Further, it is possible to achieve smoother pivot by implementing the shaft fastening the pivot bars 22 to the shaft fixing member 21 a with bearings 21 b, such that it is possible to improve durability of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus.

Abstract
The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention can perform various twisting movements while rollers formed on the bottom surfaces of left and right foot plates execute a surfing-like wave-form curvilinear movement along a wave-form curvilinear bar provided separately at the periphery of a twisting rotating plate while a half-turn movement is repeated by the twisting rotating plate which is provided at the centre of a moving-piece body as a rowing movement between handle operations. Consequently, there are advantageous effects in that the rowing movement, twisting movement, wave-form movement and the like can be executed in parallel, and in that a step movement can be executed by detaching the wave-form curvilinear bar as required.
Description
- The present invention relates to a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relate to a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus connected with Korean Patent No. 10-0774919, filed previously by the applicant(s).
- The subject matter of the registered invention relates to sporting apparatus for multi purpose including a vibration link that is supported to a body and makes see-saw motion, a ropeskipping handle bar rotatably mounted at a predetermined position on a rotary plate, a link mechanism that allows the vibration link to make see-saw motion by rotation of the ropeskipping handle bar, and a skipping plate that is mounted on the body and rotated by one end of the vibration link hitting the bottom, in order to achieve an effect of ropeskipping by naturally rotating a foot plate by skipping while turning the handle bar as a link-type handle bar is rotated such that the foot plate is pushed and rotated upward and of allowing rowing exercise and waist and body exercise by turning the rotary plate which makes a rowing motion to turn rotary foot plates; however, the apparatus is structurally complicated and not suitable for exercising the waist or the hip. In particular, twisting exercise for the waist is popular, but the exercise machines are not sufficient to effectively achieve the exercise.
- The present invention has been made to solve the problems and it is an object to provide a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus allowing rowing exercise, twisting exercise, and waving exercise, and if necessary, step exercise.
- Further, it is another object of the present invention to provide a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus that allows a user to adjust the intensity of exercise and the structure.
- In addition, it is another object of the present invention to provide a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus having a simple and safe structure.
- The objects of the present invention are not limited to those described above and other objects of the present invention, which are not stated herein, can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
- A multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention includes: a body; pivot bars having the lower ends fastened to shaft mounts at the rear left and right sides of the body and the upper ends coupled to handle bars such that the angle is adjusted left and right; first driving members having the lower ends fastened to the lower portions of the pivot bars and the front ends connected with links and driving pins fastened to fixing members fixed to the left and right portions of the front of the body; in the body, second driving members having the front end connected with a rope pulling the other side forward when the driving pins and one end are moved rearward; operation members each having one end connected with rear ends of the second driving members and the other end connected with a chain making a circular gear plate fastened to the center of the body repeat half-turn; left and right foot plates disposed on a rotary plate mounted on the circular gear plate and having roller and the bottom of the front ends; and a waving part detachably mounted on a cover plate of the body and having a wave guide that guides the rollers, in which as the handle bars are operated forward/rearward, the left and right foot plates repeat a half-turn twisting motion and the rollers are waved along the wave guide.
- Another multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention includes: a body; pivot bars having the upper portions pivotably fastened to shaft fixing members formed at the rear left and right sides of the body and the upper ends coupled to handle bars such that the angle is adjusted left and right; driving members having the rear ends fastened to driving pins fastened to the lower ends of the pivot bars and moved forward/rearward by pivot of the pivot bars, in the body; operation members each having one end connected to the front ends of the driving members, the fixed middle portion, and the other end connected with a second circular gear plate making a first circular gear plate fastened to the center of the body repeat half-turn; left and right foot plates disposed on a rotary plate mounted on the first circular gear plate and having roller and the bottom of the front ends; and a waving part detachably mounted on a cover plate of the body and having a wave guide that guides the rollers, in which as the handle bars are operated forward/rearward, the left and right foot plates repeat a half-turn twisting motion and the rollers are waved along the wave guide.
