  • This invention is regarding towards wetsuits. Especially for Surfing, Wind surfing, diving and other water related sports.
  • Wetsuits has several styles. Wetsuits normally used stretchable materials thus it will fit to body which prevent water to come in and it can provide comfortable doing water sports.
  • Wetsuits preferably to choose right size for its user in order to fit well. If not, water will easily leak into the suits. And it will end up losing thermal function to keep body temperature warm. Thus best way to acquire Wetsuits will be to tailor made to seek perfect fit to your body.
  • the opening portion 50 and FIG. 3 describes Wetsuits opening of arm and legs are normally tube or taper shaped constructed by flat neoprene sheet stitched. Means if to cut the opening to adjust length then new cut opening L 4 will have bigger diameter then induce water leaking that defeat wetsuits function of keeping body warm.
  • This invention was created since to solve problems above. That means it is the Wetsuits which can be mass produced (non taylor made suits) and be able to adjust length of the arm and leg openings to fit perfect or almost perfect. Also to prevent water to leak from new openings.
  • Every opening shape to be parallel tube shape not tapered and also to have strong stitch lose stopper to have in every several distances from the openings as described in the 21 in the FIG. 2 .
  • this invention is Wetsuits that is produced by certain elastic materials and arms and legs can slide into the tube shape that constructed by flat sheet materials that was stitched. And when to cut off this tube part parallel to the openings in order to shorten the length. Then to have stitch loose stopper to have in every certain distance. So that within this part can be cut and opening stitch will not rip and lose open.

  • the claim 3 described invention is explaining that it is produced from certain materials which has the part of opening to make parallel tube shape so that arm and leg can slide through. And arm and leg opening certain length part has stitch loose stopper installed onto the stitch of arm and legs of Wetsuits.
  • every arm and leg openings will have stitch loose stopper to have in every certain distance. So that within this part can be cut and opening stitch. Then it can be cut in between this fixture. Then stitch will not loose father than next stitch loose stopper. So that tube shape arm and leg openings materials will retain the tube shape. Also within this loose stopper portion of the openings, it is shaped parallel thus new cut openings will retain the same diameter and will not change tighten strength at the openings. Because its openings are remaining to be the same diameter. And to retaining the tighten pressure to the openings will prevent water leaking since of the new cut openings.
  • wetsuits can be pre made at certain sizes at longer arm and leg openings with the mechanism mentioned above. Then it can be fitted towards most of the people's body size including length of the arm and leg. Thus this wetsuits can be produced cheaper than fully taylor made customize wetsuits.

  • This style of wetsuits 10 is same as common pre made suits the same it constructed by many fabric and parts stitched together parts by parts. Mainly used Neoprane rubber laminated by fabric to be used. Wetsuits 10 will be normally used around 3 mm thickness.
  • wetsuits 10 is stitch is not penetrated to the other side it is called blind stitch Or other method of stitch go through wetsuits material normally called flat lock.
  • This style we use are flat lock system which material sheet is locked strong. And the part of arm and legs of 15 , 11 , 12 are used this method to produce.
  • Opening 11 tip part 13 is FIG. 2( a ) Indicated, certain length of tube from the opening will be parallel (L 1 ). Opening 11 and tip portion of 13 length is optimized and selected, users arm and leg length is suppose different but then they can adjust the length by cutting off the opening end of the wetsuits.
  • Opening part 11 's tip part 13 has stitch loosen stopper has installed.
  • Neoprene rubber sheet is stitch together to be shaped as tube shape.
  • wetsuits 10 is not described by drawings however arm part 11 or leg part 12 are constructed the same way. Thus they are all shaped pararel on the opening part in order to cut to adjust but retain same diameter to fit well and prevent water leaks. 14 also has stitch lose stopper mechanism is installed in certain distance of the opening part as similar function above.
  • Tip part 13 has diameter L 1 must be parallel shape thus new cut opening diameter L 1 is the same as before cut L 1 diameter.
  • Arm and leg opening 12 has tip part 13 has stitch loose stopper installed in several location near opening. If to cut between stitch loose stopper installed, stitch lose will not go farther than next stitch loose stopper installed point. Leg opening will be the exact same way.
  • Wetsuits 10 has many different shapes. Such as explained material will be Neoprene sheet is normally used. However if the material is elastic and against leak water into the suits and can keep body warm. Then any material can be used. And way to stitch the material to construct suits can be done at any way And stitch loose stopper method can be at any way. Such as big knots stitch on top of stitch, crossing stitch on top of stitch. Glued tape.
