Definitions

  • This invention belongs to a field of product packaging, in particular relates to a function-expanded application of an insertion tongue of a packaging container.
  • the sealing pieces are firstly made with a sticker and then affixed on the packaging box, when such sealing pieces are opened under room temperature, they will be deformed or damaged. In this case, the consumers can identify whether the packaging box has been opened or not.
  • the sticker is heat sensitive as its main composition is a hot-melt adhesive.
  • FIG. 18 a reverse-covering method as shown in FIG. 18 . That is, a portion of the original first panel ( 20 ) is extended and then bended to reversely cover and adhere on the surface of cover panel ( 10 ). Such extended portion has a length which is twice as the length of the original cover, and acts as a buckle ( 15 ) after being bended back.
  • the packaging box is opened along its preset tearing line ( 70 ).
  • Such reverse-covering method of the prior art has an improved anti-counterfeit effect than the sealing means performed by the sealing piece, but it still has the following three obvious shortcomings: firstly, the anti-counterfeit effect is still relatively poor, because after the extended portion is torn from the adhered surface between the cover panel ( 10 ) and re-affixed thereon, the evidence showing that the sealing piece has been torn will be hidden between two layers of paper, so that it is difficult for the consumers to discern; secondly, the amount of material is significantly increased, which not only increases the manufacturing costs, but also increases the burden to environment; thirdly, the aesthetics performance of the product packaging appearance is reduced, because the preset tearing line of such package has a long length corresponding to the width of the box body, and the tearing line must be provided on the front surface of the packaging box (usually the first panel ( 20 ) is used as the front surface), which will influence the appearance of the product.
  • the opened gap is re-affixed by adhesive, it will be more difficult for the consumers to discern whether it has been opened, as all evidences are hidden inside so that it cannot be seen by the consumers, while the tearing line ( 70 ) remains undamaged seen from the outer surface of the second panel ( 30 ); secondly, in this technical solution, the insertion tongue ( 13 ) is bonded with the inner surface of the second panel ( 30 ), it is necessary to apply adhesive on the inner surface of packaging box, and thus the amount and position of the adhesive applied are greatly required, so that there are more difficulties in this process and the manufacturing costs are increased.
  • the reverse-covering method as shown in FIG. 18 is a method for providing a buckle on the packaging box.
  • most manufacturers adopt a continuous extension method as shown in FIG. 20 , that is, the upper edge of the original first panel ( 20 ) is directly extended outwardly to form a buckle ( 15 ).
  • This solution also causes some problems by increasing the material amount of the packaging box body.
  • the buckle can only be extended from the front surface of packaging box, i.e.
  • the buckle is extended from the back surface of the packaging box, i.e. the second panel ( 30 ), as shown in FIG. 21 , when the printed front surface of the packaging box, i.e. the first panel ( 20 ), faces the consumers, the buckle ( 15 ) cannot face the consumers, which will also influence the aesthetics feeling of packaging box. It seems that the buckle ( 15 ) of some packaging box do not need too much additional material, as shown in FIG. 21 , but actually it is as much as that used in the method shown in FIG. 20 , and the reduced part is only the material that has been cut off as waste scrap.
  • the thinner product such as woundplast
  • packaging bags as shown in FIG. 22
  • most anti-counterfeit techniques thereof also employ sealing pieces, which causes the same problems as the sealing pieces used in the packaging box shown in FIG. 16 .
  • a technical solution shown in FIG. 23 can also be adopted, in which the insertion tongue ( 93 ) of the back cover ( 92 ) is adhered with corresponding inner surface of the back skirt ( 91 ) in a region.
  • This solution has the same problem as the solution shown in FIG. 19 , that is, the anti-counterfeit effect is poor. In other words, it is easy to open the gap from two sides of the adhered position, and the opened gap is hardly noticed by consumers. If the opened gap is re-affixed by adhesive, it will be more difficult to be discerned, as all evidence are hidden inside so that they cannot be seen by the consumers.