- According to the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention, the left and right foot plates independently make a step motion by separating the waving part from the cover plate.
- Further, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention further includes at least any one of a roller support of which the center is fixed under the rear portions of the left and right foot plates and that has rollers at both ends which are in contact with the bottoms of the left and right foot plates in order to guide the step motion of the left and right foot plates, and a support rope of which the center is supported at the middle portion of the left and right foot plates and that has both ends fastened to the left and right foot plates.
- Further, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention further includes a locking member that prevents up-down movement of the left and right foot plates, at the center of the rotary plate, in which only a twisting motion is implemented by fastening the locking member and separating the waving part from the cover plate.
- Further, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention further includes body wheels fastened to the left and right rear ends of the body.
- Further, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention further includes pistons connected between the other ends of the operation members and the fixed middle portions and cylinders connected to the rear ends of the body and protruding outward from the rear ends to adjust the intensity of the internal pressure.
- Further, according to the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention, a fastening bolt hole, a first adjusting bolt hole, and a second adjusting bolt are formed at the lower end of the handle bar in the up-down direction, and a fastening bolt, a first adjusting bolt, and an oblong second adjusting bolt hole indicating the left-right adjustment angle are formed at the upper rend of the pivot bar in the up-down direction, such that the bolts and the bolt holes are coupled by nuts.
- Further, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention further includes: elastic supports that protrude through the handle bars to move forward/rearward and are equipped with elastic members between the front protrusions and the handle bars; and fixing members that are thread-fastened ahead of the elastic supports such that the positions are adjusted forward/rearward and compress the elastic members when the handle bars are moved forward, in order to adjust operation load of the handle bars.
- Further, according to the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention, the left and right foot plates each include a foot plate cap, a foot plate placed on the foot plate cap to move up/down, and a brake fixed to the rear portion of a side of the foot plate cap and pivoting forward from the lower portion when the foot plate comes in contact with the foot plate cap.
- Further, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the present invention further includes anti-rear turn members that are formed at the left and right side of the rear portion of the cover plate and prevent the left and right foot plate from turning rearward.
- According to the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention, since as the handle bars are operated to make a rowing motion, the rotary plate on the center of the body repeats half-turn and the rollers on the bottom of the left and right foot plates make a wave motion, like surfing, along the waving part separately disposed around the rotary plate, various twisting motions can be implemented. Accordingly, it is possible to implement a rowing motion, a twisting motion, and a wave motion, and if necessary, a step motion by separating the waving part.
- Further, according to the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention, a user can adjust the exercise intensity and structure.
- Further, according to the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture the apparatus at a low cost because the structure is simple, and the structure is strong and safe, such that it is possible to prevent an accident during exercising.

