Abstract
This invention provides a new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, which including heater bracket, hot roast cell, and refrigeration cell that connected with hot roast cell. The hot roast cell including compressor and condenser, a heat exchanger is set up between compressor and condenser. And regarding the refrigeration cell, which including expansion valve, evaporator, and the four-way valve; the condenser connected with one end of expansion valve, the other end of it connected with one end of evaporator through the four-way valve, and the other end of evaporator connected with compressor. The hot roast cell and refrigeration cell located in bracket. Compared with habitually using, this can recycle the heat of water chiller, and transfer the low-quality heat into high-quality heat energy.
A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater which break the world history that never use the electricity, fuel, gas for heating, therefore the heating cost is zero, and meet the target of recycling the waste heat to protect the environment and save energy. The better heating method, higher performance of wet emission, more safety, and more stable processing heater, thereby which can enhance the quality of processed products.
Description
- The present patent application related to a type of Environmental Protected and Energy saving Heater which mainly utilizing the Cool-water Machine, and supply with air source to recycle the waste heat.
- With the continual development of the society and the forward progress, the constant industrial progress and development, which make all sorts of social energy consumption increasing, and lead to an energy shortage has become the most serious social problems. Currently in people's daily life, Electroplating chemical, processing, medicine, fodder, tobacco and other industries that most processing products are heated by dryer, however, due to the greater use of electricity, Power resources can be wasted easily, if we use coal for heating, which pollute the surrounding environment with higher cost. And Factory dryer which not only waste large amount of power, but also the cause high temperature environment, which worsen environment; and the high cost for electricity heating, cause many issues like the energy consumption, easy leakage, and security problem come out.
- In addition, the current chiller's remaining heat is emitted directly in the air, which is not only waste energy but also not good to protect environment.
- This invention patent provides a new type of Environmental Protected and Energy saving Heater, which is not only save energy, protect environment, but also more safety and reduce a lot cost. It is a product that reuse the waste heat other than heat up by electricity.
- In order to achieve the above aims, we have adopted the below technology schemes: A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, which including heater bracket, hot roast cell, and refrigeration cell that connected with hot roast cell. The hot roast cell including compressor and condenser, a heat exchanger is set up between compressor and condenser. And regarding the refrigeration cell, which including expansion valve, evaporator, and the four-way valve; the condenser connected with one end of expansion valve, the other end of it connected with one end of evaporator through the four-way valve, and the other end of evaporator connected with compressor. The hot roast cell and refrigeration cell located in bracket.
- The referred condenser is an interconnected double condenser.
- The referred a new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, there is a blower at a side of second condenser.
- The referred a new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, there is warm up heater exchanger between condenser and expansion valve.
- The referred evaporator is a double evaporator, which including water cooling evaporator and air cooling evaporator.
- The referred evaporator which can be set as chilled water system or single cold-wind system.
- The referred new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, which including two sensors, one is set between compressor and the first condenser, another one set between second condenser and expansion valve. It also include a IC control module which can control and display the temperature, one end of IC module which connected with two sensors, the other end connected with evaporator and four-way valve.
- The referred new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, there is a heat collector and emission panel which set up on first condenser for roast using.
- After using the above structures, this invention can be used in auto-process production line, some specific high-temperature system including dehumidification system. During the use, the heat can be calefied through the compressor and transfer to the first condenser, and then emit the heat and send out it through strong wind which comes from the second condenser for heater using. The second condenser connected with expansion valve, and expansion valve connected with evaporator, during the process of liquid steam exchange, it will take the chilled heat away and transfer it to compressor for recycling.
- This invention application is used for recycling the heat of water chiller, and transfer the low-quality heat into high-quality heat energy. The better heating method, higher performance of wet emission, more safety, and more stable processing heater, thereby which can enhance the quality of processed products.
- Besides, this invention can recycle all heat which has great contribution on environment protection. Also, it makes use of renewable energy to produce heater and auto-roast line, which save total 100% energy, and the heat cost is zero, which is beyond the current level in roast history, and also break the rule that cooled by cooling tower. This is a world wide technology and can be used in chemical industry, drinking, tea-processing and other roast industries. The advantage of it is environment protection, high-performance on energy saving, and better security capability.

FIG. 4 is the structural sketch map of another example. - In order to make better understanding of this invention for this technical field staffs, attached map and implementation method for further details.
