Central ring holes of thecircular substrate 22 and thecircular grinding plate 23 respectively communicate with theopening 15 of themain body 11, and thegrinding material 21 covers eachoblique gutter 16 at the opening of thejoint surface 12. Agrinding plane 231 is located on acircular grinding plate 23 that is opposite to a corresponding plate surface of thecircular substrate 22. A grindingcircular surface 232 is located on an internal periphery of thecircular grinding plate 23. Fourgaps 233 are disposed to an external periphery of thecircular grinding plate 23 at equal distances. - The pair of

Themale pad 32 and thefemale pad 33 are respectively disposed on thejoint surface 12 and thecircular substrate 22 that is opposite to a side surface of thecircular grinding plate 23. - With the assembly of the foregoing components, the
grinding material 21 is closely adhered to themain body 11 through the pair ofconnection sheets 31. Simultaneously, themain body 11 is properly embedded and contained in a circular containing space formed by thecircular flange 13 so that thegrinding material 21 can be stably combined with themain body 11, and the pair ofconnection sheets 31 may not come off due to the imposition of excess lateral force at the horizontal direction, resulting in influencing the grinding work. - While using the invention, as shown in
FIG. 3 , power sources, such as a normal pneumatic power or an electric power, can be utilized to drive themain body 11 to rotate through thetransmission shaft 18 so that the grindingmaterial 21 could grind a wheel hub of a vehicle to have an advantage of convenient utilization. Moreover, aprotrusion body 41 of the wheel hub can be properly contained in the containingchamber 14 through the invention so that thegrinding plane 231 of thegrinding material 21 can properly paste on the disc of the wheel hub to perform the grinding work.