  • the first object of the present invention is to provide a new way of sealing anti-counterfeit by means of the existing insertion tongue of a traditional packaging box, without increasing the packaging material, which not only can remarkably increase the anti-counterfeit effect without increasing material consumption, but also may meet the increasing requirements on environmental protection, and can overcome the shortcomings of the prior arts.
  • the second object of the present invention is to provide a buckle by means of the existing insertion tongue of a traditional packaging box without increasing the packaging material, which not only can meet the requirements on environmental protection without increasing material consumption, but also can make the orientation of the printing surface of the buckle is consistent with that of the front printing surface of the packaging box, thereby bringing about a more attractive packaging box.
  • the third object of the present invention is to provide a buckle and a new way of sealing anti-counterfeit by means of the existing insertion tongue of a traditional packaging box without increasing the packaging material, and to overcome the shortcomings of the prior arts.

Abstract

A packaging container with anti-counterfeit effect is a hexagonal packaging box, wherein, an insertion tongue (13) formed by bending a cover board (10) along a folding line (12) is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box. From the insertion tongue (13), at least one sealing strip (11) is separated and connected to the cover board (10) at the folding line (12). The sealing strip (11) is not inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box along with the insertion tongue (13), but is pressed on the corresponding outer surface of a second panel (30) and securely connected with the panel. A tearing line (70) is provided on the second panel (30). The packaging container provides a new way of sealing anti-counterfeit and a new buckle arrangement, thus improving the anti-counterfeit effect of the packaging box, bringing about a more attractive products packaging, saving cost and meeting environmental protection requirements.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention belongs to a field of product packaging, in particular relates to a function-expanded application of an insertion tongue of a packaging container.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • With rapid development of commodity economy, the market competition becomes more and more fierce. Some criminals use weakness in packaging sealing of the products and adopt illegal means to usurp profits. In order to prevent the products from being stolen or substituted, the manufacturers take measures to improve the packaging sealing, which increases costs and achieves unsatisfied anti-counterfeit effect. In addition, in order to improve the anti-counterfeit effect of packaging box or to increase functions for the packaging box, some manufacturers have substantially increased the amount of packaging materials, which may not only increase production costs, but also significantly increase a burden to environmental protection, because paper-based packaging materials can produce a large amount of waste liquid and thus pollute the environment during the recycling process just as during paper making process.
  • For example, many manufacturers affix a traditional sealing piece at a cover opening of the packaging box, so it is necessary to tear the sealing piece or cut it off by means of a sharp tool when the cover panel is opened, as shown in FIG. 17. Recently, some manufacturers adopt a higher-cost sealing piece, such as a laser anti-counterfeit film. Since the sealing pieces are firstly made with a sticker and then affixed on the packaging box, when such sealing pieces are opened under room temperature, they will be deformed or damaged. In this case, the consumers can identify whether the packaging box has been opened or not. However, the sticker is heat sensitive as its main composition is a hot-melt adhesive. Criminals can take advantage of this character to heat the sealing piece affixed on the cover opening of the packaging box, for example by means of radiant heat from an electronic lamp bulb, so as to easily open the sealing piece, steal or substitute the products, then re-heat the sealing piece and affix it on the cover opening again, which is hard to be identified by the consumers. Therefore, all kinds of sealing pieces have poor anti-counterfeit effect. In this case, criminals have low cost to break the laws, seriously infringing the consumers' benefit.
  • Therefore, some manufacturers use a reverse-covering method as shown in FIG. 18. That is, a portion of the original first panel (20) is extended and then bended to reversely cover and adhere on the surface of cover panel (10). Such extended portion has a length which is twice as the length of the original cover, and acts as a buckle (15) after being bended back. In use, the packaging box is opened along its preset tearing line (70). Such reverse-covering method of the prior art has an improved anti-counterfeit effect than the sealing means performed by the sealing piece, but it still has the following three obvious shortcomings: firstly, the anti-counterfeit effect is still relatively poor, because after the extended portion is torn from the adhered surface between the cover panel (10) and re-affixed thereon, the evidence showing that the sealing piece has been torn will be hidden between two layers of paper, so that it is difficult for the consumers to discern; secondly, the amount of material is significantly increased, which not only increases the manufacturing costs, but also increases the burden to environment; thirdly, the aesthetics performance of the product packaging appearance is reduced, because the preset tearing line of such package has a long length corresponding to the width of the box body, and the tearing line must be provided on the front surface of the packaging box (usually the first panel (20) is used as the front surface), which will influence the appearance of the product.