- Refer to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 4 , which shows a new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, includingheater bracket 1,hot roast cell 2,refrigeration cell 3 which connect with hot roast cell. The hot roast cell and refrigeration located in bracket. Therein to, thehot roast cell 2 includingcompressor 21 andcondenser 22 which connected withcompressor 21,condenser 22 is an interconnected twocondensers blower 23 at a side ofsecond condenser 222. - There is a heat collector and
emission panel 11 set up onfirst condenser 221 for roast using. Thesecond condenser 222 is used for heating the Heater and reusing the waste heat, and then blowing strong wind into thefirst condenser 221, to reuse the waste heat insecond condenser 222, and transfer the low-quality heat into high-quality heat energy. - The
refrigeration cell 2, which includingexpansion valve 31,evaporator 32, the four-way valve 33, thecondenser 22 connected with one end ofexpansion valve 31, the other end of it connected with theevaporator 32 through the four-way valve 33, and the other end ofevaporator 32 connected withcompressor 21. The referredevaporators 32 is twoevaporators - Chilled water system, which including exchange the chemical liquid through filter directly or exchange heat energy through cold water, to get the condensate cooling purposes, that is liquid exchange.
- Single cold-wind system including air exchange, exchange the hot heat that around the heater, in order to adjust the work environment temperature, and also recycle waste heat in the air and exchange the horizontal flow of solar absorption of waste heat.
- The referred new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, there is heat up
exchanger 24 betweencompressor 21 and condenser 22 if the temperature over 60 centigrade. - There is warm up
heater exchanger 34 betweencondenser 22 andexpansion valve 31. - After adopt the above structures, during the use, the heat can be calefied through the compressor and transfer to the first condenser, and then emit the heat and send out it through strong wind which comes from the second condenser for heater using. The second condenser connected with expansion valve, and expansion valve connected with evaporator, during the process of liquid steam exchange, it will take the chilled heat away and transfer it to compressor for recycling.
- In addition, it includes an intellectualized
IC control module 4 that can switch the temperature, two sensors, onesensor 5 is set betweencompressor 21 and thefirst condenser 221, another one 6 set betweensecond condenser 222 andexpansion valve 31. One end ofIC module 4 which connected with two sensors (5,6), the other end connected withevaporator 32 and four-way valve 33. - IC control module that can monitor and display the temperature, and base on the requirement to turn on the
first evaporator 321 orsecond evaporator 32, and there is temperature probe to define the condition whether turn on or shut down the compressor or not, when the heat provided by chilled water can't meet the demand, then we can switch to second evaporator. - The chiller replaced cooling tower and condensation fan that used before, which can save the cost and the space of rotating cooling tower, also the chiller can save the electricity cost of condensed water, beautifying the environment, save money and reduce the heat pollution of the environment and Recycling heat.
- Furthermore, the evaporator of this product has two control systems, which can be auto-switched by control system for the heater long-term using. Which have multiple-functions like we can steam water or switch to the air exchange. Including there is infrared heating system setup for specific condition like the temperature beyond 60 centigrade.
- Although this case has been demonstrated through above sections in details, this technical field staff knows that there are many transmutation and transformation based on the invention spirit. And we hope the attached claims including those transmutation and transformation do not break away from invention spirit.
Claims (8)
1. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater, wherein the character is: which including heater bracket, hot roast cell, and refrigeration cell connected with hot roast cell. The hot roast cell including compressor and condenser, and a heat exchanger is set up between compressor and condenser. Regarding the refrigeration cell, which including expansion valve, evaporator, and the four-way valve, the condenser connected with one end of expansion valve, the other end of it connected with one end of evaporator through the four-way valve, and the other end of evaporator connected with compressor. The hot roast cell and refrigeration cell located in bracket.
2. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the character is that the referred condenser is an interconnected double condensers.
3. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the character is that there is a blower at a side of second condenser.
4. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 1 or 2 , wherein the character is there is a warm up heater exchanger between condenser and expansion valve.
5. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the character is that the referred evaporator is water cooling evaporator and air cooling evaporator.
6. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the character is the referred evaporator which can be set as chilled water system or single cold-wind system.
7. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the character is which including two sensors, one is setup between compressor and the first condenser, another one setup between second condenser and expansion valve. It also include a IC control module which can control and display the temperature, one end of IC module connected with two sensors, the other end connected with evaporator and four-way valve.
8. A new type of environmental protection and energy saving heater as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the character is there is a heat collector and emission panel that set up on first condenser for roast using.
