Thedriving motor 40 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as described above, is implemented as an inner-rotor-type driving motor having thestator unit 41 provided with therotator unit 42 disposed at an inner side thereof. - The
stator unit 41 is formed in a shape of a ring, and is provided with acore 41 a having a plurality of core plates stacked up against against each other at an inside thereof. In addition, thestator unit 41 includes a plurality ofteeth parts 41 b extended from an inner circumferential surface of thestator unit 41, and acoil 41 c formed by winding a wire around the each of the plurality ofteeth parts 41 b. - The
rotator unit 42 has therotating shaft 43 fixed to a center area thereof, and therotator unit 42 has a plurality ofmagnets 42 a disposed at an outer circumferential surface thereof to correspond to the each of the plurality ofteeth parts 41 b of thestator unit 41. - In addition, as described above, the bearing
housing 60 for the installation of the drivingmotor 40 is disposed at the rear surface of therotating tub 30. The bearinghousing 60 enables the drivingmotor 40 to be installed at the rear surface of thewater tub 20, and at the same time, enables abearing 70 to be installed thereto so that the rotatingshaft 43 may be rotatably supported by thebearing 70. As illustrated onFIGS. 2 to 4 , the bearinghousing 60 is formed by integrally including ahousing part 61 formed in a shape of a ring and provided with the bearing 70 installed at an inner circumferential surface thereof, aflange part 62 radially extended from thehousing part 61 and provided with the drivingmotor 40 fixed thereto, and afastening part 63 integrally and extendedly formed from theflange part 62 to a rear side thereof for the installation of thestator unit 41. - The

Two units of thebearings 70 are disposed at both sides of an inner circumferential surface of thehousing part 61 so that the rotatingshaft 43 is rotatably supported by the twobearings 70 at an inner side of thehousing part 61. - The
flange part 62 is integrally formed with a first reinforcingrib 64 integrally and radially extended from thehousing part 61, and second reinforcing ribs 65 a and 65 b extended from thehousing part 61 in a circumferential direction so that the strength of theflange part 62 is reinforced. - The first reinforcing
rib 64 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is provided in plurality while being spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction. The first reinforcing rib extends radially outwards from thehousing part 61 along theflange part 62. The second reinforcing ribs 65 a and 65 b are provided in plurality while being spaced apart from each other in the radial direction of the bearinghousing 60. The second reinforcing ribs 65 a and 65 b connect the first reinforcingribs 64 to each other so that the first reinforcingribs 64 are supported to each other in the circumferential direction. The second reinforcing rib 65 b, which is formed at a periphery side among the second reinforcing ribs 65 a and 65 b, connects thefastening parts 63 to each other so that thefastening parts 63 are supported to each other in the circumferential direction. - The
fastening part 63 is integrally formed in an extended manner from a rear surface of thewater tub 20, and is provided in plurality while being spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction. Each of thefastening parts 63 is provided with afirst fastening hole 63 a to which thestator unit 41 may be fixed through a fastening member such as a screw. - The driving
motor 40 applied to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as described above, is an inner-rotor-type driving motor having thestator unit 41 provided with therotator unit 42 disposed at an inner side thereof. Thus, thestator unit 41 is needed to have a large diameter, compared to astator unit 41 applied to an outer-rotor-type driving motor that is being widely used in a conventional scope. Accordingly, theflange part 62 of the bearinghousing 60, to which thestator unit 41 is fixed, is needed to have a large diameter to correspond to the size of thestator unit 41. - The
fastening parts 63 according to the embodiment is integrally extended from the periphery of theflange part 62 to a rear side thereof so as to enable thestator unit 41 to be installed at theflange part 62 of the bearinghousing 60 while maintaining the size of theflange part 62 at a minimum. - Meanwhile, the
stator unit 41 is provided with asecond fastening hole 41 d at a certain position of an outer side thereof corresponding to thefirst fastening hole 63 a so that a fastening member may be fastened to thefirst fastening hole 63 a by passing through thesecond fastening hole 41 d, and thereby thestator unit 41 is fixed to the bearinghousing 60. - The bearing
housing 60 described above is integrally formed with each parts thereof, that is, thehousing part 61, theflange part 62, the first reinforcingrib 64, the second reinforcing ribs 65 a and 65 b, and thefastening part 63, through an injection molding and the like. The bearinghousing 60 integrally formed is disposed at molds M1 and M2 that are configured to form thewater tub 20, and is subject to an insert injection, thereby forming thewater tub 20 having the bearinghousing 60 at an inside the rear surface thereof. - The second reinforcing rib 65 b, which is formed at a periphery side among the second reinforcing ribs 65 a and 65 b, connects the
fastening parts 63, which are spaced apart from to each other in the circumferential direction, so that thefastening parts 63 are supported to each other. - The
water tub 20, as illustrated onFIG. 5 , while in a state of the bearinghousing 60 being disposed in between the two molds M1 and M2, is manufactured by hardening a resin after injecting the resin into a cavity formed in between the two molds M1 and M2 and the bearinghousing 60. - The
fastening part 63 provided at the bearinghousing 60, in a process of molding thewater tub 20 through the molds M1 and M2 as described above, enables the bearinghousing 60 to be supported by one M1 of the molds M1 and M2, thereby preventing the bearinghousing 60 from being moved in a process of resin being injected. However, in the case of the bearinghousing 60 provided with theflange part 62 having a large diameter as above, the distance between thefastening parts 63 is large, and thus the bearinghousing 60 may not be stably supported by the mold M1. - Thus, the
fastening parts 63 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is provided at an adjacent area thereof with a supportingpart 66 that has a shape of a ring as illustrated onFIG. 4 , and is positioned in the same plane as the rear surface of thewater tub 20. The supportingpart 66 as such, as illustrated onFIG. 6 , in a process of the bearinghousing 60 being injection-molded at thewater tub 20, enables the bearinghousing 60 to be directly supported by the mold M1, which is for the molding of thewater tub 20, through the surface of the supportingpart 66, thereby preventing the bearinghousing 60 from being moved by the pressure of the melting resin acting at an inside the molds M1 and M2, and thus forming thewater tub 20 having the bearinghousing 60 disposed at a precise position. - Although a few embodiments of the present disclosure have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the disclosure, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.