  • There is another technical solution, for example an inner affixing method as shown in FIG. 19, in which the insertion tongue (13) of the cover panel (10) is adhered to the corresponding inner surface of the second panel (30) in a region, and corresponding tearing line (70) is provided on the second panel (30) including the region. This technical solution has following shortcomings: firstly, the anti-counterfeit effect is poor, because the adhered surface is located on the inner surface of the second panel (30), so that a blade-type tool can be easily inserted into the gap from two sides of the adhered position to open the gap, and the opened gap is hardly noticed by consumers. If the opened gap is re-affixed by adhesive, it will be more difficult for the consumers to discern whether it has been opened, as all evidences are hidden inside so that it cannot be seen by the consumers, while the tearing line (70) remains undamaged seen from the outer surface of the second panel (30); secondly, in this technical solution, the insertion tongue (13) is bonded with the inner surface of the second panel (30), it is necessary to apply adhesive on the inner surface of packaging box, and thus the amount and position of the adhesive applied are greatly required, so that there are more difficulties in this process and the manufacturing costs are increased.
  • Furthermore, in order to cooperate with retailers to display the products, more and more manufacturers further provide a buckle on the packaging box, so that the products are fitly hung in series on the displaying shelf so as to be conveniently chosen by the consumers. The reverse-covering method as shown in FIG. 18 is a method for providing a buckle on the packaging box. However, most manufacturers adopt a continuous extension method as shown in FIG. 20, that is, the upper edge of the original first panel (20) is directly extended outwardly to form a buckle (15). This solution also causes some problems by increasing the material amount of the packaging box body. Meanwhile, in order to make both the printing surface of the extended buckle and the front surface of the packaging box face the consumers, the buckle can only be extended from the front surface of packaging box, i.e. the first panel (20), thereby influencing the design pattern and visual effect of the packaging box. If the buckle is extended from the back surface of the packaging box, i.e. the second panel (30), as shown in FIG. 21, when the printed front surface of the packaging box, i.e. the first panel (20), faces the consumers, the buckle (15) cannot face the consumers, which will also influence the aesthetics feeling of packaging box. It seems that the buckle (15) of some packaging box do not need too much additional material, as shown in FIG. 21, but actually it is as much as that used in the method shown in FIG. 20, and the reduced part is only the material that has been cut off as waste scrap.
  • In addition, the thinner product such as woundplast, can also be packaged by packaging bags, as shown in FIG. 22, most anti-counterfeit techniques thereof also employ sealing pieces, which causes the same problems as the sealing pieces used in the packaging box shown in FIG. 16. Moreover, a technical solution shown in FIG. 23 can also be adopted, in which the insertion tongue (93) of the back cover (92) is adhered with corresponding inner surface of the back skirt (91) in a region. This solution has the same problem as the solution shown in FIG. 19, that is, the anti-counterfeit effect is poor. In other words, it is easy to open the gap from two sides of the adhered position, and the opened gap is hardly noticed by consumers. If the opened gap is re-affixed by adhesive, it will be more difficult to be discerned, as all evidence are hidden inside so that they cannot be seen by the consumers.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Object of the Invention
  • The fourth object of the present invention is to provide a new and beneficial way of sealing anti-counterfeit by means of the existing insertion tongue of a traditional packaging box without increasing the packaging material, which increases the anti-counterfeit effect without increasing material consumption.