Advantages and features of the present invention and methods for achieving them will be clear from exemplary embodiments described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 1 to 5 are views illustrating a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In detail,FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention,FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention,FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a twist rotary plate and left and right foot plates according to the first embodiment of the present invention, andFIG. 5 is rear view of the twist rotary plate and the left and right foot plates according to the first embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 5 , in a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention,pivot bars 2 are fastened to shaft mounts la at the rear left and right sides of abody 1 and handle bars 3 are coupled to thepivot bars 2 such that angle can be adjusted left and right. - Further, driving members 6 fastened to the lower portions of the
pivot bars 2 are connected withlinks 5 and drivingpins 6 a fastened to fixingmembers 4 at the front left and right sides of thebody 1. - In addition, the front end of a
second driving member 7 is connected to the drivingpin 6 a and arope 10 that pulls the othersecond driving member 7 forward when thesecond driving member 7 at one side moves back is connected to the front ends of thesecond driving members 7. The pair ofsecond driving members 7 may make a link motion by therope 10. Atension controller 10 a for adjusting the exercise load is disposed at the middle of therope 10. - Moreover,
operation members 8 with one end fastened to the rear ends of thesecond driving members 7 have the middle portion fixed to asub-longitudinal supports 1 b-1 of thebody 1 byfixing pins 8 a and a chain 9 is connected to the other ends of theoperation members 8. The chain 9 is wound on the circumference of acircular gear plate 9 a fastened to the center portion of thebody 1 to repeat half revolution. - Further, a
rotary plat 13 is fitted and locked by afixing pin 9 b formed on thecircular gear plate 9 a and placed on thebody 1. - In addition, left and
right foot plates 12 are mounted on therotary plate 13. In detail, ashaft pin 11 a extending left and right is disposed at the front portion of asupport plate 11 vertically disposed at the center of therotary plate 13 and the left andright foot plates 12 are fastened to thesupport plate 11 by inserting theshaft pin 11 a in shaft holes 12 c of the left andright foot plates 12.Rollers 12 a are coupled to the front bottom of the left andright foot plates 12. - A
locking member 11 b that prevent up/down movement of the left andright foot plates 12 is disposed at the middle of the upper portion of thesupport plate 11. - A
protrusion 11 c that protrudes rearward is formed at the rear of thesupport plate 11, such that aroller support 11 d is fitted in theprotrusion 11 c from under the rear portion of the left andright foot plates 12 and rollers at both ends of theroller support 11 d are in contact with the bottoms of the left andright foot plates 12. Theroller support 11 d guides the left andright foot plates 12 during step exercise while supporting the left andright foot plates 12. Anti-separators 11 e that prevent theroller support 11 d from separating in contact with theroller support 11 d during step exercise are formed at the left and right sides under theroller support 11 d. - Further, a waving
member 13 a is detachably mounted on a cover plate 1-1 of thebody 1. A wavingguide 13 b where therollers 12 a are placed is formed the upper surface of the wavingmember 13 a. - The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus having the configuration according to the first embodiment of the present invention can have three operational features, as shown in
FIGS. 6 to 8 . -
FIG. 6 is a view illustrating one operational feature of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , with the wavingmember 13 a mounted on the cover plate 1-1 and the lockingmember 11 b separated from theroller support 11 d, as the handle bar 3 is moved forward/backward, the left andright foot plates 12 repeat a twisting motion with half-turn and therollers 12 a wave along the wavingguide 13 b. - In detail, the
left pivot bar 2 pivots forward and theright pivot bar 2 pivots rearward by operating the left handle bar 3 forward and operating the right handle bar 3 rearward. The first driving members 6, thelinks 5, the driving pins 6 a, and thesecond driving members 7 sequentially connected to the pivot bars 2 are all moved forward at the left side and moved rearward at the right side. Accordingly, therope 10 is pulled right from the left while the left ends and the right ends ofoperation members 8 are moved forward and rearward, respectively. As the chain 9 connected to theoperation members 8 is pulled left, thecircular gear plate 9 a engaged with the chain 9 turns half way to the left. Therotary plate 13 and the left andright foot plates 12 over thecircular gear plate 9 a simultaneously turn left, and as therollers 12 a rotate half way to the left along the wavingguide 13 b, the left andright foot plates 12 move up or down, making a half-turn twisting motion to the left. - On the contrary, a half-turn twisting motion to the right is made by operating the left handle bar 3 rearward and the operating the right handle bar 3 forward.
- As described above, one operational feature of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention is to allow rowing exercise operating the handle bars 3 forward/backward, twisting exercise repeatedly turning the left and
right foot plates 12 half way to the left and right with the rowing exercise, and a wave exercise moving the left andright foot plates 12 up or down with the twisting exercise. -
FIG. 7 is a view illustrating the feature of another operational feature of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , with the wavingpart 13 a separated from the cover plate 1-1 and the lockingmember 11 b separated from theroller support 11 d, when a user alternately presses down the left andright foot plates 12, the force is transmitted to theroller support 11 d that makes a see-saw motion in contact with the bottoms of the left andright foot plates 12, thereby implementing step exercise. - In this operation, it is possible to implement the rowing exercise and the twisting exercise, in addition to the step exercise, by repeatedly operating the handle bars 3 forward/rearward with the hands.

