, and loading songs. In addition to these features, while the cosmetic packaging is in sleep mode (that is to say, while it is not in the mode of showing video, picture, or photo, or listening to music), the clock mode is activated wherein alarm clock can be set. For data transfer via Bluetooth feature, Bluetooth module (66) is placed on the electronic circuit board (6).
In exemplary application of cosmetic packaging, a user buying the cosmetic packaging can load a video of his/hers together with his/her wife/husband to the memory trait of the electronic circuit board (6) through the USB port (81) or the memory card slot (82) and play on the screen (4) in his/her birthday. Cosmetic packaging can be used for a certain time (with battery): or continuously (with charging). Cosmetic packaging comprises rechargeable battery (65) positioned on the electronic circuit board (6) or battery housing in order to-enable placing and removing batteries to and from the cosmetic packaging. Rechargeable battery (65) is preferably lithium-ion type battery. By means of the rechargeable battery (65) and the USB port (81), the cosmetic packaging can be charged from the USB port (81) via cable or charging device.
Another example can be given as playing the visual or march of the supported team on the screen (4) of the supporter bottle packagings designed for fans.
Screen (4) is preferably LCD screen. However it can also be OLED screen produced with OLED (Organic Light Emitting Device/Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology. OLED screens are also called as GEL (Organic Electroluminescent Device) screen. Considering the rapidly changing screen technologies, other screen types that would be produced with the developing technology can be used as the screen (4) that is subject to the present invention.

Claims

1. A cosmetic packaging comprising a cosmetic product vessel, characterized in that, it comprises:

an electronic circuit board having a memory unit, in which video, photo and other visuals can he loaded, and

a screen on which the visuals loaded, to the said memory unit are shown and/or played.

2. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that, it comprises:

at least one data input positioned on the said electronic circuit board and providing loading of video, photo and other visuals to the memory unit.

3. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 2, characterized in that:

said data input is a USB port.

4. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 2, characterized in that:

said data input is a memory card slot.

5. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 2, characterized in that:

said data input is a memory card slot wherein an SD memory card can be inserted.

6. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that:

said screen is an LCD screen.

7. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that:

said screen is an OLED/OEL screen.

8. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that, it comprises:

an mp3 player module enabling playing of audio data, and

a speaker providing audio output of said audio data or a headphone jack wherein the headphone providing audio output is inserted.

9. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that, it comprises:

an mp4 player module enabling playing of audio and video data, and

10. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 2, characterized in that, it comprises:

a battery housing wherein a rechargeable battery or external battery is inserted.

11. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that, it comprises:

a Bluetooth module providing data transfer via Bluetooth feature.

12. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 11, characterized in that, it comprises:

a setting button having data transfer function via the Bluetooth feature.

13. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that, it comprises:

a front cover and a rear cover engaged with each other via lugs and covering the product vessel from the front and rear sides.

14. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that, it comprises:

at least one setting button positioned on the said electronic circuit board and having the functions of on off or photo mode or video mode or clock setting or alarm clock setting or playing of the loaded videos, photos, or pictures or loading song.

15. A cosmetic packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that:

said product vessel is a perfume bottle or a powder box or a blusher box or a foundation cream box.