  • CONTENTS OF THE INVENTION
  • In order to achieve the first object, the present invention provides the following technical solution:
  • A function-expanded application of an insertion tongue of a packaging container is provided. The packaging container is a hexagonal packaging box comprising a cover panel (10), a first panel (20), a second panel (30), a first side panel (40), a second side panel (50) and a bottom panel (60). An insertion tongue (13), which is formed by bending the cover panel (10) along a folding line (12), is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box. It is characterized in that at least one sealing strip (11) is separated from the insertion tongue (13) and is connected to the cover panel (10) at the folding line (12); the sealing strip (11) is not inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box along with the insertion tongue (13), but is pressed and bonded on the corresponding outer surface of the second panel (30) and is securely connected with the second panel; and a tearing line (70) is provided on the second panel (30) corresponding to the sealing strip (11).
  • The first object of the present invention can also be achieved by following technical solutions:
  • One sealing strip (11) is separated from the insertion tongue (13) at its middle part and is connected to the cover panel (10) at the folding line (12). The sealing strip (11) is pressed and bonded on the corresponding outer surface of the second panel (30) by adhering means and is securely connected with the second panel. The sealing strip (11) has a shape selected from one of arrow, bar, semi-circular, circular, oval and star.
  • Two sealing strips (11) are symmetrically separated from the insertion tongue (13) with respect to its middle part.
  • The nearby surface of the second panel (30) corresponding to the sealing strip (11) and the surface of the sealing strip (11) are continuously printed with one of text, pattern and a combination thereof.
  • The bottom panel (60) is also provided with an insertion tongue (13) and a sealing strip (11) like those on the cover panel (10).
  • The sealing strip (11) is provided with a through-hole (14), and the second panel (30) is also provided with a corresponding through-hole (22) with the same diameter. A locking pin (80) passes through the two through-holes and then presses and bonds the sealing strip (11) on the outer surface of the second panel (30), making the sealing strip securely connected with the second panel.

  • BENEFICIAL EFFECT OF THE INVENTION
  • Both common packaging box and common packaging bag are provided with an insertion tongue, which has a function of closing or opening the cover; while the present invention provides a particular expansion for the existing function of the insertion tongue of the packaging box and packaging bag, which not only can maintain the original function of the insertion tongue, but also can effectively solve the problems existing in the prior arts without increasing the amount of packaging materials and can overcome the shortcomings in the prior arts. The present invention provides a new way of sealing anti-counterfeit, which not only significantly improve the anti-counterfeit effect without increasing material consumption, but also save cost and meet the requirements on environmental protection. The present invention also provides a new buckle arrangement without increasing the packaging material, which not only can make the orientation of the printing surface of the buckle is same as that of the front printing surface of the packaging box, bringing about a more attractive packaging box, but also can meet the requirement on environmental protection. In the present invention, both the new way of anti-counterfeit and the new buckle arrangement are simultaneously applied, which not only increases the anti-counterfeit effect without increasing material consumption, but also facilitates the products to be displayed on the shelf.