FIG. 8 is a view illustrating another operational feature of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , with the wavingpart 13 a separated from the cover plate 1-1 and the lockingmember 11 b fastened to theroller support 11 d, as the handle bars 3 are repeatedly operated forward/rearward, the left andright foot plates 12 become parallel, such that only the rowing exercise and corresponding twisting exercise can be implemented. -
FIG. 9 is a view showing the connection between the handle bars and the pivot bars according to the first embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 9 , the handle bars 3 are coupled to the pivot bars 2 such that the angle can be adjusted left and right, when seen in the direction A ofFIG. 1 . In detail, an adjustingbolt 2 a and afastening bolt 2 b are fastened to the upper portion of thepivot bar 2 in the up-down direction and an adjustingbolt hole 3 a and afastening bolt hole 3 b are formed at the handle bar 3 in the up-down direction, such that they are coupled by nuts (not shown). Thefastening bolt 2 b and thefastening bolt hole 3 b are the same in diameter, whereas the adjustingbolt 2 a is relatively smaller in diameter than the adjustingbolt hole 3 a. Accordingly, the position of the adjustingbolt 2 a can be changed inside the adjustingbolt hole 3 b. - Therefore, a normal-sized person is available when the adjusting
bolts 3 a are at the centers of the adjustingbolt holes 3 b, a large person is available when the handle bars are open left and right, and a small person is available when the handle bars are close left and right. -
FIG. 10 is a view illustrating a rope and a tension controller according to the first embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 10 , tension of therope 10 is adjusted by an up/down movement of thetension controller 10 a at the B ofFIG. 2 . Accordingly, it is possible to make the load for moving thesecond driving members 7 connected to the left and right ends of therope 10 different, such that it is possible to freely control the load during the rowing exercise with thetension controller 10 a. -
FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention.FIG. 11 shows only the different components from the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown inFIGS. 1 to 5 and the same components are not shown. - As shown in
FIG. 11 , in the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention, the upper portions of pivot bars 22 are coupled to fixingmembers 21 a formed at the left and right sides of abody 21 to pivot forward/rearward and handlebars 23 are coupled to the upper ends of the pivot bars 22 such that the angle can be adjusted left and right. - Further, driving
members 24 are coupled to drivingpins 24 a fastened to the lower ends of thepivot members 22 in thebody 21. Thepivot members 24 are moved forward/rearward by the pivot of the pivot bars 22. - In addition, one end of an
operation member 25 is connected to the front end of the drivingmember 24. The middle portion of the operation member is fixed to asub-longitudinal support 21 b-1 of thebody 21 and the other end of theoperation member 25 is connected to a secondcircular gear plate 26. Thecircular gear plate 26 is engaged with a firstcircular gear plate 29 a, with a larger diameter, to make the firstcircular gear plate 29 a fastened to the center of thebody 21 repeat half-turn. In this configuration, the firstcircular gear plate 29 a corresponds to thecircular gear plate 9 a according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Further, a rotary plate, left and right foot plates, and waving part mounted on thecircular gear plate 29 a correspond to therotary plate 13, the left andright foot plates 12, and the wavingpart 13 a of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention, which are described above. - As described above, in the second embodiment, the rotational force of the first
circular gear plate 29 a for twisting exercise is provided through a simpler and stronger structure from the handle bars 23 to the secondcircular gear plate 26. Meanwhile, the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention can have three operational features, as well as the first embodiment. - Further, the multifunctional twist movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention further includes
pistons 27 a connected at the middle portions fastened to the other ends of theoperation members 25 andcylinders 27 b connected to the rear end of thebody 21 and protruding outward from the rear end and equipped withcontrollers 27 c controlling the magnitude of the internal pressure. According to this configuration, similar to therope 10 and thetension controller 10 a according to the first embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide operation load during rowing exercise with the handle bars 25 and adjust the operation load. Thecylinders 27 b may be any one of hydraulic cylinders or pneumatic cylinders. -
