guide member 21 is combined with an end of theguide rail 11 so as to close thepanorama sun roof 20. - The information disclosed in this Background of the Invention section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.
- Various aspects of the present invention are directed to providing a sliding structure of a panorama sun roof for a vehicle, and in particular, to prevent noise and vibrations from occurring at the time of closing a panorama sun roof mounted in a vehicle.
- In one aspect of the present invention, a sliding structure of a panorama sun roof for a vehicle, wherein a roof panel of the vehicle is mounted with the panorama sun roof, may include a guide rail mounted to the panorama sun roof, wherein an end of the guide rail is molded with an elastic member, and a guide member mounted in the guide rail for the panorama sun roof to slidably move along the guide rail of the roof panel.
- The elastic member is a leaf spring.
-
- A side portion of the end of the guide rail molded in the leaf spring is mounted with a guide hole.
- A lower portion of the end of the guide rail is mounted with an auxiliary guide rail and one side of the auxiliary guide rail is mounted with an auxiliary guide hole.
- The auxiliary guide hole is positioned between the auxiliary guide rail and the guide rail.

-
FIGS. 3 and 4 is a diagram showing a sliding structure of a panorama sun roof for a vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. - Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIGS. 3 and 4 , a sliding structure of a panorama sun roof for a vehicle according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention is made by molding an end of aguide rail 11 of aroof panel 10 for a vehicle in a leaf spring S to prevent noise and vibrations from occurring when aguide member 21 of thepanorama sun roof 20 sled along theguide rail 11 move to the end of theguide rail 11. - Hereinafter, each component of the sliding structure of a panorama sun roof for a vehicle will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- First, according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 1 and 3 , theroof panel 10 for a vehicle mounted with thepanorama sun roof 20 is mounted with theguide rail 11 and is mounted with theguide member 21 of thepanorama sun roof 20 slidably moving along theguide rail 11 of theroof panel 10. In this case, the end of theguide rail 11 is molded in a leaf spring S. - In this configuration, the leaf spring S is made of a material having elasticity and is molded at the end of the
guide rail 11, which makes it easy to slidably move theguide member 21 along theguide rail 11 at the time of operating thepanorama sun roof 20. - In this case, the reason why the
guide member 21 can be easily sled along theguide rail 11 is that the end of theguide rail 11 is molded in the leaf spring S having elasticity to vertically expand and contract the end of theguide rail 11 by a predetermined interval when theguide member 21 is sled to the end of theguide rail 11 so as to close thepanorama sun roof 20. - Further, a side portion of the end of the