  • Referring to FIG. 1 showing the first embodiment, a hexagonal packaging box is shown comprising a cover panel (10), a first panel (20), a second panel (30), a first side panel (40), a second side panel (50) and a bottom panel (60). An insertion tongue (13), which is formed by bending the cover panel (10) along a folding line (12), is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box, so as to form a relatively closed container. A sealing strip (11) and a tearing line (70) are provided for the sealing anti-counterfeit and opening of the packaging box. Most common packaging boxes adopt a sealing piece to achieve anti-counterfeit effect, as shown in FIG. 17. In order to overcome the existing shortcomings of the traditional sealing pieces (Please refer to the related contents described in the background of the description), this embodiment provides a special solution, that is, while the printed packaging paper (such as the ivory board of 300 grams per square meter) is cut, one sealing strip (11), which is adjacent to the folding line (12) and is still connected with the cover panel (10) via one edge thereof, is press-cut from the insertion tongue (13) at a predetermined position (commonly the center position can be selected). When the insertion tongue (13) is bent, the sealing strip (11) will be separated therefrom, and thus a notch (17) with a shape corresponding to the sealing strip (11) will be formed in the insertion tongue (13). The formation of the notch will not influence the original function and character of the insertion tongue (13). When the insertion tongue (13) is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box, the sealing strip (11) may stand at one side of the cover panel (10), thereby it is easy to, in the production line, coat adhesive on the side of the sealing strip facing the second panel (30), and then press and bond the adhesive-coated sealing strip (11) on the corresponding outer surface of the second panel (30), and subsequently the sealing strip (11) is securely connected with the second panel (30) after the adhesive has been cured, as shown in FIG. 2. In use, by pressing the tearing line (70) provided on the second panel (30) including the sealing strip (11), the tearing line (70) can be easily torn off to open the packaging box, as shown in FIG. 3. Since the sealing strip (11) is fixedly bonded with the second panel (30) only one time, that is to say, the sealing strip and the second panel are not needed to be separated from each other after having been adhered, so a high-strength adhesive can be selected to securely connected the sealing strip and the second panel, making them not separated from each other at the adhered surface. In this case, if the packaging box is forcibly opened at the sealing strip (11), the boundary of sealing strip (11) that is adhered with the second panel (30) will be seriously deformed, and even the sealing strip (11) will be damaged. Therefore, the packaging box only can be opened at the tearing line (70), and the tearing line (70) cannot be recovered once it has been broken. Both situations can be found easily by the consumers, as the sealing strip (11) itself is small and its boundary line connected with the second panel (30) are exposed. However, the traditional sealing pieces are pre-produced, and then adhered from the bottom of the sealing piece to the packaging box. If using a high-strength adhesive, the sealing pieces cannot be torn out from the bottom and then be adhered to the packaging box. Accordingly, only a low-strength adhesive can be used for the sealing piece, which is the reason of the existing problems of the sealing piece as described in the related paragraphs in the technical background of the description. The sealing strip (11) is provided in a shape of arrow, etc for the following reasons: some relatively regular patterns familiar to the people may on the one hand facilitate the consumers to identify whether the sealing strip has been changed due to damage, and on the other hand may increase the aesthetics feeling. By the above mentioned comparison, the technical solution according to the present invention provides the sealing anti-counterfeit by means of the existing insertion tongue of the packaging box, which significantly improves the anti-counterfeit effect without increasing any material, so that it not only saves the manufacturing costs, but also meets the increasing environmental protection requirements and overcomes the shortcomings of the prior arts.
  • Referring to FIG. 4 showing the second embodiment, it is different from the first embodiment in that two sealing strips (11) are symmetrically separated from the insertion tongue (13) with respect to its middle part. They are adapted to the packaging box with wider cover panel.
  • The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the nearby surface of the second panel (30) near corresponding to the sealing strip (11) and the surface of the sealing strip (11) are continuously printed with one of text, pattern and a combination thereof. In this case, the adhesive used for bonding the sealing strip (11) with the second panel (30) may select the lower strength adhesive, such as hot-melt adhesive, which can achieve better anti-counterfeit effect as well, as the text and pattern on the sealing strip (11) and the peripheral portion thereof will be damaged permanently due to heat or mechanical force.
  • Referring to FIG. 5 showing the fourth embodiment, the bottom panel (60) is also provided with an insertion tongue (13) and a sealing strip (11) like those on the cover panel (10), which may facilitate the consumers conveniently open the packaging box at different positions.
  • Referring to FIG. 6 showing the fifth embodiment, it is different from the first embodiment in that a locking pin (80) passes through the two corresponding through-holes on the sealing strip (11) and the second panel (20) to fixedly connect them. The locking pin (80) cannot be taken out unless the sealing strip (11) has been broken; furthermore, an annular buckle can be provided at the outer end of the locking pin (80), as desired.