FIG. 12 is a view showing the connection between a handle bar and a pivot bar according to the second embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 12 , in the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention, a fastening bolt hole 23 a, a firstadjusting bolt hole 23 b, and asecond adjusting bolt 23 c are formed in the up-down direction at the lower end of thehandle bar 23 while afastening bolt 22 a, afirst adjusting bolt 22 b, and an oblong secondadjusting bolt hole 22 c indicating the left-right pivot angle are formed in the up-down direction at the upper end of thepivot bar 22, such that they can be coupled by nuts (not shown). The structure further includes thesecond adjusting bolt 23 c and the secondadjusting bolt hole 22 c, in comparison to the fastening structure of the handle bars and the pivot bars according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown inFIG. 9 , such that they are more firmly fastened and the left-right adjustment angle is more clearly indicated, such that the user can be provided with safety and convenience. Meanwhile, it is possible to remove repulsive feel due to metal and further provide convenience by cover the upper portions of the handle bars 23 withhandle bar caps 23 d made of synthetic resin. Further, it is possible to achieve smoother pivot by implementing the shaft fastening the pivot bars 22 to theshaft fixing member 21 a withbearings 21 b, such that it is possible to improve durability of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus. -
FIG. 13 is a view illustrating a operational load structure provided for the handle bar according to the second embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 13 , the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention includeselastic supports 28 a and fixingmembers 28 b in order to adjust and provide operation load directly to thehandle bar 23 during rowing exercise, in addition to thepistons 27 a and thecylinders 27 b described above. - The
elastic support 28 a protrudes through thehandle bar 23 to be movable forward/rearward and anelastic member 28 c, such as a spring, is disposed between the front protrusion and thehandle bar 23. The fixingmember 28 b is formed ahead of theelastic support 28 a and provides operation load by compressing theelastic member 28 c while thehandle bar 23 moves forward (see (b) ofFIG. 13 ). In this configuration, as the fixingmember 28 b is thread-fastened to a fixingmember support 28 d such that the position can be adjusted forward/rearward, it is possible to adjust the intensity of the operation load. That is, as the fixingmember 28 b is moved rearward, the operation load is increased, while as the fixingmember 28 b is moved forward, the operation load is decreased. -
FIGS. 14 and 15 are views illustrating the structure of a safety device of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIGS. 14 and 15 , the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes foot plate caps 32 a,foot plates 32 b, andbrakes 32 c to prevent an accident due to rapid turn when a beginner places the feet on the left andright foot plates 32. - The foot plate caps 32 a are the bases where the
foot plates 32 b and thebrakes 32 c are mounted. Thefoot plates 32 b are mounted on the foot plate caps 32 a such that the front portions can pivot up/down, such that the rear portions are placed to pivot up/down. Thebrakes 32 c are fastened to the rear ends of the sides of the foot plate caps 32 a and pivot from the lower portion when thefoot plates 32 b come in contact with the foot plate caps 32 a. In detail, thebrakes 32 c face down by lower support springs 32 d in a normal state, and when an external force is applied to thefoot plates 32 b and thefoot plates 32 b come in contact with the foot plate caps 32 a, the fixedbrakes 32 c are operated, such that the lower support springs 32 d are compressed and thebrakes 32 c pivoted forward from the lower portion. - According to this structure, as shown in (a) of
FIG. 15 , thebrakes 32 c of the left andright foot plates 32 face down in the normal state, and as shown in (b) ofFIG. 15 , when an external force is applied to thefoot plates 32 by a user getting on, thebrakes 32 c are operated. That is, when the user gets on the foot plates for the first time, the left andright foot plates 32 can be prevented from rapidly turning left and right due to a friction force of a cover plate 21-1 being in contact with the lower portion. As the external force is applied, thebrakes 32 c are gradually moved forward, and kept fixed at the front by the weight of the user exercising, without interfering with the exercise. - Further, even though the user gets off the foot plates after finishing exercise and the external force applied to the left and
