Abstract
A buckle structure is composed of a first body, a second body and a pivot rod. One side of the first body corresponding to the second body is formed with a shaft hole portion and a fixed positioning rod. One side of the second body corresponding to the first body is formed with two parallel opposite pivot holes, so that the pivot rod is inserted through the pivot holes and the shaft hole portion, and the first body and the second body are pivotally combined together to form a buckle. Thus, when the buckle and the strap are combined together to form a belt for use, the convenience of the belt of tightening the object can be enhanced.
Description
- (1) Field of the Invention
- The invention relates to a belt, and more particularly to an improved fixing structure for fixing a belt after the belt tightens an object.
- (2) Description of the Prior Art
- A typical tightening belt, either a waist belt for a human, or a harness fixing belt, has the structure, in which one side of the buckle is combined with and fixed to a strap, and then the other end of the strap passes through the buckle. Meanwhile, a rotatable positioning rod is disposed on the buckle, and the positioning rod is fit with a positioning hole on the strap. However, this conventional usage is inconvenient to the operations of tightening and fixing the harness, and thus needs to be changed.
- In view of the associated problems induced by the design defects of the prior art, the present inventor has paid attention to the research and development according to the experience and the technology in manufacturing the associated products for many years, and thus developed this buckle structure to solve the problems of the prior art.
- A main object of the invention is to provide a buckle structure, which makes the usage structure of the buckle smoothly and conveniently fix a belt, thereby enhancing the operation efficiency and quality for tightening and fixing.
- To achieve the above-identified object, the invention provides a buckle structure composed of a first body, a second body and a pivot rod. One side of the first body corresponding to the second body is formed with a shaft hole portion and a fixed positioning rod. One side of the second body corresponding to the first body is formed with two parallel opposite pivot holes, so that the pivot rod is inserted through the pivot holes and the shaft hole portion, and the first body and the second body are pivotally combined together to form a buckle. Also, bottom portions of two opposite ends of the first body, which are pivotally connected to the second body and disposed on the one side of the first body projectingly formed with the shaft hole portion, are projectingly formed with two position restricting portions, respectively, and a rotating angle of the second body is restricted by the two position restricting portions engaging and contacting with an outer side of the second body. In use, the buckle can be combined with a strap on the outer side of the first body, and the other end of the strap can be inserted into the inner side of the second body after the strap tightens the object. Furthermore, according to the structure design in the second body capable of rotating relatively to the first body, the second body is rotated downwards when the strap is tightened and pulled, and the specific positioning hole on the strap is smoothly fit with the positioning rod to enhance the convenience and the utility of the belt of tightening the object.
- Further aspects, objects, and desirable features of the invention will be better understood from the detailed description and drawings that follow in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of examples.

FIGS. 1 to 5 , the buckle structure of the invention includes abuckle 1 and astrap 40, wherein thebuckle 1 is composed of afirst body 10, asecond body 20 and apivot rod 30. - The
first body 10 is a substantially a hollow rectangular frame. One side of thefirst body 10 corresponding to thesecond body 20 is projectingly formed with ashaft hole portion 11, and a fixedpositioning rod 12. Thefirst body 10 forms two opposite ends of theshaft hole portion 11. In addition,position restricting portions 13 are projectingly formed on bottom portions of thefirst body 10 at suitable positions. That is, the bottom portions of two opposite ends of thefirst body 10, which are pivotally connected to thesecond body 20 and disposed on the one side of thefirst body 10 projectingly formed with theshaft hole portion 11, are projectingly formed with the twoposition restricting portions 13, respectively. Theshaft hole portion 11 has a hollow axial structure, and thepivot rod 30 can be inserted through theshaft hole portion 11. Thepositioning rod 12 projectingly extends towards the outer side of thesecond body 20 and fixes thestrap 40 to the specific position. The twoposition restricting portions 13 may engage and contact with the outer side of thesecond body 20. - The
second body 20 has a substantial U-shape. Twopivot holes 21 are formed at two parallel opposite positions on the one side of thefirst body 10. Thepivot rod 30 may be inserted through the twopivot holes 21. - The
pivot rod 30 is an elongated rod, which can be inserted through thepivot hole 21 and theshaft hole portion 11 at a time to pivotally combine thefirst body 10 with thesecond body 20 to form thebuckle 1. Thesecond body 20 is rotated relatively to thefirst body 10, and the rotating angle of thesecond body 20 is restricted by the twoposition restricting portions 13 engaging and contacting with the corresponding outer side of thesecond body 20. - The
strap 40 is a typical leather strap having one end that may be fixed to the position of the external lateral side of thefirst body 10, and the other end formed withseveral positioning holes 41 at suitable positions. Since this pertains to the prior art, detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted. - As mentioned hereinabove, the
buckle 1 and thestrap 40 are combined and utilized to tighten the object, such as the waist of the human body or the harness. The other end of thestrap 40 is inserted into the inner side of thesecond body 20 after tightening the waist of the human body or object. Furthermore, according to the structure design in thesecond body 20 capable of rotating relatively to thefirst body 10, thesecond body 20 is rotated downwards when thestrap 40 is tightened and pulled, and thespecific positioning hole 41 on thestrap 40 is smoothly fit with thepositioning rod 12 to achieve the tightening object. - In the above-mentioned members and construction, the design of the fixed
positioning rod 12 and the rotatablesecond body 20 can enhance the convenience and utility of the belt for tightening the object, such as the waist of the human body or the harness. - New characteristics and advantages of the invention covered by this document have been set forth in the foregoing description. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawings are for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention. Changes in methods, shapes, structures or devices may be made in details without exceeding the scope of the invention by those who are skilled in the art. The scope of the invention is, of course, defined in the language in which the appended claims are expressed.
Claims (2)
1. A buckle structure, comprising a first body, a second body and a pivot rod, wherein one side of the first body corresponding to the second body is formed with a shaft hole portion and a fixed positioning rod, one side of the second body corresponding to the first body is formed with two parallel opposite pivot holes, so that the pivot rod is inserted through the pivot holes and the shaft hole portion, and the first body and the second body are pivotally combined together to form a buckle.
2. The buckle structure according to claim 1 , wherein bottom portions of two opposite ends of the first body, which are pivotally connected to the second body and disposed on the one side of the first body projectingly formed with the shaft hole portion, are projectingly formed with two position restricting portions, respectively, and a rotating angle of the second body is restricted by the two position restricting portions engaging and contacting with an outer side of the second body.