  • Referring to FIG. 7 showing the sixth embodiment, it is different from the first embodiment in that the tearing line (70) is not provided on the second panel (30) of the packaging box, but provided on the sealing strip (11) adjacent to the folding line (12). In use, the tearing line (70) is broken and then the packaging box will be normally opened. In this way, there is no indentation on the second panel (30) of the packaging box after it has been opened.
  • Referring to FIG. 8 showing the seventh embodiment, it is different from the first embodiment in that the bottom panel (60) is also provided with an insertion tongue (13) and one sealing strip (11) is separated therefrom; and the sealing strip (11) is not inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box along with the insertion tongue (13), but is pressed and bonded on the corresponding outer surface of the second panel (30) and is securely connected with the second panel. According to the technical solution of this embodiment, the box bottom can achieve the same anti-counterfeit effect as that of the box cover in the first embodiment, which can further save the materials, because the manufactures mostly select double bottom panels to be adhered for closing the bottom of the current packaging box so that in this case more materials are used and the adhering surface is invisible for the consumers.
  • Referring to FIG. 9 showing the eighth embodiment, the packaging container is a hexagonal packaging box comprising a cover panel (10), a first panel (20), a second panel (30), a first side panel (40), a second side panel (50) and a bottom panel (60). An insertion tongue (13), which is formed by bending the cover panel (10) along a folding line (12), is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box. The technical solution of the present invention is performed as follows: while the printed packaging paper (such as the ivory board of 300 grams per square meter) being cut, one sealing strip (11), which is adjacent to the folding line (12) and one edge thereof is still connected with the cover panel (10) at the tearing line (70), is press-cut from the second panel (30) near the top edge (longitudinally centering). Meanwhile, the panel at two sides and top of the sealing strip (11) is partly cut off so as to expose the surface of corresponding part of the insertion tongue that is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box. The sealing strip (11) is securely connected with the surface by adhesive, and the boundary line of the adhered surface between the sealing strip (11) and the insertion tongue (13) will be exposed. In use, as the tearing line (70) is broke, the packaging box will be normally opened. If the packaging box is forcibly opened at the sealing strip (11), the boundary line of the sealing strip (11) that is adhered with the insertion tongue (13) will be seriously deformed, and even the sealing strip (11) will be completely destroyed and cannot be recovered, which can be easily discerned by the consumers. As to the prior art shown in FIG. 19, a blade-typed tool can be easily inserted into the gap at two sides of the adhered position to open it, and the opened gap is hardly noticed by the consumers. Further, if the opened gap is re-affixed by adhesive, it cannot be discerned by the consumers, as all evidences are hidden inside so that they cannot be seen by the consumers.
  • Referring to FIG. 10 showing the ninth embodiment, it is different from the seventh embodiment in that: two sealing strips (11) are symmetrically separated from the second panel (30) with respect to its middle part and near the folding line (12) of the cover panel (10). Such a technical solution is adapted to the sealing anti-counterfeit of the packaging box with wider box body.
  • Referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 showing the tenth embodiment, the packaging container is a hexagonal packaging box comprising a cover panel (10), a first panel (20), a second panel (30), a first side panel (40), a second side panel (50) and a bottom panel (60). An insertion tongue (13), which is formed by bending a cover panel (10) along a folding line (12), is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box. This embodiment adopts a special technical solution described below to achieve the second object of the present invention: when the printed packaging paper is cut, a buckle (15), which is connected with the cover panel (10) at the folding line (12), will be press-cut from the insertion tongue (13). The buckle (15) can be provided in an annular shape. When the insertion tongue (13) is bended and then inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box, a portion (16) on the insertion tongue (13), which is included in the buckle (15) prior to being separated, is inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box along with the insertion tongue (13), while the buckle (15) is bended back and is approximately perpendicular to the surface of the cover panel, and is ready for using. Furthermore, since the insertion tongue (13) and the first panel (20) are located on the same printing surface, when the buckle (15) is bended back and is approximately perpendicular to the surface of the cover panel, the printing surface of the buckle (15) just has the same orientation as the printing surface of the front face of the packaging box, i.e. the first panel (20). Further, on the shelf, the display surface of all packaging box shown to the consumers is the front face of the packaging box (i.e. the first panel (20)). In this way, the packaging of the product is attractive, facilitating the sale of the product. Comparing with the continuous extending method as shown in FIG. 19 and FIG. 20, the present invention not only can save material, but also can resolve the problem of the continuous extending method that the buckle (15) cannot be provided on the second panel (30), and meanwhile can make both the printing surface of the extended buckle (15) and the printing surface of the first panel (20) (i.e. the front face of the packaging box) face the consumers. In addition, although the method providing the buckle (15) by directly making the first panel (20) extend outwardly, as shown in FIG. 19, can make both the printing surfaces of the buckle (15) and the first panel (20) have the same orientation, the integrality of front face of the packaging box (i.e. the first panel (20)) will be broken, because no matter what shape of the through hole in the center of the buckle (15) is designed, due to the through hole, the top of the front face (i.e. the first panel (20)) will be not completed, thereby decreasing the whole aesthetics feeling of the packaging box. However, the modern consumers have increasing emotional requirement on the packaging of the products. Further, it should be noted, it seems that the buckle (15) of some packaging box do not need too much additional material, as shown in FIG. 21, but actually it needs as much additional material as that used in the method shown in FIG. 20, as the reduced part is only the material that has been cut off as waste scrap. Additionally, such functional expansion on the insertion tongue (13) of the present invention will not influence the original function of the insertion tongue. In this way, this embodiment achieves the second object of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 showing the eleventh embodiment, in this embodiment, from the existing insertion tongue (13) of the packaging box, a buckle (15) is separated, and the portion (16) on the insertion tongue (13), which is included in the buckle (15) prior to being separated, is formed as a sealing strip (11). This portion is not inserted into the inner chamber of the packaging box, but is pressed and bonded on the corresponding outer surface of the second panel (30) and is securely connected with the second panel. A tearing line (70) is provided on the second panel (30) corresponding to the sealing strip (11). Comparing with the prior art known as a reverse-covering method as shown in FIG. 18, this embodiment not only saves the amount of paper that is equivalent to the twice of the surface area of the box cover, but also provides a buckle (15) and significantly increases the sealing anti-counterfeit effect of the packaging box. Since in the reverse-covering method, the adhered surface (adhered slit) of the portion extended from the first panel (20) and the cover panel (10) is invisible to the consumers, when the adhered surface is firstly torn out and then re-adhered again, the consumers cannot identify it. However, the present invention provides such an anti-counterfeit way, in which the boundary line of the adhered surface between the sealing strip (11) and the second panel (30) is fully exposed, and the sealing strip (11) is also provided in small size, it is unable to apply enough force to separate the strong-adhered adhered surface on such a small paper. If the adhered surface is forcibly opened, the boundary line of the adhered surface that is fully exposed to the consumers will be deformed or damaged, and the small sealing strip (11) will also be damaged, and this change however is nonreversible. Furthermore, in the prior art as shown in FIG. 18, the pre-setting tearing line (70) can only be provided on the front face of the packaging box (i.e. the first panel (20)), which will influence the aesthetics feeling of the packaging box. If the tearing line is provided on the back face of the packaging box (i.e. the second panel (30)), then only the non-printing surface of the buckle (15) together with the front face of the packaging box (i.e. the first panel (20)) will face the consumers. Obviously, this is not an applicable solution. However, the technical solution according to the present invention can achieve a satisfying and positive effect, achieving the third object of the present invention.