right foot plates 32 is removed, the friction force from the cover plate 21-1 is exerted by the operational features described above, such that thebrakes 32 c are operated. Accordingly, it is possible to preclude an accident. -
FIG. 16 is a view illustrating the structure of another safety device of the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in
FIG. 16 , the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to the second embodiment of the present invention may further includeanti-rear turn members 32 e that are formed at the left and right rear potions on the cover plate 21-1 and prevent the left andright foot plates 32 from turning rearward. In this configuration, theanti-rear turn members 32 e are formed in an elastic roller shape, such that it is possible to prevent the left andright foot plates 32 from turning rearward by a predetermined level by locking them while absorbing the contact shock. - (A) According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to replace the
roller support 11 d with a support rope (33 inFIG. 15 ) of use both of them. In the support rope, the center is supported by the middle upper portions of the left and right foot plates and both ends are fastened to the left and right foot plates. According to this structure, the support rope supports the left and right foot plates while moving left and right on the left and right foot plates during step exercise, such that the step exercise can be smoothly performed. - (B) As show in
FIGS. 1 and 11 , the multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may further includebody wheels 31 fastened to the left and right rear ends of thebodies body wheels 31. - As described above, it should be understood that the technical configuration of the present invention may be implemented in various ways without changing the spirit or the necessary components of the present invention by those skilled in the art.
- Therefore, the embodiments described above should be construed as being exemplified and not limiting the present invention, the scope of the disclosure is characterized by the detailed description of the following claims, and all changes and modifications from the meaning, range, and equivalent concept of claims should be construed as being included in the present invention.
Claims (19)
1. A multifunctional twisting movement apparatus, comprising:
a body;
pivot bars having the lower ends fastened to shaft mounts at the rear left and right sides of the body and the upper ends coupled to handle bars such that the angle is adjusted left and right;
first driving members having the lower ends fastened to the lower portions of the pivot bars and the front ends connected with links and driving pins fastened to fixing members fixed to the left and right portions of the front of the body;
in the body,
second driving members having the front end connected with a rope pulling the other side forward when the driving pins and one end are moved rearward;
operation members each having one end connected with rear ends of the second driving members and the other end connected with a chain making a circular gear plate fastened to the center of the body repeat half-turn;
left and right foot plates disposed on a rotary plate mounted on the circular gear plate and having roller and the bottom of the front ends; and
a waving part detachably mounted on a cover plate of the body and having a wave guide that guides the rollers,
wherein as the handle bars are operated forward/rearward, the left and right foot plates repeat a half-turn twisting motion and the rollers are waved along the wave guide.
2. A multifunctional twisting movement apparatus, comprising:
a body;
pivot bars having the upper portions pivotably fastened to shaft fixing members formed at the left and right sides of the body and the upper ends coupled to handle bars such that the angle is adjusted left and right;
driving members having the rear ends fastened to driving pins fastened to the lower ends of the pivot bars and moved forward/rearward by pivot of the pivot bars, in the body;
operation members each having one end connected to the front ends of the driving members, the fixed middle portion, and the other end connected with a second circular gear plate making a first circular gear plate fastened to the center of the body repeat half-turn;
left and right foot plates disposed on a rotary plate mounted on the first circular gear plate and having roller and the bottom of the front ends; and
a waving part detachably mounted on a cover plate of the body and having a wave guide that guides the rollers,
wherein as the handle bars are operated forward/rearward, the left and right foot plates repeat a half-turn twisting motion and the rollers are waved along the wave guide.
3. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the left and right foot plates independently make a step motion by separating the waving part from the cover plate.
4. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 3 , further comprising at least any one of a roller support of which the center is fixed under the rear portions of the left and right foot plates and that has rollers at both ends which are in contact with the bottoms of the left and right foot plates in order to guide the step motion of the left and right foot plates, and a support rope of which the center is supported at the middle portion of the left and right foot plates and that has both ends fastened to the left and right foot plates.
5. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a locking member that prevents up-down movement of the left and right foot plates, at the center of the rotary plate,
wherein only a twisting motion is implemented by fastening the locking member and separating the waving part from the cover plate.
6. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising body wheels fastened to the left and right rear ends of the body.

The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising pistons connected between the other ends of the operation members and the fixed middle portions and cylinders connected to the rear ends of the body and protruding outward from the rear ends to adjust the intensity of the internal pressure.

The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a fastening bolt hole, a first adjusting bolt hole, and a second adjusting bolt are formed at the lower end of the handle bar in the up-down direction, and a fastening bolt, a first adjusting bolt, and an oblong second adjusting bolt hole indicating the left-right adjustment angle are formed at the upper rend of the pivot bar in the up-down direction, such that the bolts and the bolt holes are coupled by nuts.
9. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising:
elastic supports that protrude through the handle bars to move forward/rearward and are equipped with elastic members between the front protrusions and the handle bars; and
fixing members that are thread-fastened ahead of the elastic supports such that the positions are adjusted forward/rearward and compress the elastic members when the handle bars are moved forward, in order to adjust operation load of the handle bars.

The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the left and right foot plates each include a foot plate cap, a foot plate placed on the foot plate cap to move up/down, and a brake fixed to the rear portion of a side of the foot plate cap and pivoting forward from the lower portion when the foot plate comes in contact with the foot plate cap.
11. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising anti-rear turn members that are formed at the left and right side of the rear portion on the cover plate and prevent the left and right foot plate from turning rearward.
12. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the left and right foot plates independently make a step motion by separating the waving part from the cover plate.
13. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 12 , further comprising at least any one of a roller support of which the center is fixed under the rear portions of the left and right foot plates and that has rollers at both ends which are in contact with the bottoms of the left and right foot plates in order to guide the step motion of the left and right foot plates, and a support rope of which the center is supported at the middle portion of the left and right foot plates and that has both ends fastened to the left and right foot plates.
14. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising a locking member that prevents up-down movement of the left and right foot plates, at the center of the rotary plate,
wherein only a twisting motion is implemented by fastening the locking member and separating the waving part from the cover plate.
15. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising body wheels fastened to the left and right rear ends of the body.
16. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein a fastening bolt hole, a first adjusting bolt hole, and a second adjusting bolt are formed at the lower end of the handle bar in the up-down direction, and a fastening bolt, a first adjusting bolt, and an oblong second adjusting bolt hole indicating the left-right adjustment angle are formed at the upper rend of the pivot bar in the up-down direction, such that the bolts and the bolt holes are coupled by nuts.
17. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising:
elastic supports that protrude through the handle bars to move forward/rearward and are equipped with elastic members between the front protrusions and the handle bars; and
fixing members that are thread-fastened ahead of the elastic supports such that the positions are adjusted forward/rearward and compress the elastic members when the handle bars are moved forward, in order to adjust operation load of the handle bars.
18. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the left and right foot plates each include a foot plate cap, a foot plate placed on the foot plate cap to move up/down, and a brake fixed to the rear portion of a side of the foot plate cap and pivoting forward from the lower portion when the foot plate comes in contact with the foot plate cap.
19. The multifunctional twisting movement apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising anti-rear turn members that are formed at the left and right side of the rear portion on the cover plate and prevent the left and right foot plate from turning rearward.