  • Referring to the FIG. 15 showing the twelfth embodiment, it is a technical solution reached by applying the principle of the sixth embodiment of the present invention to the packaging bag. The packaging bag comprises a bag board (90), a back skirt (91) and a back cover (92). An end of the back cover (92) is an insertion tongue (93) which is inserted into a chamber formed by the back skirt (91) and the bag board (90). Most commercial available products packed within packaging bags use the sealing piece as shown in FIG. 22 to provide anti-counterfeit effect, that is, after the end of the back cover (92) (i.e., insertion tongue (93)) is inserted, a sealing piece is affixed on the both sides of the resulting boundary line between the back skirt (91) and the back cover (92). The problems existing in the anti-counterfeit way based on “sealing piece” also occur. However, this embodiment, which adopts the “sealing strip” as described in the first embodiment and the sixth embodiment, has the same anti-counterfeit effect by pressing and bonding the sealing strip (11) (preferable its end) on the outer surface of the back skirt (91) and securely connecting therewith. The sealing strip (11) may be provided in a longer length, facilitating the breakage of the tearing line (70) by fingers.
  • Referring to the FIG. 16 showing the thirteenth embodiment, it is a technical solution reached by applying the principle of the eighth embodiment of the present invention to the packaging bag. The packaging bag comprises a bag board (90), a back skirt (91) and a back cover (92). An end of the back cover (92) is an insertion tongue (93) which is inserted into a chamber formed by the back skirt (91) and the bag board (90). One sealing strip (11) is separated from the end of the back skirt (91) (i.e., the portion adjacent to the upper edge) and is connected with the back skirt (91) only at the tearing line (70). The top and two sides of the sealing strip have been cut off to expose the corresponding portion of the inserted insertion tongue (93). The sealing strip (11) (preferably, its end) is pressed and bonded on the corresponding exposed outer surface of the insertion tongue (93) and is securely connected therewith. In this way, the boundary line of the adhered surface between the sealing strip (11) and the insertion tongue (93) are fully exposed. Comparing with the prior art as shown in FIG. 23, the anti-counterfeit effect is significantly increased for the following reasons: in the solution shown in FIG. 23, a part of the inner surface of the back skirt (91) is adhered with the insertion tongue (93), so that the adhered surface can be easily opened by a blade-typed tool that is inserted into the gap from two sides of the adhered surface. If the adhered surface, which has been opened, is re-affixed by adhesive, the consumers cannot see the inner adhered surface that have been damaged and re-affixed together with its boundary line, so the anti-counterfeit effect is poor; while in the solution according to this embodiment, since the adhered surface between the sealing strip (11) and the insertion tongue (93) is fully exposed, and the sealing strip (11) is small, even if a little force is applied, the boundary line and the sealing strip (11) themselves will be deformed or be non-reversibly damaged, which can be clearly identified by the consumers. Thus it can be seen that, comparing with the prior art, the anti-counterfeit effect of the technical solution according to the present invention is significantly increased. The sealing strip (11) in this embodiment can be extended a little upwards, or be directly extended upwards along the edge of the back skirt (91).
  • As mentioned above, the present invention provides a function-expanded application of the insertion tongue of the packaging container, which skillfully uses the existing insertion tongue of the traditional packaging box or packaging bag to provide a new sealing anti-counterfeit way for the packaging box or packaging bag, and to provide a buckle for the packaging box. The sealing anti-counterfeit way according to the present invention not only can increase the anti-counterfeit effect without increasing material consumption, but also can meet the increasing environmental protection requirements and can overcome the shortcomings of the prior arts. Moreover, the buckle according to the present invention not only can meet the environmental protection requirements without increasing material consumption, but also can make the orientation of the printing surface of the buckle is same as that of the front printing surface of the packaging box, bringing about a more attractive packaging box. The present invention provides both a buckle and a new way of sealing anti-counterfeit by means of the existing insertion tongue of the packaging box, and thus improves the function of the insertion tongue. Furthermore, the function-expanded application of the insertion tongue of the packaging container according to the present invention achieves a better technical effect, economic benefit and social benefit.
  • It should be noted that, the preferred embodiments of the present invention are not limited in the embodiments as listed above. Various variations to the embodiments made within the scope of the claims fall into the protection scope of the present invention. Various equivalent and alternative solutions in a form of the specific technical features or combination thereof also fall into the protection scope of the present disclosure.
